Front desk lady was great rooms not good first one dirty tub second one terrible smell. In the room upon entering.

Staff friendly, small rooms but clean. No ice machine, frig, microwave and powerful shower, toilet too close to wall.

Fridge wouldn't close and climate control was noisy and under capacity couldn't keep room warm.

This inn was exceptionally great with hot water from the shower and food that's delicious. I look forward coming again!

The "maneger" sucks stupid lady she walked in our room without knocking just cuz we were 30 min late with renting knowing that we werent ganna leave we were going to stay there longer we were geting ready to go pay and go out when she just walked in on us that was so rude and disrespectful of her part I hattteee this plae and while never waist my time staying there ever again I give it one star because I have to not because I want too.

Room was "abused", mattresses are worn to the point of uncomfortable. Tub nor sink would drain. Otherwise clean, hot water, right price and adequately cooled.

If you want to use their Wi-Fi don't even think about it. It doesn't work at all and they refuse to admit it doesn't work. If you want to use a cell phone you'll have to stand in the middle of the parking lot. The bathrooms are poorly designed and cramped only good thing I can say is the beds are comfy. Would not stay here unless it's a 1 night only absolutely emergency … Whole parking lot is a standing pool of water.

The front dest was super friendly, the outside was a little sketchy so we requested to see the room before our decision. He glady granted this request. The inside was quite nice given the outside looked run down. The floors were very clean. The entire room was clean. Beds were comfortable, I slept well. The front desk was very informative of places to eat, and also informed us there would be a game that night and to expect fireworks. Its a cheap hotel but wonderful. Staff was all very nice I definitely recommend this place and will stay here again next time Im in PA.

Other then needing a iron it was great, slept very well, comfortable beds, all and all I can't complain.

Terrible service nasty disgusting rooms were in the bathroom the ceilings in most have mold over charged my card twice they don't have a clue about who to run a motel.

Do not stay here! We were forced to book the room last minute and we should have walked out the second we smelled the animal urine in the room. The walls were covered with whatever your imagination decides is on them, the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling, the windows were falling apart and the air conditioner was dirty as well as causing serious water damage to the wall. The bathroom had no soap of any kind in it and the exhaust fan was sagging in the bathroom. We slept on top of the covers and left as soon as we got up in the morning, how this hotel passed any kind of health inspection is beyond me.

We travel for work and normally stay at Best Value Inn. We made our stop in Washington, PA. We checked in and went to our rooms after driving for 1200 miles. This room was the most disgusting room I have ever been in. The walls were chipping its paint. There was burn holes in the tube. Pubic hair in the tub. Needless to say I did not get a shower. I sat down on the bed and noticed piles of trash under the bed. I'm not talking about just one little piece of paper, I filled a garbage bag with the stuff from under the bed. So after my nerves eased a little I fell asleep (on top of the blankets) and was awoke by someone pounding on the door at 2a. M. Here a woman needed to use the phone. We let her use the phone and she wouldn't leave, come to find out she is a prostitute. After complaining to the front desk we were told to come back in the morning and he would compensate us for our inconviences and troubles. We were given a $6 and some change refund. Are you serious? The pictures I took on my phone look like they were taken from a roach motel. How are people still in business or have jobs?
