I booked this place for a place to crash after a concert downtown. To be honest I was kind of worried about my decision due to some of the bad reviews. I arrived and was greeted with friendly staff. And another thing worth noting the parking lot was with furniture, carpet and U-haul trailers. It looked like they were working on four rooms. Proof positive that management is working to upgrade their property. I am avid watcher of shows like Hotel Hell and Hotel Impossible. LOL I went into ready to inspect and found nothing wrong! A very clean room, cold AC, 40 inch TV and very comfortable king bed. My guess is got to stay in one of the renovated rooms. Management you are doing something right. Housekeeping thank you too. Yes there are long term residents (not to speak disparagingly) It is what is on the strip of hotels downtown. But you Are a Diamond in the rough!

Worst hotel ive ever seen. There are more bed bugs and roaches here than anywhere else ive been in my life. There are even hybrids of the two as if they cross breeded. Absolutely disgusting!

Extremely clean room it's an older place actually have keys instead of cards, was real comfortable place and has an outdoor swimming pool.

This Rogue Valley Inn was sold to a new owner in December 2017 and as soon as he bought it he started making improvements he got rid of all the drug addicts and drug dealers and the people who cause problems made tremendous difference I recommend staying here now they cleaning crews clean each room twice a week and that all that they give you towels and and and blankets and stuff like that they clean the room clean the bathroom right now I am ecstatic about living I've been here I've been 32 months and I can't say enough about this place the way they taking charge and done lots of stuff and I'm sure there's more to come so I do recommend staying here now so thank you and I am a tenant and I'm telling you in all honesty this is a fine place to stay now.

Under new mngmnt. They have really improved the place along with housekeeping. They have always been good to my kids and I in our time of need. I would stay here again and recommend them to you.

So my sister inlaw got us a room for a couple night it was room 142. Everything was ok until night there were these bugs I have never seen before when our friends came back I showed her they qere bed bugs no joke when I called to tell the owner oh this was like 1 something in the morning I was tolded we had to wait that wasnt working about 230 he gave us a new room which I looked over. Was ok until there were bugs there to he said we would give her all the money back which he didnt hope you guys like the pics and video this is not right.

Horrific experience! I have traveled to other countries & NEVER encountered bed bugs till we stayed at this hotel! I was eaten alive in my sleep until my friend came back & saw me & knew what they were. The hotel moved us to a nicer room (still with roaches though) & refunded half of the money my sister spent on the room as a birthday gift to me & one of my friends'. I have never had such a horrible experience at a hotel EVER! Then my son had to be cleared by a doctor before he could return to school!

If you like to sleep with thousands of bed bugs and hundreds of creepy crawly cockroaches yes stay here… The most disgust ive ever seen.

Do not go here… I had to move my son and his family… severe cockroach and bed bug infestation there… they know and are even still renting rooms out… health department… go check this place out… lots of children living there… please someone help them…

Staying in this hotel for a few months because of a recent house fire the Wi-Fi is terrible no connection, tweakers surrounding you @ every turn. Every part of the room is roach infested can't leave anything out, mad stink bugs like hundreds no kitchenette there was left over trash from the previous people. When we opened the hide a bed socks clothing and baby food fell out the sheet was stained with what looked like piss definitely do not recommend staying here.

The gentleman was extremely nice helpful and accommodating. A breath of fresh air after leaving America's Best Value Inn shortly before stopping here. Glad I did.

Saw several ear wigs and other bugs all over the room, fly strips covered in flies, almost collapsed the bed, garbage left all over, pieces of the wall falling apart, everything covered in dirt and my kids wouldn't even sit on the bed. There was a couch that looked like it was pulled straight out of a dumpster that one of my kids would have to sleep on. Never before have I ever considered walking out of a hotel room but we walked right out, dropped our keys in the deposit box and took off as quick as we could. Sucks we had to pay for 2 hotels tonight but it's worth it to have my kids safe. Moral of the story… always read the reviews first! I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I got room 206 and stayed for three nights. The room was clean, everything worked, the Wi-Fi was strong (really) and the gentleman that checked me in was polite and friendly. The place is low end and that's reflected in the price. I think there are some extended stay guest (SRO sort of thing). If you are uncomfortable with poor folks, then don't stay here. I like the place, I'd stay again.

If I could give it a zero I would! I paid $60 a night and literally had the bed bugs bite lol… my room was ean at first glance but around 8pm the bathroom became infested with roaches!

They ran it three times and said it won't work. She paid in cash instead. She stayed one night and they said she had to go because she only paid for one night. Her recept whent magicly missing from her room. So she had nothing to throw in thier face, it was probably taken from room by them. After leaving she checked her depit card and $35 was missing from it to the credit of the hotel. So that's $105 for one night stay and the kept her cash deposit too, even though she didn't use the bed. This place needs shut down. She will be filing complaints with the Better Business Breru, Justice Department, and sueing in small claims court. Do to the violation of her civil and consumer rights. This as well as her review will be going up on any and all reporting sites. Hope the scumbags that run that place sees this. Thanks.

Horrible dirty roaches rude service broken pool. If I have anyadvice dont stay tons of crack heads. It was just the worst experience: (: (kids hated it: (stayed 1 time before because are house is being remodled and it was bad the aa well. Boo! I tried leaving 0 stars but it wasnt an option.

