Really great value hotel. Was weary at first based on the biased reviews I saw online but it turned out to be a clean and family friendly place right off of I-95. The hotel is clean and well lit with above average amenities for its clas. The bad reviews mainly stem from people comparing the place to different class hotels that charge at least double of this hotel. It’s a great price but more importantly, among other hotels of its class, it’s far superior. Having stayed with my extended family, we were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of the hotel. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and clean room to stay at with the family.

If you just want to have somewhere to sleep for a night, yes it is OK. Other than that, it leaves whatever you can ask for. The room was filthy, needed a good clean and paint job. The bathroom needs the same. If you want breakfast there is a Denny's further north. Don't believe the quoted price on the billboard. It's $45 for the night + tax. I will not stay there again.

Older hotel. Decent TV channel list. Bed ok. Not too hard but not soft. Micro and fridge in room. No pool. Don't understand why Indian people always close down the pool. Not a vacation type hotel.

This place it’s terrible “ l asked at the front desk if the room was clean bugs free “ and they told me not” to offend then”well the was a difrent story” as you can see the picture “ there were bugs everythingl will call the health department of the state of South Carolina “ and report them so that no one else” stop in these nightmares “ of a motel.

Ok, well… pretty decent cheap hotel. The breakfast was skimpy however.

Disgusting! You will have a better exp sleeping in your car, old smelly musty and absolutely nasty. The floors are so nasty I didn’t want to walk on the floor with my shoes.

Loved it! Was very pleased to wait an hour for a freshly clean room on St. Patrick's Day. Been there a few times an can tell rooms has been redone! Very comfortable an price was more reasonable than the rest of the surrounding hotels! I would recommend this hotel to friend an family an to traveler's an tourists!

It was great! I loved it. First hotel I've ever checked in to. Base price $46 and +$10 per extra person/pet you bring. Pretty sure that's the way it works anyway. Lol.

Comfort. Fast food within walking distance, variety. Staff is local and informed.

I felt safe here, my room was clean and the front desk staff b were very friendly. That's all I can ask for $40 a night. I kind of laugh at the reviews about towels not being fluffy enough. Fluffy white towels come with a higher price tag. Someone else mentioned roaches, which I am deathly allergic to. There were no roaches or any signs of them in my room.

This is a decent place if you're looking for a spot to sleep and don't want to spend much money, but there's not much in the way of restaurants or nightlife nearby.

Off interstate 95 good location rooms low budget and service was average didn't really ask for anything.

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly and inviting they even extended their hospitality if we needed anything.

We can't even really give 1 star for a rating, but to make it post so everyone knows we had to at least give it a 1 star. This is The worlds worse hotel. My as well pitch a tent or sleep in your car for the night. The bathroom ceiling had vinyl siding as the roof instead of Sheetrock. The carpet was ripped and torn in several places. The parking lot was full of trash. The photos of the hotels online doesnt even match the look of the hotel either. The TVs on the wall cost more than the whole room. It was like a hooker/crack house. My advice would be to just push on past the whole exit 33 an just up to exit 53 instead much cleaner area. We got our money back and went up 95N to exit 53 only 10-15 minute if that up 95. Go the Microtel an it was very clean an worth all the money spent on it, and the price was not bad ether.

Alright service. Roaches everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend even for a quick stay.

I saw roaches everywhere… had to sleep with the lights on just so they wouldn't come out! Please bomb your rooms! I shouldn't wake up to roaches on my pillows! Disgusting! Service was great though… all 10's there but that doesn't matter when the facility is nasty!

Awesome service first room smelled kind of moldy they quickly moved me to another room which was great.

My family and I had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Irma… this place took us in at a low rate and provided all the necessities we could need while away from our home. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly… we had a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. On our last day they allowed a 2 hr late check out while we drove around looking for gas. Thank you for your hospitality while we dealt with a million things!

