It’s amazing very pretty has a very quiet room and nice atmosphere.

They pretty racist, but other than that, the room was fine, it was nice and clean.

Rude Hotel Manager called me back and hung up on me. Beware don’t order food delivery as they forbid the driver to bring it to you. They claim it’s for safety but Pizza and Grub Hub aren’t criminals. It’s because they have an overpriced excuse of a restaurant and are so petty they want your $&&&. $16.00 for a small glass of wine too’

This was a beautiful place the rooms were nice & clean the beds were so comfortable The entrance was so beautiful the tables to meet & play cards or games the fireplaces were so inviting especially on the a cold night The ball rooms were very impressive The best part was the staff in every way from the kitchen to check in & out everyone was so friendly Made our stay so enjoyable & fun Jackson’s the restaurant & lounge was so great meeting exciting people & great conversations & not to mention the food Thanks for a excellent weekend ❤️

We held a wedding and the reception here, it was one of the best decisions. Guest didn't have to drive from event to event. The event coordinator (Alex) was one of the best, she was on point with every detail and took care of everything. I was very impressed with all the hidden things you don't even think about. She took care of entire set up and clean up of everything. Down to getting drinks for the wedding party and family, too making sure the event went off without any road bump's. We enjoyed our time and was very pleased. Highly recommended!

We got married here on 10/12/2019 and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Not only was the venue beautiful with its recent updates, but we got married on the outdoor patio and the way the sun hit the area during our ceremony was truly stunning. Alex Jordan was our coordinator and we couldn’t have done it without her. We booked almost two years before our wedding, and she was with us every step of the way. She kept things moving and let us know where we needed to be and what we needed to do at all times. I am so grateful she was there to help make our day everything we hoped for! Our guest list was about 220, and everyone fit perfectly in the ballroom and outside. The food was amazing, and the staff made sure everyone was always taken care of. We got so many compliments throughout the evening about the venue as well. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

So attentive to your every need. The only complaint the ballroom was like a freezer. The good was awesome.

As always, the stay at the Hilton Garden was enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the decor was new and pleasant (a smooth combination of modern and retro), and the staff was friendly. A five star rating would have been given if I was told breakfast wasn't included during the reservation, as opposed to at breakfast. A small inconvenience, but one that must be weighed.

Stopped on the way back from our vacation, at 10pm on a whim. Staff were more than friendly, and we were able to get 2 newly renovated rooms for a great price. For a very small additional charge we were able to add breakfast (made to order) for all 10 of us — which saved us a bundle — this was a legit breakfast not a continental, and Mark our server was amazing. Can't say enough good things about the place — pool was under construction, but we did not plan to use it anyways so for us, this place is a winner.

Room was clean and cozy. My only issue was the loud in room ac unit and the shower door that wasn’t sealed properly. Every time I showered a miniature flood happened in the bathroom requiring the use of all my extra towels. Service was great and the check in was seamless. Located across from a subway and offers multiple on-site dining options.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Breakfast served for a fee. Restaurant adjacent to hotel. Big wedding when I visited. Pool closed for maintenance but not disclosed until I arrived. In the middle of the summer. Kind of out of the way in a business park. Very hilly area.

We had our wedding at the Hilton at Southpointe on 6/29/2018. The venue was amazing! The entire staff was professional and prompt throughout the entire night. Our ceremony was held outside and it was beautiful. Everyone loved the food at cocktail our and the reception. Overall, our entire experience was amazing. Joanna was our wedding planner and she went above and beyond our expectations. She made our day go perfectly. We highly recommend this venue to anyone who is planning a wedding!

I attended a bridal shower at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh. Very pretty atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and efficient when serving our food. The food was good overall with a nice presentation. We were served salad, chicken, asparagus, and potatoes. Very pleased with my visit.

Nice parking, friendly staff, and very nice rooms. The furniture is comfortable and modern. The room was very clean, with the exception of the shower walls (they were dirty and needed to be wiped down). The room layouts are well designed and spacious. They were doing more renovations while I stayed (June 2018), but kept it to day hours, so it did not affect my stay very much. They held quite a few wedding receptions, which led to some very noisy guests shouting down the halls at 1am, so the rooms could have used better sound proofing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Room was freshly renovated. AC was great, TV was modern, beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms were nice sized, water pressure was kinda weak. Desk staff were pretty cool for the most part. Cleaning staff were nice and not sketchy-looking.

