Convenience, safe, and great hospitality.

My husband and I stayed here overnight on Sept 29th. We enjoyed our stay.
There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, Parlay. There is a Hertz car rental, and a starbucks in this hotel as well.
The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked for extra towels, upon check in, and they provided them for us. There is breakfast provided in the morning. At breakfast, they had hot eggs, sausage links, and potatoes. There was prewrapped individual slices of break to make toast. Butter, jellys & jams were provided. There were prepackaged muffins, yogurt cups, Dole fruit cups, poptarts, prepackaged cereal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee available. The front desk has pepsi products available to purchase, along with vending machines on each floor. The 4th floor of the hotel has a walkway to the casino. You need a room key to access the access the floors of the hotel from the elevators, (to keep guests safe). The casino is attached to a parking garage beside the hotel. The walkway is not short. It is some what of a hike. We didn't mind.
The hotel room was clean. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. The room had a mini fridge (hidden in a cupboard), microwave, tv, TV remote, couch, bed, and desk. The bed and couch were separated slightly by a small divider. The bed was firm but not too hard.
We did notice a dog barking down the hall. We could hear it through our walls around 11pm or so.

It's a beautiful hotel nice staff very clean rooms this is my first time here but I'm going to make this my place to stay when in the area or if I'm st the meadows casino.

Very Comfortable King Size Bed, Friendly service from Employees. The Room was very big along With Going in Heated Pool.

For the Casino, We like to play the slots, so it would be nice if they would hit a lot more. Its very hard to get a bonus and when you finally do it's a few dollars! We do not like when the security is changing the cases in the slot machines, they are very rude! without the gamblers, they wouldn't have a job! just spent 2 days there for boyfriends Birthday n both lost as usual. But in general we like coming there, uts under a 2 hr drive and a nice get away with the comped room at the Hyatt, Also there is to much construction going on at once! Foid court closed, putting in sports book section (Why) Half of the casino floor is closed with no machines. The older ones are better! and not enough smoking sections. Dont any one look around n see the smoking sec. Is packed and non — smoking us empty! For the Hyatt it is great, Very nice n room, Very clean! always will give a late check out! The staff is friendly!

Great place to stay! beautiful room, absolutely clean! very comfortable bed. So convenient walk and parking to the meadows. Will definitely do it again!

Gorgeous newer hotel with nice amenities. My best experience was at the hotel bar/restaurant called the “Parlay”. It was busy when I was seated. I was ultimately served by a wonderful woman by the name of Cindy who is the marketing manager for Hyatt Place. Cindy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during my dinner. I highly recommend all of the food and especially the sushi bar. I will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel all around. Very convenient location being just a short connected walkway from the Meadows casino. Nice, clean rooms that are plenty big. Good hotel bar with kitchen open late and nice atmosphere. Includes good selection of food at free breakfast buffet. Overall great stay / experience and will definitely be back.

Worth if getting a steep discount (we got ours through HT). In two words, the staff was great, the breakfast was meh. The rooms were well designed but the small (and I mean tiny, non-essential things) just kept falling short. Checked in very late and registration set us up quickly. Wife went up to our room and I went to park. Loads of parking available, nice well lit parking lot. Went to our room and we both asked each other in perfect unison "Does it smell funny in here? " It did. Like an sweaty feet. Went down to reception and we were immediately offered another room with no questions asked. Beds were too firm for us, but YMMV. Breakfast was edible but fell short of otger, less "luxurious" hotels. No espresso available at the time.

Love it there! Friendly staff. Always very clean. Enjoy swimming in the pool. Plentiful breakfast buffet in the mornings … So much to pick from.

Beautiful suite rooms. Mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer and cozy sitting area. 4th floor connects to elevators to the casino. Free parking. I have an allergy to feathers… called ahead to have all feather items removed. Staff is courteous and attentive!

Besides the Gallery Hostesses and the main morning cook Ray… they are amazing. However if you ever saw how management treats their employees it is appalling (rude, condescending, disrespectful, and unprofessional) and not only that your Parlay Manager who is also Food and Beverage MGR of Hyatt Place keeps moldy food in his fridges, lack of stock for neccessary items, and smokes weed in his office at work. Oh and dont be surprised if you need a toothbrush, bandaids or shaving cream… Housekeeping manager will not have it in stock. They may be next to the casino but definitely not worth the money. If I could I would rate this hotel a negative dose to management. The only reason they do good is the cook Ray and all the Hostesses.

