Love it. Really nice place.

Best friend and I stayed for the weekend. She booked the hotel through her Hilton app. When we checked in we were told they had no parking and we would have to find our own parking. There is a parking garage next day for 30 dollars a night, so we ended up paying 90 dollars just to park during our stay. The phone in our room didn't work. The drains in the sink and shower took forever to drain and had to rush in the shower to keep it from over flowing. The views out of our windows were of another parking garage. The rooms aren't even close to being sound proof as we could hear people sneezing, coughing, snoring, and laughing. We could also hear the people above us walking around their room. There is no place to sit outside and relax. The only entrance is the main entrance and it leads directly out to a busy street. The location is great, down by market square but this is not a kid friendly hotel at all. The staff was friendly though and the hotel itself is clean and decorated nicely.

My boyfriend and I were denied service today at your branch. I am waiting on a call from management tomorrow morning and may file a report with the Zone 2 Police Dept. We came in after a parking ticket malfunction and attempted to book a room. Even after over 6 attempts to book the room, we were told none were available. As soon as we stepped out, we called to inquire about room availablity and were told rooms were available and she said, "I lied to your face. " … I typically book with Hotel Monaco, who has exceptional service. This was my first attempt booking with your hotel and, not only was this disappointing, but it was honestly just horrific. I have traveled worldwide, I have stayed at 1-5 star hotels, Airbnbs, etc. And I have never been treated like this, nor have I ever been blatantly denied service like this. Despite this being just one experience, it was so appalling that I would not recommend this hotel to any individual, no matter the circumstances. Denial of service based on appearance is illegal, disgusting, and a disgrace to your company. At the very least, I hope that you may take an initiative to correct this behavior in the future.

Great hotel and right in the middle of everything. Perfect place to stay in Pittsburgh.

Clean hotel and all around great customer service from the maintenance staff, housekeeping, front office, and servers in Revel & Roost!

Room 905. Room gets nice and cold. Shower stall only bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperatures that stay consistent.

Nice rooms, very conveniently located right off market square. Only half a block to the subway which has you at the stadium in ten minutes. Gotta love the attached parking garage as well. This will definitely be our go to for any future events we attend in the burgh.

Nice clean room. Close to all downtown amenities. However could hear guests up above and next door. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Stayed there for a pens game. Great price and you feel like you are staying in a fancy hotel. You are walking distance to everything in a great city.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service is outstanding, I was checked in promptly and welcomed warmly. The location is perfect, within walkable distance of many nice restaurants, parks, etc.

Our stay was great. Beautiful Hotel right in downtown. Could walk to alot of places, or just a short drive to other experiences. Parking lot easy to find right beside Hotel and elevator down to connecting Hotel. Our room was also great. Recommend this Hotel highly.

I had an awesome corner room, quiet considering this is a downtown hotel. Room was very clean. Front desk staff was ok, but not really great. $30 parking/night seems expensive to me but is on par for any downtown hotel, at least the garage is very clean. With the vast array of dining options in the area, I did not dine for any meal in the hotel.

Good location in the middle of downtown. Breakfast was great and happy hour. There’s a charge for parking like most downtown hotels. Felt Place was under staffed, maybe 1-2 people max for many check in’s. Overall good experience and room.

Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Pittsburgh was overall a great experience. The customer service was great, the beds were large, clean, and comfortable. The room was fresh and quiet. The parking was quite convenient, once I knew where is was. Only had a minor issue with the shower, but otherwise everything is complimentary.

The front desk people are always the nicest people. I’ve stayed here a couple times now and loved it every time. The Internet is a smidge slow but I think I’m just used to my home high speed. Beds are very comfortable in each room is spacious. The Fairmont is my company is preferred hotel but it is always sold out so I love to stay here because it’s only. 2 miles from my work and super close to the market. Overall always five stars.

The room was very neat and clean. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The TV was a bit small for a king room and very low which made it hard to see while in bed.

Awesome experience from beginning to end! I had the best drink and dinner at the Roost. Bob the bartender prepared a Wild Cherry Martini specialty cocktail which was fantastic. The chefs special was beautifully prepared, hands down the best salmon with crab meat on top and asparagus. Atmosphere had a high-end feel but not pretentious.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms have adequate space with sizeable showers. Hallways are winding so rooms at the end are a small trek from the elevators.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops! Not too far from main highway and about. 30min from airport. Great gym!

Great place … right by Market Square and walking distance to all restaurants… :Revel was awesome for drinks and Brunch and the Bartenders were friendly and on it! Very contemporary… Loved it❤️Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, clean, well-kept hotel with friendly, gracious staff. The rooms are spotless and the beds and pillows really comfortable. The location is amazing to get to the convention center, theatres, and tons of bars and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice downtown hotel. Spacious, clean rooms. Convient location. Parking garage right up the street much cheaper than hotel parking. Walls were a little thin. Overall, happy with my stay.

