I'm a travel nurse, and this is the best hotel! It's perfect! Welcoming staff, free membership to one of the best gyms, free washer and dryers, indoor pool, gym, and so much more. I have a very spacious room with a full kitchen, and a large shower 👍Thank you Staybridge!

Roaches EVERYWHERE! Rooms are filthy, qnd they didnt give the money back.

Dirty with a horrible roach problem. Don't waste your time or money because they don't refund.

I am having some AC repairs done at home. I came to their grand opening a little over 10yrs ago and was very pleased. Since then I have frequently stayed on different floors at this particular location. Staff was friendly. However I am absolutely disgusted with my experience of cleanliness on my most recent check in May 21, 2021! I came by 630-7 PM after work to check in, toured the floor I would be staying on for the night, signed the insurance paperwork, and immediately left to go home to pack a small bag for the night. I did not return to the room until after 10 PM in which the other staffing who initially assisted me was gone for the day. When I arrived to my room 516 there were Roaches everywhere! On the walls. On the bed… I took pictures and did video footage. I immediately went back downstairs to inform the front desk gentleman. Asked him to come up to the room to see the Roaches and he said refused to come stating he couldn't leave the front desk. He went on with hesitancy in his voice to say "Our pest control sprays heavily around here. " I told him I had pictures and video. Those Roaches didn't even scatter when I walked around so they are more than comfortable being there. He offered to put me in another room but by then my skin was crawling and I just wanted to leave and get my money back. He gave me a room key to view this other room 320 and it was worse! I did not see bugs in this room. However. Everything was dirty.

I've stayed here several times and they treat me like I live here. Great staff, I've never been disappointed.

Best place I have ever stayed. The people that work there go above and beyond they have become like my family out here, always taking care of me. Have made some Amazing friends here that will be life long friends the rooms are super nice and beds are amazing. Need something don’t be afraid to ask they will find it for you and are always so happy to help. I have been here for over 6 months. I have stayed at a lot of places for my job. This hotel is by far the beat in every way. If your coming to this area and need a place to stay for a night or a long stay this is your place. Angie the manager is a super awesome person. The others ha a been great as well. Thank you Angie, Tiffany, Shelly, Pauline, Bob, James, the morning breakfast group, the evening dinner group, house keeping, grounds crew and anyone else I may have missed. You are truly a wonderful group of people and have made my stay so enjoyable. I’m telling you everyone you won’t regret your stay!

Rooms are very clean and updated. I love it here.

The staff goes out of the way for you. Each room has a kitchenette and everything you need to use the kitchenette.

Amazing hotel! This is the first time a stayed in a Staybridge and I never want to stay at anything but Staybridge from now on! The rooms are large and luxurious. They provide a bedroom that comfortably fits two queen beds, a living room with the biggest flat screen I've seen in a hotel room, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Breakfast had an ample amount if everything I could want for breakfast. They have an indoor pool and a stationary bike that keeps track of heart rate just like the one at my gym. The prices are amazing fire what you get. I have never left a hotel feeling as satisfied as I did leaving this one.

The hotel was so clean. The breakfast and dinner with beer and wine was great. The biggest attraction was the nicest staff ever works there. They were so very helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about everybody that I encountered that worked there!

Our stay was exceptional! The staff is wonderful and very attentive, it is very nice and clean! They offer a good breakfast and Monday through Thursday dinner was available they also had some wine and beer options. The food was very nice and tasty and they had a nice balanced spread for the meals they offered. I enjoyed staying here and have chosen to switch to there hotel chain as my place of choice to stay while away.

Fairly new hotel, clean and tidy. Used points so not sure the normal cost therefore value. Had to pay 50 bucks pet fee for our little dog. Had a nice small kitchen and comfortable living area and beds. Could use some kind of pocket door to separate the sink area from the sleeping area. Shower was nice and soaps were included. Breakfast was pretty typical buffet style, pretty basic but adequate.

We are starting for a three month detail. The staff is wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The suites are roomy, efficient and clean. The hotel has nice amenities… breakfast, week-night dinner, business center, indoor pool, complimentary laundry, and a fitness center! They are also very welcoming to children and pets.

We had great time from the conversation with Angie booking the room. The communication with the rest of the staff was awesome. The room was clean. They offer breakfast and dinner. The grans loved the pool. I recommend you stay here for a relaxing carefree vacation.

