FANTASTIC views, romantic cliff side beach viewing setup, plentiful continental breakfast and peaceful surroundings. The room felt a bit cheap, but being able to sit outside along the cliff was exactly what we came for. The fire pits were perfect for the chilly February nights and the location of the lodge was top notch for quick trips to eat and shop. We especially loved sitting in the hot tub before beginning our day.

So far, a GREAT stay! The fire pits and the views are OUTSTANDING! We’re staying with our dogs and they are so accommodating of pets. They even gave us doggy welcoming bags with treats, a very chew sturdy toy and poo bags! We will definitely be staying here again.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! Terrible pillows. The pillows were hard and unbending. The mattress sits a top a solid piece of plywood. I did not sleep, had to leave early I could not take it.

The lodge is very clean and welcoming with beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms were nice and modern. I love the outdoor fire pits. I also like that they offer a hot breakfast that is included with the room. The only negative would be there is no bathroom shelf or counter top for cosmetic bags or a place to use a curling iron. Other than that I would recommend staying there.

Had a wonderful stay at the Lodge! Both rooms we got were amazing. The Sunset suite w/jetted tub had an amazing view. Both rooms were very clean, and the little amenities like bath salts for the tub were nice. All safety/social distancing measures were practiced by every single employee, and all of them were so helpful and friendly. The best part were the fire pits, perfect way to enjoy the beach and stay warm!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beautiful and well stocked. They set up rose pedals and wine with chocolates for our Anniversary. The breakfast was nice for a complimentary meal… lots of choices. We had an oceanview room with a deck on the third floor… it was perfect. Great location to some of our favorites… Pier 101, Kylos, the Outlet mall and Casino.
We will stay again soon!

This lodge is wonderful. The fireplace in the room is perfect for cozy breakfasts while watching the waves. Our room had a kitchenette and a balcony that looked right out to water. The firepits in the evening are a great way to enjoy a glass of wine (which they have available for purchase here) and watch the sunset. I was concerned about not having ac in all the rooms but they provided us with a fan and the room was a comfortable temperature. It is close enough to beach access that you can walk or drive your car down on to the sand. There is an elevator in the lobby and luggage carts to help get everything up to the top floors. They were still serving breakfast but in a different way. You order a box with a hardboiled egg, bagel, and muffin or yogurt for adults. The kids come with cereal, egg, and muffin or yogurt. They also provide fresh fruit smoothies and orange juice upon request. You can also checkout dvds from the front desk and have a movie night.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very pleasant staff and the ocean views are amazing.

We stayed for 2 nights will definitely stay here again the room was amazing… when we got there they had upgraded us we were finally celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. The view was amazing we normally stay somewhere else but decided on this hotel (what a great change) bed was comfy shower was amazing fireplace and a oceanview to top it off the people were friendly the hotel was quiet we didn't have a chance to see the breakfast that the hotel offers because we slept in. The hot tub was great kinda small but did the job. Thank you Susi (the name was on a card in the room) We will be coming back❤

Very nice place for the price. Google says it’s only a 3 star hotel but it’s rated almost 5 for a reason. I booked over bookings. Com and the amenities is just as said as the pictures definitely do a justice for the hotel as a whole. Definitely call before you book to before to just be sure if you get a tub but I wasn’t too upset since I had a huge kitchenette, walk in shower and huge balcony viewing the ocean and gorgeous fire place. The spa area is great when there isn’t kids being crazy but definitely nice to soak in a covered hot tub area and heated pool then steam off in the sauna. Breakfast area is super modern with some of the best breakfast accommodations I’ve had from a hotel, staff was super friendly and understanding and called to see if we needed anything to settle in. They have very enticing beverages and merchandise as well. The only thing I didn’t appreciate were the other attendees who left trash all over the fire pit area which was super disrespectful to the property management and other guests but other than that I highly recommend if you are respectful and pick up after yourself! Super nice place at a low rate! (compared to most places with as much luxuries it’s definitely a bargain! )

Had a very large and amazing suite. Love the gas fire pits going outside where we could sit with a beverage and watch the waves and keep warm. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Construction wasn’t an issue. Can’t wait to go again.

The team at Coho were great to work with as we scrambled to pull together a last minute pet-friendly vacation to the Oregon coast. Upon arrival, they provided us with a wonderful ground floor unit with a stunning ocean view. The complex is high bluff but was in very quick and easy access to the beach. We absolutely recommend this pet friendly hotel.

