This is one of the best Pet friendly hotels we have stayed out with Mr. Hamilton. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. They worked so hard this holiday week and they all still had a smile on there faces and loving arms for all the pups coming to visit. Breakfast was wonderful and we were so close to everything. Extra perk is have to wonderful restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. I have just had the best time and so has our pup.

When traveling with 4 purple they expected us to share 2 thin blankets. When we asked for an additional blanket they said there were none available in the entire building. I would not suggest this hotel to be anyone unless you were traveling alone.

We booked a two night stay for about
$550. While it was pricey, we chose this hotel because of it's name and good recommendation. We were on the 2nd floor and there were others guests next door, across the hall, and a dew doors down. There were guests in the hallway all night long. I went out and spoke to them once at 1030, again a couple hours later. The noise continued and I finally fell asleep around 2am. When I spoke to management, they apologized and I was told that the security guy checked and didn't observe anything. There was no way that is accurate because the noise was constant and there were people outside our door all night long. We were given a new room but not compensated in any way. I am completely disappointed and will never stay in this hotel again.

King suite bed is extremely uncomfortable, was like sleeping on the floor. The bed frame creaked with every movement so tossing and turning to get comfortable kept everyone up. Also pictures on website appeared like the room had a partition separating the couch area and room and it didn't, separation would have been nice. Basically the website wasn't clear on what you were getting as there were 2 different types of room configurations when you put in the room type. Also, TV was small for room size.

Apparently we’re not all in this together. Called during pandemic to cancel a reservation. Yes it was less than the 24 hour cancellation window, but we had a family medical emergency. However, I was assured by employee I spoke with that I would not be charged for stay. Woke up to a $285 AmEx charge. Proceeded to call hotel again. Apparently the manager I spoke with today decided to overrule the gentleman I spoke with prior. Real bad look for Hampton and Hilton in general, in this daily changing environment we are currently in. Won’t be doing any business with Hilton properties in future.

This Hampton Inn has got to be one of the most pleasant places we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly, large rooms, new room decor and a wonderful layout for breakfast with lots of seating! Toni and her staff provided a delicious breakfast and were attentive to refilling, cleaning up and requests! Great job, Toni!
Location cannot be beat, right on Chocolate Ave! Perfect place to stay when visiting Hershey!

I had a great stay here. My family and I went down to go to the park amongst other activities, it was a week long vacation and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Loved it. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean, Staff was friendly and helpful, Breakfast was great. My daughter and I usually pick up in the morning but was in a rush so tore through our luggage and found clothes so we could go do what we were suppose to do and figured we would clean more when we got back and after a long exhausted day at the park we returned and there was a note from tje house keeper that says I moved some of your stuff so I could do your beds and said she hoped I have a great stay and signed it Jasmine. She didnt just move my stuff, she folded all of our clean clothes that we had just thrown on our beds cuz we were in a rush plus folded our personal blanket. Everything was laid out nice and neat at the foot of our bed. Awesome job Jasmine. I go on alot of trips and never have they ever gone that extra mile and to write me a note, I loved it. I returned a note expressing my gratitude with a tip for at the front desk. If in the area again we would definetly stay.

The hotel it self is nice enough and the king suite spacious. Good location. Breakfast is mediocre. We were here several nights. On the second day it was 7 PM and still no house keeping. We had no towels, over flowing trash and no toilet paper. I went to the front desk and was simply told we’ll Sunday is our biggest flip day. Not our problem we paid nearly $700.00 for an2 night stay. If it’s a high volume turnover day bring in more staff. Sounding like he’s doing us a huge favor he stated “all the rooms won’t get done but I’ll make sure you’re does”. All paying guest should get what they pay for.

Employees were very polite and helped with any questions we had. Breakfast was better than expected with choices! The hotel was Clean and conveniently located right down the street to the park! Also, there was a cute little bakery within walking distance! Would stay again! We enjoyed our time!

