Lovely place. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly. The best sheets! Garden is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and Mary and Steve are gracious hosts. Complete this picture with house pets, Lola and Elsa. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

The inn is the perfect base for exploring the Mt. Hood region. Mary and Steve are the perfect hosts and the food was wonderful and plentiful and Mary was a knowledgeable tour advisor for the area. My daughter and I had the most relaxing time. We also loved their dog Lola and kitty Elsa.

Its a wonderful place. Very homey, calm, friendly, you feel happiness when you walk in. Good restaurants in this small town, beautiful orchards and gorgeous mountains. Lots to see.

What a great place for a get away to the beautiful Mt. Hood area. Our room and amenities were wonderful as well as the amazing view of Mt. Hood out the window! Mary, Steve and the 4-legger residents are all welcoming and accommodating. Plus, she's a great cook! We will definitely return. Fall is extra beautiful in this area. Try it out! We're sure you'll love it.

Lovely owners, beautiful garden, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast (with an allergen/food preference-conscious cook), good activity recommendations, picture perfect view of Mt. Hood, and friendly cats and dogs (if you like them). What's not to love? The only potentially negative thing I could say would be that the bathrooms were a bit dated. However, everything was fully functional, clean, and cozy. I would recommend this B&B in a heartbeat.

Our family stayed with Mary and Steve for one night on our way through the Mt. Hood region, including our 16-month-old daughter. It was one of my favorite stops during our trip: Mary and Steve are very detailed. The room was great, the bathroom was immaculate, breakfast was delicious, and the conversation was fun. I am especially appreciative of Mary's patience for our special requests. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful night stay at Old Parkdale Inn. They provide everything you could ever think of and the breakfast provided was delicious. I definitely will be visiting again if we're in the area!

We have had the pleasure to stay 3 times in the past 2 years @ this wonderful boutique Inn in beautiful Parkdale, OR! The hosts Steve & Mary are exceptional & thoughtful… truly lovely experience, breakfast is always fabulous!

The location of this sweet bed and breakfast is at the base of Mt Hood, in Parkdale Oregon. The little town of Parkdale bustles from the Mt Hood railroad that stops right in town. I recommend a stay here.

Unfortunately, I was only able to stay at Old Parkdale Inn for one night. My friend and I stayed here while attending a wedding at Miller Farm Retreat. Before we arrived, we received an email letting us know that the main highway was closed due to the Eagle Creek Fire and the email suggested another route, It was really nice to have a heads up. The room was so comfortable and all the little touches added to the room were great. Breakfast was amazing and Mary is such a great host. Cant wait to return with my husband one day.

Beautiful view, conveniently located within a short drive to many activities and points of interest, impeccable house and comfortable furnishings, and the breakfast is nothing short of outstanding! Mary is an awesome hostess/keeper/chef! Only regret I have is that we couldn't stay longer!

The Old Parkdale inn was wonderful. Mary and Steve are kind, terrific hosts. They had great recommendations on ways to enjoy the beautiful countryside. The breakfasts were awesome, Apple pancakes AND plum cake!
The room, house and grounds are lovely and very well cared for. If ever in the area again, I would most certainly book a room again.

Stayed here in late Spring 2016. They gave us a discount because they couldn't offer us breakfast (Mrs. Pellegrini was out of town). The property is beautiful with amazing views of Mt. Hood from almost every room. The short walk to Apple Valley BBQ more than made up for the lack of breakfast. We will definitely return!

My stay at Old Parkdale Inn Bed and Breakfast was one of the most special experiences ever! The room was like home — — top quality bed and pillows. Starting each cool morning was magical with a cup of coffee (which was ready at 5:30) sitting in a rocking chair on the front porch while looking at Mt. Hood. And most of all, Mary is extraordinary! Not only was our breakfast and fellowship wonderful each morning but Mary singlehandedly saved our trip from disaster. We had made a shopping trip to Portland with two children under five and three adults in one car. In our drive back, Mary texted us to let us know that a train had derailed with crude oil cars on fire, evacuations and a closed Interstate where we would be exiting. Had she not texted and then directed us turn by turn by texts through back roads to make it home, we could have been stuck on the Interstate overnight. She is amazing! You won't be disappointed.

It felt like a bait and switch. The stay was nice enough, but when we went to check the bill, the price changed. The inn keeper refused to honor the price in their confirmation email, and also refused to honor the currently offered deal on the internet (stay two nights, the third is free).

We had a great time at the Inn! Mary and Steve were fantastic hosts, and I believe Mary has a knack for going the extra mile. However, I have to say Tilly (sp? ) stole the show! Lol! Parkdale is a great location with so many things to do, see and most importantly EAT, close by. We were never bored and our stomachs were always full. Breakfast was amazing every morning. In fact I'm about to email Mary to request the recipe for the delicious "crisp" that she made during our stay. I don't know when we'll make it back to Oregon, but if we do I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Love!

With little advance notice, I dropped in on Old Parkdale Inn one afternoon after a long drive. I received a warm greeting from the innkeeper, a nice tour of the inn, and great advice about where to go for a good meal. The room was comfortable, breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My only regret is that I couldn't stay more than one night to enjoy the surrounding area.

I can't remember how many times I've stayed at the Old Parkdale Inn but I know it's been in every season. Now, it's transformed into a very relaxing but elegant bed and breakfast. All the guestrooms are well-appointed and painted in soothing colors. The beds are so comfortable that it's almost too difficult to come downstairs except there's a fabulous breakfast waiting. Mary subscribes to the local agriculture CSA program and every week there's some new bounty she adds to her menu. If I'm going to be in the Hood River Valley, this is the place.

What a delight to stay at the Old Parkdale Inn for our anniversary! After a delicious breakfast each day, we enjoyed the Hood River Valley, visiting brew pubs & shops, various stops on the Fruit Loop & taking a beautiful drive around the mountain. A wonderful setting, anytime of year!

I have stayed at Old Parkdale Inn several times and it's always been great! I love the small 'town' location and how convenient it is to Mt. Hood and hiking areas. Mary creates wonderful breakfast with local products. We had fun traveling the Fruit Loop and local wineries. I highly recommend a stay at Old Parkdale Inn. Oh, and Tilly the dog is a delight!