Rented a third floor ocean view unit for one night. Might be biased because this is the first time in Lincoln City, but this hotel was incredibly nice and accommodating! Includes a pool facility with sauna and hot tub. There is also a fire pit area that was really nice to sit at during sunset. The included breakfast was okay, as expected. Would definilry come back and recommend to friends!

This place is spectacular! Check-in was smooth and easy, and there were refreshments available, including fresh coffee which was great after a long day! The room was spacious and kid friendly with an absolutely incredible view of the ocean. The sunset here is fabulous. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are all clean and well kept. Perfect temperatures all around. The grounds are very well maintained. We didn’t get a chance to check out the fire pits but from afar they looked nice. I did wish there were steps right behind the hotel to get to the ocean, but there is a beach access just two blocks away. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! My only complaint is that I wish there were hooks or different towel racks in the bathroom for wet towels and swimsuits. The one bar in front of the sink is a little odd. Also, room 114 could use a little attention in the shower. There is some caulk that is looking a little sad in there. Otherwise this place is amazing and priced very fairly.

Had a wonderful stay at the Coho. Very Cozy Comfy and Eloquent. I love the fact it is right off the 101 highway and down the road right onto the beach into a nice quaint location that is perfect. Staff is nice and dvd selection is personalized and it feels like a getaway from the city. Free breakfast and a nice getaway from the world to recharge your battery and restore your faith. Thank You Coho for creating a great environment to relax and enjoy the beachfront coastline.

This place was wonderful! We got the romance package and when we got in the room there was a trail of rose petals, chocolates, strawberries, wine and glasses we got to keep it was lovely! The view from the fire pits is so nice to watch the sunset and the view from the room wasn’t too bad either. I would say if you want a direct view of the ocean from your room to request a room facing the ocean though. But the room was clean and very nice looking and the staff was super friendly! We will definitely be back!

Room was very clean & pretty. Great view from the hotel and walking distance of local restaurants and beach. Nick and Lolly at the front desk were extremely helpful and very nice. I purchased the *Romance Package and it was beyond disappointing — NOT $69.00 worth. There were at least half a dozen rose peddles in the room, the champagne wasn't chilled & literally (2) chocolate truffles. The whole point of our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I mentioned the disappointment twice at the front desk but apparently it wasn't a big deal.

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! I stayed here one night (Monday night) with my family. I was quoted online with the total final price including taxes at $160. My final charge was $237 (I feel totally scammed, they blame the 3rd party sight for giving wrong quotes, not my problem, honor it! ). The room was decent, had a beautiful view. But my toddler pulled dirty panties and a belt out from under the bed (disgusting). It is also several blocks to walk to the beach access. The staff is rude and more interested in telling each other stories than helping out a guest. They gave ground coffee at check in and have a press in the room which is a nice touch, but the coffee is AWFUL and there was no creamer. Finally, while I keep a low expectation for the free hotel breakfast, this one is sub par for even those standards. I visit Lincoln City 4 times a year, don't stay here!

The coho lodge has a beautiful view of the ocean. As a single mom with a toddler, I probably won't return as the hotel layout made it very difficult to get around with a stroller. We managed to work around the large three steps getting in and out but definitely made my relaxing trip difficult to leave and go back to the room. Was a little disappointed that I had requested an early arrival and was disregarded until I showed up and had to wait another hour and a half. The treats in the room is nice but I noticed that not every thing that was on the list was there so hoping not to be charged for what I did not have. If you have difficulty with steps be sure to let them know and ask for accommodations, I was unaware that there are even hotels anymore that have rooms that are not accessible if stairs are a problem or I would have asked.

We booked the hotel after hearing from a co-worker how nice it was. The rooms and view were among the best on our coastal trip. The staff were extremely nice and offered great suggestions. My only real complaint was that we heard every flush of a toilet near us, which woke me up every hour or so.

Coho is an amazing place to stay. There is no doubt about that. Unfortunately the check in/our times are disappointing. Check in at 4 and check out by 11. You can request late check outs, but you pay for those late checkouts. That might be a regular thing at places, but this is be first I’ve seen it. We also had an issue booking online. The room we wanted said it wasn’t available, and then when we booked a different room it suddenly said the other was available. So we called to change it to the one we wanted, which the website said was cheaper, but we still were charged for the more expensive room that we didn’t want. Regardless, service is pleasant, rooms are clean and spacious, and the ocean view is incredible. We will be staying there again.