Owners are Surprisingly Kind, Rates are Low but for a reason; Wi-Fi available but they will not give you the correct password, pool was under maintenance so inaccessible due to lack of effort, it's difficult to receive standard amenities such as: free coffee in Lobby is kept empty (filled 1xday), towels/sheets/hygienic items are by request (several times to actually receive the items in need and only at the hours of their convenience), Complimentary Brkfst is for nightly guests only and is limited to cereal (no milk), Laundry Facility exists but is impossible to gain access to (I asked where it was, they gave me directions, 2nd time back to office because the door was locked-they argued and said it wasn't, 3rd time to office — door was locked, Their response was for me to go find the groundskeeper to unlock it, 4th time back to the office to let them know I couldn't find the guy, oh and if you do find the Laundry Room it's $2.50 per wash, $2.50 per dry, I ended up washing my clothes in the shower of my room), Side-note: the doors do not lock when shut, so you can't lock yourself out of your room. Lastly, I must admit that the owners discounted our rooms, offered us rides several times, gave advice on various misc. Needs (we're new to OR), check in on us to make sure all residents are safe.

Gross curtains. Flies. Ants. Bathroom not well stocked. Yuck! Not gonna stay here again.

I have no complaints friendly staff and I really enjoy the fact that the owner walks around to make sure that the place is safe. Well done.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is a drug haven. My wife went there to visit someone, and was screamed at for not signing in first. No warning, just the indian owner screaming at her. It is a pit and should not even be considered as a place to visit. Truly a horrible place owned by a horrible person. Not worth $1 much less 50-60$. Can't stress enough how horrible the owner is.

Only thing good was the price and the shower, endless bot water. Bed too soft. Air conditioner did not work right, kept turning off every 10 minutes. Local residents loud.

This place isn't the Hilton, but it's worth the money. Clean and comfy, TV and internet. The only downside was some sketchy looking people, but we didn't have any problems. Would stay here again!

My mother stays at this place, because they accept pets. Earlier today I walk over there because she has my son over there, and brought my daughter to see him, and walked up to drunks, druggies, you name it, all screaming and yelling, no consideration for anyone around not even the kids, my mother got spit on, NOT ONCE DID THE OWNER COME BACK AND START KICKING PEOPLE OUT OF ROOMS. I would never recommend this motel. Oh, when I told everyone to chill out in front of my kids and wait for the cops to come, they all started in on me the maintenance man, knocked on my moms door threatening to fight me, A MAN PAYED BY THIS OWNER WHO DOES DRUGS, and one of there maids, who also does drugs, and now the owner wants me to sign in every time I go visit, ha. Im turning them in the health dept.

Literally the worst motel in Medford. Front desk is absurdly unprofessional and her mannerisms are repulsive. You will have maids going through your room as soon as you leave even if you ask for your room to not be disturbed. The blankets and ALL the furniture will have huge cigarette burns. Then if you complain about the smoke they will peg you with a totally ridiculous EXTRA 100$ charge and say you were the one smoking. There is NO amenities, breakfast is a joke, pool is always overflowing with people who live there, they bag their own ice and run out every single day, towels are stained and gross, ants everywhere, just a total dump. The people who work there literally live there so you will be constantly watched. Skip the drama and stay at motel 6 or cedar lodge.

Very reasonable price offered without asking and everything met expectations listed on internet. Liked the comfortable king sized bed and nice breakfast. The head lady was friendly. Medford was over 100 deg F and I was happy to find this oasis. Just need to find another reason to come back and explore this area further.

I had a lovely experience at the motel. The buildings were under construction and had a very appealing look, the room was clean as well as comfortable. I was driving through Oregon on my way up to Washington state and stopped here on my way to take a break. The owner Raj was very kind and made me feel very welcome, even though I had arrived at a very late time. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The positive reviews I read about this place were very misleading. The Rogue Valley Inn is more like a halfway house. The first night I stayed I was pulled over by police just for driving out of the parking lot. The officer asked me what I was doing in a high drug trafficking area after dark. Fortunately, the officer was nice and sent me on my way after I showed him my rental receipt. The remainder of my weekly stay, I was approached by drug dealers and prostitutes several times which I saw frequenting other rooms on the property. The prices were not reasonable nor were their accommodations. The street to the nearest stores were dimly lit. I would not feel safe walking alone after dark in this area of town. Just a mile down the road there are motels with better rates, stores, restaurants all around on streets that are brightly lit after dark. I would not recommend the Rogue Valley Inn to my worst enemy.

Great experience! We stayed one night over Memorial weekend on our way to SF; the staff was very friendly and you could tell they're working on many updates and renovations. We left with a great 'to-go' breakfast bag so we could eat on the road! Very accommodating and super friendly.

Discourtoues and rude I thought the female owner was. Lied about her rates and after paid by church she kicked me anc my boys out. Wouldn't recommend it to a soul.

I was traveling from California to Portland and was very tired and decided to stop. I saw the big sign in the fog and decided to check the place out. I got better than what I expected with an affordable rate and very nice clean linen with down comforters and a warm room. The front desk service was excellent, the lady and the man were very nice. I got a nice to-go breakfast box in the morning that I took with me for the road. For the price I paid this place went way above and beyond excellent. I will definitely recommend this inn to everybody. Thank you for everything.
