The continental breakfast was not that, they put out muffins and granola bars and oranges. The room was not clean. There was powder on the shower head from the ceiling falling apart above and they didn’t bother to clean it off.

The staff steal from your room do not stay here the house keeper stole my 300$ speaker feom my room they dont return calls and they gave my room away befor I even got there terrible service things were broken and they were not clean.

Upon check in, we were told that our reservation was canceled when I could see on my phone that it was confirmed and not canceled. The gentleman was able to get us a room however it was Lakeview which wasn't what I had reserved. Went up to the room and tried our key and it didn't work. Went back downstairs to find out that only one of the two keys work.

Molding sliding door, rusty/ leaky bathtub, crumbs and long black hair in the “clean” bed. It smelled absolutely awful, it’s filthy! To top it off I have called 4 times and emailed the general manager 3 times with no response as to how poor our visit was. Do not stay at this hotel.

The worst experience I have ever had.
First, the payment was processed incorrectly, the lights in the room keep flickering off and on and the shower did not work. Hot tub was filthy and the T. V. Didn't work properly.
When the female Staff person was notified, she was rude and could not care less about any of it. It was not the problems with the room that was so annoying, it was how we were treated that was so maddening. There are MUCH nicer places to stay on the Oregon Coast where the Management and Staff are professional and caring. Don't waste your money here. The Manager wouldn't even speak to us and had the rude front desk gal handle all of it and she did a terrible job doing so.
I was told by a few friends not to bother with this outdated Hotel and I wish I would've listened.

We are so pleased with our experience! Such a clean, cute, nicely updated hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful, we have a great view, and it was so affordable. The bed is comfortable, the chairs in our room are comfortable, and the TV has a Roku setup. The hot tub/pool area is nicely updated, clean, and feel luxurious. The complimentary breakfast was very good.
Absolutely hands down would recommend. We are looking forward to coming back again!

By the beach, coffee ☕️ bar in room, brkfst in the morning, they allow dogs, hot tub, awhhh! shopping up the street! Antiquing, oh great beds.

The manager was never on site. Cheryl replaced the good manager. Things are not the same since the fire. We had no working bathroom and could not be moved. We were sent to a room which had a man on the bed in his underwear in 207 Molly sent us to,
obviously not our room 205. The TV was on loading 99%for half an hour. We have stayed her many times on the old manager watch and have not made one complaint. The plumber came in the morning but he said something was stuck. We asked him to wait until we vacated so we could get our things out of the room first. The person at the desk in the morning was nice and apologetic but no manager to talk to. If the manager was on site or available we could have been moved to the sister site Clarion. We will not be back unless the last manager comes back or another better one is found.

Had a wonderful time staying here. When they say includes breakfeast they aren't kidding. Biscuits and gravy, waffles… mini muffins… english muffins. Juice. Eggs. Sausage The rooms are clean welll stocked with towels. The spa is to die for. will deff be using them again.

The have an Amazing Fire Pit that I enjoy every morning after work.

Whenever we come to Lincoln City Oregon we stay here at the Inn. We get a Jacuzzi room. The rooms are clean, spacious and Ohhh so relaxing. This year they did some remodeling and it is beautiful! Bright, cheery, absolutely beautifully done. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating.
This is the perfect place to stay, kids and pet friendly too!

Clean room. Good price. Sweet hot tub and just across the street from the ocean. Had a good nights sleep in a nicely cleaned room. Would go again.

This a prime place to stay when you visit Lincoln City. Restaurants near by, the lake and beach are right there. Need a kite? Just next to this place. Like to go to the outlet malls walking just distance too. Located in the middle of Lincoln City next to the smallest river in world. Go to the south end of town to the famous Mo's restaurant and bay or go to the North end of town for the Casino and concerts or even a bite to eat as well. Like Golf try out Chinook Winds Golf Resort to the North or South just minutes out of LC to Salishan Golf course. And the list goes on and on. Don't forget love to hike Cascade Head or Driftcreek Falls. After an amazing day in Lincoln City rest up at the Inn at Lincoln City, have some morning complimentary breakfast and hit the town again.

I wanted to like this place. The location is pretty good but I think the photos online make it seem different than it is. The interior design of the rooms is modern but the beds are awful, the walls are so paper thin we could hear the entire conversation of our neighbors and the floors are really dirty. The reviews I read online rated it pretty high so I had expectations that did not meet reality. Also there were a lot of animals everywhere, in case you’re not an animal person.