Just went with my wife for our anniversary there was a lot of follow up emails confirming my reservation which was very assuring to know that everything was lined up even before we left. The hotel is very nice people are very friendly and the rooms have that trendy retro look and ours had a beautiful ocean view with microwave and small fridge the bed was very comfortable the room was very clean parking is a little tight but if that's the only complaint you have nothing to worry about when you stay here. Free hot breakfast in the morning and close to the best part of Lincoln City and that's all the shopping. Will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for two nights with our dog on the first floor. It is a nice, clean Hotel with great views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and nice, and the pool area was very clean. We enjoyed driving out on the beach which is only one block away and also running on the beach as well. It is a great location with great people and the nice, clean rooms. You can't ask for more than that. Our stay was nice and quiet, and they give you coffee or tea when you come in for in the morning. There is breakfast provided, but we have very specific eating needs and did not partake.

Absolutely amazing! Driving thru Oregon, we were going to stay at a basic hotel in Eugene. I found this place while looking around online and figured for just a little more, it would be nice to stay off the coast. Sooo glad I did. This view from our room is beyond amazing. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. There are fire pits outside looking out toward the water. Lots of places to shop near-by. Room was comfy and clean. Couldnt be happier. Just sad we are only here for one day. Already planning a trip to return.

This place is truly amazing if your looking for a place that’s romantic relaxing and ocean front this is the place. I stayed in the king size suite and I had my 2 dogs with me and they have a weight limit of 20lbs for your dog but since I had booked already and didn’t know and they told me if they were well behaved that their wouldn’t be a problem right away they greeted me with cookies for my kids and dog goodies for each one of my dogs it had a rubber toy potty bags treats and a little collar metal plate to put on your dog if he gets lots some one can call you or the hotel to return your dog also when we were also greeted with goodies as well in our room we have a tray with a Red Bull 2 glass coke drinks and some fancy sparkling water and gummies popcorn a huge chocolate bar and M&ms and also some fresh grinder coffee from some place not your regular average cheap coffee that most hotels have and everything was so clean staff were so so nice they also have free movie rentals definitely worth every penny to stay here.

We found this place on an accident. Our turned out to be a great find. We WILL be back and soon! I gave 5 stars because we can hear EVERYONE down the hall very loudly, but our first night we had binoculars in the room! The maids do a great job in keeping the rooms clean and the staff is AMAZING! The hot tub and swimming area is amazingly clean as well. It's our new favorite place for sure!

My bf got us a room for the weekend for my bday. When I walked in the room there was a balloon, rose petals on the bed, chocolates and swan shaped pillows. The view is spectacular! The customer service was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly, generous and went out of their way to make our weekend that much better. The manager was exceptional and one of the employees even called the shuttle on her way out the door to find out where it was as we stood in the cold waiting for it. Best experience at the beach EVER. We will not stay anywhere else! Oh, and the coffee is delicious, better than Starbucks and always hot and fresh. Did I mention the freshly baked cookies, daily? Yummy!

Best ocean beachfront hotel in Lincoln City hands down. Rooms were super clean and modern. Up to date amenities. Excellent location and free breakfast was a major plus! My husband and I (and my service dog) love to go to the beach a couple of times a year during the off season when it is not so crowded. We always stay at the Coho. I am allergic to even a trace of mold. The Coho is clean, reasonable, friendly and serves a great breakfast. We have been going their for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience.

The view of the Pacific Ocean, of the beautiful beach is phenomenal. It is close to several shops and restaurants so close that you can lleguar walking to them.

Very nice room right on the ocean with dog friendly accommodations. The fire pits were nice, the pool was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Destiny was great! So helpful with the reservation and when we arrived. Definitely will return!

Our daughter arranged all expense paid trip to Lincoln City and booked us an overnight stay here. This place is awesome. Clean room, friendly staff, and the view from our room was magnificent! I would definitely come back again!

The Coho is such a jewel! We stayed here a few times this year and they never disappointed. Upon arrival, Kristin is so inviting and pleasant, we were checked in swiftly each time. They have a selection of wine we really enjoy for purchase, along with a large selection of DVD rentals (free) to choose from. The rooms and ocean views are breathtaking! A short walk down to the beach or enjoy the fire pit area with great seating. They also have nice breakfast selection. Great place to stay while visiting Lincoln city, we will definitely return next year.

