Staff was VERY friendly, the pull out couch bedding was stained, the rug was crusty in a few places, and the room was set to 60° F when we came in — freezing. But the fitness center was excellent and so was breakfast!

Very nice. Our second stay here. Will definitely return.

Great Hotel! Nice rooms very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of options. I'll stay here again on my way to or from Washington DC.

A nice location near a good entertainment district downtown. Not bad walking distance from attractions in the city.

Stayed here for one night, as I was traveling with family, and there was a mall close by. The hotel was pretty quiet and didn't seem very busy. The front desk staff was very courteous and polite. I didn't eat breakfast there, but was informed from my family that the variety at the breakfast bar wasn't as large as other Spring Hill Suites. The hotel room floor wasn't very clean, but the rest (bed, bathroom, etc. ) was clean and comfortable.

Super friendly staff and a convenient location with lots of food options surrounding the property I really liked it it was beside Walmart so we could grab little thinks we forgot! Will most definitely stay again!

Pool rooom was extra humid and the chlorine was wayyyy tooo strong.

The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. The rooms were very clean and nice while the staff was very accommodating! 10/10 recommend.

I initially planned to give this hotel a 3 star rating based on the accommodations, which are a bit worn and at times stained in a few places (although everything appeared clean from what I could tell). But the service staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating with requests and the breakfast bar was unusually well stocked for a hotel of this category. They even had fresh strawberries and blueberries, something I really appreciated when traveling with kids who seldom get to eat much fresh fruit on the road. Lastly, this hotel has internet TV that connects to Netflix, a feature I find really helpful with kids. This all combined to bump up my rafting to a 4 Star. Overall a good stay.

So gross! I can’t believe I stayed here but my kids were adamant about not getting back in the car after our long drive. The first room we were given was absolutely nasty. It was not cleaned properly and everything was stained. We were told to try a different room and it was gross as well but not as bad. The pictures from their website are very deceiving. They must have been taking when everything was brand new. This place needs a complete overhaul. I will never stay here again.

I really like this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great and the breakfast is super with awesome coffee.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms — our 2 bed queen room even had a couch. Serve breakfast (usual fair: waffles, eggs, breads, cereal, juice, oatmeal). My one complaint: no lotion in our room (the one complimentary item we always use).

Very clean hotel in a nice area on top of a hill with a great view of the surrounding area!

It was okay, we stayed in a suite, and were satisfied with it. It was only for 2 nights and the breakfast was fair.

Great stay. All around great experience but could use more than one person helping at the breakfast stations. Attendant was overwhelmed and not shy about expressing it. To her defense, the design of the seating area makes it extremely difficult to navigate if there are more than ten or so people at a time.

I was at the hotel to attend the Dale Carnegie course that they were hosting. The hotel was very nice and provided us with water and coffee.

Hotel is well-maintained surrounded by a number of recognizable restaurants and some Pittsburgh favorites. Most of the staff is friendly and the breakfast is standard Marriott fare. At night the sounds of Jake brakes on trucks can wake you up periodically which is really the only downside. Overall an excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Staff is very nice, very friendly. Pool & exercise rooms were spacious & well kept. Rooms were good, but looked a bit aged & the included breakfast was very poor. Selection & quality of food choices were awful.

Definitely a step down from the Springhill Suites in My Lebanon. Poor room design and a shower head that could tear a person's limbs off. The only perk is the hot tub, but even that was way over-chlorinated and burned our eyes on fumes alone. I'd recommend another hotel over this.

The hotel was next to a highway so lots of truck noise for the light sleepers. The staff seemed nice, however housekeeping is a little eager despite the do not disturb on the door. Overall a clean place with decent breakfast, but nothing special.

Great hotel! Charita was fantastic. She was able to get us a great deal in our room. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

As Marriott Rewards members with a large family, we try to exclusively stay at SpingHill or TownPlace Suites when traveling. This was one of our BEST experiences to date. The staff was welcoming & courteous when we arrived… welcoming each of our children personally and offering them a lollipop. Our room was clean & well stocked with extra towels & blankets, even though we literally reserved the room minutes before (from the parking lot) via the Marriott app. The pool area was well maintained, which our children thoroughly enjoyed & the breakfast buffet was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Truly an excellent experience all around. Next time we're in the Pittsburgh area, we will be sure to return.

It's always difficult to find a place to accommodate our family without breaking the bank. We often have to upgrade to some swanky suite in order to get enough beds. This place hits the sweet/suite spot of having big enough rooms, without costing an arm and a leg. Plus, probably one of the best free breakfasts I've had at any hotel: sausage AND bacon, scrambled eggs with complete egg toppings bar, plus all the continental staples.

Very accommodating staff, clean premises and good location. When in Washington, PA, this is the place to stay.

Lee, the front office manager, called ahead of my arrival to clarify my hypo-allergenic room request. I slept so much better because there were no feather pillows in my room. Thanks so much to Lee and the staff for going the extra mile, for recognizing me by name when I checked in and for making my stay extra comfortable. Clean, convenient and a great place to stay.

Good breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, spinach, fruit, etc. ), fast Wi-Fi (17 mbps download), cheerful staff, windows that open.

The overall appearance of the hotel was good. The lobby was new and clean. The elevator is a rickety mess and the 4th floor smelled like a flooded basement. The room was clean, but dated.

This place has always been great. Never a problem. However, this 5 star rating is for the employee Ron during this past weekend. Very kind man who was more than polite and went out of his way without us asking to place to TV in the workout room in the viewing space in the hot tub. Such a nice man and made our families stay so much more enjoyable.

I have no complaints, other than we had to move the TV in our room for the pull out couch to work. The rooms are otherwise comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is pretty good.

It wasnt bad. I only spent 2 days in their on family business, but their is so many food places to eat. I do recommend it.

This place is so awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint which wasn't the hotels fault is when we went to the pool there were two grownups in the whirlpool. They were hogging it so no one else could get in. They were also playing with water balls in it. After waiting for over an hour I finally left. So needless to say I didn't get to even try. The whirlpool. Other then that I would highly recommend this place.

This was the best hotel stay I have had anywhere in a long time. We stayed here on a family vacation while driving through. We had trouble finding a hotel with openings while we were on the road and they had an opening. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful — every single person. We were greeted with a smile and a hello by every staff member we encountered. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable — and the price was very reasonable in the peak vacation season.

Very clean, well-kept and well-maintained. I have recently stayed in higher priced hotels that were not as maintained as this one, as far as paint, carpeting, furniture and plumbing fixtures. Nice staff. Felt very comfortable and safe. Conveniently located close to eating establishments and stores.

This was a very nice hotel and a nice surprise too. I found the staff very professional and very friendly too. The rooms were large, clean and nicely appointed. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The bed was great, nice and firm and not soft or mushy like some places. Over all we really liked the hotel, highly recommend it and would stay again.

The heat was set a little low. Only two blankets in the room and it was three of us, so it meant I spent a chilly night. I also didn't like the pillows. Other thanks that, it was good.

Most times I am disappointed when I try to create a romantic night for my husband and me. This place broke that trend! Lovely, clean room. We arrived at 7pm and staff was there ready to greet us. The suite was awesome and bottled of sparkling cider and chocolates were already set up per my request. Hotel had many guests, but room was super quiet — didn't hear anyone. Awesome hot continential breakfast too! :-) Hooray.
