Rooms are clean but the customer service (at night) left much to be desired. My card wasn't opening the vending room door and asking the night clerk was like asking for blood! She could not be bothered and didn't want to get off her phone. Other than that, it's worth the price and the kitchenette is perfect.

Great for a cheap room. Reasonably clean and quite comfortable. "Free Breakfast" means some free muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal to mix with their hot water. Don't expect any kind of spread with fruit or eggs and sausage. But you can often get a really cheap rate for a great, basic room.

I have been staying hear for the last 8 months. There have been some great changes going on. I am glad that my company chose this hotel.

Booked through a website and went to the completely wrong hotel. We did not expect the hotel we got for the night but it was all right. Staff let kids run all over so we weren't able to get coffee in the morning. Also only one cup in the room. However the sink was nice, made cleaning phallus shaped objects quiet easy.

So thankful for Extended Stay America West Mifflin! At this particular season in my life, it is a true 'safe haven'. Top-notch staff, clean, well equipped room & safe environment where I have made new friends have all attributed to this. I would definitely recommend… Thank you!

Very smoky smelling even in the non-smoking rooms. There was a cleaning cart and pile of laundry sitting out in the hallway for the 2 nights we stayed, breakfast was a bin of prepackaged granola bars and muffins, and there was a penis drawn in the elevator. I had my kids with us and this was NOT what I hoped for after a long drive.

Room was ok, everything was clean. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Clean rooms and polite staff. Price waa reasonable. Plenty of shopping close by. Sam's, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Eagle's. I wouldn't go to ShopNSave they were very rude. Plenty of places to eat. Fast food to fine dining. The only suggestion I would make is to inform guests on the easiest way to make a left turn out of the hotel. They have a right hand turn right in front of the hotel. You actually have to travel the backside of the hotel and behind another business to get to the stop light were you can turn left or right.

It was a fine place to spend a night of sleeping. I wouldn't want to need anything else, the staff was virtually non existent.

The company I work for transferred me and while waiting for my living situation to get resolved they put me up at the hotel. Upon check-in I was checked into a dirty room complained and they did nothing. The room smelled of wet dog in that smell did not dissipate over the 15 days I was there. Their so-called breakfast consists of oatmeal andPrepackaged muffins but if you’re not down there by 6:30 AM there’s nothing to be found. The overall staff is exceptionally rude and with it being an extended stay obnoxious guests door slamming at all hours of the night and just overall a dirty in bad experience.

1 star is the lowest score it would let me give, it would not allow me to give it a 0 stars! Are experience started from the botched reservation. We reserved a suite with a king bed and was given a studio with 2 full beds! once in the room there were several crusty areas of notice beginning with the toilet that we had to personally use sanitizer wipes before using because of the noticable urine that runs down from the front of the toilet for those whose aim is not quite on the mark! Lol so to speak. The no smoking sign in the the dirty bathroom was particularly funny given the cigarette burn marks near one of the less then full beds… which both had black hair in the sheets once the bed sheets were pulled back… Not my hair I have a shaved head hahaha. Not sure who the left behind the dirty boxer briefs and black socks under the sink vanity. AGAIN one of many points of filthy interest in this room that appeared to have not been cleaned in months other then making the dirty bed… If someone of authority in this establishment would like to speak to me on this review I would be HAPPY to send them pictures of the filth that I paid for! We were afraid to use the microwave due to the built up crust that was clearly visible when you opened the door! It would appear as though the hotel is ran by the Night Auditor which is the very person that gave me a kitchen pot of ice when I asked where are the ice machines!

Give 5 if clean the room every day and a bit more choice for the break fast.

The rooms here are nice, quiet for the most part. The ability to have your pet is wonderful, and the price is right. However the one girl we've dealt with most at the front desk is unbelievably frustrating on many occasions. She never comes to the desk, and often times she is out back in the rear parking lot hanging out and chatting with who I believe are patrons at their vehicle but am unsure. I would absolutely recommend staying here, however. It's the best option of the few nearby hotels.

Clean, affordable, and safe neighborhood. The staff was attentive and kind.

Good rates nice place. Some of the overnight staff could use a customer service class or two. But overall not a bad experience.

Decent Location but Awesome Staff.

The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Staff was very friendly. Though the location to Pittsburgh attractions wasn't the best, the breakfast was sparse, and the room occasionally had a strange odor, it was still a great value. Would recommend for people looking for a clean budget place to stay.