The hotel is nice. Our room was clean and the AC was strong. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was not good at all. The shower head has several options, but only 2 work with the pressure provided. The pool and spa was clean, but some jets in the spa were broken and made relaxing difficult. Also the handrails and ladders did not feel very sturdy and the sounds they made when used had me cringing. There was no safe in the room for my valuables which made me a little uncomfortable leaving stuff in my room.

This Hilton meet and exceeded our expectations. A beautiful place with all amenities and a friend staff. Shopping, bars, and restaurants just across the street.

Was there for a bridal shower today. The food was very good. Servers were on top of things filling water when needed, and taking dishes away when finished. Comfortable temperatures.

I was there for a meeting. I thought they did a good job with lunch. The meeting rooms were good and the bathrooms stayed clean. My only complaint the chairs were terribly uncomfortable to be sitting all day. I would book here again.

Overall it was mostly a place to sleep. I booked the room in advance and did not realize it was a smoking section of the hotel and didn't even think to specify in my search for non-smoking because I didn't think hotels allowed it at all anymore. The staff was friendly and the lobby looked really nice, but the lobby and community areas looked nicer than the room, which was a little disappointing. Breakfast is not included, but parking was free. Nothing too special, but if you're looking for a place to stay to see Pittsburgh that is cheaper than staying in downtown Pittsburgh, it's a good place. There are a few good restaurants within a 5 minute drive which was convenient.

I would give 5 stars but the water pressure in the shower really sucked! The hot tub was a bit different than usual very bubbly but if you leaned against it it was nice and the pool water could of been a bit warmer. Very good time overall though so I would still recommend.

Great place to hold a large gathering. As the numbers came in with all waited to see who would win the 18th district's special election. Hotel staff were friendly, and helpful.

My stay was good. The lobby is really nice. I was honestly expecting the rooms to be a bit more modern like the HGI closer to the airport but they were not.

Went for sweet Sunday. Layout was tight. Way overcrowded. A little chaotic.

From the minute I walked in for the 1st time, you could sense really great style & service. Every employee was so nice! Breakfast buffet was awesome! The conference hall was great and seats were comfortable. Again, the food was fantastic!

Great place. Check in at 3:pm and check out at 12:00pm. You could sleep till a later time. Although, you pay for breakfast, it is really worth it. Hotel workers, hostesses, and representatives very friendly. Will stay there again.

Eat at Jackson which was great. Then had a wedding planning meeting and tour. Very impressed.

Attended an annual social event in the ballroom this evening. This was, for me, the second time there. The hotel is conveniently located, moderately appointed, and appeared to be appropriately clean. The big disappointment was with the food and food service. It was unacceptable. They served roasted chicken, roast potatoes, green beans, tossed salad and cake. Not only did the food taste bland, the chicken was dry and tough, the salad had wilted, dark spots on the lettuce, and the cake was cut and left out uncovered for several hours. I work in event planning and have never experienced a Hilton property serving food that was this below par. Along with that, be aware that your banquet staff definitely needs some food and customer service training.

The hotel was easily accessible and offered everything needed in one location for the event. They provided a good meal and accommodated changes to quickly and seamlessly. I would gladly attend another meeting or conference here anytime.

Attended a company Christmas party. The hotel was awesome. The staff was very professional and answered any and all questions.

Catering was fantastic. Great food, great setup and atmosphere. Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly.

At one point I went to Hilton Garden suites to look for a venue for my wedding. I was just there for a company meeting. Very large and a great place for the company meeting. But I don't think it's a very good location for a wedding venue.

Nice place… great breakfast staff. But the rest of the stay was boot with staying in this Hilton garden inn. The weight room was locked and no-one gaff the keys… the fresh staff, a majority of the time, was talking to each other and not helping customers. Overnight staff was "shoes off (really… in their socks) " when I asked about coffee, amenities or questions. Below the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. There's another Hilton property around the corner. I'll try that one next trip.

The lodgings and hotel itself was fine but there were some oddities. Like no fan and little light in the bathrooms. The main flooring and wallpaper was truly showing its age.

Convenient location near Washington PA. The room and lobby were beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. It would have been 5 stars if the smell of steak hadn't reached up to my room from the restaurant downstairs. I was on the fourth floor.

Great service. Room decor a little dated and I've seen better TVs in a comfort inn. The attached restaurant has a great casual bar.

