Very nice hotel that looks like it has been newly renovated. Located next to the airport had a view of the new additions as well as construction going on. Some might not enjoy but we did. Nice pool, and very nice modem lobby with great breakfast. Nicer than hotels in the South end at same or better price.

Tiny parking spots. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms not to bad either. But the inside walls are thin you can hear everything around you.

Very clean, and clean carpet. Everything looks the way, it looks on the website. Staff is awesome. Not far from the beach at all, or restaurants. I would book here again. Free breakfast, and free snacks at certain times. They also have already made on the go breakfast bags, if you don't have time to fix your own breakfast.

Really nice rooms! There is a desk, three chairs, and two beds. There is also a shower, fridge and TV in each room. It's a good pick.

We stayed Mother’s Day weekend and it was wonderful! Every encounter with the staff was nothing short of friendly… they all work with smiling faces! The cookies in the evening also are a nice treat to look forward to!

Nice little hotel in the perfect location. Eateries and activities are nearby and not just the franchise places but real Hilton Head fare. Not much to speak of on the amenities side but the room was clean, up to date, and had enough to make it feel a little homey. Would recommend this place.

Stayed in Hampton Inn last week. I am not happy with the service — I left my coat in my room and tried to contact the hotel a few times to arrange the time for someone to collect it for me — never heard back. Also, Wi-Fi in my room was not working at all. Food was fine and the location was great.

I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn, clean, luxurious room, great selection of TV channels, fully functioning and up to date fridge and microwave, multi usb/charging stations Neutrogena products in the bath, great pressure on the shower head and friendly staff! I was in town to run the HHI marathon and they met my request for a late (2pm) checkout for no additional fee. Highly recommend!

Nice setting on the island. Well located. Beds very good but sinks and tubs need a little updating. Otherwise a good value.

This hotel has staff that gives you 5 star Ritz Carlton service. The ENTIRE staff is kind, helpful, considerate, friendly, warm, welcoming, and every other amazing adjective they can be. The beds and pillows are super comfy. I wish you didn't have to log into the Wi-Fi every 24 hours and that the water in the shower was hotter. The continental breakfast is average and standard. The TV channel list needs to be more comprehensive. But the staff, service, and comfort of this hotel make sure that any review has to be 5 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Although our interactions with the staff were pleasant enough, our experience at this hotel was horrible. We stayed there for 6 days, during a recent business trip. I awoke every morning chewed to pieces, by what I thought were mosquitoes getting into the room. After returning home, with over 80 bites, I quickly discovered that the bites were BEDBUGS bites. Our luggage was infested & had to be thrown out, and we are now dealing with an ongoing problem. Repeated calls and letters to the manager have been ignored. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! We have been Hampton customers for years-choosing only to stay at their establishments. Those days are over. We will never set foot in another Hampton. After informing the Health Dept, we were told that no one regulates "environmental standards of this kind"… fabulous. No Accountability.

The hotel staff was great. The breakfast hosts were especially friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way! The hotel was nice and clean as well. But the staff is what makes it 5 stars!

Excellent Stay! The staff are all very pleasant and friendly! Room was perfect! Clean, spacious & comfy! Lots of options for breakfast as well! And loved the pool! Will definitely stay at this hotel again! Very, very pleased!

I drove the coast of Maine and stayed nightly at a Hampton Inn. (2weeks) I love the beautiful, white bedding and fluffy white towels. FREE breakfast each morning is always a treat. I've never been disappointed at Hampton Inn, Hilton.

This will be my place to stay in HH from now on. Was there on the Thursday and Friday before Hurricane Irma evacuation and was given a complete refund due to the evac. The rooms are nice and clean and decorated nicely and the hotel is in a great location. It also provides a great breakfast buffet. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful also.

After discovering that the Marriott hotel I was staying at charged a $10 minimum fee for using their business center, I dropped in on this Hampton location to see if they could help me out. The front desk attendant welcomed me with a smile and told me I was more than happy to use their equipment. A real lifesaver, and a favor I won't soon forget.

Never again. These people have put a charge on my debit card after I told them I wanted to use my Credit Card. They took my credit card charged it and no one will take the charge off of my debit card. Called the hotel and was told the only one that can help me works at night and I'd have to call back after 11 PM. I work very early in the morning. What kind of customer service is this. This is my second stay at a hilton owned property after a disastrous first stay as well. I almost never complain but this is ridiculous. I will never stay at a hilton property again. I gave you a second chance, which I didn't have to do and was let down again.

Good place to stay on the island. Generally well run. Not spectacular, but very good. Good value.

Hilton is really trying with this hotel. The staff are super friendly. The grounds are well kept. The rooms have updated furniture and linens. But this is still an old building. If you are looking for something that feels more like an old school hotel, this is your place.

I was here for a work trip. Location is convenient, quiet, and has nice updated rooms. They were accommodating when I requested a late check-out. The staff at the front desk were friendly.

This hotel has at least 5 roaches. In my opinion, that is entirely too many. The side door was jammed or broken and we were basically told there was a "trick" to it. The front desk was understaffed and apathetic. Luckily, we were able to find a room in Savannah late on a Friday night. I don't really expect a lot from a Hampton Inn but, bugs are a deal breaker. I don't love posting negative reviews, but if it saves a family or individual from trying to find a room on a Friday night in hurry, I will do it.