It was difficult to get transportation as it is a bit out of the city center. The room was comfortable. They do not offer breakfast as they say, there is only one jug of coffee and hot water for oatmeal in envelope.

This by far is the worst experience I have ever had as a guest at a hotel. I took my 10 year old son to Kennywood Park (July 23-24) as a surprise weekend getaway for just the 2 of us since I had a baby last year. I just wanted him to know how much I love him and thank him for all his help with his little sister. We both thought the hotel was really nice until I woke up on Sunday July 24, 2016 with big red welts all over both arms. At first I thought maybe I had an allergic reaction to the detergent the liens were washed in, so I took a 2nd shower, but after I found out the liens were washed in Tide (which is what I use at home) I knew that was not the case. I went back to my room and started pulling the blanks and sheets back and there in the bed I slept in was a bedbug! I then found another bedbug in the bathroom and at that point I gathered my things and my son (who was still in pajamas) and checked out right away. The staff seemed to be very sorry, but even after taking Claritin, putting on Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Stopping Cream and a 2 1/2 hour drive back home to Cleveland, OH, I was still itching very bad. Once home I took a 3rd shower and put on more Benadryl. It is now 11:57 pm and I am still itching. I have scratched so much that my skin is so bright red and painful to the touch.

Very clean and upto date extended stay chain. You get exactly what you expect from the chain and that's all I asked for.

Rooms are nice, clean and everything. The "breakfast" is a total joke though.

Stayed for a wedding, not impressed with staff (slow, inattentive, spacy), accomidations were just okay for the price.

The rooms are decent and the staff is very nice. Regretfully, the sound shielding internally and externally is inadequate, so you always know what is going on outside and in the rooms above, below, and next to you. The takeaway breakfast is usually all gone by 8 in the morning. The bed is big and comfortable, but the bedding itself is rather flimsy. I was disappointed, when I opened the cabinets in the kitchen and found no silverware or dishes.

Friendly people, but some shortcomings like miserable bedding and average only bathroom facilities.

We stayed over night at this extended stay america. It was okay. The building looked clean and kept up, and so did the rooms. The AC worked well and so did all the appliances in the room. The beds were very firm; and not in a good way. I was also not impressed with the grab and go breakfast, which consisted of apples, stale nature Valley granola bars, one small packaged muffin, and dark/light roast coffee. If you just need a place to crash for the night and you would like it to be clean this isn't a bad place for that. If you are interested in anything other than a mediocre bed to sleep in, I would try another hotel.

This hotel was bare-bones at best and in need of some major upgrades. I've stayed at many extended-stay hotels and have never had any complaints prior — the kitchen — no supplies like basic dish soap, paper towels, a regular coffee maker, etc. The kitchen towel was washed but was terribly stained — are you kidding me?!? The decor — well, there wasn't any. The TV was old and offered minimal channel selections. The bathroom — no hair dryer, no sample bottles of product you normally expect to see, old, cheap towels. The positive was the water stayed nice and hot and the shower pressure was good. You can open the windows which is nice. The bed was uncomfortable and I was leary about touching the bedspread, it looked 20-years old. I felt like I was camping — so if you stay here for an extended period, bring your supplies! I checked out early and that still wasn't soon enough — I won't be staying at this hotel again. I've paid similar prices for other hotels that were much, much nicer so this wasn't neccessarily a bargain but it did reek of cheap.

Plenty parking space available. Close to office, shopping. Great helpful staff, Clean rooms with kitchenette. Reasonable cost and worth the money. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere. This is the place I would recommend anyone.

I was in town for a the day to catch the WWE show, so when I saw "Extended Stays" I kind of overlooked it. But as I noticed the nightly prices basically the same for every hotel, the amenities this company offers sounded too good to pass up. Check in was fine, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and even let my girlfriend print out our tickets behind the desk without a sigh or problem. The room itself was clean and big, with a fridge, a microwave, and an ample (relative to the size of a normal hotel room of course) counter space. Its location was also great. It's about a ten minute drive to the tunnel to get into Pittsburgh. One complaint that I did have was that on my drive home after the event, I had a tough time finding my way back. I called the hotel's service line and the woman couldn't have helped me any less. She was carrying on a conversation with another person whilst I asked her questions, she gave up and said that if I find "so and so" road then I should call her back. All in all I say that if you're looking to stay at a pretty nice place for a price unbeatable considering the options, then do not hesitate to book a room here.
