Had an excellent experience at Hilton and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Aiken, S. C.

Accommodating staff. It's off the main road and quiet. Rooms are nice and well kept with good upgrades.

Nice and clean. Wonderful and friendly service.

Great hotel! Shops, restaurants, and even downtown are all so convenient! Every staff member has greeted us warmly and offered assistance.

The staff was ok. 1 out of 3 at the front desk spoke upon walking up to them. The lobby looked great. The room was bad. The bed was incredibly stiff and super uncomfortable and the head board was extremely loose and squeaky. Every move/toss and turn sounded as if the frame was about to fall through the floor. Maybe they shot porn in this room prior!? The shower leaked all over the floor and soaked up an entire large towel as if there was a flood. It rained that night and had a bit of wind which caused the direct TV to go in and out and we missed several minutes of a movie my wife and I were watching. We were very disappointed. Finally saw their promise card which guarantees they will accommodate you in any way possible but that was after waking up and we were about to leave. We’ve stayed at this hotel before in VA and it was great. No so much here.

Wonderful staff and atmosphere! The beds were extremely firm. The suite was great for our children. You can walk to the movies, the mall, grocery stores, etc. It's a great location.

Location was convenient — close to shopping. Room was clean & lobby was welcoming. Please note — beds are adjustable & dial is located at the head of the mattress on both sides… it was super firm when I got there & once adjusted, much more comfortable nights sleep.

Just to mention a few things that lead to a bad experience. Bathroom not cleaned at all!, bathroom sink had hair in it. The shower was not clean there was hair on the soap dish and floor. When I stepped out of the shower I stepped into a puddle of water, the shower door leaked. The towel rack was rusty. The bed was very squeaky (just sitting on it). Terrible experience. We had to clean the bathroom our self. Coffee machine (Kureg) did not allow you to use your personal k-cup. Decor of room ugly. Pictures upon request.

Great hotel. Highly recommended. Clean rooms, wonderful service. Prefect area for food or shopping. Publix and the mall are right across the street, can't beat this hotel. Quality and location period.

We stayed overnight while visiting family. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely a nice place to recouperate after a busy family trip!

Bartenders and front desk associates friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Food is decent and location is great! Walking distance to mall, grocery store, movie theater, etc.

Very nice customer service, ladies at the front desk were sweet and accommodating but other than that it was a less than pleasant experience. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, they tout them as "sleep numbers" with dials on the side to adjust firmness, awful on any setting, was there for 4 nights. 2 out of the 4 people staying in our group had issues with the television or remote not working. My bathroom was filthy upon arrival (toilet stained and hairs all over toilet, tub and sink) and the duvet cover on the bed had stains. I travel to this area twice a month and have stayed in various hotels in Augusta/Aiken/Evans was very disappointing considering the price point.

This Hotel is one of my favorite (if not fav) destinations. I travel alot and I'm in a wheelchair. These people take extra care it seems (they treat everyone real well) b/c I'm in a wheelchair. Top to bottom excellent. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone & everyone.

Great place amazing room. Pass on the food order out or go out. Just say no to the food mediocre is saying it nice. However the rest of the hotel is nice staff rooms are amazing large wonderful room.

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting the Aiken SC area. The hotel is clean, convenient to most areas and easily accessible while still being out of the way. Clean and well maintained, with a good restaurant and pleasant, small homey bar area. Our servers both at the bar and in the restaurant were attentive and pleasant while being very helpful. The desk person was helpful and pleasant and saw to our preferences when visiting. We were even acknowledged by name when we left out and returned. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The young lady up front (I'm terrible with names) was very friendly, but not annoyingly like most are. I only stayed one night but the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast smelled great. Anough food options around to keep you happy.

I was super weary from the road! This place was a welcome break. The food was great and the staff was extremely helpful. They upgraded my room to a Jacuzzi suite at no charge to me!

One of the best if not 'the' best hotels I've ever stayed at. Spacious rooms, pleasant staff, reasonable rates, great food! Easy check in and check out, couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay!

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have not been disappointed. The staff is always friendly — some more than others — but that's life. The room has always been clean, "great job housekeeping".