Super nice staff, but there was a dead cockroach in the hallway outside my room. It was gone by morning.

I think this Hampton should not be in the hilton family. I travel a lot. Diamond member. This hotel smells bad from the popcorn (which was not worth eating) in the lobby to the hallways and room. Floor was filthy. Bathroom floor had spot where guy had use the bathroom and missed the toilet. Obviously the maid didn't mop floor so I took a rag and wiped it up… if I could post a picture of the rag and the filth from the floor I would. Not only that area was filthy. I wiped it all. Roaches on the walls outside. Noise from the room beside me was loud talking and they left TV on all night. Huge bunch of towels outside a room that I had to walk by that afternoon and evening. Room was 200.00 a night. I was there for business not recreation so I didn't think for condition of hotel it was reasonable rate. Parking lot had cigarette buts and there was beer can tabs in the landscaping. Old and run down. Pool looked like the nicest area in the hotel. Unfortunately didn't get to spend time there. Will not be back… have asked for a manager to contact me… but no luck so far. Will try again before I contact Hilton directly.

Quaint, clean, quite, conveniently located. The staff was very helpful with specific accommodations that we needed.

My family stayed there for one night. In the room, the beds were nice, the shower was nice, there was a microwave and fridge, although I didn't use them. It was like an average hotel room. I got a great night sleep, the bed was very comfortable. And I could tell by my mother's snoring that she slept well too. In the morning we got up for breakfast. Although I wasn't very hungry the breakfast was excellent. I had a waffle with whipped cream, a sausage, an omlete and some juice, very good! We went to the pool, and I'll admit was much nicer than the ocean. One thing that was nice was the quality coffee in the lobby compared to the stuff in the rooms. Our whole family got some coffee, and they had cool cups. The staff were super super polite, accept for the man at the front desk. But overall it was a great stay. The location was nice, close to the ocean, close to lots of restaurants, and the weather was nice, alot warmer than where we're from.

Beds are comfy and staff are friendly but it is noisy. You can hear everything. Our neighbors next to us sounded like they were in our room and kids running around in the room above us was very annoying. We probably would find another place to stay next time.

Rooms are adequate, breakfast was bad. Eggs were gelatenous. Overall cheap option on a beautiful island.

The bed was very comfortable. I liked that they had both a fridge & microwave available. It was also very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great getaway hotel if you're on a budget. Stayed in the HH Hampton Inn for 4 days during June. The location is just a drive away from the beach plus the hotel has since outdoor pool area. The rooms are neat and clean (as you would expect from a Hilton hotel). Nothing fancy but I would definitely stay here again. The price for the value was a plus.

We booked two rooms for five days in July. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, I accidentally left a few items in the room which were immediately thrown away. Two days after leaving I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. I was told nothing was left there and that the official policy is to store any remaining belongings for 60 days. After many attempts to resolve and several unanswered phone calls finally the housekeeping manager admitted that their "new" staff member didn't know the policy and threw everything away the day we checked out. I was devastated. Items included a sundress I had worn since my honeymoon which was very sentimental to me as well as other items pricey to replace. Still waiting for the manager to call me… Very unhappy.

Great hotel. Nothing fancy or special but it was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great showers as well. Hotel has a pool and a (very tiny) fitness center. Coligny beach is about 6 miles away.

A really nice Hampton Inn, with a great pool area. The rooms and beds were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was as expected. They couldn't get our 2 rooms together as requested (and that they said they would), but they gave us a late checkout on Memorial Day which made a big difference. I would choose to stay here again.

Arrived late on Friday and we were so happy with the cleanliness and variety of breakfasts that we did not leave until Tuesday morning. I saw them bring out clean sheets/bedcovers in plastic and boxed individually, this meant a lot to our group.

I stayed @ the Hampton Inn during the Thanksgiving weekend-We arrived on Friday and the check in process was quick and easy. Unfortunately our room didn't get cleaned on Saturday due to our son still being in the room when the maid service arrived and he signed stating we didn't need room service-my husband nor I was aware of this so when we got back late Saturday evening and we opened our room door we were highly upset that the room wasn't cleaned-immediately we called the front desk and was told room service was refused and we explained that we weren't aware so we asked if we could get clean linen and towels so we could clean our room. To our surprise a crew was at our room door before we got back upstairs and they cleaned our room in minutes. We would like to thank TONYA, LISA and PERRY for cleaning our room quickly and with a smile. Their act of kindness and professionalism really made our stay one of the BEST ever.

We loved this place! Was perfect for the money. Breakfast was excellent, so is the pool. Rooms were perfect, and clean.

After traveling for 15 hours, a good nights sleep was all we wanted. The air conditioner was loud everytime it turned on. On top of that, the temperature of the room was never consistent. It was either too hot (when A/C not running) or it was too cold (when A/C did kick on loudly). Good thing the coffee was strong and hot in the lobby! As we were packing up before check out, our keys stopped working and we were locked out! We were told we had to get them reprogrammed. Why bother? We were very disappointed in the Hampton reputation here for the money we paid. Service was great but the owners need to do some up keep.
