Review of La Quinta 2*

I stayed here for 5 nights. On my second day I noticed ants, I told the front and they were going to spray the next day while we were out so the kids didn't have to smell it. The next day I left a note for the bed linens to be changed and asked for her to leave two extra towells. Then left for them to spray. I got back around 2 the note I left was gone there were still ants my bed linens were not changed and there were no extra towells. I also noticed something black on the floor behind the toilet. It was dog feces! I know this is a pet friendly hotel and that's fine. But, I didn't have a pet! So that means they didn't clean very well from the previous people. I was on this trip with my husband and children one of which was 11 months old and crawling! For the remainder of our trip she was not allowed to crawl on the floor. I asked to speak with the manager but he was not available. The girl from the front took a picture of the dog feces and that was that I never got to speak with anyone. I had ants the entire stay. I had to go get new sheets and change them myself. The next day that evening I still had ants I asked again to speak with the manager to see if they had sprayed. They couldn't tell me anything and to my surprise I couldn't speak with a manager. Very dissatisfied we left for dinner and came back to our room after they had sprayed it was so strong you could smell it before you got into the room we all had headaches. We weren't gone two hrs. No time to air out. I asked three times to speak with the manager never not one time did I speak to him. We weren't hear for vacation we were here for musc this didn't make our trip any easier! I will not stay here again. Very unprofessional staff. Very unclean.
