Exceptional staff, made extra effort at breakfast. Helped us throughout our stay. Washed and folded our towels. Older hotel, well maintained 6 miles from Dorney. Will stay again, / recommend.

Great place. Comphy beds. The pillows where a littlw to big for me. I have bad neck pain now. But the best part hands down was the desk lamp.

Everything about this hotel was a pleasure. From the people to the breakfast, everything was on point! Room was clean, well maintained and worth the price!

Pretty nice hotel. Clean room, comfortable beds. Really nice, hot breakfast. The TV didn't work, though, and the beds have a weird sheet/duvet cover. With that, it's almost impossible to sleep with just a sheet on, and the option is to either have nothing on or have the down comforter on.

Whoa! Theres a jacuzzi in the suite next to the kitchen! Def worth the money — kitchen, king bed, free ice! Good service and nice people. Staff patrol the halls at night for some reason, even though it seems super safe already. But yeah, beat my expectations, definitely.

The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff members are courteous, professional and very friendly. The hot breakfast is good also. I stay here frequently. The exercise room is great.

Everything was clean and stocked. If you're visiting around the area of Fogelsville, be sure to hit up this hotel. It's very nice and quiet. They have non smoking rooms. King and Queen beds. Very spacious. Also complimentary breakfast in the morning to set you on your day. Dont forget to stop by Steak N Shake if you're hungry.

Realize that I only have been giving negative reviews when I'm not satisfied with services. So am giving a good review for finally getting what I paid for. Very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, quiet. Free breakfast. So if you need those things, place to stay.

Room was just wonderful and very clean. Bed was super comfortable too, let us rest with comfort and prepare well for the next day of skiing. The breakfast was also pretty decent. Everything was better then we expected from a 3star hotel!

Because I work thier I am in housekeeping n houseman to the worker r really nice we r painting the inside of the hotel. My bosses r family people it's a good place to stay…

I enjoyed my stay at Hawthorn Suites. We stayed overnight in a 2 bed room. The rooms were clean and nice. The location of the York was great too. There were a lot of good restaurants and stores nearby. I'd stay at this place again.

Be careful if you go there because they monitor your internet activity. Anything that they deem unfit is blocked. If they monitor where you go on the internet, they can just as easily monitor your login and passwords for your banking or any other business that you do online.

Nice room, clean, good breakfast selection. 24 hour coffee. Would come back.

Good breakfast. Right off RT 22 and RT 100. Spacious suites. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable beds.

Stopped in late without a reservation on our way to Carlisle. Facility was OK, but desk clerk with colorful hair's attitude needs improvement in customer service. Too busy playing with her phone to attend to guest's needs. She was too occupied to provide an extra pillow when requested? Room 204 has no number on the door? Try finding that room with no direction? Signage stinks too. Put the address in our GPS and drove up and down the street past DPW line painters looking for the hotel in the dark. It is located in a shopping area way off the road. Never saw a sign to identify it? There will always be available rooms, no one can find it and if they do the staff will do as little as possible to make your stay a good one.

Very nice people and rooms. Feels like walking into my own house when I walk in here. Rooms are great and beds are very, very comfy. Would rate it 5 but I'm usually here long enough to sleep and shower due to work, so I don't get to enjoy it totally.

Nice big clean rooms. Loved the kitchen area. Nice hot breakfast to enjoy. Friendly service and nice location. Loved the experience.

Problems were mostly "cosmetic", cap on the toilet bolt was off, toilet paper roller was missing, stuff like that. The "office chair" in the room was broken (wouldn't change height) and the pancakes at breakfast were little, tasteless, hockey pucks (bad batch I guess) but everything else was fine including the rest of the breakfast (no bacon though). Service was good and the people were nice and helpful. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was very nice. Slept well. RM 215 needs a new ironing board cover but that is the only issue we ran into with the room. Breakfast was decent. Under 10 minutes to Dorney Park; went to Kutztown Fair about 20ish minutes away. Cracker Barrel, Steak and shake, Long John Silvers, Pizza Hut across the parking lot.

