Everything is COVID clean. There are a lot of downsides because of the virus restrictions and there's no breakfast, but the rooms are nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The next time we're in Erie we'll stay again.

Great hotel, service, rooms beds are comfortable, beautiful decor.

Spent my day visiting lighthouses in the Erie area. After a five and a half drive. Plenty of climbing and walking, I want the best in comfort to relax before the long trip home. The only answer for me was a Hilton property. Friendly staff, most comfortable bed. If there isn't a Hilton property where I go, I don't go. Hilton Reeards member John Wilkins.

This place was way over priced for the room we stayed in, someone next door to us ordered room service set the tray outside the door it was there when we checked in on Saturday afternoon, and was still there the next morning. So every time we went in and out of our room we had to look at those nasty dishes. I complained to front desk when we checked out, but they didn't seem to care. Paid 180 dollars for room that wasn't worth but about 80. Definitely not your normal Hilton. Needless to say if I'm ever in Cleveland again, definitely won't be staying there.

Very nice looking hotel. Unfortunately I wasn't able to sample the all you can eat breakfast buffet, but it sounds nice. Room was clean, with nice amenities including mini fridge (no freezer), Kuerig coffee machine, microwave, VERY nice TV with cable, and a good number of power outlets. Great stay, would happily come back.

We had a football game the next day and this hotel was very comfy and their food was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice looking lobby/hotel and friendly staff… especially the morning chef who had great customer service skills. Rooms were comfortable and loved the later checkout time. After an exhausting day, was looking forward to sleeping in but at 5:50 am the alarm clock went off (we did not touch it) waking us up, and since there are only sheers on the windows, not blinds to close, the sun made it impossible to fall asleep.

Very nice, family friendly hotel near shopping and restaurants. We took a quick getaway to Waldameer Park. Location and price were excellent for what we needed. We did swim and hit the hot tub one night. A bit small, but more than adequate. We did not visit the on site restaurant. Staff was friendly, check in was quick and any request we had they met without fail. We will be back again!

We booked our weeknight stay online at the last minute on a travel website and we were pleasantly surprised with our results. The room was comfortable, clean, and well apportioned. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the towels were exceptionally soft and well scented. I didn't explore the bar/restaurant area, but it seemed nice. The front desk associate who checked us in was very helpful, friendly, and prompt. The elevator area on the ground floor smelled strongly of pool chemicals, not so much to be a problem for a former swimmer, but certainly noticable. The elevator seemed to be quicker than average. I rarely need a hotel in this area, but would be very inclined to stay here again, especially at a discount.

Stayed in a room with 2 double beds. Everything was very clean and worked well. The towels were especially fluffy. Beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. We had a very nice night. Would stay there again the next time we visit the area.

Wwnt to a bridal shower here. The facility is nice and the staff was good. Bathrooms could have used a little attention. All in all good with yummy food.

This place is awful! Stayed here with a group of over 60 people and had to beg to get our rooms cleaned. Also we had 2 meals in their large party rooms with their in house catering. Ran out of food every meal, service was awful and the food tasted like it came out of a very old frozen bag. Was horrible quality. When asking for coffee at meals we were told it was still frozen so they didn't have any. I've never had such a bad experience with a hotel in my life. Don't go here!

The hotel was fairly clean and in good condition. The lobby was bright and nicely decorated. The room was comfortable and functional. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn’t great. After a full day of driving, we were met by a sign on the front desk stating that the “associate” had stepped away and would be back at some undetermined time. We asked the bartender to look for him to no avail. Luckily he turned up within a few minutes, but it was disconcerting that nobody was working the lobby. We went for a swim that evening and found the pool room to be very nice, with towels laid out neatly on every chair. The pool water was a good temperature. There may have been a problem with the filtering system, though, as we kept getting clumps of other people’s hair stuck in our fingers. The ladies room in the pool area had issues too — a toilet full of excrement and no toilet paper. Other than these challenges, and the rather weird fact of the management company’s offices occupying the top floor of the hotel, it was a pleasant enough stay.

Very pleased with this hotel. It was luxurious, had a nice bar and restaurant, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable. The only reason I gave only four stars was because of the location. Very commercial area with common stores like Lowe's, etc. Not what I want to see out of my hotel window.

I stay at this Hilton frequently. I have always found it to be one of the better hotel experiences. Location is convenient to most things in Erie. Rooms are standard Hilton — no surprises there. But the food, especially hot breakfast, is quite good. Would be nice if they accepted digital key like other Hilton's though.

My fiance and I stayed one night in the king suite w Jacuzzi and the price was okay, 219$ for the night. We thought that was a bit pricey, but we got more than we thought. Big bathroom w shower, a second smaller bathroom without one, Jacuzzi next to the bed, a separate living space. It was very well worth it and wish I could stay longer. The staff was okay, they didn't tell us checkout time or much about breakfast so we missed that. And they were busy talking w one another to not help much, but my fiance and I already had dinner plans and the night figured out, so we didn't need them. But it was annoying. I would come back though.

