Great breakfast and nice rooms!

I was given the last room and I’m from out of town so I didn’t really have a choice to go somewhere else it was late and so when I got to the room the shades on the windows were hanging off and had to be rehung, the air conditioner wouldn’t cool down, then I decided to just relax in the jacuzzi and not worry about it but when I went to look in it it was FILTHY had hair and dead skin and like blue old soap or body wash idk but I wasn’t getting in it, there was feces on the side of the cabinet above the toilet paper roll, and so yeah I was disgusted called it a night just wanted to go to sleep at this point so I crawl in the very big soft bed and drift off and wake up to cockroaches 🪳 on my pillow and on the end table on the floor crawling between the floorboard and floor and so I had enough and went to the office… told the staff member there the situation and he came up killed two and took pictures of them then noted all the other issues in the room before telling me not to worry I wouldn’t be getting charged for this because this was absolutely wrong! Mind you there are no other rooms so I have no option to switch to a different room so I am kinda forced to stay since I came with a group of people and they’re in a different room sound asleep. Long story short I went to leave this morning and was told because I stayed in the room all night I would not get the full refund back… no I will not be coming back here and I would not send my friends or family here either.

I called yesterday to make a last minute reservation for my mom who was travelling across country; Mr. Harry Patel was so kind and so helpful, both to me when I was making the reservation, and to my mom when she arrived. The room and location were just what she needed. Thank you so much!

Nice clean room mini fridge and microwave are convenient as well as the coffee maker very spacious Lady at front desk is super nice can't beat it for the price nice view of conway as well.

My husband & I traveled cross country to georgia/alabama. We always stay at this quality inn! the staff knows me by name & they are very accommodating! last august we were taking our daughter & grandchildren back to georgia & although it was late when we checked in, they still let me get the kids in the pool for about half hour. It sure helped my grandkids unwind!

Best of the Quality Inn line in my book. Very clean. Even the pet friendly rooms smell fresh. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Barry was so helpful and kind.

Excellent value for the cost. An older but well kept property. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was a bit noisy but they usually are. Breakfast food was flavorful and good. Much better than the last Quality Inn we stayed at.

The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating, I would definetly reccomend this place! the room is clean and comfortable with fridge and a microwave!

This motel staff is the most friendly and helpful that I've ever met. The motel is very clean and conveniently located. I really can't say enough about how helpful the staff is. Parking lot was clean and allowed easy access to the rooms. Ice machines located at both stairs.

We stay at this hotel somewhat regularly. It's dependably clean and well run with a friendly, helpful staff, and the beds are comfortable (a bit firm for me, but better than most). Everything in the room has always worked well and the rates are very reasonable. Of Quality Inns I've stayed at this one is definitely in the top tier. I wish all were as well run and maintained.

Currently under some office area remodeling, a bit farther of a pain but we'll worth the money. The night clerk was a very nice young man and a bit quirky, but that is to be expected fry this generation. Breakfast is outstanding and wokrth the night stay. Itself. Location is good but the ingress egress is a bit hampered by the above grade location of the property. We were towing a trailer and scraped it on the lowest of the two entrances.

Very nice motel. Exhaust fan in restroom is very loud. Good price and was pet ftiendly.

DO NOT stay here. Room was supposed to be non smoking. Smoke odor was so strong we had to sleep in the car. There were holes in the walls, blood on one pillow, black mold inside the kitchen cabinet, the burners on the cook top were black with built up grease, the chair was covered with stains and the bathroom floor was so sticky we put our shoes on as soon as we got out of the shower. We talked to the front desk and the little boy apologized, but said he couldn't do anything. I sent pictures to the headquarters and never got a reply of any kind. I called headquarters and they were supposed to have someone get in touch with me, but that call never came. This is the biggest dump we have ever stayed in. I don't know how this place got the good reviews. Please believe me when I say, dump because we have never been so mislead as with the previous reviews. Room 132 is TRASH.

I always stop at this location when traveling. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is five star. You know your service is rockstar when the staff from Comfort Inn recommends you go there, when I asked if Comfort Inn had a hot breakfast. I don't eat pork, and it is hard to find a hotel that accomdates. This hotel serves turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy minus the pork sausage. Everything is always hot and fresh.

My husband and I stayed here 5-7-2018 and totally enjoyed ourselves. Pleasant personnel, clean rooms, easy access, great HOT breakfast, personnel always available, just a GREAT place to stay. Thank you!

Very clean room. Manager and staff where great. A great place on the hill.