Great place. Staff Destiny was the sparkle in our day, she went above and beyond to make us smile even bigger. Thank you so much. Romantic and relaxing is exactly what we wanted. Perfect. The firepits made for a warm evening watching stars, listening to the waves crash, hearing the fire crackle. Spa and sauna was everything we wanted. Feeling like a Queen, the bed is like climbing into a silky soft pillow cloud, just heavenly… Oh and Buffet breakfest. We will be back many times!

We had a great room for our 3-day November knitting escape. The beds were super comfortable, having the little kitchenette let us enjoy our leftover Chinese take out and daily freshly popped corn, the sounds of the waves right outside our door soothed us to sleep each night, and our housekeeper Gail was efficient, friendly and helpful. She even made sure we got some of the freshly baked cookies on our second day (I had mentioned to her that we'd missed out the first day). The only difficulty we had was the floor around the pool and hot tub is very rough and made walking barefoot painful. I'd wear flip-flops or water shoes next time. We will definitely be staying at the Coho Lodge again!

This is a great place to stay. The rooms and common areas are very clean, and maintenance seems to always be in site working on something. The "kids free zones" in the place are fantastic, great sound insulation and it's so quiet and peaceful! The jetted tub and glass shower were very nice, and the kitchenette had all the features we need on a vacation (microwave, fridge, sink, some dishes, coffee maker etc. ). The fireplace was appropriately romantic and convenient. The balcony had plenty of room to comfortably sit and watch the waves and the view was great. There were even a pair of binoculars for whale watching. If you care about security, the door feels solid and has one of the best deadbolts I've ever seen on a hotel room door in addition to the standard room safety latch lock. COL has a pool and gym, but we didn't use either. They also have a fun fire pit area between the building and the beach. The free breakfast is fantastic and includes: waffles (2-3 butter type products, and both normal Maple syrup and a low carb / sugar free maple syrup), scrambled eggs, sausage links, muffins, toast (3-4 kinds of bread), juice (apple, orange, cranberry, lemonade), coffee, milk, 2 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits and gravy, apples, tea, yogurt, and croissants. All in all? A great place to go, and one of the nicer places we've stayed at on the Oregon coast! Keep up the tree good work COL!

Wonderfully appointed accommodations. It was exactly what we were looking for, small Inn, friendly staff, large room, quiet enough to hear the ocean only, comfortable bed and fireplace with couch. We even ate dinner in because it was so comfortable and we had the small kitchen set up. We would definitely recommend to others.

My husband and I have stayed at the Coho a few times now — always in one of the Sunset suites. From what I can tell, other than the largest family suite — these are the most expensive rooms at Coho Lodge. We visit Lincoln City frequently and think that the Coho Lodge is by far the best of the many places we have stayed. And, I’m the annoyingly picky type of person who will find something wrong if it’s to be found. Although the Sunset Suite is a bit expensive — we pay well over $500 for two nights, we do believe it’s worth it. The view is great and furnishings both attractive and comfortable. The room is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is decent and a much better selection than the typical offerings for this type of thing. My only complaint is specific to our last visit. We had booked our room about a month out and had requested a specific room. At check in we were told it wasn’t available. Upon being given a different room — I asked for more details as to its location in the building. I was told it was on the second of the three levels. This made me unhappy — which the gal at the desk could see. She quickly and cheeefully changed us to the top floor. But here’s the thing. After check-in, out of curiosity I looked to see where the original room was located. Not only was it on the second floor — it was located in a spot where the ocean view to the north would have been almost completely obstructed.

This was our first visit to the Coho Lodge. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our reservation was made late, so we weren't able to get a room with a balcony, which would have been perfect, but the large windows in our room also allowed a beautiful view of the ocean. Your hotel is beautifully maintained, inside and out. Thank you so much, we will be back! John and Tracey Gustafson.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coho Oceanfront Lodge! We were on a road trip that included five different lodgings. The view was spectacular and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had an unobstructed view of the ocean. The Staff at the Coho, especially at the reception desk, were the best we encountered during the trip. They were well trained and genuinely friendly. The room was up-to-date, neat and clean. I loved the fact that the receptionists grind coffee for you when you check in and there's a French press for great-tasting coffee in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at the Coho Lodge very much. The staff at the front desk were outstanding and very helpful through out our stay. The rooms were very clean and the French Press coffee we were given was very tasteful and appreciated. We would recommend staying at the Coho Lodge it is truly a wonderful place to stay. We just returned from an all too short stay at the Coho for our babymoon. The resort lived up to our very high expectations in every way. The room was clean, modern, immaculate and stocked with top of the line treats and toiletries. The view was spectacular, and the service was fantastic. We had a small issue that was taken care of immediately, and the staff went above and beyond to correct the minor issue. (Thank you Mariah)! We cannot recommend this resort enough and can't wait to return someday!