The hotel is in good shape. Seems like it's been renovated and kept up nicely. The first night we were there, at 10:30pm on a Saturday, we receive a call from the front desk that there was a noise complaint filed against us. We were literally just sitting in the room watching TV and talking. I thought this was ridiculous. Never in my life have I had a noise complaint put in on my family. I understood why when I was woken up the next morning form hearing every word that was spoken in any of the rooms around me. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear your neighbors talking, doors slamming, and TVs. I chose my room on the 3rd floor, only to discover that the elevator was never working! I had to carry my 50 pound child after a 12 hour day in Hershey up 3 flights of stairs. Was not happy about that… The final straw was when housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9am on the morning of checkout, even though I had the "do not disturb" tag on the door handle and checkout is at 11am. Inconsiderate. I'm really disappointed because I actually really do like the hotel, but next time we are going to try the Courtyard Marriott that we passed right next door.

Amazing experience! The man at the front desk was so kind! Our daughter wanted her own bed (Even though we had a King Suite), So he did everything in his power to get our daughter her own bed! He did just that! Very kid friendly, amazing free breakfast, the pool & hot tub were nice and clean; along with the rooms! I also enjoyed the fitness center! Whenever we’re in Hershey, we will be staying here!

We were a late check in and they treated us so well! We had a puppy we were bringing home on a 16hr trip needed a pet friendly place to stay. I wanted clean and well maintained. They were very accommodating. Being a pet friendly place You never would have known pets were allowed inside! No smells or fur on floor. No barking and if there was the rooms are pretty sound proof you don’t hear the neighbors. Very clean and staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the am was crowded. Not enough seats for the amount of people. Not of fan of the eggs. Guessing not real. Over all it was good! I’d recommend this place to anyone & families as there were several children. I’d definitely stay again. So close to all the attractions without breaking the bank. Very happy with our choice in hotels.

Always love staying at this hotel. The room is clean, neat and organized. Looks like it was recently updated where the thermostat is digital and on the wall, and there are electric sockets and USB charging ports everywhere. A definite convenience. When I come back to this area, I'm coming here.

Fresh carpeting and a good sized room. The pool was cool but BEWARE the hot tub. The light was hanging out of the socket! The other complaint I have is the fake eggs for breakfast. Literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you exit.

Apparently under construction/repair at the time of our visit. Dumpsters blocking SEVERAL parking spaces, one exit door missing pushbar and appeared to be about to fall off of it's hinges. Kids playing in the gym, foamy bubbles in the hot tub. Went to dinner, came back to driveway entrance blocked off with cones. Appears to be only one entrance to building for guests, which is the front door to lobby at street, and it is on opposite side of building from the parking lot. Again, AT LEAST TEN parking spaces were blocked by dumpsters. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfy.

BUGS in our room! Tiny flies and ants. Packed right up and left. The staff was not helpful, not sorry, or even seemed surprised. We went to the other Hampton Inn nearby (called Hampton Inn Near the Park) which was terrific. Nicer lobby, clean rooms, even the parking lot was better. This hotel was no good in our experience.

Love Hampton Inn. Only down fall was the number of mix ups and the amount of corrections that had to be done to our reservation. After spending the day at Hershey Park — we were Locked out of our room because the keys had "expired" (they had set then to check out that morning) but our reservation was for the next day. Just aggravating. Still all in all a great place to stay.

Stayed here a couple times with school groups. The staff is exceptional. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay at! It has a very cozy feel and the free breakfast was a big hit in the morning. The staff was very friendly at the front desk and even the people working the morning breakfast were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the TV was a moderate size. There was plenty of parking available, and three different entrances that one could use to enter the hotel and be close to one's room. The only downside was that hot tub/whirlpool was not hot.

Our power was out due to local weather, so we decided to get a room at a hotel until it came back on (we were originally told it would be three days, two nights). Our room had a small kitchen, a king sized bed and a pull out couch. We ended up staying only one night but it was nice. Our power came back on before we even spent the first night but they allowed us to cancel the second night with no charge.

Hotel is clean and newly renovated. Rooms are spacious and inviting. Only complaint is that they got rid of hot tub suites.

This is the second time staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites Hershey, and both times have been amazing. The rooms are great, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, plus the breakfasts are delicious. I think we will be coming back here for a third and fourth stay, no questions asked.

The room was quite spacious. We had 4 people in the suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The breakfast was nice too and included cheese omelettes, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breakfast meat (our option was Canadian bacon), cereal, oatmeal (with mix in options), and more. We had issues with our reservation but it was nicely handled by the general manager.