Check in was a breeze, staff is friendly, and the beds are comfy. Our room is clean, and the neighbors (if I even have any) are quiet. Close to shopping, theater, and restaurants (easily within walking distance). If I have the need to stay in Aiken again, I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very pleasant room, walkable location to the whole commercial district, quintessential Garden Inn ambiance downstairs. Best part is the staff, though! Really kind and sweet folks. Only downside is hot breakfast is an extra $11.

The staff at the hotel was great. Everyone was so welcoming and went out of their way to help our family.

I spent a week here. The staff was friendly and courteous at check in, including a call to the room to ensure everything was as expected. The beds are sleep comfort adjustable, the dial is on the top left of the bed were the box spring would be. The restaurant food is well put together and reasonable on price. Breakfast is made to order or continental. There is a bar open until 10pm. The rooms are well stocked with coffee and tea for a kuerig. Rooms have a modern feel.

We stayed for four days and it was awesome. We were kind of shocked there wasn't a breakfast and the Wi-Fi isn't great but the staff is really nice and the housekeeping was awesome!

We rented a queen suite. It's dated and in need of some love. The furniture is very old and uncomfortable and stained. The walls need to be repainted and the rooms are in desperate need of updating. That's the bad news. The good news is, we enjoyed our stay and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. We ordered room service a few times and enjoyed the food. The hotel is situated near the mall and movie theater, so it's conveniently located.

The service was unbelievably excellent. I don't know that I have experienced better service at a hotel. Everything else was good as well.

As always for the brand, excellent accommodations. Neighborhood is on the decline, but that's hardly the hotel's fault, and you can't tell it from the property. Location is very good, reasonable drive to anywhere in Aiken. This is my favorite hotel brand, and they've come through again with a capital experience.

Great place! Food and bar was great and Trish was very helpful checking in. Highly recommended.

This past visit was our last. The exterior needs some love-the flower beds need new plants & mulched. The lobby & hallways were so hot & stuffy & there was a stale odor. We had a suite & the TVs never worked. The couch cushions were stained (eww) & carpet dirty. Housekeeping walked in while my husband was undressing-no knock! Horrible. This Inn must be in financial trouble…

Great hotel. My wake up call was late, but that was because of time change. Otherwise, great stay.

Comparable with the Hampton Inn just down the street. If you aren't Diamond, go there.

Hilton Garden Inn in Aiken, is a clean, u top notch hotel just like most of the Hilton family hotels are supposed to be.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. To say the hotel exceeded my expectations is an understatement. A representative from housekeeping comes around at night to see if you need anything such as soap, clean towels. In my 16 years of travel, I have never experienced that. The staff is always smiling. The food at the hotel is great. Great breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean and the hotel is well maintained. It is the best Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at several over the years. Thank you to everyone who made my stay such a wonderful experience.

First class. Even though our visit was short. Staff members were very personable and nice. Room nice! Highly recommend breakfast. Service and food was awesome!

I stayed here the end of June 2015, upon check-in I let the clerk know we was going to be leaving a day earlier than what we booked. They were very nice and said everything was fixed in the system. My stay here was good. When I checked out I made sure everything was okay in the system and I was told yes everything is okay. Anyhow I looked at my bank statement and saw that they decided to charge me for an extra night. I have been calling for over 3 weeks trying to get this fix and I can't get anyone. I also did not agree with having to pay for breakfast since you are paying 100 plus a night.

This hotel is adequate however, the service is horrendous. I was charged for two extra nights when I was supposed to be credited for the second night when we had to check out a day early. So, I ended up paying for three nights when we only stayed one. I ultimately had to dispute the charge and unfortunately, they won't get paid and we won't consider hilton again.

I stay at Hilton Hotels more than my own home. I do shift work which can change from day to day. I made a reservation at this hotel a few weeks ago. I called the day of the first night's stay to ask to change the reservation to one day later. The manager was a complete jerk. He decided to charge me for the first night anyway. I told him I would then cancel the rest of my reservation and he would basically make $100 off me and lose $500 and all future business from me as I would be staying at another hotel on future trips to Aiken. He continued to be a jerk and insisted that he was going to charge me for the first night no matter what I did. I am a Hilton Diamond member and have NEVER been treated like this at Hilton hotels worldwide! I wonder if the franchised owner of this hotel knows that the manager is losing them money? Why would anyone stay at a hotel where the management treats you like crap.

Just checked in. A smiling desk clerk to make us feel welcome, comfy beds, easy internet access. I will sleep well tonight.