This is the second Hilton Garden Inn we've stayed in throughout the past year, and although this experience was slightly better than the last (it was clean and functional at least), overall, it was still a fail. I can honestly say I have never stayed in such a loud room in my entire life. There were two wedding parties this weekend at the hotel, so they put us on the 4th floor where we wouldn't be in the midst of the wedding chaos. It didn't help. People were yelling and screaming up and down the hallways continuously. Starting around 6 this morning, there was an almost constant banging sound coming from the hallway. It sounded like a door slamming shut, but it was continuous for almost 2 hours. Add to that people knocking on doors and still talking loudly… it obviously didn't make for a restful night's sleep. Hallway noise is inevitable at hotels, but in most, it's muffled and easy to ignore. In this particular hotel, it sounded like we had our door wide open it was so loud. The mattress was incredibly hard, but I've come to expect that in hotel rooms. The pillows, unfortunately, were some of the worst I've ever used. They felt more like bean bags. The a/c unit, while powerful, was so loud I'd startle awake every time it kicked on… but I was actually grateful for it this morning because it blocked out most of the hallway noise. There was no TV remote in our room. We had to call to get one. And what is it with this hotel branch and no fans in the bathrooms?

This is a much bigger Garden Inn than average. We used their courtyard to socialize with out of town family, and the staff brought out chairs for us to sit on, without solicitation. Great view from the indoor pool into the courtyard.

I attended a wedding at this location recently, and it was beautiful. The grounds outside are well maintained and the back courtyard feels intimate because of the landscaping. Inside, the ballroom is huge and clearly they are accustomed to hosting events. The staff were polite and for the number of people in attendance, very attentive. It was the perfect venue.

I went to a friend's wedding here and the bartenders were awful. They called the cops on us for underage drinking even though we paid 5000 dollars for an open bar.

Was here for a business conference. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, and the food was good. The only complaint I have is that there was a smoke odor in the hall outside my room that way a bit off putting. Otherwise, everything was great!

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel and staff were nice, and I really enjoyed the quality food and cocktails at the adjoining restaurant, "Jackson's. " I would have given the hotel a better rating but my room was on the 4th floor, DIRECTLY across from the elevator, so beginning at 6 a. M. I heard a loud "DING" every couple of minutes and I never was able to fall back asleep. Of the people I was traveling with, I was the first to book my room and the first to check in, but my room's location was by far the least ideal… Didn't make sense to me. Also, the bathroom in my room reeked of mildew so that was unpleasant. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable and the room was equipped with all of the conveniences one could need for a one-night stay.

Visited the Hilton for the night for my Sister in law's wedding reception. It was beautiful, comfortable, the food was great and the staff was amazing and made the night memorable for the couple and their guests.

We attended a wedding for a family member and the staff and services were great. The food at the reception was excellent. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Overall it was a very nice.

The hotel and room were clean. The amenities (Wi-Fi, remote printing, fitness center, pool and hotel restaurant) were all pretty nice. I liked the pantry as well. The room door creakrd a little though and I wish the TV was s bit bigger.

Rooms seemed outdated. Bed was horrible. Old memory foam that took forever to change.

Went there for a presentation. Very nice environment. Staff were nice and quick. No bad surpises I had to work around. How hotels should be.

Good location off 79 without highway noise. Great restaurant Jacksons onsite. Crabcakes were great with quality lump crab. Nice rooms. Had a problem with my bed which was quickly rectified.

After a long day on the road, I was very disappointed to end up here. The room was set to 80 degrees when we got in — and even with the air at 60, the room never got below 75. The bed was rock hard. I woke up with all kinds of aches and pains — and I'm only 25! The room was clean, but very much outdated. I would not recommend this if you're looking to rejuvenate and feel rested. I felt anything but that.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING A WEDDING (or meeting) TAKE IT ELSEWHERE — — Unless you prefer to pay through the nose to spend your day in a dimly lit, musty room with stained carpets and a smell reminiscent of old socks and expired ranch dressing. My wedding at this place was, frankly, a huge personal regret of mine for many, many reasons: The staff clearly did not give a s*** about us and wanted us to leave as soon as possible. The staff will throw anything away at your table as soon as you get up, even after explicit requests not to. The "Food" there is worse than airline food — — Everything seemed to be flash-fried and dry. At one time, they actually started vacuuming the room next to us during our wedding party. And don't bother making any requests to management, they will go back inside hoping you forget what you asked for. Overall a solid 0/10 experience that will unfortunately carry on through out my life. Stay away from this s*** hole.