Awesome relaxful place to stay. Sits upon a cliff-side. Wonderful romantic views. Easy access to beach within walking distance. The staff is extremely cordial and accommodating. We will return here for another stay. We have it booked for the end of September 2017. We're bringing our small chihuahuas with us as they are a pet friendly establishment. Rooms are clean, bottom floor has a deck facing the ocean. Great free breakfast, pool, sauna and a Jacuzzi. Dog friendly. The staff are very friendly and go out of their for you. I lost my phone on the beach and they helped me find it. Will stay there every year.

Beautiful property, comfy, clean room. Our room had a nice balcony and was quite comfortable. We left the sliding glass door open all night and fell asleep to the sound of the ocean. Breakfast in the morning was a great start to our day. Small bathroom but it's not that big a deal to me. Will be staying at this property again. Loved it!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this well-maintained property situated on a bluff overlooking the beach. The staff went out of its way during our entire stay to make us and our dog feel welcome. Many dog-friendly hotels tend to be less attractive than their local competitors; however, this certainly was not the case here. Our room was beautifully furnished and looked newly remodeled. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best we've had in a hotel. We definitely would stay at this property again, and we'll certainly refer friends and family who are looking for a very nice and reasonably-priced hotel on the Oregon coast.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The view from our balcony was gorgeous, and the inn itself is located just down the street from some fun shops and restaurants. Please be aware that there is not an air conditioner/fan in many rooms. You will have to sleep with your door open, which keeps the room cool; but you're then forced to listen to your neighbors on their balconies at whatever hour of the night they stay out/wake up. The people upstairs were also very loud, which I realize is out of the control of the inn, but at times their children would run around for hours and it made it hard to relax. Please be advised that there is not much privacy when staying here, but the views are amazing and the area of town is adorable.

The only reason I'm not giving it one star is because we have stayed here in the past and loved it. However this last visit was horrible. Long story short the room was filthy, we found three different kinds of pills under our vanity sink. White, blue and light blue. I have children. Thank goodness I found them and not my children. We were on the ground floor and a kid above us was spitting chewed up food on my kids playing below. When we asked the staff to come clean up the chewed up food twice they never did. No apologies were offered even after I brought up pills to the office. Very disappointed.

Great location on a bluff overlooking the ocean and a half block to an entrance by foot or car. Rooms are a bit small, but manageable. Breakfast included, but probably better to eat out. Pool, spa, sauna, and small workout room. Friendly staff and fresh ground coffee for the French press.

This was an absolute memorable stay. We booked for our anniversary and the staff accommodated us so well from the moment we arrived. They gave us an outstanding room (sunset suite) with the most gorgeous view and balcony with a fireplace. We ordered the romance package and everything was perfect, champagne in an ice bucket was on the table, rose petals everywhere, chocolates, long-stemmed rose, and comfy bath robes. We were given a late check-out as well. We are sure to return multiple times from now on. I cannot say enough about how perfect the view is, this hotel could not be closer to the ocean front!

This is not david… this is his wife… carrie. I gave the Coho " 5 ☆" Due to the Fact that Not Only Myself but David and I found the Coho by meat chance. This I believe will be our … 3rd possibly 4th Stay at thus Lovely nicely placed Lodge. We both enjoyed the room, amenities and the options offered as Extras. Not too pricely, actually rather cute and affordable. the room was clean, well organised, and quiet… all the way around. Of Course, we stay in the ADULTS ONLY section usually the very same room on the very same floor. This year… We're going UP one floor. We've once again chosen the Sunsetter pkg. For this stay… as ususl. But ON THE THIRD FLOOR… As for the Lodge itself… I/WE find is quite pleasing, supriseingly QUIET and the emeneties are plentiful. Love the Fresh Coffee Grounds for put Coffee msker, and the nice choices they offer up for their Continental Brkfst. all in all… we've chosen to have a staycation for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this year due to personal medical issues… i see j ok real reason to take out over due hawaiian vacation we " had " planned for over 30 years, but… dec I fed to wait yet… another year in hopes of 100% wound care free. what's the point in going to hawaii if I myself can't without question why… go into the beautiful blue waters.?!? we've both waited a very long time to go but… life goes on.