Bad check in experience, there was some kinda mixup with the hotel and priceline. Front desk clerk was unwilling to even consider my problem. Costumer service is dead!

Pretty spacious rooms for the cost and clean. Overall a positive stay. The concierge was a bit rude upon arrival however they apologized the day after with a gift bag.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Nice hotel with friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and free breakfast in lobby.

We rented 2 rooms. The hotel is nice but there could be improvements. Don't expecy fancy. Employees are nice. It's near restaurants and stores, and you can't hear traffic although it's not far from the road. It's pretty quiet inside, although that may depend on who you're staying next to. There is free breakfast, with fountain juice, coffee, sausage, eggs, waffles, muffins, potatoes, etc. And a nice eating area in the front with a flat screen TV. There is a mini shop for snacks and medicine and free mints on the counter. Two soda machines, one on 3rd floor where we stayed. Only 1 elevator. Elevator seems safe. The don't use in case of fire warning inside has faded off. Fire sprinklers in hallways and rooms. It is inconvenient to go to the back of the first floor near the dryers to get ice in a container that's bag doesn't fit properly. The exercise room looks cool although we didn't use it. The peekhole of the door of one of our rooms is blurry and hard to see out if. The next room's was working. The front light in our room flickered badly initially but stabilizes. It's 2 CRT light bulbs without a cover for some reason. Room is clean. First is a desk with a lamp, a small trash can, then a chest with two drawers with a flat screen HD TV that only had standard definition channels. Then a chair and floor lamp to its right and finally a window with a noisy but bearable and effective A/C. There is thermostat. Two beds to the right, clean and comfortable pillows and mattress.

Always professional and polite at the desk, rooms are always clean and quiet, and the breakfast is very good. I've been staying here for years and will continue to stay.

Nice mid-level hotel. Convenient to restaurants and major highways. Rooms are big with a small kitchen area with mini-fridge and microwave. Small seating area with couch and coffee table. Mini-vanity area with a stool and mirror. Far enough from highway that you don't hear the traffic. Nice selection of items in the "store" if you forget anything. Good value for the money and a step above the Comfort Inn across the road.

Very clean rooms. Very comfortable big bed. The most awesome, big, soft, just right pillows (I need these pillows for home & my tractor). Where can I buy these pillows?!? Room has king size bed with actual warm comforter, sofa, table, desk &chair, another chair, vanity w/blow dryer & bench, good size closet, full bathroom, kitchen area w/mini fridge & microwave, TV, (no DVD), large mirror, relaxing color scheme & beautiful artwork, free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, & gym. Rite Aid, Cracker Barrel, Arby's, Taco Bell, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, a diner, & several other restaurants nearby. Off rte100 & I-78. Will totally stay here again if in area as well as any other Hawthorne suites in other areas I may be visiting. Great rooms for somewhat decent pricing. Wish they gave it to me a little cheaper since I called an hour in advance and was a very late check in (@9:30/10pm) & was leaving by 7/7:30am. Otherwise great!

Very large clean rooms! Bed was awesome and comfy with lots of nice pillows. Cleaning crews were friendly and helpfull. Amanda at front desk was very nice and friendly. She even offered to extend our check-out time to 12 o'clock. The totally free Wi-Fi with no hidden fees was a nice change. As a smoker it was to find that they had an entire smoking floor, which is rare these days. My fiance, who doesn't smoke wasn't thrilled about the smell and wished there was better ventilation in the room or that a window would open, but the room was so nice that she soon got over it. Since the bed was so comfy, we couldn't wake up in time to get any breakfast. It would be nice if it was available longer. 7am-11am would be so much better than only 7am-9am. The only thing that I didnt care for was the toilet, its LOUD! Dont expect to get up in the middle of the night and use the bathroom without waking up everyone else in the room. I jumped when I used it for the first time! lol… Will definitely stay here again!
