Bathtub doesn’t have a plug that lets it fill up, they said they ran out of pillows, there’s no mattress cover, the sheet doesn’t fit right and customer service that is not great!

The rooms were nice. Also was the complementary breakfast. My only downside and complaint I would have is DO NOT USE THERE Wi-Fi. I turned it on, it said unsecured. I shut off my Wi-Fi and when I awoke the next morning my phone was hacked and passwords were changed and I lost a couple of things.

We had such a wonderful experience here Apr 8-9. The staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and hot with a lot of variety. An excellent value for the money!

My family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids under 8, 1 toddler) stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suited by Marriott at Hershey and we loved our stay! The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful. The free breakfast was perfect. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the room my family and I stayed in was larger than I expected (my kids loved the fact that it had two TVs). The continental breakfast was great, a lot of variety — also better than I expected. We stayed at this hotel to visit Hershey Park, which was only a little more than a mile away and very convenient.

We live in North Virginia but have season passes to Hershey Park. We frequently stay at Marriott hotels, so most of our trips we stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Chocolate Ave. This time we wanted to try something new, so naturally we tried another Marriott. The front desk staff was very nice, but once we entered our room it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned or looked over. Our first sign was the lack of toilet paper and sheets for the pull out couch (we had the 2 queen bed with suite). Upon further examination, we noticed that the bathroom was filthy. The floors had not been vacuumed and one of the throw pillows had a crusty stain on it. We headed down to the front desk to see if we could get a room change, unfortunately there were no vacancies, so they offered to clean the room. Quick phone call and a house keeper showed up at the front desk. Upon getting explained about the situation, he wagged his finger "NO" to the front desk employee and walked away muttering under his breath. Obviously something else is going on here and judging from my wife's look she's worried. At this point I'm thinking the worst and don't want to stay in a place that this gentleman can have access to. Through all this the front desk staff is still nice and as mortified as us of the situation, especially the crust stained throw pillow we had handed her. End result was us calling around for a place that had another three beds at last minute.

Great location situated close to Hershey theme park. The rooms were very clean and moder. As if it was brand new. Great service. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast was delish and love when it includes oatmeal. The very spacious room and wide hallways that wont squish if a bellhop is passing thru. The bathroom amenities are divine! One side note: had minor prob with Wi-Fi as some tech couldnt connect to sign in and the parking lot feels narrow for a truck or armada.

The location of this Marriott provides close and convenient access to many restaurants and entertainment areas. Also, it's a very short trip to the park, arena, or stadium.

1) When purchasing items from the market I specifically asked that if I charged these items to my room, would they be able to give me separate portfolios for my room and for these charges. The front desk staff assured me that this would be possible. The day after I checked out. I had to call the hotel and ask them to separate my charges. They sent me the exact same portfolio without changing anything. I called again and explained. They then told me that this would not be possible and that I should call again tomorrow to speak with the GM because he has the privileges to adjust these things. Well my expense report is due today and I can't wait until tomorrow, so this Fairfield is responsible for delaying the payment of thousands of dollars to me by several weeks. 2) I requested late checkout. The front desk attendant said that because of my status I have until 4pm. On the day I checked out I received a phone call around 11am from the hotel (though no one was in the other end). A few minutes later, housekeeping knocks on my door despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign being up. She said I'm supposed to check out today. I said I have a late checkout at 4pm. She said the front desk didn't tell anyone. So this hotel interrupted my sleep on the day I'm traveling, which are the days in particular that I like to be well rested. I am extremely unhappy with the service at this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. Stopped in town on the way to the East coast. Room was nice and clean, good breakfast, and close to the attractions in town!

Super nice room. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Room and bathroom were super clean and VERY modern. Even had 2 TV's. Breakfast was decent, same as any other hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is close to attractions and pretty nice. A little bit of a funky smell in the room from their cleaning stuff, but staff is very friendly and breakfast is good.

My family stayed here for an overnight on our way back home. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My daughter left her stuffed animals in our room and they found them for us and are shipping them to us! Excellent customer service!

Great location. The rooms are nice and the staff are very kind, friendly, and are willing to help you if you have any problems. During the summer months, the place can be filled with kids as it is a convenient location to Hershey Park.

The room was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Hershey. Free Wi-Fi! The free breakfast could use some work (cheese omelets are not supposed to crunch) but the cereals and breads were fresh and plentiful. My only real issue was that the door cards needed to be re-keyed multiple times.

We have stayed here twice while traveling from NC to New England. Both visits offered clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is included with the stay and consists of fresh waffles, eggs, meats and the usual pastry and cereal items.