The entire staff as a whole, including the restaurants and bar staff, are exceptional at customer service. The entire hotel staff, from management down, is knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, local functions/entertainment, shops and businesses, etc. My family and I NEVER stay anywhere else. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a great Market Square location, affordably priced rooms, easy access parking, and a bit of a view as well. Side note: The staff's kindness, and respectful manner regarding us traveling with my daughter's ESA dog, helps her feel at home and not out of place. And in addition, the calm, relaxing atmosphere, low volume background music, design of the soft earth tones, and sensory friendly lights, is also soothing to my Autistic son, whom has had issues with those features at other hotel brands we have stayed at. Thank you to the staff for being so superb at your job in every way, and ALWAYS finding a way to somehow, exceed our previous stay.

Though I did an online check in the day before, my room was not ready when I arrived. After waiting on the lobby for over an hour, I was given a different room. Unlike the room I chose online, this new room has a terrible view facing a parking garage. The only thing I enjoyed about my experience was the included breakfast.

Nice facility. TERRIBLE customer service. Checked out earlier today — still haven’t been emailed receipt. All the front desk staff seemed pretentious. Maid service was incompetent. The 2 complimentary bottles of water to Hilton Gold members never got delivered. None of these may seem like a big deal (& those are just a few) but compounded together, this is one of the worst Hilton experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Modern, clean, and quiet hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. The location is great with many nearby restaurants. The room was large, clean, and quiet. Bedding was comfortable, and bath amenities were good quality. Perfect hotel for business or for leisure.

Great location next to market square. Room was a little small but had everything I needed. Staff was courteous and I like the noon checkout.

Clean rooms and they looked pretty nice. The parking situation sucks, but it is downtown so what else do you expect. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had and acted like normal people rather than trying to follow a script. They just seemed comfortable to talk with and were helpful as well. I recommend this hotel if you plan on walking around downtown and exploring there.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip last week. Great downtown location for my work needs, as well as in the evening for grabbing dinner or a drink. The room was modern, clean, and quiet. I’ll be back next trip!

Convenient location for business visits. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Service is good. Would definitely recommend. I have not tried either of the restaurants in this hotel, so I can't comment on the food.

Booked a "Junior Suite" and found a small room with one bath, imitation wood flooring made of cheap plastic, a very small love seat that folded out to reveal a thin, uneven mattress that did not fit a teenager. The extra blanket found in the closet had not been washed in what seemed to be years (it shed everywhere). The staff were friendly but would not accommodate us with a cot or blowup mattress stating that their pump didn't work… no door between the bedroom and living room… wonderful when you're traveling with children. All this for $600 per night. The shuttle service was awesome and the location was great. Many other hotels to choose from in that area … best advice is to try a different location.

The stay was great! If we go back to Pittsburgh, we will definitely stay again. Parking garage was very conveniently located, and easily accessible. Front desk was informative on where we should go, and the shuttle service was great! Thank you!

The hotel was new, centrally located and clean. The front desk staff were exceeding friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us by name. While the bed and pillows were spacious and comfortable, it was difficult to sleep soundly due to the periodic noises coming from the hallway and air conditioning unit. Be prepared to pay $30 for the parking garage, however, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle running until 11PM that acts like a free Uber/Lyft service within a 3 mile radius. The hotel did not have any outdoor balconies or lounge areas, which was fine for us, but may be not preferential for other guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return due to the price & value compared to other hotels in the area, and because of the great front desk staff.

Rooms were large and set up well. Lobby was clean. The staff was welcoming. Being right next to market square was convenient. Lots of small restaurants and shops. Over all a great experience.

Hotel was new and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The rooms are a little in the small side but are well furnished. It's located right next to Market Square which has a lot of food and drink choices. The hotel restaurant Revel x Roost was good but nothing special. There is a parking garage next door which runs 30$ a night. Overall I was very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel is very new and in great shape. Rooms are on the smaller side but that's to be expected downtown. We stayed for the Marathon and management was especially accommodating. They allowed late check-out so we could come back and clean up after the race. We asked for this upon check-in and were told they wouldn't know until the day of checkout. The morning of our checkout we received a call to tell us they remembered our request and they could accommodate it, letting us check out at 1:30. Can't beat the location. We enjoyed dinner in market square and brunch at the attached Revel. Will definitely stay here again next year for the race!

Excellent location. A short walk to a town square for great restaurants, bars and nightlife. I've been to Pittsburgh before but this area was new to me. The Hilton properties always meet my needs and are clean, professional and welcoming. But this location? Fantastic.

I was at this property for an awards dinner. The meeting space was gorgeous and the food was very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I would definitely recommend them for another event.

Our weekend tradition is going to the Strip District to walk and shop. There's so many nice places to eat. The atmosphere is pleasant. The vegetable markets are local produce and much cheaper than a traditional grocery store. We love the variety we find in the Strip District. It's definitely one of Pittsburgh's gems.