We had attended the ArMOM dental event, after 3 extractions my family member bled on the pillow case and pillow. I attempted to tell the housekeeping staff but they told me they didn't know what I was trying to tell them. I passed the information to the manager at check out, she was very appreciative and told me she would get it taken care of quickly. The hotel is used by road crews so I was surprised how quiet it was. Since I am older I prefer interior halls, I didn't read the description and didn't realize the door is external entrance. The housekeeping staff didn't knock before entering even when I arranged a late check-out so I didn't feel as safe in this matter.

Long story short, hotel stay was miserable this time. No smoke detector in the room. Was told it was fixed, but it took me five phone calls and three emails to confirm this making it a one-star stay. Also, the front desk had horrible customer service telling me the parts were backordered. Breakfast was awful. They ran out of scrambled eggs and took over 20 minutes to cook the replacement. It also was undercooked. All the time was focused on omlets, a noble idea, but way too long make. I could not recommend this hotel if this stay was the only one I have ever done here.

Good bed, bathroom tub was so tall I couldn't take a shower! When I ask for another room she said they were all that way!

We stayed at the quality inn in conway ar. The bed and room were nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Jacuzzi tub. The Jacuzzi tub is way out dated and uncomfortable to sit in. Other wise great experience.

Friendly staff great night sleep.

I was all set to give this place 4 stars for how friendly the front desk lady was even though room was just ok and street noise horrid, but they charged me 20.00 a day after I left without asking or notifying why, and as they don’t answer their phone, hard to resolve. I already paid extra for my pets! And at that double and triple what other places on I-40 from CA to OK charged. I cleaned up and notified the cleaning lady of a little litter on the carpet (new litter not used). No idea but be careful trusting them with your card and as I can’t get a phone to answer I can only assume they did it arbitrarily.

The rooms are clean. Buses or large trucks is an issue but for smaller vehicles it's fine. Staff I barely noticed and I like that. So overall a great place!

Had a wrong turn experience. Bed comfortable but we need fresh white. Towels and pillowcases. Can easily b improved.

It's a clean great place with a good breakfast! Just wish housekeeping would have checked the alarm clock. We are so tired, decide to call it a night here. Fall asleep and the alarm goes off at 12:34 AM, sleep broken. Beds are really comfortable and staff is very friendly. I would still stay here again (clocks going unplugged)

What a super great Quality Inn. So clean, safe area, very nice and friendly staff, best beds and pillows. 5 stars all around!

About what you'd expect. A good enough room at a low price. Wifi was good, free breakfast, no bedbugs, maybe a few things need fixing, but no huge deal.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Had a beautiful view of the mountains. Very close to the outlets and Starbucks!

Nice staff, good variety in breakfast options, clean rooms for my visit to Arkansas.

Hotel room was clean and the device was great. 4 stars only for the other undesirable guests. She was a meth head holler plying her trade. My fault for not bringing it to the hotels attention. It was funny at first and then scary. Not the hotels fault as these things happen and usually taken care of promptly.

This hotel is located just off I 45. It is an older property that has been renovated. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable beds, and the price as right. Great place for a quick overnight stay. There is traffic noise is a bit loud but easily masked by the air conditioner.

The staff here were very nice & attentive. However this is the absolute worst hotel I've been at. The dog pee in the room was so strong it burned my nose and smelled like mildew. My son screamed, "Mommy no I don't like it. " The whole time I was on the phone. The wallpaper is peeling, lamp shades cracking and holes in the curtains. Disgusting is the best word for this place and I have no idea how it's a 2.5 star hotel. That said, they did refund me which I appreciate. Some people are just dog people. Here's a nasty place you can stay with your dog cheap.

The room itself was very clean and nice for the price, but the outside of the hotel looked a bit grungy. The driveway is very poorly banked and hard to enter without scraping the bottom of the vehicle. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, amenities and an awesome pool. Convenient to everything!

It had the level of room amenities and staff service that I have come to expect from Quality Inns. I was satisfied with my stay. No complaints.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the sheets and beds laundered recently. No suspicious stains :P the towels are clean and the Wi-Fi is strong. Would recommend, but not if you have a trailer. The driveway is pretty steep.

Bed bugs need I say more. Got woke from being bit. Caught one in a cup. And took a picture of another one on the wall. Had to move to a different room in The middle of the night. And now itchy and can't sleep and will have to clean all of my things so I don't bring the bugs with me. Rooms could be cleaner. After being bit. And looking around the bed. Noticed dirt and hair on bedding and lots of little bed bugs and big red bed bugs.