Simply Wonderful! Our stay was lovely, hotel and room were clean, complimentary breakfast was delicious, but the real reason that I'm writing this review is the staff. I lost my purse while we were away and didn't realize until we had already checked out and left. I alerted the staff, but it was not found. Over a week after our stay, I received a phone call that my purse was found in the pull out couch of our room (likely one of my children who had dropped it there). Not only did they call to let me know, but also shipped it back to me. I am beyond impressed with the honesty and integrity that the employees displayed, as everything in my wallet and purse were completely intact. Thank you thank you thank you!

Rooms ok, typical Fairfield. They get a lot of family's in the spring and summer for Hershey Park and it starting to show in wear and tear in the rooms. Also I'm a bit salty due to being put in a handicap room when the hotel didn't appear to sold out. On the Pros, Great breakfast, and friendly staff. Great location if your doing Hershey Park, if you're ok with staying outside of Hershey you'll find better values in Marriott properties. Overall I travel to Hershey-Harrisburg often for business and I'll give this property another chance as I've stayed here in the past and have always been pleased.

Beautiful hotel, easy to find location, check in was a breeze and my room was awesome. No complaints there. Hot breakfast was a good spread. I enjoyed my stay.

The overnight stay was a gift to my daughter when she and her family went to Hershey Park to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. I mentioned this to the hotel when I booked. When they arrived, there were two chocolate Happy Birthday cupcakes, Hershey kisses and a birthday card in their room awaiting Hannah! There were 2 adults and 4 teens in the room and they said that even the pull-out sofa bed was really comfy and everyone loved the complimentary breakfast. They had to call Housekeeping for sheets, etc. For the sofa bed and I was told they arrived within two minutes! Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future!

It was great place to stay in relation to the wedding we attended. Nice room with a fridge. Stains at least I hoped stains in the comforter. Otherwise sleep great and friendly service for the most part.

Beautiful room, we had the executive suit. Very nice atmosphere and seeing. Very new and modern if you for that type of thing. My only gripe is cleanliness. My child found an empty vodka bottle on the side of the couch, which is not excusable. Everything else was clean and tidy. I would still cone back to this place as it is only 5min from Hershey park.

Close to Hershey Park, Chocolate Ave, and the Hershey Chocolate Museum. The rooms are nice and comfy. They have small refrigerators and microwave ovens in the rooms. Breakfast is included in the mornings: eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. There is a small indoor pool, not much deeper than 4 feet. There is an outdoor seating area outside the back of the hotel, too. CVS Pharmacy is also conveniently located right around the corner from the place, too. Con's: just one elevator and it gets busy in the morning. You can hear the kids jumping around above you and next door to you, so it's just really for families.

Very expensive. We were with big group for a baseball tournament. Each of us had tubs that didn't drain. The staff was very nice and accommodating, with the exception of our late check out. They only gave us to 1 pm. As Marriott rewards members, we have always been given to 3. Makes it hard when you have to leave by 7 am for a baseball game or 2 and then rush back to pack up.

Hotel room was clean, morning breakfast was fantastic, free internet and free parking cherry on the top. Everything was very good for the price you pay even better than most of the similar category hotels I have been to. I just wish room were little more sound proof. It was hard to sleep because of the constant sounds from hallway, door closing and opening in other rooms. Overall very nice and may stay again if visit Hershey.

First stay here and was extremely impressed. The hospitality was superb and rooms were spacious. Great breakfast with many different selections. Will be staying here from now on for our annual trip to Hershey. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend this hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave us a food sheet at check in and recommended a good pizza place. Also provides us with plates and napkins as we ate in their lobby breakfast area. The rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the separate area for the kids to hang out in.

Great staff and great location. Stayed after a long day at the RV show and the nice lady at the desk called and made us reservations. Then after dinner she and the GM turned in the MD football game for us to watch! Wonderful hospitality!

It's the place I stay when in a Hershey. If im not there for work in bring my family. My daughter loves the pool.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms, kind front guest service, cheaper rates than on-property Hershey resorts, and allows 18-20 year olds to book rooms, unlike Hershey's first party offerings.

Rooms were large and clean with lots of towels. Service was friendly and accomodating. Hotel is 5 mins from Hershey attractions.

Free breakfast every morning was great. Staff was awesome. I was a little disappointed that a hot tub was not provided in the pool area and that my room had a mildew smell to it. I have stayed here a couple of times and the staff is willing to move my room, but I had to move two times before the room did not have the smell.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice common areas. Good gym equipment. The best thing about this hotel, by far, is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.

Great hotel but not close to anything. You better have a car if u want something to eat for dinner. Otherwise, mostly pizza delivery is what's available.

Location was perfect for Hershey park and the kids had a blast. Services were great as usual for a Fairfield Inn and the breakfast is the kids' favorite part. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is a little small.
