The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful as can hospitable as can be. The room was clean and new, the bathroom clean as can be! My husband spoke with the owner this morning and he was extremely friendly! We do this same trip monthly from West Virginia to Florida and will definitely be staying here again!

Nice spot. King Deluxe was cheap with AAA and staff was awesome. Only complaint is the Air Unit was turned completely off on arrival, and I noticed one bug near the air handler. Not a roach, some sort of water bug — which is to be expected in the south no matter where you go. The fact that they are pet friendly was also nice. I would stay again.

The ratings do not do this place justice. One of the best Red Roof Inns I have seen. You are greeted by a friendly face, very clean foyer & sitting area. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The whole place is very clean. The pool area, small but clean as well. The complimentary breakfast aromas greeted us as soon as we opened our room door (first floor) and had several yummy options. For the price, this place is quiet the steal, and you feel very welcomed. This hotel is privately owned and they seem to care about their guests. Awesome stay.

On a road trip from NJ to Florida. Looked like a nice place to stop, and it was. Quiet as nd clean. Good brea6, free too.

This is a budget hotel. Staff was friendly which made up for the slight inconvenience caused by the missing shower curtain. It was brought to our when we let the staff know.

I'm gonna be staying here for 4 months. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. They do not discriminate against my dog. That alone is worth it.

Clean and comfortable. Safe haven feeling. Nice breakfast and coffee. Friendly and polite staff. Pets allowed.

The rooms are very clean the buffet is very good the staff was very friendly and most of all you don't have to check out until noon.

Hykeem was awesome checking me in. It was so efficient and the room was clean. Definitely a wonderful room especially considering the pricd! I'm so happy that I was able to get such a great room at such a great price! And there's breakfast available in the morning! I am beyond pleased! I would recommend this location to anyone stopping by!

Nice front desk staff, friendly and funny. Rooms were nice and clean and first red roof I've been to that had breakfast. Pretty awesome. Most importantly pets are always free.

This is a good place for the price and nice big clean rooms with a free hot breakfast.

Dirty and dangerous If possible I would give this place no stars. To begin with, we found hairs all over our room… the toilet, shower, mirror, refrigerator, even the bed sheets. My husband took a shower and slipped and fell in the tub. He caught himself, but came within inches of breaking his nose. (He's a healthy, strong blue collar worker. If he had been elderly, it would have been disastrous. ) He said that the tub was "slick as glass" as though it had been waxed. When we complained, the front desk gave us an anti — slip bathtub mat that was supposed to have been in the tub to begin with. We discovered in the morning that the room door didn't latch unless the deadbolt was on. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the microwave and the top of the A. C. Unit were filthy. The second floor landing had no fire door. Trash littered the stair landings. The elevator was "unusable until inspected. " The front desk told us they could apologize, but could do nothing for us. They promised to have the manager call us. So far, no call. Steer clear of this disgusting hotel.

New facility, rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is decent, the typical fair, scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurt and coffee. Within walking distance to Wendy's and McDonald's.

Awful. My worst hotel stay by far. We walked in and was greeted with "we can't help you, we are booked"… I had to explain I had a reservation. Sheets were stained so I requested new ones. They dropped them at my door and made me put them on the bed. The blanket had rips and tears all over it. We again had to get a replacement. We laid on the bed. It was broken as well. Huge hole in the center of the mattress. We were supposed to have a room with two queens. This was a full and a queen. My husband and I stayed on the full size that was less damaged than the queen. My kids stayed on the queen. The heater didn't work. There was more but really too much to write. We will be calling management asap.

Desk staff was quick and attentive, but the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired. There's a strong BO odor in the hall, but thankfully not in the room. Despite the lack of stink, the room wasn't clean. Fridge doesn't close. Tv remote doesn't work.

Just an overnight stay. Room was nice but bathroom could have used a little more attention. Price was reasonable.

Too expensive. Expected a better room. Need to remodel soon.

The place is poorly run and don't expect to have breakfast if you get downstairs after 8am. Hard to watch TV through all the static. Our first and last time going to a red roof inn.

The service was great as was the morning breakfast! Very nice hotel and clean. Could do better on the state and age of some of their furniture in-room. Couch was pretty stained, dirty and worn. It had a good atmosphere though in the lobby, felt like a very good hotel for the price, just the actual delivery could have been better.

After driving 20 hours it was the worst experience. The front desk person who is I guess responsible for cleaning the room was so rude that I left my two friends to go to another hotel. We are all stressed out about the hurricane a little kindness would have been nice.

