The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice. You can't go wrong staying here. The room had a separate living area, and a kitchenette.

I am stuck in PA for 13 weeks with my husbands job assignment. Hotel living that long is very hard and stressful. There were only two hotels we could find close to his work that allowed pets and the first one we had no space with us two and the dogs. So we decided to try All Suites Inn Budget Host. I did not think I would like it at all but was curious to try because just like the name says they are all suites. But now I kick myself for not coming straight here in the first place. The pictures online do it no justice. We got a one bedroom suite on the second floor and it is amazing. Its like a small one bedroom apt that comes furnished and with dishes and whatever else you may need. We are a lot more comfortable here and the dogs have a bit more space to roam when were not home. For $90 a night including the dogs nothing beats this place. Plus they offered us a weekly rate starting next week that is so post to b even cheaper. The rooms do not have brand new furniture and the kitchen has a little older appliances but honestly it just feels like im back in one of my first apartments but better. Everything is in working order. The bed is amazingly comfortable, way better than the hotel and almost as good as my expensive bed at home. The best thing is it is clean. It may not be brand new but its kept in perfect condition and even the bathroom was spotless when we got here. All in all 5 stars for sure.

Perfect for extended stay. Bedroom, living room, and full kitchen. Bathroom is clean and everything works. Very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and accomidating. I checked out at 4pm and they didn't charge me for that night.

This place is pretty awesome I enjoyed my stay there the owners are amazing people they are honest and nice also so kind I enjoyed the full kitchen when ever I am up there near that way I will always stop there.

Very friendly management and front desk Rooms are huge and very clean They have full kitchen, Livingroom, Free Wi-Fi. Very easy to get to. They have Truck parking. Totally would recommend this place!

This hotel meets and beats all expectations my husband took a four-day trip with four other members of his crew peacock poultry when they are rubbed they found a luxury two room sweet just like a mini apartment with. Full frigerator and. Separate living room they were so excited we stay in a lot of motels and we usually crammed in just one room but it was a welcoming experience and a very pleasant stay when we're back in this area it will be the only Motel that we use we love it thanks for the hospitality everything was great thanks again Allen peacock Jr peacock poultry Georgia.

The Owner is Great, very Welcoming and accommodating. The Room was exceptionally clean and the space was great with A full ktchen. And as we all know it's great to be two miles down the road from Wal-Mart!

Great value for the amount of living space! I would give this place 5 stars, but the beds are pretty uncomfortable. Regardless, I definitely would recommend it. They allow pets and still cost less than a pet-free hotel. If the beds get updated to something less stiff, this place would earn it's 5th star easy!

Great space, clean, welcoming hosts, roomy, love the small kitchen!

The good: Hostess and host are very nice and helpful. The suite has a full-sized refrigerator and stove with a clean oven. The suite was clean. The bad: Furniture and mattresses are old and tired looking. Pillows, though there were plenty, are flat and worthless… I used three of them and usually only use one. No phone in the room. No cookware in the kitchen, in spite of having a full-sized stove. No hangers in the closet. There was an iron, but no ironing board. One towel and facecloth each… another set would have been helpful. Heard upstairs guests thumping while walking on the floor above. We stayed here because the Rodeway Inn next door was booked. If I had known then what I know now, I would have paid up and stayed at the Comfort Suites on the other side of the Rodeway Inn. Though I did get a good shower and nights' sleep, I had to fight an "ick" feeling the whole time… you know what I mean. I would not stay here again, and I'm really not that particular a person when it comes to these things.

We stayed here over Easter weekend and absolutely loved it. The people were nice, the room was clean and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place room is remodel and the owners are very nice.

Under new management the new owner was so delightful She was also vary nice I will always stay there in the future.

The room was fairly clean, with the exception of a dirty towel and a large spot on the rug in the living area. I guess I was expecting something more along the line of Homewood Suites or Country Inn & Suites. No television in the bedroom was our major complaint as we like to watch the TV in bed. Our upstairs neighbors kept us up until 3 a. M. Running back and forth, and that started up again at 8 a. M. In the future I would opt for a nicer place, but it was a busy weekend and we did not have a lot of options. This was okay I guess.
