Perfect hotel after a long flight from the UK, stayed 1 night before drive to Columbus next day. Free breakfast was good and filled us nicely.

The quality of this holiday inn express was consistent to other ones I have stayed in. It was clean and quiet with a friendly staff. However, this time the toilet in my room continuously ran all night disturbing my sleep. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great stay! The only concerns I have is that the bath room smells of mildew. Bed was wonderfully soft and breakfast was great. Will stay again.

This hotel is a very nice place. Clean pool, and fitness center. Good Breakfast and nice business center. The room was really nice, too, until — the BEDBUGS came out. What a disappointment. When I called about it, the front desk clerk said, "That room was just treated last month. Thank you for calling. " and that was all. I paid full price because I checked in at 9:30 at night after driving all day, and got BEDBUGS in return.

Great location just outside of Pittsburgh! They have free parking— which believe it or not is hard to find at Pittsburgh hotels. They have all the normal Holiday Inn Express amenities (gym, pool, complimentary breakfast), it’s always clean, and the staff is very friendly! It’s a perfect hotel for parents dropping there kids off at school — this is my parents “go-to. ” Online downside is the traffic going into the city in the mornings! But I would still recommend.

Got a room with two beds, and a great view of 2 ground hogs and a rabbit in the backyard. The pool was somewhere around 78 degrees, making it the perfect tree to do six stroke laps. The breakfast room was a bit hot, and the elevator seemed shifty. Would recommend 10/10.

From the one or two night I was there, the room was clean and there were a lot of amenities in the room. Good service, breakfast, and excellent showers. I definitely recommend it.

This property was newly updated and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the toilets were the size you would find in an elementary school, very low to the ground.

Hotel was clean and well stocked. Room service discreet and parking ideal. Same consistency you'd find in a place like this. I would stay again the next time I am traveling through.

We had a block of rooms reserved here for our wedding. The staff was very friendly. We were able to use the conference room to hold our rehearsal dinner for about 25 people since we were staying there. We got our wedding night suite at a discount due to the number of rooms reserved. I would recommend this hotel in the future.

My stay here was excellent! The room was newly renovated, and it had a clean, modern feel. The complimentary breakfast was good quality and the buffet had a good variety of breakfast options. The staff was very friendly and quick with the check in and check out. I would definitelystay here again.

Pretty good. Stayed there with family. All 4 rooms had different problems with the toilets either not flushing, or randomly flushing on their own.

Breakfast is delicious. Fair variety of foods. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Easy to get to parking lot. We had a very nice stay.

Nice quiet Hotel. Just don't smoke in the rooms you will be charged $300.00. Other than the non smoking thing it's a lovely place.

Courteny was great. Very nice place to stay. Close to malls and food. Breakfast was a pleasant addition.

Clean hotel, trustworthy staff, clean swimming pool, and FREE continental breakfast. It's just a nice place to stop and stay in Southern Pennsylvania. My only complaint is that in the rooms, you'd expect to find a bed and a Bible. However, there's a bed, but no Bible. You have to ask the manager for one because she has them in storage. It really ticks my family off. When you do that, you're not just offending my family. You're offending ALL Christians. Aside from that, it's an all-around clean and pretty hotel.

Clean hotel and good central location thats easy to get to. We also loved the convenience of having a counter high fridge and microwave in our room. Since we were staying over the holiday to visit family, it kept leftovers and quick prep foods easily at hand. Also nice breakfast included which is always nice.

Front desk staff are incredibly friendly and accomadating. I needed an early check in on Thanksgiving and I was taken care of immediately. Any special requests were handled promptly, diligently and with a smile. On top of that the rooms are comfortable, the pool and fitness centers are nice. They'll even keep out some warm late night cookies for your snacking pleasure. Overall, I like it.

My family of 7 stayed here for a a little over a week. Our stay was very comfortable. The room looked very nice and modern, stylish. The beds were incredibly comfy, we slept so well. The bathrooms were a good size and the shower head/water pressure made for a very enjoyable shower. We loved the daily breakfast, it was the best we've seen at a hotel. Very filling and a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoons were a real treat! The pool area is pretty nice, as well as the small patio outside of it. Perfect for eating lunch after playing in the pool. The staff was friendly, in particular, our housekeeper, Vernon! It was obvious he takes great pride in his job and he was very personable and took good care of us. Only complaint is we had tiny ants in our room. If my children dropped any food that would draw them out pretty quickly, unfortunately kids make messes We really enjoyed our stay here and were able to walk to a lovely library, a Chuck E Cheese's and an Aldi and McDonald's were right next door.

Standard IHG. Nothing special. Service is average to below average. Price is medium to over priced. Try three southpointe IHG. It looks like a much nicer property.

Wish there was a restaurant close no dinner chips Ugg but slept well nice veiw from 7th floor…

Wonderful staff. Updated and clean rooms. Adequate fitness and pool areas. Very pleasant stay.

This is the sort of place that you don't go for pleasure, so I might be being harsh. It's a business trip or family event sort of hotel. That said, the rooms were about 50 degrees Fahrenheit (that's cold), there was plaster dust everywhere, the gym was out of service, the breakfast is gnarly. 2 stars is bad, but it's America 2 stars. Which means bad food, but you have shelter and a hot shower and there aren't cockroaches. So really it's not bad in the scheme of things.

Staying for an event in South Park. The hotel is about 25 minutes away. Room quality was good, free breakfast was good. My only small complaint was the room AC. It was one of those under-window units that makes it hard to get a consistent temperature. It also couldn't handle the humid weather, leaving the room muggy.

The hotel is good for what it is designed for. Nothing fancy. The staff did take care of anything that we need, however the facility itself is a little worn out.

When I first got to my room it smelt like cigarettes even though its a non smoking facility, it's kind of run down, the breakfast was mediocre, and when you turn on the fan in the bathroom it smelt like skunk.