Clean lobby, great service at the front desk. Rooms were a little dated and the heat/AC was picky… hard to get a steady temperature. Doors were allowed to slam and rooms could have been quieter.

There are a few rooms here good for large families, uncommon in most hotels. Room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was great. Only reason not 5 stars is pool room was unheated so it made swimming an interesting affair. Pool water was heated though. We'd stay there again.

We ended up here after a terrible stay at Rodeway Inn. Luckily they were able to get us a room. The rooms were spacious, the staff was extremely friendly, and there is a coffee and hot cocoa bar all day. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pool while we were there as well. The breakfast was pretty standard but good!

Had a great stay here. The room was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel is very conveniently located.

Came to Hershey Penn to visit friends and stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a great stay. It was clean, conviently located and the staff was very nice! Would definitely recommend!

The Hotel very clean, Rooms a great size, Breakfast wonderful, Hotel staff with the EXCEPTION of Trevor were great. Trevor the front desk fella was ignorant, seemed annoyed that he had to hit a few buttons on the key board to check us in. Saturday morning while we were eating breakfast the breakfast staff were at a table talking about how rude he is to guest laughing like it’s oh so funny how rude he is. How he’s been in trouble before for not doing what he should do for the guest. He obviously has not learned because he was so incredibly rude towards us. The rest of the staff all smiles saying hello as you walk in. I definitely would recommend the hotel. If Trevor is at the front desk don’t worry the rest of the staff is nothing like him.

The room we stayed in was amazing. The bed was super comfy and if we're staying for more than 1 night, the kitchenette would have been perfect. The curtains work very well to block out light, as well. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond.

Comfortable beds. Awesome continental breakfast. Variety is just enough. Esp for my kids. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchenette being surrounded by great buffets but was nice to be able to wash my kids straw cups.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Hershey Park. Staff was courteous and friendly. Requested a fold out bed and extra towels at separate times and both were brought up within minutes. Rooms were fine and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Hotel was conveniently located close to all the Hershey attractions that we wanted to visit. I would stay here again. This is not negative but it's not a luxury hotel which it does promote itself as but it's great for a weekend getaway to Hershey with the family.

Staff friendly. Room was clean, must be doing updates. Bed comfy. Large room. Bathroom vent had visible dust on it.
Toilet bowl inside — — the ceramic worn off. And would recommend painting around bathroom door frame n get a new bathroom door — lots of knicks n scrapes on br door all that — minor to me-But if all that was taken care of I would of given it 5 stars. We had a double queen bed with pull out couch — room spacious n clean! Limited channels on tv. Think only got 22 — but ok with me. Seemed we didn't hear any outside noise or noise from other rooms so that was great. Have an enclosed patio with several tables n chairs. Nice. Breakfast area was awesome — large area lots of seating. Food delicious
Front desk was nice helpful on arrival. Everytime we walked by a housekeeping staff. Always said hello. Or asked how we're we doing etc. Upon arrival asked front desk for two extra pillows n towels and received promptly within 5 min or less

Nice hotel! Clean and very close to Hershey attractions. Breakfast was decent. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool. I would like to extend a special thank you to the housekeeping department. My daughter left her favorite stuffed animal behind after checking out. We didn't realize it was missing until we arrived at home (many hours away). We called and were thrilled to hear that housekeeping had found it, saved it and were very prompt in shipping it back to us. We cannot thank you enough! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Wonderful Staff and Lovely Hotel. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The staff from the Welcome desk to the housekeepers and the kitchen ladies always greeted us with a smile and offered their assistance. The room was clean and the kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the personalized feel of this Hampton Inn. There was stations for the kids to color or play and there was even a bookshelf that allowed the guests to swap books. I like that personalized and homelike touch! Great job!

Pros: Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff near the gate of Hershey Park. The front desk lady with the British accent was especially helpful, and suggested a dinner place (The Hershey Pantry) which was across the parking lot from the hotel… great recommendation. The room was what I have come to expect and enjoy about Hampton Inn & Suites. Nice clean bed… very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, but a bit small. Cons: The eggs on the breakfast buffet each morning were horrible (clearly powdered), and the ice machine on level 3 was broken our entire stay. The in-room fridge was more of a cooler (must put a bucket of ice in the "fridge" to actually keep things cold). What I would do if I managed this hotel: 1) switch to real eggs on the breakfast bar 2) Not run out of chocolate syrup for waffles on the breakfast bar each morning (buy a larger bottle) … this is the Hershey location after all. 3) It wouldn't cost this location that much to provide a small snack size of Hershey's chocolate to each guest checking in… or, at least to Silver Hilton Honors members and up.

