Absolute 5 stars. They are the best. Room was spotless. Desk clerks were the best. The manager came to us at breakfast to make sure everything was ok. The woman that runs the breakfast couldn't have been nicer. We actually thought we would have to stay another night, which I would have loved. But at 4:30 we got our water back on. So we called to see if we could cancel the reservation, no problem. I would recommend them to everyone. Great job holiday inn express in delmont. Anyone who wouldn't recommend them maybe should stay home.

Excellent friendly staff working at the desk and cleaning rooms. I completely enjoyed my stay. I had booked because of training and ended up not going out after training just staying in my clean room. Thank you for the excellent room!

Rooms were always clean. Would sometimes find leftover hair in the jacuzzi tubs but it was then promptly recleaned by the staff.

Stayed here several times. The staff is always so friendly. Linens were very clean & fresh, however the sheer curtains are dingy brown & just looked dirty. Carpet really could use a good cleaning, especially around the edges. I hope it doesn't continue to go downhill as we love the location, the Lamplight Restaurant and the great staff.

Good place for a small meeting. Their meeting room can hold a dozen people confidently and they provided the necessary equipment. They also provided some water, pens, and mints, which was a nice convenience.

If youre in a pinch its great but its outdated and not worth the money, im a hotwire guy and still paid 95 a night whereas I have paid 55 at much nicer places. Lightning is poor in the hallways and it just doesn't seem like a 2.5 star place in comparison to other 2.5 star holiday inns or establishments I have stayed. Its clean and everyone is nice I guess I'm just use to way more bang for my buck.

It's alot like the other holiday Inn expresses, very well kept clean and generally good service.

Was a lovely experience, hotel was clean And staff was courteous. The hotel itself was in need of a renovation, but it was still in good order. I was disappointed that there were not more electrical outlets and/or charging ports as is seen in the newer designs of the renovated holiday Inn expresses. I have still have yet to have a bad experience with this hotel chain, and this location was no exception.

Clean, friendly staff, better than average breakfast in similar class hotels. Does not have a swimming pool or sauna, but does have a dumbbell rack with several light to mid-level dumbbell sets. Located near a number of stores, restaurants, has stations and not to far from a few banks, fast food and the AMC theater.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was lovely and the towels were fluffy. The water faucet was installed backwards but not really an issue.

Was a little disappointed in how small the Jacuzzi tub was and the beds in the Jacuzzi room. Other than that its great nice and clean and welcoming staff very friendly.

Room had a fridge and microwave, super comfy bed, and plenty of space. Only downside would be the not so great free breakfast, but hey it's free and nowhere gets free breakfast as good as home cooked.

Clean, quiet, and friendly. What else could you ask for?

The staff was nice. Accommodations were okay. My only complaint was the beds, very hard and lumpy. The staff that check to see in, we're great.

Thank you for an awesome stay! My mom and I stayed here Thursday thru Saturday for my niece's wedding. The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing! I would highly recommend it for anyone in the area!

When we checked in on Friday as part of the wedding party we were elated at the service we received at check in from Tressa and another young lady. They were friendly and extremely accommodating during the check in process and we were grateful, however for some reason the "wedding block" of guests was spread through the whole hotel, Friday when the night desk worker Susan came on board was when things immediately started going downhill. Fair enough that after 11 pm it is expected that all guests are quiet and respectful of each other however, through a poor management choice the entire wedding (15+ Booked rooms) were spread out and the complaints never stopped. A front desk worker actually called the groom at 9 am on the morning of his wedding to complain about noise of the wedding knocking on each other's doors greeting each other … AT 9AM! The harassment from the staff continued through out the day and night (the day time, when no expectations about quiet hours etc were stated) particularly from the same front desk lady who worked Friday night also. In general the rooms were pretty good and standard and besides the treatment from the front desk all other staff were friendly and accommodating. The lamplighter (wedding venue) encourages wedding parties to book at this hotel however after this experience, I would strongly encourage any wedding party to think twice and take an uber to the next closest location when the wedding ends.

Booked for a wedding, didn't "block" everyone together. Spread the entire wedding on all three floors, then booked two funerals in the middle of it. Did not think this through, complaints from wedding and funerals. Should expect weddings to be boisterous. Poor management decisions…

The room was great! The staff at the front desk was very rude to our whole group the whole weekend! We will not stay here again. We were here to celebrate a wedding! Not a funeral! When you reserve a block of rooms, they should be together not spread all over the hotel! Hence the word BLOCK!

We showed up at approx. 10:00 pm and didn't get into our room at 10:45 pm. No staff to be found. They had a thing at the front desk that said to call 0 on the phone to get a hold of somebody and I tried several times and no answer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Not bad for a free place to stay after a wedding but if I was paying for it myself I would have flipped out.

The room was nice. The breakfast was great. They gave us a room adjacent to the laundry chute and the break room, which was way too noisy.

The staff were courteous and quick, and housekeeping did a great job. Made for an easy experience.

It was nice. Easy parking for our travel trailer (no generator, or we would have stayed in it). Big room. Our 3 kids slept comfortable. 2 on bed, 1 on sofa bed. Bed was super comfortable. Nice breakfast. Everybody got what thet wanted. The employees were super nice. Got in super late. And was still treated nice.

Place was fairly convenient. Staff was very nice. Room was very acceptable. Breakfast was good too.

Although the building is an older building it's still very clean and very nice and cozy and upscale it's a wonderful family atmosphere the rooms are extraordinary as well as immaculate and very comfortable. The hot water never ran out and was hot as could be consistently. The bed is extremely comfortable and the pillows are fabulous the staff treat you like family and was very attentive to our every request. They brought a crib to the room before we arrived because we mentioned that we had a baby. I have OCD and I can't rave enough about how clean it is, you could walk barefoot in comfort. This place is a nice hide and seek getaway. One of my guest is diabetic and they were very generous with very tasty blueberry muffins that are for breakfast only. They gave us at least a half dozen at 2am. We loved it. You DEFINITELY should check it out sometime!

Our room was simply amazing and what a great price. Very friendly people! Nice little town to visit with some great restaurants.

We came into town for a family funeral. The staff has been fantastic, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, it made our stay much better.

Dont normally write reviews. Stayed at alot of hotels etc. This place very very good. Clean interior very nice staff. Compliments to all. Meeting cust. Demads very well excueted. Will be back.

Very friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast.

Heat temp is killer, either it's hot or it's cold an a mildewy smell comes from it. Rooms are small, not in ideal location for food or shops.

Convenient location for the project I just completed near Pittsburgh.