One of the best Hyatt place’ in terms of value! Stopped during our road trip up north from SC to NY and enjoyed our stay. Standard Hyatt place amenities escalated with the presence of an attached Casino, race track and great dining options. The parley restaurant attached to the property is a great option to grab a drink and have a good meal (Hyatt place hotel). Nice bar with live sushi bar and a good menu. Was here for the inaugural Trivia Wednesday which was fun. The casino has an attached food court with it and is easily accessible from within the property as is a 10 min walk.

Love to stay here. Great hospitality, very clean rooms and linens, amazing showers/water quality. Breakfast in the morning has a large variety and their evening Parlay Lounge is even better to wind down. Always treated great.

Great stay. Staff very helpful and professional. Rooms large and modern. Especially like the rooms with the walk in showers. Will definitely stay there again!

Easy check-in. Clean, modern and spacious room. Hot breakfast with a variety of options. Parlay Lounge served us delicious food and we tried the sushi bar — fresh and amazing. Walk to casino was nice. Casino needs help with eliminating smoke, the air is stagnant. Not hotels problem. We have another night to go but first 24 hrs have been on point!

Had a great time. Room was very nice and clean, plenty of room. Dinner Buffet was excellent. Had trouble with the electric window blind that was to cover the mesh window dressing. It was disconnected at the top and rolled up so high hidden out of sight. Finally discovering the problem in the morning. Realizing our window was in plain view of the walking bridge gave us a good laugh to start our morning off. Then down to the complimentary breakfast bar and still laughing over a great cup of coffee.

When visiting Washington, Pa. This is our go to place for a hotel. Clean, roomy rooms. The staff is always friendly, free parking in the garage. Many places to eat in the casino or in the bar lounge.

Nice rooms, very clean. Nice bar downstairs but the foods a little pricey. The casino was a bit of a let down. Lots of grey haired folks there.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was nice and it had a walkway over to the casino. Staff was friendly.

Awesome hotel with friendly staff and an extreme attention to detail. The towels, rags, bedding, etc. Are all folded and placed with great detail. Covered walking bridge over to the casino which has a great steakhouse. The Continental breakfast is of the best quality I have found and has a home like/chef feel to it. The suites are amazing and huge with two curved hd TV's. There is also a nice outlet mall less than a mile away. Highly recommended for leisure or business as the conference rooms are great too.

Great place to stay while visiting the Casino, rooms are very clean with professional staff willing to help with any need. Great location for shopping at the Outlets and many food choices found local.

This is a nice hotel. It was pretty clean and modern. The beds are comfy, but the pillows are awful. The bar was supposed to be open and there were people at the bar, but no bartender. Short but cold walk across the bridge to the casino. In an area with other businesses and very close to an outlet mall. I would stay again.

We love coming to The Meadows but this is the first time that we’ve decided to stay overnight. The staff is fairly friendly but if you want anything to drink or eat past 11 pm you’re out of luck. My son went down to get a drink from the front desk and they told him that they had already closed the register. They are out of Diet Pepsi and they have no drink machines or snack machines on any floor. The rooms are nice enough but sometimes you just need the little things like a drink after 11 pm. Disappointed.

Great rooms and service. Parlay has soms great food and service also.

I had one bad experience and Sharon has gone out of her way to invite me back to their location. I am pleasantly surprised and have changed my opinion. As a business travelor who stays in town frequently it is important to find a home away from home. This Hyatt has very friendly staff and I'm glad I returned.

It was nice other than housekeeping coming to door at 930 am thinking we was checked out.

Love this place. Beautiful and hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Love being able to gamble, drink and walk over to your hotel room. It was perfect!

The hotel was very nice, it even has computers with Internet in the lobby that u can use. My kids loved the pool and the outside fireplace area. If I had 1 complaint it would be… see threw bathroom door.

