Place was good they really really need an elevator.

It was really nice and clean but there in no elevators only stairs, so handycap people can't get up.

I would say it's nothing special but it was sufficient enough to accommodate our basic needs. Our Airbnb was on the fourth floor (no elevator) good thing im young and healthy. The neighborhood was 98% older Caucasian people who retired at the beach so it was very quiet. I enjoyed myself and my friends we had a blast and would use them again only next time 1st floor.

Clean, family oriented and very close to the beach.

I felt like the people who hade to clean it did not do a very good job. But other than that I found there was a clean pool and hot tube, decorations on point and farther more.

Very good place to stay. Close to shopping, activities and restaurants.

U guy have to be careful what u go every condo you go… the pictures look really nice but when you get there its not that nice.

I will tell it like it is. The place is amazing and the location is the best there is. But when it comes to ammenitys this place lacks. No towles, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing machine pods, and no tissues. The cleaning service they have is the worst. Dust on the blinds. Used tissues in a tissue box not thrown away. Used paper towels stuffed behind the tv. Dishes were covered in food and were dirty to the point we washed things twice before we used any of it. The tubs had a thick coating of dirt around the rim that would be the line it fills with water for a bath. If they showed me evidence of a better cleaning crew and told you exactly what they supplied you, I would come back to this place. But sadly it's the cleaning crew and cleanliness that brought the star rating down.

Great family atmosphere, just a block from the ocean. So many great memories over the last 20 years.

Great location just minutes from the ocean walking. Been here several times and love it more every time we visit. Great for kids too!

The condo comes with books movies pan plates n inside pool n gas grill outside wonderful.

Pools where nice, hot tub was at the right temperature. Less than 2 minutes away from beach. Plan to come back and there again.

My family and I own a condo at Shipwatch Pointe and I must say, I wouldnt want to have anywhere else to stay than here! I love it here and I love the area!

Shipwatch pointe has to very large pools and a hot tub. They also have very nice grills. The location is great it is right across from the beach and the straw market is right next to it. The room was a 2 bedroom condo with a pull out couch. We were able to sleep 9.

Did a inspection of the place.

We spent last week in this condo and it was perfect for our family of four. With just a short walk to the beach and smack dab in front of the hot tub with an outdoor pool to the right and an indoor pool to the left of our balcony — our favorite places were right there :) Washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable tv, Wi-Fi, and a well stocked kitchen (plates, pans, pitchers, etc). Thank you so much!

We stayed at building "i" during our 2010 summer vacation. Very close to the beach, and we always had a parking spot. However our room was a in poor shape. The TV's look to be brand new. In 1996. All of the TV AND DVD player remotes were broken. A few buttons worked, but most did not. Some remotes were held together with duct tape. No internet access. Fold out couch was broken. Door bell was broken. Sliding door to the porch required about 40 pounds of force to open; if you're somewhat weak, forget about it. Oh, and the hotel pool closed at 11pm. How dumb is that? You couldn't sleep because people were lighting off fireworks on the beach until 1am, but there was nothing to do. I don't know why they couldn't keep the pool open later. It's not like there was a lifeguard or anything. And the best part. We killed almost 10 COCKROACHES! Largest had a body about an inch long. We also saw one running around on the carpet outside another rooms' door one evening. Oh, and we pulled in late Saturday night. All the buildings were marked except our building (i). Our family had to split up and run around the complex for almost half an hour before we started trying to unlock all the doors with our number on it. Finally, by luck, our key worked on a door. They should mark the buildings better AND provide a map of where each building is located. The Good: Low price, location, parking, functional AC, and a kitchen.
