We are filing lawsuits for civil rights violations for being denied because of more than one service dog. My dogs are all registered seizure alert dogs have paperwork and ids and do different jobs we were told we could bring one in but the other two had to stay in the car.

I booked a hotel room at 7:35pm on 8/4/20 for the night after having lost power from Isaias around 1:30. We were leaving to make the 5 minute trip at 8 — I had literally backed my car into the drive so that my Husband could manually put down down and lock the garage door when the power came came back on. I made an attempt to cancel at 8:01 by calling the hotel directly. Long story short… we are out $105 for a room that we didn't use — because we attempted to cancel after the cancelation period. We're talking 35 minutes after booking; I tried to cancel… also hoping that someone else still out of power who may have needed it (as all area hotels were quickly booking) … could have it. The corporate greed — even in these difficult times — where we are all stressed by Covid is strong! A special thanks to the Management. We definitly appreciate the consideration… or should I say lack thereof.

Newly renovated, clean rooms, comfortable beds, modern rooms! The staff was so attentive and caring! Highly recommend!

Our flight to Allentown was cancelled due to storms, I supplied confirmation from airlines to front desk, I was told manager/owner would not refund my prepaid room. We made several calls to the hotels for an explanation and to see if they would change the dates or offer a credit but he/she wouldn’t even return my phone call. Total lack of customer service, I fly in and out of Allentown often and I will never consider staying there.

Under renovation, room is OK, seems partly re done. New bathroom area. Staff nice, helpful. But would have not gone if we knew dealing w construction noise and inconvenience. During day as we are staying two nights. Not disclosed by reservation department. However price somewhat discounted on arrival.

Went there for 2 nights! There was a fly in my room… Phones that were out there to communicate didnt work either… Breakfast turned out to be a fast meal! Which, is fine though… Took a but long to get keys!

It was undergoing construction, but our room was very nice and clean… the continental breakfast was very good… I definitely would go back.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms were clean, great deal for the price. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but still delicious. They were working on construction in the front of the building and on the bottom floor hallways, seems like they're putting in an effort to make this place better than it is.

Rooms are very nice and clean this is the hotel I will be coming next time I come to Pennsylvania.

Easy access from highway. Easy to find with GPS directions. GREAT comfort in the bed. Good water pressure in shower. GREAT free continental breakfast. Can't ask for more than that.

Save your money sleep in a ditch it is about the same. Hair in the shower, old rug the was wet from air conditioning. It is not close to anything. The only thing good was the office chair. My job sent me here.

Under a remodel that is about 20 years overdue. No closet in several rooms. Breakfast is subpar. Not worth it.

It's dirty, there's a horrible smell all over the place and it get worse in the room. The fridge doesn't work, the safe won't lock, the beds are uncomfortable, the towels are so ruff I'd rather dry off with sand paper. No one speaks English. Did I mention how dirty this place is. Worst experience in a hotel ever. Had to book a place last minute and this was the only place with a room on a holiday weekend. Now I know why, because nobody in there right mind would stay here. Never again, next time I'll just stay home. It's not worth it.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and hot showers. The staff is professional and helpful. Want a good night's rest? Stay at this Quality Inn.

The hotel price was just right for the facility nothing out of the normal, hotel was clean, continental breakfast as regular in other hotels. We liked to stay here.

Small kitchen area and not the best breakfast selection, decent rooms, friendly workers, small but efficient fitness center. I've seen far better, I've seen far worse hotels. This hotel rates as slightly abover average.

It was ok. But very dated, and not very clean. Otherwise, nice enough stay for a last minute stop, quiet, and staff was nice. Wireless worked well, fast speed, comfortable bed, but cable TV offers only a few channels.

The first room I was in, the refrigerator had been unplugged by either the staff or the previous occupant and when opened smelled of old food. The freezer contained mold and water was pouring out of the refrigerator. When they came to clean it out, they didn't not empty the drip pan under the freezer so the next time it was opened, water poured out all over the floor. The refrigerator completely died later in the night. I was moved to another room the next morning. The internet in the facility is a joke, and I had to call technical support NIGHTLY for internet help to do my job, as I was there for business. I consulted the staff, requesting a refund so that I could stay somewhere with the means to accommodate my needs on this trip, and I was told only the manager could do so. The manager didn't outright refuse but basically said the situation was beyond his control. 10 days I will be in this hotel and honestly, as refund seems impossible, I am simply waiting for the next few days to go by quick so that I can get the hell out.

Quiet location, room was clean & comfortable. Hotel undergoing renovation, still neat & clean. Very pleasant staff.

