The room was nice but was overpriced. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

I am so sorry I stopped here without checking. Most Quality Inns are at least 3 star. This one takes the cake. Although I must say no bed bugs. But how about ni microwave in room, beds are at least 10 years old, and the price… 100 for inconvenience. No thanks. And to top it all off the front desk lady seems really sweet. Says she has relayed all the complaints, just no one does anything about it.

Room was very clean and very quiet Staff very Kind. Will be stopping back on our way home back north from Florida.

It has nice rooms, good breakfast. Exactly what I expect of a good hotel.

It's not a bad hotel. Beds nice, room is very big. Fan makes a noise, Bed spread has burnt holes in it. But over all not to bad, good location. Right off the interstate.

Wonderful Staff. Clean rooms. Coffee, cereal or waffles in the morning. More outside lighting. The Waffle House is in walking distance. Ect.

This was advertised as a "non-smoking" room. Pet friendly. Clearly visitors smoked in the room or it had been a smoking room in the recent past. Very stuffy and strong cigarette smell. Clean room however, no pet odors. Our dogs were content. Grounds around the motel were dirty with trash and thousands of cigarette butts. Pricy. Pet fee for two dogs overnight $50.00 above the room rate of $104. Wouldn't stay here again.

The only star goes for the workers. They are a sweet group of ladies. The 1st room we were in was much cleaner than where we had to be moved to, due to the horrible order of cigarette smoke. Smoke rises, so the failure to place the non smoking rooms close to each other on the lower level instead of staggered all over makes no sense. Coupled with the uncleaned small heating & cooling unit down stairs, It was not the place for us. It does look like they're renovating, so maybe this will become a better stop. They really do need to aware of the non-smokers. Full disclosure though, I have asthma.

I stay at Quality Inn from time to. Would have to say, the staff from Manger to every other employee I've encountered is and were very helpful and hospitable. The rooms I check in are comfortable and clean. Thank you for all that you do.

This gets 4 stars bc 1 the front desk lady, who does it all was friendly accommodating, and gives veterans discount. Plus she kept that office, and breakfast area immaculate. The room wasn't bad, but did see a couple of roaches, end table next to bed. Just get their exterminator on more of a regular basis, and this should be fine. We we're thankful to find this place at this exit so…

We stayed 11-14-17 for the money it was a nice to place to stay just to sleep. Room was clean people very nice. Saved money eating breakfast there and it was good food. We was a little late getting to breakfast and the staff was so sweet and let us eat still and brought out some fresh just for us. No bed bugs I looked! Very nice would stay here again.

The room was pretty clean, but the bathroom looked a little sketchy. When we called the desk to ask if they had hot water for tea, the clerk said they had a microwave where we could hear water, then I got down there and there was a hot water pot with the coffee pots right in front of her. Other than that one dense employee and the scuzzy-looking tub, it was a decent stay.

Hotel had bed bugs in Rm 125 when I stayed 10/1-2/2017. Refund was delivered, but the infestation was bad enough where that staff must be aware, and they continued to rent the room. Nasty.

The front desk girl at check-in was friendly and professional. Our room was clean and neat. Nice bathroom and comfy bed. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

After evacuating Florida from hurricane Irma and being told this was a pet friendly hotel, and calling to verify our reservation we were told all pet rooms were sold out and they only had 4. Nowhere does their website say this. This place is horrible. Thankfully the sweet people at the Days Inn next door, which is nicer, took us in and said they didnt care if we had a zoo, people need to look out for one another… oh and it was significantly cheaper.

Motel is a motel… quiet, clean. Only spent 5 hours and back on the road. Had cats they allow. It's a five star motel.

Good for what it is, a motel conveniently located just off the highway. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and reasonably clean.

It was a decent place. Room was fairly clean. There was an area on the carpet that looked like it was melted. About the size of a shoe box. In front of the tv. I'd probably pick another place for the 140 bucks it cost to stay there. The upscale holiday inn would have cost 20 dollars more, if they had a 2 bed room available my review would have been About them!

Well the room itself was typical for a roadside interstate hotel. When my husband and I tried to enter our room upon check in, the door would not open. The clerk tried to open our door and could not so she put us in a different room. At 1:30am we were awaken by an intruder trying to get into our room! We were terrified and my husband was preparing to stab the intruders if they were successful in getting in. The intruders (2 males) were banging and kicking at the door and trying to turn the handle. My husband started yelling at them while I fidgeted with my phone to call 911. Then the men started yelling at us that they were so sorry and it turns out they were just newly checked in hotel guests that were given the keys to our room! It turns out that the clerks were not keeping proper tabs on which rooms were occupied. I was given a full refund the next morning only after insisting on it though. The clerk nor the manager ever apologized and they clearly did not understand how wrong it all could have went. Those guests could have been shot or stabbed had they entered our room and our safety latch was not on… could have been devastating for all involved.

Last time I stayed in Dillon I stayed at the Red Roof Inn, I should have done so this time. I thought the Quality Inn would be nicer because it was more expensive and had better reviews, it deserves neither. My room trashcans never did, and still don't have bags in them. The walls are so thin that the sound of someone dragging their feet as they walked past my room kept me awake. When they entered their own room, it sounded like they entered mine. For obvious reasons sleep was hard to find, but the throw pillow sized pillows on the bed don't help. The best thing about the breakfast is that they are located very close to a Waffle House. The "eggs" are so bad I had to descreetly spit them into a napkin. I love eggs! I don't know what the yellow discs are suppose to be. The orange juice and apple juice is so thin that you can experience it for yourself by forgetting to wash out a cup of juice, then just getting some water. The shower is so small and the shower safety bar so large that if you turn while in the shower you are at serious risk of bashing your elbow against the metal bar. Everything smells musty. I don't know if it's the water or the linens or what. The mini fridge was so loud that unplugging it was one of the first things I did after entering the room.

Had to change rooms three times. First room smelled like cigarettes. Second room no air conditioning. No refrigerator. The maids were friendly. Went to dinner next door fantastic little restaurant. Came back look like a little dog had been in room. Looked around Prepared nothing was missing. Left next day to later discover that our bag of laundry money was missing from travel bag. I was in motel all day while husband was at work. So it happened the night we went to dinner before we left. Won't stay there again.

Good enough. There's a flat screen TV and a new fridge. Beds were fine. Wi-Fi. The shower looks new. The only bad thing was that the breakfast was sausage gravy and biscuits and it was barely warm. But they also had the normal pastry tray and apples. Ok for a one night stay.