We were three to overnight. Check-in went smoothly with staff professional and prompt. Afterwards, it was downhill. New elevator not working. Room card was properly programmed but would not open the door to our assigned room 215. Went back to front desk and manager opened the door with his pass card. Went to the pool. The white pool chairs were terribly stained and miscolored being outdoors for years. Pool water contained some debris. Went back to our room and couldn't get in because of the room lock and door handle system even though we got the green light confirming card accepted. Back to front desk and then manager whom checked us in tells me our room door lock system is special not to press handle down BUT UP. Back to room with wife and child waiting outside the room in wet bathing suits. Insert room card in lock system, got green light then I lifted room handle up hard with force and used my shoulder against the door and we got in. Had to repeat this a couple of times later that day and next morning after breakfast. DON'T accept room 215. Room provided 3 bath towels only. Not enough when there's a pool showering before and afterwards, and again next morning before departure. Over $100 is too much for this property. The room was clean I'll give them credit.

Great room and great accommodations very close to places to eat and the interstate, had great Wi-Fi and would definitely recommend other guests.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Was unable to use the pool although for a big hotel pool is small. Breakfast was not bad.

They where nice and helpful. The young lady at the front desk from Australia went overbroad to make sure we had everything we needed. It was an enjoyment.

We wanted to stay close to Rte 95. After driving all day we wanted a comfortable place to sleep. Bed was clean & comfortable, but that's the best I can say about this hotel. Bath tub didn't drain & was dirty. Low lighting in bathroom. No hair dryer & iron didn't work. Hallways were filthy & elevator was broken. Breakfast area was so dirty. Food splattered on the walls & also dirty tables & chairs. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

We checked in around midnight 2 June 2017. The entire hotel smelled like moth balls. After we got past the moth ball smell, we entered our room only to find that our comforter, sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Also, cat or some sort of animal hair lined the bedskirt. The refrigerator was dirty as well. After spraying Lysol over EVERYTHING and getting new sheets, we endured the room for a few hours and checked out at first daybreak. They offer a full breakfast but my family couldn't eat due to the smell. The lobby is nice though… which gives you an indication that the hotel is nice. Not so much. Now I see why they were the only hotel in that area with vacancies!

Although signs on elevator said broken. It was NOT broken after struggling up stAIRS and being told it was broken, my aunt saw the cleaning ladies use it and we preceded to use it. It works perfectly fine. Not good for disabled and ADA. Mold growth in toilets and bathroom tubs made me Scared to shower. Paint was peeling the exit and entrance doors look worn down. The refrigerator does not get cold. Do not rent this hotel. They say it was built in 2015 but looks like it was built in 1990s and a half job refurbishing took place The breakfast was not appealing either.

Wasn't my best experience in a hotel. The thing we were very disappointed about was that the shower only had scalding hot water, so we could not shower.

This place is terrible… rooms and hallways stunk. The breakfast area and tables are filthy and disgusting, and only one person working with a terrible attitude playing on his phone and rude when asked to clean the area a tiny bit. I actually had to clean the table myself so that it was sanitary enough to to eat on. Plus the elevators are broken so we are forced to walk through the extremely smelly stairway.

Incredibke staff. Super clean grounds are secure and well lite and clean well maintained. Towels are clean just cheap and tje rooms are redon but vanity and furniture is crap. Excellent breakfast. Jist update the fixtures. Excellent price.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms work for a last minute spot to stay if your tired from driving. The place needs repair though and should have slightly cheaper prices because of it. Water damage on the furniture, broken fixtures and furniture in rooms, rusted hinges, the vacuum was not ran during cleaning and you can tell people used to smoke in the room.

The rooms are so clean and the beds are very comfortable but Wi-Fi could have been better.

Pretty nice hotel. Not the newest but not the worst I have seen. Could use a little more attention to detail in room setup (Making beds, pillows, etc) but wasn't bad. Didn't get to try the free breakfast but it looked good.

The lobby and outside looked good enough but there was confusion about which room we were staying in at check in. Room and hallways had lots of stains. Bed wasn't clean but we were only staying 7 hours and it was too late to complain and change rooms. Did feel safe with all the security cams and was easy to get to from the highway. Probably would look elsewhere to stay next time.

We checked in Sunday evening May 29th, headn to Florida from Myrtle for shelter due to storm Bonnie and checked out an hour later with a full refund due to an infestation of bed bugs… When we addressed the staff here didn't wanna see, he said he believed us and gave a refund! He mentioned that they would call for company come spray! You can't just call regular pesticide company for that, they need to be quarantined and removed! Or shut down all together! Awful that we had to ride through storm due to their lack of precaution… Those bugs were to big for the staff to have been unaware of that issue!

The rooms were clean and everything about the place was great!

I did like nothing about my stay it was disgusting and nobody should go threw that and wen we told the staff all they can say was sorry.

Friendly staff, nice room, except that we asked for handicapped accommodations and our room didn't have them.
