Outdated, no hot water, needs deep clean.

Nice quit clean room good place to park your car if going on a trip getting a shuttle to airport.

We were put in a room in the back. Had burnt down recently. BUGS! BUGS! BUGS! Shuttle doesn’t run at all hours. Return flight was delayed and there was zero accommodations made. Staff was extremely RUDE. Interrupting constantly. Hung up on me. Etc. Even our second room after complaining about the first was not clean and we regret not sleeping in our car. Overall I’d give them 0/5 if I could.

Great front desk staff. Comfortable beds, and the greatest hot breakfast around.

Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was friendly. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast were included. Building was older, but it looked well taken care of. No automatic doors or elevators. Need to use stairs to get to upper floor. Rooms were not very sound insulated. Could hear conversations in the hall from all parts of the room. Night time was quiet though without any disturbances.

Had a great stay. Booked online last minute (literally 30 minutes before) and had no problems checking in around 9pm. Front desk staff was kinder than they should have been seeing as I was exhausted and not very friendly. Room was CLEAN that was all I cared about. Everything else was a bonus. It's super-close to the city center by vehicle, and there a huge plaza less than 10 mins away with everything standard chain you could want. My only complaint was the noise. It's far enough from the road you don't get road noise, but the in-rook amenities are clearly aging. The toilet made a horrible sound like plumbing was being plumbed from some other end almost every 15 minutes. The A/C unit was also very loud, and the walls are paper thin so when the next room uses the bathroom or shower you totally hear it. But, if you are a moderate sleeper you'll be fine. I am not a heavy or light sleeper, was annoyed but survived. Also the free breakfast was nice. Oatmeal, cereal, egg, sausage, fresh fruit and any drink you'd want. All you can eat and included with the stay. Overall, when I booked my next hotel, I specifically looked for a Quality Inn. Fair pricing and convenient locations for an above average experience for someone who does not regularly stay at Hilton's and expect that level of attention.

Their park n fly is very good. Even serves breakfast before 4 am! The van to pick you up at airport friendly, efficient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

This hotel is at a great location! About 2 minutes to the mall, and 10 minutes to a mini golf. People in there is especially nice. Free breakfast from 3:30am to 5:33am, and 6am to 9am! They also have schedule shuttle bus service! Very convenient.

I wish I had taken pictures of this place. Extra comfortable beds, extra comfortable pillows, extra nice staff, amazing breakfast. They had a wonderful woman cooking eggs to order right in the dining room. Sweet, sweet lady making awesome eggs… did I say that already? Walking distance from Scoops! You MUST go to Scoops if you stop in here! Excellent time, excellent experience. This will be my place to be when traveling through.

We are from out of country and our car broke down. We checked in at 2am and the staff was very very nice. They allowed us to stay passed check out time while we waited for a tow the next morning. Very kind staff.

Hotel is quaint. There is no elevator. The rooms are nice and well maintained. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We typically stay at the Sheraton. Got a good deal on the room with shuttle leaving at 345am. However, pay a little more for better quality. We're on the 2nd floor no elevator. You must pay for parking (5 dollars a day). Only plus breakfast at 330 and shuttle at 345…

I used the sleep and park option. So much cheaper than using long term parking at the airport. Just stay one night and you can park for up to 30 days free. Add in the free shuttle service and it's a great value. The staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Older hotel but it has be remodeled. Very nice, clean room.

The rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The location is just off the highway. Hot breakfast is served!

Premium breakfast. This hotel is close to my business and we had family was staying there for few nights. Nice service from staff and manager. In addition hotel provided free shuttle from hotel to airport. Excellent.

We stayed overnight before an early morning flight. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. Shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and efficient. We left our car there for ten days and had no problems at all. Would recommend this hotel highly for anyone flying out of Pittsburgh airport.

Great place to stay when flying out of Pittsburgh. Clean rooms; great staff; free continental breakfast starting early; coffee available 24 hrs; free airport shuttle; friendly, local pub with cold beer, good food, and conversation, if so desired, easy walking distance at end of the parking lot.

I have stayed here at least 4 times over the last 2 years, and I have no complaints. My room's have always been clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is great, all the staff was very nice. I will be staying here again.

The staff makes u feel at home and comfortable. There very helpfull when it comea to the surrounding area and willing to find what you are looking for whether it be food entertainment or shopping. The rooms are clean and the gm is cherry.

Got rerouted and had to spend the night in Pittsburgh. The airline got me a night here (not that I had much choice). I arrived quite late but the staff (David) was really nice and helpful the whole time. The facilities are good and the bed was comfy. No complain here!

The staff at this hotel couldn't have been nicer. We had travel issues (delayed flights and everybody was very helpful.

Every time we have flown out of Pgh we have stayed here. Reliable transfer to and from, and a great bar and restaurant next door.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. We were upgraded to a King room because our original room wasn't ready so that was great. We had an issue with our cards not working and that was promptly solved. All in all, we will be using that hotel again whenever we visit the Pittsburgh area.

It was a perfect venue for our 40th class reunion. My room was great, 2 double beds, desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a chair at the window to relax, large bath and a changing area, spotlessly clean. A short walk to the bar where I met with old classmates and a short walk to the banquet facility. The food was excellent as was the staff at the motel, bar and banquet hall. Breakfast in the morning was perfect with anything you could ask for, fruit, pastry, yogurt, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereals, teas, juice and coffee, bagels you name it. I would recommend it to anyone. Close to the airport and right off the parkway.

I would have given them a five star but there was motorcyclers there checking in a at 2/3 in the morning and fussing between a cpl a few doors down out back. Other then that our stay was pleasant complimentary breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was ok. We received a few looks from one of the kitchen staff members and I do believe it was because of our skin color but other wise the other lady was nice.

Do you ever get the feeling people have smoked cracked and had semi consensual sex in the bed your currently laying in? Do you enjoy the feel of moist carpet and sheets from a 1996 air conditioner? Then this is the place for you. And smokers rejoice! This is the last hotel in the continental US that has smoking rooms! The pervasive scent of degradation and failure is so thick and rich you could bottle it up and drizzle it on the prison breakfast pancakes I'm sure they'll be peddling in the am. I would rather sleep in Buffalo Bills bathtub then spend one more day in this run down dump. The quality inn Pitts airport… where hope goes to die. Good luck.

Nice comfy beds bathroom was nice size very close to the school n mall so we can have nice visit staff was helpful n very polite n nice.

This is definitely not a platinum award hotel like they advertise. Rooms were typical for a quality inn, fitness center was nothing to brag about, the water they had in the water machine tasted worse than the pool water, the breakfast was the typical junk food with the addition of grapes, location is okay, but you have to drive to get to anything, check out took a total of 17 minutes, parking is good, windows open.

I decided on booking with this hotel because the great costumer service I received when I called to inquire about their park and fly package. The service from Dan, at the front desk, was excellent. He was friendly, up beat and very polite. So different from the other hotels I called in the area. Great job Dan.

All the front desk personnel are great. Very polite and helpful. The breakfast IS usually very good. I recommend if you need to stay near the airport stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the linens very clean as well.

Rooms are clean, decent sized and staff is nice. However from outside or hallways you would think its a 2star dump. Stay here for work and it's alright. Breakfast was good and free also.