We booked the venue for a series of events, and they are so easy to work with! They've surpassed all our expectations. Friendly staff, very accommodating for schedule changes and adding options — — They were able to quickly set up a breakfast meeting to replace a dinner meeting that had to be cancelled. I'd give them an A+!

Great place all around has a lot of character being that it's an older property. Breakfast was great and very friendly staff the rooms where very clean as well.

Stayed here because of the Declared state of emergency, Erie got 54" of snow in 30 hrs. And I-90 was closed at the 79/90 interchange. It was better than sleeping in the car. Kids liked the pool.

Clean hotel. Good amenities. Staff is attentive. Would suggest an upgrade to the door closest to the front desk so that it can be functional. Given the layout with no parking in front walking to the traditional front door with luggage in cold windy wet conditions seems to be out of the way with the emergency door located where it is. It just needs a two door setup so the cold winds don't come in.

I usually stay in a Marriott but we came to Erie to attend a Wine Fest and stayed in the Hilton and it and the staff were great! We had a good time at the fest as well as at the hotel. I look forward to my next stay.

Easily accessible from I-90, located near a major shopping area. Staff was friendly and courteous. The elevator moved quickly. Room was clean and well appointed. Refrigerator, AC, and toilet were nearly silent (which is unusual. ). Room also had a Keurig machine and plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging our devices. Go for the Bed and Breakfast special rate. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Cook-to-order eggs, omelettes, pancakes, and waffles. Buffet included fruit, pastry, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Restaurant staff was also very friendly. Excellent service overall. I hope to stay there again.

Good hotel great people. Clean, comfortable rooms and tasty restaurant selections. Good value and plenty of things to do.

As always Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint. We arrived an hour early and the staff apologized that our room was not ready, would it be alright if they gave us another room. Had a great nights sleep.

The service was great. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and accomadating from the front desk clerk to housekeeping to the servers at breakfast and the bar area. I would definitely stay there again and/or recommend them to anyone.

We really like this hotel and other Hilton's. We get great service, very clean rooms. And meet nice people. Only down side is no free breakfast.

The Hotel is well maintained and close to North East Marina, as well as many excellent local wineries. The front desk service was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this Hotel!

We stayed 3 nights and it was fine. We had a junior suite for 2 adults and two kids and had plenty of space. We did two loads of laundry and the machines cost 1.50 each. Only negatives were no safe in the room and we repeatedly only got 3 new towels every day instead of 4. Minor things and everything else was fine.

Room was decent. Jacuzzi tub in pull when turned on jetted out mold into the tub. We were given a discount and tub was cleaned but then when turned on again the same happened. Had them run cleaner through the jets and that did the trick after re cleaning it ourselves a few times. Went to go swimming and the pool and tub tub heater was broken and no warning so when we went it it was freezing. Other than those two issues the staff and rest of the stay was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Clean, spacious room. Reasonable rate. Front desk very helpful. Close to all the amenities needed when away from home. Right next to interstate.

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and well stocked. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were very happy to help. The lobby was fantastic. There was free coffee and tea in the morning, and water and lemonade in the afternoon. The restaurant was great. The breakfast was fantastic! We really enjoyed the made-to-order counter — the chocolate chip pancakes were delicious! Overall, a grear stay!

Nice hotel, conveniently located right of the interstate. A large parking lot, with chargers for Tesla cars. Pretty neat. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great. The room was very nice. Clean, modern, and comfortable. No noise from the interstate, so a great nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Room (107) was massive because of its location beside the fitness room. Air conditioner needs replaced. Window coverings seem insufficient for 1st floor.

Wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Erie. Very clean room, polite staff and plenty of parking. Stayed two nights and had no issues whatsoever.

Respectable establishment. I was attending a business meeting on the top floor and every employee I encountered was professional and genuine. The environment was also clean, progressive and welcoming. I took notice to the interesting aesthetics of the architecture.

The location of this hotel is great, it's rate off the main drag in Erie, but it's back far enough that it's very quiet. The room and hotel itself were both very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have been going to the Hilton for the past few months as Family Church Erie is using the conference room to hold meetings while our building is finished. They have been very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this venue for events.

It was a nice hotel. Was clean and quiet.

The jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after a long day of shopping in the area. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower water pressure was lacking and the overall room cleaning should have been more thorough. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room was very clean. Was not a fan of the beds. The mattresses were adjustable from soft to firm. Couldn't find a setting that was comfortable.

Clean friendly hotel but VERY overpriced for what it is. $13 dollars for a breakfast that most hotels give away for free. $4 for a low end, in room bottle of water that most hotels give for free.

Run of the mill hotel. The 2 star rating is due to the staff not being trained well in customer service. Also, having people cleaning rooms at 10pm and slamming doors isn't good hotel business practice. Place isn't horrible, but needs some improvement.

This is the only Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed at. I found the rooms and bathroom to be very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The architecture was also very nice; a bit more fancy then I am used too :).