Very interesting they hotel but lack more restaurant, by this hurricane many of hundreds and thousands of citizens we moved to this site and found no food.

Classic cheap hotel. Most everything is noticably very used or broken. "Breakfast" was mini powdered donuts and coffee. But the doors locked, the ac worked, and there is a bed to sleep on. I was disappointed in the service. They didn't make the beds or even empty the trash! Also they didn't listen. The desk asked if I wanted new towels. I said no, yet they took the old towels and put new ones right inside the door.

The hotel was fine. Just needed a place to stay because I was driving from PA to FL. Had to switch rooms once because the AC was not working great in the room, but got a different one and it was all good.

Worst place I have EVER stayed at. The rooms smell of smoke (ours was supposed to be non-smoking). Webs in every corner and worst of all bed bugs! My husband and I were stranded when our car broke down. We had dealt with the situation without complaint, the mechanic said the part would be a little later than antisipated so we asked the hotel manager if we could just stay an hour or two till our car was ready. He came back with"No you have to be out by 11". The mechanic helped move to a hotel down the street. If you ever need a good mechanic who will be helpful any way he can and you are in Yemassee S. C. Call AAA and ask them to have Beaufort Motorsports Auto to fix your car. But DON'T stay at Kights Inn.!

HORRIBLE I stay at many hotels one every night basically thought I would get a decent deal boy was I wrong would have been better off sleeping in my truck hunched over the steering wheel… Never again and please if your thinking of staying here DON'T I can't stress that enough sleep in your car trust me you'll be more comfortable I wish I could give it negative stars like a — 10 this place isn't for for animals too stay at how it continues to operate I haven't a clue I've been here almost an hour and a half have to stand right in front of AC unit in order to be somewhat cool scared to shower not sure what I may catch but I'm gonna have to cause I have sweated so much waiting for room to cool off probably should go get my flip flops to wear in shower this place is unbelievable I mean I have stayed at some rat holes but this place has them beat you'd be better off staying in downtown Harlem in your car hopefully I make it through the night with out have caught something anyways if you got $45 to throw down the toilet then stay here if not stay in your car or stay somewhere other than this place… I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL YOU'LL REGRET IT!

Traveling from Florida to Vermont, we decided to save a little cash and stay here since we just needed a quick place to stay. We checked the room ahead of time, and knew we weren't getting the greatest room, but it was late so we went with it. After we checked in and paid, we headed back to the room and suddenly the door knob wouldn't work and we couldn't get back into the room. Back to the lobby we headed. We were offered a different room, which we took. We stayed in that room for about an hour before a ROACH emerged from behind the bed. Obviously we decided to leave at that point. Again, back to the lobby we headed. The night employee couldn't figure out how to process a refund on the cc terminal so it took us about another 45 minutes just to get out of there. I feel badly because we gave him a little bit of a hard time, but he finally gave us cash from the drawer and we left. Now we're back on the road and feeling itchy!

Super nice staff, was able to get me into nice room downstairs at my request as I cannot walk well and needed downstairs. I was pleased at the cleanliness when entering room until I took a shower and found 1/2 a bar of used soap in the shower. Ewww. I can only hope the shower was cleaned as I finished my shower and threw the soap out. The AC was slow to cool, was told it would take 20 minutes, took about an hour but did get nice and cool. Also, price advertised on billboards down I95 as 28.95 wasnt price I paid as it was a weekend, little deceptive advertising, if the price changes on the weekend, state that on billboard. However, room though older and dated was still clean and nice and desk staff on check-in was wonderful.

The place looked like it was never cleaned. Flys on the one counter. The water had the smell of rotten eggs.

Room was a bit stale and had sub-par cleaning job.

Cheap, comfortable, does the job.

Worn but clean, a perfectly cheap hotel to rest. Friendly staff.

Great stop on our way from Florida. All we wanted was a nice, quiet place to rest and got that all with a killer deal! Will stay again.