We stayed here during our visit to Chocolate world and Hershey Park. The hotel was in an excellent proximity to the attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We took our toddler to the pool which was very nice as well. Frankly, I wouldn't stay anywhere else if we ever come back to visit Hershey again! If I had to give any negatives it would be that the elevator creaked a little and the bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans but steam didn't seem to be a problem. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff was really nice. The floor mats on the way in said something to the effect that they are only happy if they make us happy. It really felt like that. Great hotel.

Staff is very friendly but refuse to step up at all. The place is like a frat house. People at every table drinking alcohol and being extremely loud while their kids run all over the hotel screaming and yelling, went on until after midnight. Truly have never seen anything like this, especially at a Hampton Inn before.

I stayed in April and the toilet wasn't working called someone. Key to fitness didn't work then tried to sleep and they had constructional night on the floor above. I complained and desk lady said (sorry)

Nice staff. They try to do good with the breakfast, but they are limited by Hilton's guide lines. Older building. Nice court yard.

I went here with a large group of people and the staff was very accommodating. They cleaned the rooms nicely and offered an OK continental breakfast. Overall, it was just what I was looking for.

The kids had a blast in the pool, but we found dirty socks under the bedskirt. The room was nice otherwise. Poor water pressure in the shower also. Great breakfast.

Was in town for a work event. Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean.

House keeping did not make our beds sometimes. Breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub were Alright.

Staff is extremely helpful and curteous. Facilities are clean and spacious. Only thing missing is a bar.

Our room was clean and well-decorated, and the breakfast options were fine, but one evening the fire alarms went off throughout the building — apparently due to popcorn burning in a microwave — and no one moved to either evacuate or notify guests that there was no need to evacuate. The room phone also would not connect to the from desk at the time.

This hotel in Hershey is very nice. Very clean and up to date. Great pool, free breakfast with lots of seating. Very friendly staff. My king suite was huge. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Bed was comfortable, room was rather large, pool was clean and clear, as was the hot tub, which sustained a good temperature. Breakfast choices were good. Overall a very good experience, as I have come to expect from Hilton and their branches.

Not bad, but not great. Wifi is really slow. Pool area was a little dirty. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean.

Great customer service from the front desk, but not very outgoing. You have to ask, but if you ask, they'll take great care of you.

Great room. My only complaint is that the desk is right next to the A. C. Unit. If you turn it on you'll freeze to ssh while using the desk, and you won't be able to hear anything cause kids so kids y if your turn it.

My husband and I just returned from a vacation, we spent a night at this hotel, went for a swim and the water fountain in the pool area was discusting, also we sat in the garden for a short while as all the tables there looked like they hadn't been wiped down for a week, the bathtub in our room wasn't very clean looking as well. Not a favorite of mine for sure.

Enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast. Helpful staff, fun pool, kids enjoyed the 24-7 hot cocoa, and hot tea. We would stay again.

There was nothing that disappointed. Hershey wouldn't have been great if it weren't for this hotel. Complimentary snack packs for on-the-go and the customer service was truly EXCEPTIONAL. Clean atmosphere. The pool was a little small, but other than that: perfect. If it weren't for the Hampton, we would have been stuck at the disgusting Quality Inn nearby. Don't go there. Hampton is only a few dollars more and night and that makes ALL the difference.

My wife and I had the occasion to stay at the Hampton Inn (Hershey, PA) last week. Wen stopped there as it was half-way between Asheville, NC (starting point) and Portsmouth, NH (ending point). The hotel itself seemed cozy. The room was big and clean. I didn't care for the parking lot, way out back, but that's partially our fault for not securing a good space because of our late check-in. You could hear the nearby police academy's night shooting practice from the parking lot.

Hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the Hershey Park. Front desk was extremely friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and plenty choices available. I would love to stay at this Hotel again in future.
