Great overnight stay. Staff was very polite at arrival and thanked us for being Hilton Honors members. Hotel and room were very clean and were an accurate representation of photos shown online. We checked in online in advance and selected our room at the time of online check-in. Upon arrival there was no issue honoring the room we selected during online check-in. Hotel is currently in the process of replacing the roof resulting im slight water damage to the ceiling in a few areas, but nothing that took away from the stay (a sign in the lobby notified us of the current repairs. My wife and I were only staying 1 day before heading to Savannah, but would gladly stay longer again in the future.

The most important thing to us the room was clean beds made all 3 nights and nice selection for breakfast including fruit we loved the toppings for the waffles. The toilet did run which was annoying but that was easy 5 minute repair and they had that taken care of quickly. Overall the hotel seems to need some renovating; TV in exercise room was broken. The staff were very accomodating suggested things to do in area and suggested restaurant next door that has awesome seafood pot pie. We selected This Hamton inn for mini vacation because we wanted to be within close proximity to Savannah and Hilton Head so convenient location.

This was one of the nicest Hampton Inns we've stayed in. The breakfast bar was top notch. There was plenty of fresh fruit, and all the fixings for waffles, several choices of eggs, real half and half for coffee (not just the artificial stuff), and they replenished everything quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Every place was nice and clean.

Consistant hotel, however has lost their edge over the past couple of years. Breakfast always good. Elevators didn't work the last time I stayed there.

Great, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close enough to Hilton Head without actually leaving I-95 too far. Close to outlets.

We stayed from April 3 to April 5. When we arrived upon check in 3 am April 3 they switched my room that I verbally called on the phone from the airport and confirmed. Also on the app my room was confirmed. Upon check in they gave my room for a platinum member that decided to stay an extra night and bumped me to a lower floor. To top off they did not have the extra towels, extra pillows and blankets done! This was all confirmed prior to my arrival. The following morning I wanted the room I reserved. I have anxiety issues and need the top floor and felt comfortable for safety reasons. Lou Ann suppose to take care of the issue gave me and extreme problem. When asking for the manager Rita Pamler, she was always busy with a meeting only to see her outside talking to someone and smoking. Lou Ann could not even comp me the night of inconvenienceBecause I booked through Costco travel so she says! Nothing that she said was the truth from her mouth. She then promised upon check out that she would submit and mail me a voucher for comp a night. I have stayed at many many Hampton Inns and Hilton’s never have I heard that. Lou Ann said she will take it upon herself to personally take off of it. Well as you can see writing this she took of nothing. Called corporate explained what happened. Got nothing solved with corporate, fell on deaf ears. This is the Hampton that is suppose to represent the Hilton? Poorly managed poor customer service. No call back from Rita Pamlers.

Stayed for 5 nights in the Executive suite. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the tub drained very slow. I found out that management knew about this, but never told me, and they never attempted to address this problem while I stayed there.

This hotel is awesome. Feels very new. Our room is huge! Queen bed, huge desk, full living room. Flat screen TV that pivots to both sides of the room. We are allergic to down and when we asked for new pillows they brought them right up. We're in town for a weeding and are very comfortable.

Don't let them put you in room 211 or anywhere near the elevator. You won't get a good night's sleep because of the elevator noise. This is an excellent Hampton despite this annoyance.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Tv was small and room layout didn't make very much sense. Had a lightbulb out but I didn't worry about it. Overall would definitely stay again.

The front desk customer service is great. However the hallways smelled like a skunk or medicinal products. The room was underwhelming to the eye. The covers and sheets are white (two thumbs up). I enjoyed the cable, the have direct TV with a wealth of channels. And a few eateries walking distance.

Great hotel and accomadations! The free breakfast serviced from 6-10 AM is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I like staying at Hampton Inn. We had a suite for 5 adults. A king bed, sleeper sofa and a roll away bed. Nice room. Only strange thing was a huge desk in the middle of the room. It attached to the wall on one end so it could not be moved. I loved the free breakfast. One of the nicest buffets I have experienced. A lot of choices for everyone. Good food and very nice employees. Weston at the front desk was very helpful.

Great service. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the food area was very clean and kept stocked.

Convenient to my parents place and clean and comfortable bed. Still would like to see a hotel get the pillow right. These started out fine but after a minute or so they went completely flat.

I had to stay here for work for 3 weeks and they are so great. They let me check in early, and check in took a few minutes tops. The breakfast is more than enough choices for anyone on the go, or watching the news while you eat breakfast in the lobby. Very welcoming staff. Rooms are great with minimal noise, big rooms, very clean, and bed are super comfortable.

Pretty nice Hampton. We stayed here for 6 nights. Clean, Comfortable room for a fair price that is close to everything. Would stay again.

This place was very nice to stay at. The breakfast was pretty good, and the rooms were clean with comfortable enough beds. There is a cute tiki bar across the street to hang out at as well. There were a lot of guests though, and some of the guests were rude. That is most of the reason why the rating is so low. I'm not sure the usual quality of the guests, but this weekend wasn't a good one.

A great hotel in a great area. Place is clean and kept up very well. Beds are terrific. Very nice Hampton Inn.

Clean decent, almost upscale hotel in out if the way place but convenient for those unfortunate enough to be visiting the Sun City Gulag.

The smell of the rooms were so pleasant. Put me at ease and relaxed me right away.

Nice hotel, really nice breakfast buffet for guests. Convenient if you are visiting people at the Sun City development in Bluffton, SC. There is an outdoor pool.

Clean and comfortable. A little difficult to find but close to everything.

Rooms were nice and modern. Breakfast is your typical continental type breakfast but it helps start your day. A quick jump in the pool helped to cool off from the hot humid day.

I had a king size room. The bed is super soft with a desk to work on and a couch with a pull out bed. Fridge and microwave. Very nice very satisfied.

The hotel was very convenient to Sun City where we were closing on a home. There was a lbby renovation in progress and I wish they had communicated that before we had booked. Our room was very clean and breakfast was good.

Best place in town for visiting friends and family. Always clean and friendly.

Room smelled and looked clean, bed very comfortable. Staff was helpful. No vent fan in bathroom, a little bit of mold-mildew in bathroom around ceiling (room 203). Reported to front desk and they were sending maintenance to take care of it. Overall good experience. I would choose this hotel again.

We had a drink at the bar so we could park there. It was decent. Bartender was friendly.