Nice hotel pretty good accommodations. Showers are decent and it is a nice size room.

I stay there for three weeks. My sheet was change only 3 times. Should be every 3 nights. Stinky carpets. But I need to say that front desk was very nice and helpful. They was doing whatever I ask for.

I have AARP and there was a misunderstanding when I has my friend to get info. She thought they took AARP but no it was AAA. The gentleman, Ron, honored the discount. Also, I was having issues with my oxygen and needed longer to check out… NO PROBLEM. Complimentary breakfast, great beds and pillows. Definately go again. Thumbs Up…

No complaints, room was clean, check in was smooth and bed was very comfortable, would recommend and would stay here again.

Non smoking still smelled like smoke. "Breakfast buffet" didn't have many options or anything tasty, so it is not worth attempting to go to. Friendly staff and clean room.

The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean; these are usually my biggest criteria. What was agitating was that at the beginning when I arrived at 11 pm, the desk attendant wanted to charge me again in addition to Hotwire's. I had to explain to her and had to clarify it again in the morning with two other attendants. They said that I won't be charged twice but they wouldn't give me a receipt; supposedly, because the billing was done through Hotwire.

Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. Very friendly, great coffee and breakfast. Very nice property for walking. Close to area shopping, fuel and freeway. Very secure and even has a guest laundry.

The place is a bit of a dump. The rooms always have something wrong with them. However the staff is SUPER nice and are always willing to help out.

Check in was a bit rude. When I asked for 2 extra towels he wanted to know why. When I asked for an extra blanket I was told no they don't have any. At check when I asked for a receipt I was told they don't do that. The only good thing was the gentleman working the breakfast. He was helpful, warming and courteous. Not a place I will stay again.

Fourth floor smelt as though I was in a Chinese gambling den… stale with hints of smoke. Room 316 was as though someone had shrunk me down to miniature size and left me to sleep in a full ashtray of various aged cigarettes. The unique blend of tobacco was overpowering and disgusting and I'm a casual smoker.

I stayed at this hotel on 3/3 and checked out on 3/5. On the morning of the 5th I was packing up and happened to notice this bug on the other bed running across it. I put it in a cup and realized it was a freaking BED BUG! Thankfully I was not bitten nor was my son. When I told the manager he just said sorry. I didn't get ANY of my money back. I wouldn't recommend this place to homeless people! And the woman working the desk that morning was rude and lazy!

This place is the worst I am in a wheel chair and told them I needed a room with a roll in shower or a shower bench and I called to confirm it but when I got there I find out they have one room that is handicap and they gave it to someone else they didnt do anything no nothing it was the worst if you are disabled do not stay here they were rude and I was very very disappointed I give them a big fat 0 no stars but to post it you have to give them one.

The customer service when checking in was horrible. I was there a good 15 minutes before the clerk could tell me if rooms were available. She also was very rude and condescending and talked down to me. All I wanted was a double room to sleep in after driving 14+ hours.

Unprofessional and unorganized. Charged me an extra fee. I called to ask what it was for. The first time I called they said it was just a hold for the room and it would be taken care of. A week later, it was not taken off my card. Called back. They then said I took 2 towels, which I did not. If you stay here, watch the staff clean the room before you get charged for things you did not take!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff is very unprofessional, if you decide to use their shuttle service make sure you have your will updated. My room wasn't clean when I arrived. The sheets were dirty and there was trash in the mini fridge. The water pressure in the shower is pathetic, might as well use the sink. I wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had no other choice.

It was s nice clean place. It was near the attractions. People were friendly. The only downside was that the elevator was out of service when we left.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I paid for one night till my truck gets fixed. I went to take a shower but the shower was half hanging so is the knob. The air/heater was terrible just like the damn shower. Called the front desk. She send me a driver instead maintenance. Came and look at it then stated can't do anything about. Unbelievable. If I could I would've rated — 0, I definitely would. Also I got pictures to back up my words. I wish Google would let us post pictures to.

Service quality excellence the staff friendliness. Excellent breakfast. In the fourth Cleaning Is optimal in its details. Surprised has everything microwave, coffee maker with coffee Etc, blower, ironing board, refrigerator. Desktop. And phone to wake up. Eh menus. I recommend the Quality Inn.

The people at the front desk were kind, the room was clean and smelled fresh, and hot breakfast was tasty (they bring out the hot stuff around 7am). Absolutely delightful after going to Dorney Park — and the room was comparatively inexpensive after looking into other hotels.
