The front desk was so friendly, polite and super helpful. The upgrade to larger suite was plus and more. So, the Conner Family totally recommend 5 star 🌟 🤩 ✨️ 👌

Dirty room, dirty lamp, dirty bathroom, loud slamming door noises from hallway, not working outlet for charging, no bread or bagels for breakfast, no cable TV! … Bed covers need to be washed. Bad experience for nearly $300 / night! I want my money back!

Beautifully maintained hotel. It is very clean. The check in welcome was warm and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable.

This was our first stay at this facility. Despite Covid19, Staff there is true professional and extremely cooperative. Specially Jacquline if I am writing her name correctly. This facility is neat and clean with plenty of room space.

Hotel grounds and room were clean and stocked. Same ammenities you'll find at any marriot. Fresh cookies were a nice touch. Breakfest was a little meh, wasn't properly stocked the entire time. Ivaooreciate the ability to hang out in the outside space but they should make sure people who are out there aren't loud past a certain time because the hotel is only 4 floors and even on the top floor I was sharing noise at 1 in the morning. Besides that it was a good experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room and bath nice and clean. But at 240. For the night I expect more. The sheets in the bed were ill fitting and came off in the night, no mattress protector on the bed. Room temperature was very difficult to control. Nobody planned for the noisy halls as I heard everyone who had a conversation in them last night. We were told there was a pool indoors. It was extremely small and fill with kids. Please note I never give poor reviews and always try to find the good and give people/places some slack. This just wasn’t worth the amount of money I spent. I’m very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The minor issues I had with the room were solved fast by the receptionist. The unavoidable American breakfast experience: lots of sweet bread and tasteless, textureless meat and eggs. If you're allergic to vegetables, the risk of contamination is zero.

Love the rooms. They were clean, spacious, and we felt right at home. Perfect for our week long stay!

Very clean nice room, extremely comfortable bed. Room is a bit on the small side but nicely appointed. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were the best I have ever had at a hotel breakfast bar. The hotel staff could be a bit more friendly, noone seemed to be very happy; just very matter of fact. Overall a nice place to stay, we would stay here again.

Hair on and under the sheets. Night shift 7/9-7/10 female worker won't do anything about it. Except make a note of it. Not just one hair but more than 10. How gross and nasty. And to not address it. Don't stay here. Unsanitary and not making any attempt at correcting it.

The room was clean, and people friendly. It is located walking distance from Dunkin Doughnuts and a 24/7 sonic which was nice.

The receptionist and other staff members was very accommodating to my neighbor's needs. They really made her feel quite at home. While she was on an oxygen machine and her house was under repairs due to a flood in her bathroom.

The hotel is new and very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool is rather small and the thing I found odd was there were no USB plugins on the outlets, I thought those were fairly standard for a new build these days.

The rooms for very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious. They definitely had something for everyone.

Sooo nice! Accidently booked the wrong night and even though they were completely booked for the Saturday night we needed, they found us a room and were super understanding of the mess up! They go above and beyond!

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and kept. They have food and drinks available for purchase on site, Including beer.

Upon arriving at this location, I was greeted with a parking spot right in front of the hotel entrance. Because it was 5 degree outside, I was so happy. There are FREE cookies and flavored water in the lobby for free after your paid for your room and taxes. The staff is very friendly telling us about the breakfast and their pool schedule. I booked here because of their hot tub which I didn't get a chance to experience this time. On our way to the room, there is a sign on the elevator asking us NOT to cook in the room. I was a bit disappointed but dutifully hide all my cooking wear. Our room is awesome, super modern and I love the bathroom. I can take that home with me if I could. Bed (king size) is well made and I didn't bring my UV light because I rather not know what can't be seem. There are plenty space to leave your snow gear, luggage and coat. Breakfast is filled with kids. SO many kids. I have to admit I stole a waffle from someone because they left it in the waffle machine too long. There are egg in all form and shape as well ham and sausage. This is a great deal if you are a Marriott member. Especially a quick drive to all 3 mountains in the area. Mall is right next to this place too.

This is a quiet place employees or very friendly and always have a smile the rooms are very beautiful and the room is very clean I have to add that they do such a wonderful job I hope you have a good experience as me.

Standard Fairfield Inn. Next to some restaurants and a DD. It's too difficult to walk to Chili's though. On a map it looks like a straight shot (which it should be) but nooooooooo.

Very good hotel! Excellent service, great rooms, good location too. The coffee was excellent! Good breakfast, only wish there were a few more options. Highly recommended overall!

This is our second time staying here. Room was clean and staff friendly. We missed housekeeping after our first night and we are unsure why they didn't come into our room. We ended up just asking for clean towels and washcloths. Staff was very accommodating with this issue. Location is easily accessible and there is quite a few places to eat around it. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice newer Fairfield. Not much to do around it in summer, but in Winter you're relatively close to the ski resorts. It's a nice stopping point before you get into the cluster of New Jersey and New York traffic.

I always stay at this hotel. I absolutely love them. I even wrote them a positive review last year. However, this time I didn't have a enjoyable experience. I stayed two weekends in a row on 7/14 & 7/21. The night staff is excellent. They are friendly, welcoming and always ready to accommodate you. I always check in around 830-9 due to the drive down. The front desk receptionist provided me a late check out without hesitation. However, in the morning the new receptionist called me and asked if I'm extending my stay and said I would be charged an extra night. She was extremely rude when I was explaining the situation. Next weekend 7/21 the same thing happened again. The night staff was excellent. But, the same lady called again saying no to late check out. All the times I stayed there I never had an issue. Each time I was provided with a late check-out. The receptionist name was "Winteer". When I came downstairs to check out. She was extremely rude and I asked for available rooms for next weekend. She flaty said no. No smile or friendly manner. I must say these two weekends I was frustrated. I'm a loyal rewards member. I'm considering if I should book my next visit or not.

Fairly new building, one of the nicer of the Fairfieldsthat I've been too. I was lucky enough to arrive during a "Managers reception" which offered snacks, beer, and wine all for free in the lobby for all guests. Would stay again.

The rooms were nice, and the complementary breakfast was better than average for this kind of hotel. A good place to stay if you're in the area.

Horrible customer service and terrible management. Not only was I misdirected on the charges, but the staff / management did not respond back in regards of charges. Very disappointing experience with this location.

Brand new hotel near the Camelback Ski resort, good price and service.

Wonderful new hotel in the Poconos. Rooms are big, clean, and great. The breakfast and round the clock coffee was a nice addition.

Place is nice and clean. Check-in and out was convient. Breakfast was a hot breakfast and fairly good.