Although this is not a "new" hotel, the hotel is very well kept, had a comfortable room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff were very congenial. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation.

Got a rate, on a spring day. We have a pair of dogs one large and one small that prefer to stay in the back of the pickup so we didn't want to pay for a pet room. The person I was talking to said that wouldn't be a problem and sent me through to book my room. The woman who booked my room said I would still be charged a pet fee for each dog even if my dogs were in my truck. I told her I didn't want to be charged a pet room cleaning fee if my dogs weren't in my room. She replied well my dog died in the car and hung up on me. I am sorry for her loss, but it is not appropriate to tell a costumer one thing then reverse it to add fees on when they go to book especially since she seemed to be using her loss to charge me an extra fee.

The remodel is great and our room was wonderful! We look forward to returning again!

My wife and I had reservations here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Our stay was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was notified in advanced that my stay was during their annual maintenance and to expect construction noise, however my stay was not disturbed at all. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place on oceanfront with a variety of room options. We got the king suite with kitchenette plus a private room with queen bed. Kitchenette has pots/pans with basic dishware and utensils. Overall stay was good, customer service at front desk could be more prompt.

Bikers and cyclists beware. Our 2 motorcycles and a third were vandalized overnight while at this property. The hotel management was helpful and facilitated reporting to the police to include video. Our bikes were parked in what we thought was a secure covered parking area. Overall the property was nice, but the vandalism ruined what was a nice stay.

Excellent! Stayed in room 73, comfy king bed, fireplace, ocean view balcony, jacuzi bathtub. Really nice room! Shane at the front desk was really helpful as was all of the staff. Excellent place for sunsets and whale watching. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, we've been on the road for over 5 weeks on this trip and this has been the nicest one so far!

Very expensive and charge for EVERYTHING. The price changes by the day for the same room. I won't stay here ever again…

Awesome firepits and great swimming pool and hot tub. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Loved the coffee given to us at the front desk and good breakfadt selection.

This hotel is great. The employees were wonderful, the rooms were nice well taken care of and most of all clean. The view was amazing and a very short walk to the beach. We stayed three nights, I could have stayed for two weeks. The breakfast was super with a lot of different choices! I would highly recommend the Coho for a beautiful ocean stay.

There is nothing here not to like! Updated everything, indoor pool, french press in room, excellent guest service, and a big breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

Loved it! The hotel is beautiful and the people are awesome. Loved the amenities, especially the fire pits and beach chairs outside on the patio. My new favorite beach hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. The people were so super friendly it was mind boggling. Now you are supposed to get robes with your rooms but you need to ask for them, they do not provide them automatically for a security measure. We found this out a little bit later, but not a big deal. They have coffee available at the front desk, there breakfast in the morning is not too shabby, and also they have beer, wine, chocolate, chips, and munchies at the front desk available, you can charge it right to your room. Our room had a fireplace and a great view of the ocean and a huge bed. We look forward to coming back.

My wife and I have been staying here for 4 years now. It started with me asking her to marry me on the beach in front of the Coho 4 years ago to us now bringing our 2 year old here for beach trips! Every time we come here we leave looking forward to coming back.

This is definitely one of the nicer places in Lincoln City, and this was our second time staying at the Hotel. We had a 1-bedroom oceanfront queen for 2 nights which also had a queen bed in the main living area. The rooms are very clean, the view from the oceanfront room was fantastic, the pool and spa were nice, they provide you with freshly ground coffee for your in-room French Press, and they do have a pretty nice breakfast which is included. Yes, parking is a bit cramped on the weekends, and the pillows / beds are VERY firm, but overall, this is a really nice place to stay.

Nice stay. Close to the beach. Great views of the ocean and beach. I might stay here again but not without trying others in the area. Pillows are huge and hard which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Bathroom in unit seems a bit worse for wear. Staff is accomodating. To be fair we only stayed one night which is not general policy but they had an odd room open due to someone leaving a day early so it may have just happened to be an old room in poorer condition than the rest.
