Double charged for our room, we’ve never had that happen anywhere else. Needed to ask for washcloths and towels. Bathroom was dirty. Definitely will not be back.

It was our first trip to the Erie area and this hotel was a great choice. Very quiet and very clean. Everything was amazing! My son loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place. I have worked here and also stayed here. No complaints, great staff and lovely rooms with mini bar. Pool and hot tub. And also a great morning breakfast.

The hotel is very easy to find, and close to both the speedway and the pier. Staff was very friendly and there were no problems with check in or out. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would room here again if I visit Erie in the future.

First time stay at a Cobblestone hotel, they recently built one in my hometown. Visiting family here in Erie and stayed at Harbercreek location. Front desk ladies were very pleasant are room was clean and crisp. Breakfast was good but the area seemed a bit small (we went at 9am and the hotel was full booked)

There is no elevator, so you have to heft your bags up the stairs. The pool opens later than some, at 8 am. The rooms are clean and comforable, though I noticed the shower curtain was a bit moldy at the bottom.

Stayed here practically the entire week and this place is great! Breakfast included and everything was put out fresh every day. Friendly staff, nice and quiet, extremely clean and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend to anyone. There was a pool (I didn't had any time to jump in because I'm a truck driver and all I wanted to do was sleep) but walked by it and the water was so crystal clear it was actually very inviting. Thank you!

I have to say I was very impressed. The salt pool was great, every morning there was a different hot breakfast and the workers were so nice! The only down side is on check out day I did a walk around the room to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything and when I picked up the bed skirt there was a bunch of debri and old Band-Aids, everything else seemed very very clean.

Beautiful place BUT the local university students should be handling the luggage and earning some tips as there is NO elevator to the 2nd floor.

Fairly new hotel (2015) with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and great service.

We stayed here on a quick stopover on a longer roadtrip. We arrived late at night and the front desk was helpful in getting us checked in quickly. The location was nice and afforded me a good location for a morning run at the college campus across the street. The buffet breakfast which was included was wonderful and a great way to start a day on the road.

New hotel but poor quality with rude employees. Ordered my mom a jacuzzi room for her birthday. The room was extremely small for being a jacuzzi room. The jets in the jacuzzi didn't work and it slowly drained. The heater/air conditioners in the rooms are extremely loud and turn on periodically throughout the night, waking you up. There is also no elevator. The pool is super cold and a family was swimming who were not guests at the hotel. They changed in the pool bathroom and left. My sister and niece came to visit my mom, and an employee rudely said "you can not have guests here, they need to leave. " You can't even have guests visit you but strangers off of the street can sneak into their pool? It was a horrible experience. Don't waste your money here.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. The road was noisy at night but wasn't bad enough to not fall asleep.

Beautiful, clean location. My kids and I stayed only one night while our power was out at home due to a storm. Great breakfast selection even for picky eaters like mine! Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, ice water and cookies available at no charge all the time. Quiet rooms… not able to hear anything from the rooms near us. Friendly staff. The only reasons I gave a 4 and not a 5 star is because an elevator would be helpful with carrying luggage. The other reason is because the chlorine level was so high my kid's skin was burning after we went swimming and my daughter cut two toes in the pool. Nothing a bath couldn't fix. They did provide band aids and toothpaste at no charge though.

Stayed here for the 2nd year in a row for an event at PSB. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Erica the GM who accommodated a large group of about 30. We planned the trip nearly a year in advance and the stay was wonderful. Rooms are clean, breakfast hit the spot, and I can 100% say that we will be staying there again next year!

Rooms were nice and clean. Everything is new. Utilities were all functional and hot water was good. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming but got the job done.

Nice, but the Jets in the hot tub do not work and there does not seem to be any plans to fix it and no apologies for it. Just across the road from PSU Behrend and bike trail accessible.

Quiet, out-of-the-way kind of place that is clean, friendly, and a great place to stay. Not too far off the interstate, but far enough to be relaxing. A short drive to downtown. A small hotel with big hotel features.

We had a great weekend in Erie. The check-in process was fast and easy. The manager opened up the breakfast nook 2 1/2 hours early for the runners in the marathon. The coffee was even piping hot! Thanks for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

Stayed here because it looked clean and comfortable and expected to have a nice soak in the whirlpool after spending all day packing and loading a truck for a move. The place is clean (it's new) but the whirlpool was not working… one of the main reasons we came. Nice place but disappointed. Also, breakfast ends at 9. Not a fancy breakfast. Im not a health nut but do like to wat fresh real food. The inly I found that met that criteria was the fruit.

The place is clean but they have absolutely terrible service. They double charged my card and told me it will take 2 weeks for them to refund my money. When I tried speaking with the general manager she didn't even apologize for their error. Breakfast is supposed to be until 9am. My 2 young children were still eating and they shut breakfast down by 8:50am. Pool was clean but hot tub was out of service.

The Best. We have stayed at many miles in Erie over the years This has been the best yet. Very clean, there is housekeeping every day. Pool and spa indoors, which is very nice on cold, or rainy days. Flat screen tv's very nice. Security is great. Breakfast very good, with all day coffee and tea. Have a snack room if you get hungry or thirsty with a small store if you need bathing accessories like deodorant etc. I will be staying here from now on.

It's a brand new facility, so everything is like new. My only complaint is there are no vents in the bathroom.

I was visiting some friends who were in town. I hung out with them in the lobby and had a couple of drinks at the bar. Selection could have been a bit better but the service was good. The place looks nice as well. Felt homey.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel in years. And my experience is based upon a week stay I had there (was supposed to be two but I couldn't handle it any longer) The walls are so poor you can hear everything on either side of you partying all night and u hear it all. There's tables outside so people sit outside drinking and partying until wee hrs in morning and you can hear it up on the second floor. The cleaning people just skipped our room and did not clean it one day. Those are the huge issues. Minor issue is the setup of the breakfast is poor. It's all crammed into a small space so on a busy weekend morning it's wait wait and bumping into each other. The pool hrs aren't very late close at 10 pm which if your out and about by the time you come in for evening swim time is limited. Due to the smaller pool and hot tub with kids in it things seem to be extremely loud (maybe extend pool until 11 with 10-11 adults only). The laundry area only has one washer/dryer but the price is VERY reasonable and one of the best accommodations offered. They also offer chocolate milk w breakfast which is a huge plus since I have a5 yr old that loves it.