Suites are very clean and spacious. Love the kitchenette. Hot breakfast was delicious and with a lot of alternatives of food. Pet friendly love it!

Wonderfully surprised on the experience. 2 bedroom suite was top notch! The nightly offerings of socializing with activities, nice touch.

The staff here are EXCELLENT! They go above and beyond, and really seem to love helping people, and their jobs. Plus you get free diner and breakfast!

Beautiful accommodations third floor had some work being done but room was immaculate. Breakfast was good, children enjoyed the pool. Daughter enjoyed the washer and dryer, could do laundry for free.

Breakfast daily included happy hour Mon-Thurs included (beer, wine and some food). Very comfortable beds and pillows. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Downside it's it's located right on a busy road and you can here it 24/7 even on the highest floors. Free breakfast and free parking. Gym was currently closed for renovations.

This has been one of my favorite choices when it comes to hotels. Rooms always clean and well kept. They have outstanding customer service.

Was in town for a wedding and stayed here because of the closeness to downtown and the suites. Room sizes were great, comfortable, and clean. The living room area between the rooms was great to have family visit or hang out between wedding events. Breakfasts in the morning were nice with good selection. My only complaints, and they are minor, is that in the suite the room with the king bed had a bathtub an the other room with the two queen sizes had a nice walk in shower. Not sure why the room was designed that way. Y other complaint is that the drain in the tub was very slow. Other than those small things we had a wonderful stay.

Best I've stayed in yet! Nice clean spacious rooms! Staff is so helpful and friendly, you can't help but feel welcomed. Barbara is so charming. We will be back!

We stayed here for 12 days, it was one of our most enjoyable stays ever in a hotel. With the free laundry and free breakfast and dinners during the week it was a nice money saver, and the dinners were surprisingly good.

Very nice, comfortable and great space. Room wasn't huge, but it was nice. Love the breakfast and the gym. The pool was nice as well.

In safe area of Columbia. Staff us great and rooms are spacious and very clean. Don't hesitate!

I stayed here throughout several weeks of training for my job. The amenities are very nice and cozy, however, I was disappointed in there being no bathtub in most of the rooms and no hot tub/jacuzzi in the pool area. The pool area was indoor and was overwhelming with the smell of chlorine, and it only goes to 5 feet deep, which is a bit boring. The dinners were okay, but certainly not impressive. There really wasn't much variety in the dinners. The breakfast selection was impressive though. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I walked into the place and fell in love. Nicely made BIG bed and a full kitchen. Huge shower. Very nice and it has truck parking, for 2 trucks.

Location is impossible to get out of in the mornings, if you are coming here expect to stay in, carpets had been cleaned in rooms, left damp and musty and hose left through hallway of second floor. Poor representation of a pet friendly hotel. My dog wouldn't walk on the floors of the unit or eat there. The pass cards were covered in some kind of gel, not sure what that was. You guys can do much better.

Hotel accommodations are awesome food was very good and the hotel staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel ro anyome that is staying in or travelling through the Columbia area. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for bare-bones comfort, this is it. Perfect if you're in town for an extended period of time or any type of business traveler as breakfast AND dinner is always provided. However, if you're looking for luxury and finesse, this is not the place. Basically, this place does the job well, which may or may not be what you're looking for. On a side note, the staff are freaking awesome!

We had a horrible experience at this location. Upon check in we requested a late check out. We were traveling and arrived at 6am, the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and received authorization to allow a late check out. We are spire members and vacation club owners. We comply with the rules of the entities in which we stay. The cleaning staff kept knocking on our door and waking us up despite the note on the door indicating our late checkout. Then the sales manager called my personal phone 30 min prior to the requested checkout and told us that we needed to leave as soon as possible. I explained to her that we had approval to stay later. She continued to make us feel like unwanted guests. We did not shower, immediately collected our belongings and vacated the room. This is not the normal customer service for IHG! I was completely embarrassed in front of our family and we are looking forward to our next stop at a Holiday Inn Express as I have only had good experiences and excellent customer service. I will not book another reservation at the Staybridge in Columbia SC.

A wonderful stay. The rooms were beautiful and very affordable. I would give it 5 stars except the pool had to much chlorine. Ms Bridgette who served breakfast and Ashley at the front desk were wonderful.

