This is a small hotel just off of Clemson Blvd. Which is the main strip of Anderson. It is well kept. I believe it was newly painted and updated. Modern flat screens are in the rooms. My king room had ample room to lay out my daughters playpen for her. There was no closet or safe in the room for your belongings. No swimming pool is available. This hotel will soon be beside a car dealership as they have bought most of the plazas beside it. There is a resturaunt on the opposite side and a car wash in front. It is in close vicinity of many shopping places, all your major chains. Our room was very clean upon arrival and each morning they came to clean. Great economy hotel with friendly staff. I would visit again.

Not happy there air condition didn't work properly! Wanted my money back manager refused to give it back! Want go back! Not a good a place service awful!

A nice and quiet place with reasonable rates and friendly staff.

Well it wasn't too bad. The Wi-Fi is laggy on my Xbox and the pillows were like slabs of stone. Not to mention the random gun fights that pop off at any given time of day. Just like home!

Not bad for a Super 8. I always come back here because it's always clean and friendly staff. Recommend to others looking for a decent room on a budget!

Room was great, quiet, but prices are crazy one price one day next it isn't even if you stay for a week.

It is good place you get all good comfort in good rates compare to higher brand newly renovated rooms, good WI-fi, Loved my stay there.

Very clean, much nicer than I expected it to be! Definitely could use an upgrade as far as carpeting, curtains, bedspreads, etc LOL… Polite staff as well.

To begin with, the location is good and the room was very clean. However, the beds are firm to the point that you might as well sleep on the floor and the employees are rude. When I initially arrived, I went inside to check-in and a woman finally came to the desk while on the phone. She didn't bother to make eye contact with me, let alone do anything to welcome me to the hotel — that's just a hospitality quirk, I suppose. I told her I needed to check-in, without a word, she laid a card on the desk, which I assumed meant to fill it out. After filling it out, I slid it back across the desk and stood there while she continued to talk on two different phones back and forth. After a few minutes, I simply asked, "Can I get my room key? " Please keep in mind that it's nearly 9PM at this point and there was an 8 year old in the car who had been in there for a 5 hour drive. She said she needed my ID and I gave her my military ID, she hardly looked at it and said that she had to have my license. That irked me considering my military ID gets me through airport security checks on a regular basis and onto military installations, so it should have easily sufficed for a hotel room check-in. She asked for my card, I gave it to her, she ran it and handed it back along with my receipt. After I got my keys, I went back to the car and my mother told me that she needed some nausea and migraine medication from Target, so we ran over there and grabbed dinner close by.

Rooms are clean, looks pretty nice from the outside. For a gameday weekend, it'll take 20 minutes normally to get into Clemson but much longer on gameday.

This location had great rates, friendly staff, and ample amenities. Would return if I'm in the area again.

Manager is a thief who charged more than what was shown online by $15-$20. Manager was combative during check in process and forced us out of the room a day early. Unfortunately we didn't have our receipt and we're forced to leave at that time. Would not recommend spending your time and money here.

Room clean. Looks updated. Staff friendly. Location is kind of crazy. Other than that no problems. Close to many places to eat. Would stay again.

Our son lives in Anderson. He has 5 kids. We have decided it is best to stay in a hotel while we visit there. More privacy and we are not an imposition, taking up bed and bath space in their home. On our most recent visit we found this Super 8 hotel (6 min. From our son's house). It was VERY clean, comfortable and quiet. It seemed to be newly refurbished. New carpet throughout and freshly painted. The only complaints; the furniture was a little banged up and the pillows were flat. But, for the price, it was great!

Absolutely horrible. Paid 44.40$ extra to stay 4 hours past check out. At 11 am they were beating on the door saying it's check out time. My fiance showed the receipt of him paying extra and we were left alone for a whole hour then we have some woman calling the room phone while we were trying to nap before heading back home and being very rude telling us check out time was 11. He told her we paid extra and she was continuing to be extremely rude to us. We decided to pack up and head out and asked for a partial refund since we stayed 2 extra hours instead of 4 and we were given 11.10$ back. Also our room had a huge palmetto bug in it. Shower leaked. This was a absolutely horrible stay. And my fiance had to stay here alone a whole week before I even came. I feel terrible for what he dealt with. House keepers came in while he was sleeping to try and clean. People revving their engine outside the windows. People working in the next room drilling. I honestly hope no one has a bad stay like we did. I am almost 9 months pregnant and couldn't even get a nap in.

When ur gone they come in ur room and turn off the lights and air condition … who knows what else there doing when ur gone… also they tell u 10 dollars to wash cloths but when u pick them up its 15 … and there all throwed in a garbage bag.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was a terrible place to stay. The whole building smelled like smoke, even in thnon-smoking rooms. We had to change rooms because it was so bad. The new room smelled like smoke as well. We tried to find another place in the area, but all were booked up.

I travel for work. New hotel every two weeks. So ive stayed in a lot of cheap ass Indian run hotel. They always suck. Always have the bare minimum to the extreme. But I've never stayed in one to cheap to get real orange juice. Sunny D… Really!

Must visit. Visited with family in the beginning of Aug 2015. Our Room was cleaned and nicely decorated. Room also has smart TV, and amazing bed that make us feel home. Breakfast was good. Nearly to all the local store and fast food restaurants. It was memorable.

Nice area, close to store, eats mountain. Super 8 is clean and great beds.

The hotel was dimly lit in the hallways to my room. The is no elevator in this hotel and it has 3 floors, so either have your own bell boy or don't bring any luggage… it was a horriblr stay.