The rooms were clean. I did have a complaint regarding two workers at the Parlay Lounge. My husband and I were staying over to celebrate our anniversary. After our meal, the server brought our check and then disappeared with the bartender. It seems they both left to have a smoke break, which left the bar unattended. Therefore, we waited to have our bill attended to. Later we were going to get a drink and sit on the patio. We thought we could order one from the patio. So, when we went to go inside the Parlay Lounge, the same two workers came outside and brought 4 shots to friends of theirs and didn't ask if anyone else wanted one. The bartender again left the bar unattended to stand on the patio with her friends for 15 minutes smoking. So, we couldn't get a drink. Very disappointed to not have a drink on our anniversary. Poor management. Obviously, these workers leave the lounge unattended to socialize with friends.

Great experience at the Hyatt. The rooms were clean, there staff was very helpful, and the entire experience was very positive!

The Hyatt was very conveniently located next to and with a bridge attaching the hotel to the Meadows Casino. The service in the Hotel was amazing from the Staff to the amenities of which we used the Wine On The Go and the amazing full breakfast buffet. Very centrally located to all that Washington has to offer in things to do and places to eat. The security of needing a key card to access our guest floor for the most part keeps you separated from the just the Casino Guests using the Parlay Lounge, however there were a few uncomfortable situations that were the result of intoxicated casino guests… In the end I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a incredible reasonably priced place to say regards if you are going to go to the Meadows Casino or not!

Nice, new Hyatt Place connected to the Meadows racetrack/casino. Rooms are standard for HP, with plenty of room and modern furniture and lighting. Nice that they have the microwaves in the room already. Also tried the attached restaurant, Parlay, which was very good as well. Friendly staff.

We stayed the night for a bachelorette party, and couldn't have been more satisfied. The room was clean and the staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast bar in the morning had many options, including eggs, bacon, sausage gravy, French toast, and many others. It was convenient to be attached to the casino, and the parking garage was extremely close as well. I would recommend staying here!

The Hyatt Hotel that we stayed at was perfect! The room was nice and big with all the ammendities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that there is a walk way bridge connecting the hotel to the casino. The free shuttle service and complimentary buffet breakfast were also super nice. I'll definitely stay at a Hyatt again even though I'm a Marriott member, but I'm adding the Hyatt hotel membership to my list. If I'm in Washington again I will certainly come back.

The room and the staff were top notch. Free shuttle service and free snacks at the front desk. The host at the front desk made sure my kids got coloring sheets and crayons. Absolutely fantastic. Now the bad. The breakfast buffet was at best ok and the indoor pool was freezing. That is totally unacceptable in my opinion for as nice as the hotel was.

This is a beautiful venue, and is free to use for all events! The staff gave​ excellent service! The food was good and over all a great atmosphere!

We had an excellent stay! Accommodations were excellent and everyone we encountered was friendly. If I had a complaint, I wasn't a huge fan of my burger at parlay. It was pretty dry. But it's a beautiful hotel with a great staff!

Breakfast cold. Two days in a row no regular plates no silverware this morning. First room was dirty. Next room the door to the restroom got stuck shut with me in it. I would not recommend to anyone. Surrounding hotels much better I'm sure.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! The rooms are plenty big enough and tastefully designed and I really felt like I was on vacation rather than a business trip. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. The only drawback is that it is connected to the casino, so weekends get pretty hectic and the parking lot fills up quick, however, valet parking to the parking garage is available.

Working there was a nightmare the pig they call a boss is very unprofessional also looked very dinghy for a boss. Very disrespectful doesn't have the place in order like a qualified person would. I'm not sure if they just picked him up at a bus stop or what.

Hyatt Place/Meadows is very nice. Its welcoming, customer friendly staff plus the bridge to The Meadows is dope. A+ overall, definitely would recommend family and friends to stay at the Hyatt Place/Meadows.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. Walk way right to casino. Would love for them to have had a hot tub. The heated pool was nice. I and my husband ordered from the 24 hour Galley and the food was delicious but you do have to walk down to pick it up. They accident charged is for an extra glass of wines so they ended up giving us a whole bottle of wine for free. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also the guide on the remote wouldn't work.

It felt like being at home. We were able to walk back and forth to the casino whenever we wanted. The foot bridge is not enclosed, so it was a little cold in the evening. The walk was a also bit longer than we expected, but not too bad. The room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We would have liked to receive more information about the casino at check in. Breakfast was incredible. We plan to go back again soon.