When we first got to the Staybridge Hotel and in our room we had trouble with the restroom. We got it fixed fairly easy. Then went to go use the pool area. As soon as you walk in the door you're instantly bombarded with nothing but chlorine. Your eyes would burn and water and could really only be in there for 30 to 45 minutes tops it would have been better if you could fit the room by opening a door but that wasn't possible. However the staff was kind and quick. The room was beautiful very convenient and wasn't too far away from restaurants. The beds were also quite comfortable and the in the pillows were amazing. The room also came with breakfast the next morning and it was quite great! Over all my stay was very pleasurable.

Love this hotel! My wife and I travel from Connecticut every holiday to spend time with my two daughters who live in Camden South Carolina! So that week we are in South Carolina we stay at the Staybridge Suites hotel! My daughters love the pool, and the social! My wife and I love it too. Breakfast in the morning, the social in the evening, saves us money on meals. Hotel staff is amazing and friendly. We always have a great stay. Definitely our favorite spot in South Carolina!

We were on our way home from Florida to Windsor Ontario, and we're looking for a half way point to stop off at!
We checked in with a fussy 2 year old and exhausted 5 year old, were able to upgrade to a 2 queen suite w pull out bed!
Everything is perfect! The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, it is clean and modern!
The indoor pool was warm and an amazing way for the kids to burn off energy after a 9.5 HR drive!
The staff has been friendly and more than accommodating!
I would recommend a stay here 100%!

I went online searching for a nice clean environment to take my girls and my grandchildren for a couple days in Columbia and I came across Staybridge. I really liked everything the website showed but as we all know photos can be deceiving but I made my reservation based on all the excellent reviews and was so excited hoping it would be as portrayed. Upon check-in I was greeted by Rick at the front desk and I must say he had a smile on his face ready to help answer any questions and some awesome tips on where to go and where to eat. We love our suite it was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The girls loved the indoor pool, very clean and you supplied towels:) :). Breakfast was very good and a great variety. A lady by the name of Barbara was right on top of everything…
We will definitely be back. Thanks Rick for an amazing first impression and making our stay amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything more…

Great location offering great value for the money and a friendly, professional staff that's eager to please. Dinners offered in the Great Room Monday through Thursday are top notch and a good array of hot foods offered for breakfast. 2 bedroom suite was well equipped (including a full sized refrigerator and silverware/place settings) and comfortable.

The lobby and dining portion of this hotel is very clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any needs that you may have.

Location isn't that great. It is very hard to get into or leave the parking lot with 126 exiting right by the entrance to this hotel. Other than that everything else was great. Clean room, breakfast was good, room was very nice.

This is the first time staying here and it's been great so far. The staff's super friendly. The room is very spacious and decorated nicely. Dog friendly too is a plus! Dinner was great and I'm sure breakfast will be too. I would highly recommend this to others.

I have been here twice — this time for the better part of a month. The hotel is wonderful! It is very conveniently located near the Vista and downtown, while still providing the peace and quiet that I like in a hotel. My only gripe is that the food is inconsistent. Sometimes the dinners are great — other times, inedible. I don't care since I typically prepare my own. The staff is very courteous and competent. The accommodations are more than comfortable. What can I say? My home away from home!

Great place to stay clean rooms awesome breakfast and dinner great staff will be looking to stay with this hotel again.

For what this place costs, I was not impressed; the sink didn't work, the shower ran water all over the floor, you could hear your neighbor's bathroom use, and you could hear all of the street noise. The dinner served was just okay. I don't plan to stay again.

I stayed a week at Staybridge and enjoy the hotel. Clean environment, food was good, and the staff was friendly.

Everything was prefect. Great service, breakfast, and accommodations. Carpet in the room looked a bit dirty though. And parking was a bit limited a few days. Other than that, this was a great hotel.

I really like the hotels good quality all around, although my yputh group wemt to Revolution in Feduary (valentines day) and tthey rebooked our rooms when we booked months in advance.

Tremendous value. The price was excellent for the one bedroom suite. The room was one of the nicest and cleanest I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly from check in to check out. The gym and pool were great. I was totally blown away, unfortunately I didn't have a reason to stay another night.
