Our room was recently renovated. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Would have liked muffins as a breakfast option to grab and go. Staff very polite. Some of the hotel is still being refurbished.

This hotel was recently renovated and it shows. The rooms are AWESOME. The TVs have Netflix and Hulu built in (you still have to log in), which is nice! The breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel in this price range, with great sausage and fruit options every morning. It's a fantastic business traveller's hotel. I am definitely looking forward to coming back here soon.

The beds are a little form, but if that's your thing, you'll love it! There room was great and the staff is amazing!

Best hotel in been in in awhile. Very comfortable. Just like home. Lou at the desk was very helpful she even let me use her phone charger once because I forgot mine.

Free food and beer during the week. Also breakfast in the morning.

The hotel and itself is nice. You are near a lot of places to eat so that is nice. My particular room left a few things to be desired. I plan to address them with management and hopefully they will be resolved. This is a nice place and if you're going to be in the area he would do well to stay here.

I stayed here while working at the college arena. The hotel is close by and very nice. The suite was nicely kept and the service at the front desk was lovely and inviting.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place — looks new, is clean, and has an included breakfast. You will need to catch a ride to downtown State College, but it's not an expensive Uber ride.

Like every other residence inn. The food is a little better but they only have one beer option. All in all it is a great place to stay.

The suite is very accommodating. Pretty clean, though definitely an older style. Very nice for the price.

Great place to stay but maintenance could take better care. 1st room smelled like 2 days of cooked food and 2nd room bathtub wouldn't drain very fast ended up in ankle deep water after a 5 min shower. Recommend but hope they pay attention to some of the details. Free beer and food in the lobby on the weekdays makes the place very worthwhile!

Comfortable nicw living spaces. Kitchenette handy for keeping snacks and drinks. Also good to prepare your own meals if you prefer.

Service was excellent and the breakfast was good with no complaints. Bathroom in our room was a bit dated and needs some updating and deep cleaning. Would definitely recommend this hotel regardless!

Had a Jacuzzi suite for our wedding weekend and the shower head was broken off it seemed. Other than that great room.

Great hotel in State College. Easy access location. Love the large rooms. Does not look like the standard hotel room: nice living room area, kitchen with dining table and a spacious bedroom area. Ample bathroom space. Staff was very helpful. Clean room. The free breakfast is very filling. Lots of options. Have stayed here before and will come back again!

The stay at the Residence Inn has been comfortable. I felt like I stepped into an apartment when I arrived at my room. Breakfast was standard but accomodating — they even had Egg Whites, awesome! The available billiards table is a nice feature, and the main lobby is a laid back and inviting environment. I was upset that the "Exercise Room" closed at 11pm, when I would've liked to go later. All in all, the Residence Inn feels like a stay at a friendly cousin's house. It's different, but oddly familiar. The staff makes you feel like you belong, and from my experience, you do.

Located in the heart of this wonderful college town, breakfast was lovely with tons of choices, and service was so friendly. David at the front desk made my experience great.

The hotel was nice, a little dated with the carpet and decor. Parking was very easy and the beds comfortable. I only really used the hotel as a place to sleep while visiting friends.

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. After 500 miles of driving, it was a wonderful choice. Our rooms had enough space to comfortably house two cats, two large dogs and two people. The suites are well appointed with a modern and comfortable feel.

Staff is extremely helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

Clean and welcoming. The room was a one bedroom with a decent layout except for the bathroom. Awkward space with just a couple inches for the door swing. The. Onplimentary breakfast was as expected — eggs, sausage, potatoes plus the usual Continental end. The staff was upbeat and pleasant.