The Inn at Lincoln City is beautifully located just a mere two blocks away from the beach. Our room had a beautiful view of the rolling waves. Our room was also clean and offered plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, our room was quite cramped and offered us little space to move around and store our belongings.

Location was perfect and so was our room! Clean and comfy. The sunset was so beautiful… ocean view room was well worth it! The staff was very helpful.

Great value, great location. Comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast is plentiful. It's not fancy, but it's got what you need to be comfortable.

Had a Groupon for one night here. Super comfortable bed with feathered pillows. Had a nice chair to sit in and watch out the back door. Room was clean. Their breakfast was awesome! They have make your own waffles, plus they supply, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay here again.

We Spent 4 nights here from May 14 to the18th. Most of our stay was ok. The Hot tub was closed when we arrived due to a guest and their dog. We got past that. The Elavator went down for about 12 hours (we were on the 4th floor). We got past that. Fast Forward to Friday morning when we left. We got everything out, or thought we did. The door was closed and locked. But left a full sized bed pillow on the bed that we had brought with us. This was a very heavy pillow my wife need…ed due to a neck injury. The ones supplied on the bed were very soft and non supportive. About half way home we remembered the pillow and called the hotel about it. Was told they would check and get back asap. Heard nothing and called back They claimed nothing was turned in. Called back the next Monday and again they claim nothing was seen on camera being removed after we left. Only ones to have access after we left were employees. Not sure but It seeems like someone at the hotel has our costly pillow. They can cover it up all they want the bottom line is it was left in the room and they claim it wasn't, We know the truth, And yes we offered to pay to get it returned. Bottom line is don't make the mistake of leaving anything behind you want to keep as it will disapear without a trace.

Decent room, good crash pad. Check in was available 24 hours, which was great. Free breakfast, though we found ourselves jockeying against senior citizens for position.

Found paint on currents… fresh paint smell… nice view… we did not have a great view due to a bird's nest right outside the window… breakfast was average. Parking is. Pool is a hot tub… kinda hot and kinda not. But the beds were beyond perfect. They do have a elevator. Lee kitchen is right across the street. And they are awesome for the food and prices are average… but very large plates. Hard wood floors. Bath room is small. Ok very small. Right off the main street. So kinda noisy at times.

Well lets say I wont book again. Walked in desk person on phone looked at me like what do want. Kids running up and down hall ways. Room walls paper thin, could hear next room conversation. One plus beds and pillows where amazing. Recommended no.

Me and my love had a great stay here. The room was very nice and had a Jacuzzi tub. We also had a great view of the D river. The balcony was tiny but had enough room for the both of us to stand on. We were also very happy with the level of guest service we got. Everyone was so nice. We plan on coming back again in the future and have been telling our friends and family about this place. Thank you.

We stayed in 311. The room was spacious with a wonderful whirlpool tub in the room. The view of the D river was great too. The Inn was clean and smelt nice. Customer service was fantastic. My love and I enjoyed our stay greatly and will be definitely coming back.

We got a huge room with a nice setup. King bed with jet tub, couch, fridge, and microwave. They also had a pack N play available for our son.

I never leave reviews ever, but this situation should not happen to anyone. I will never stay at this place, or should I say we never got the opportunity. Our reservations were forgotten by us, and they completely could have cared less. They completely took $150 off from us, and when I called to talk about the issue the manager showed no compassion, or kindness. Mind you our cell phone had been changed, and the email was written down wrong, so no one contacted us about our stay. They stated they did, but we had no missed calls at all in our call logs not one. The manager over talked me the whole time, and claimed she didn't refund some of the money cause it had to come out of her personal paycheck. REALLY! when does this happen? I worked for customer service many years, and I would never treat customers the way we were treated. She even stated I am glad you don't ever want to come stay with us. She was completely unprofessional. They have lost our business, and anyone we know as well. I understand that accidents happen we would never not just show to our vacation at the coast, but the way we were treated over it was just unacceptable. Honestly I have stayed in way better places where they care. STAY AT THE HALLMARK INN, its much nicer, and every time we come they roll out the red carpet for us. We don't get many breaks since we do foster care, so this was a real hit to the heart.

Very nice updated room. Hotel staff was very polite and courteous. The only issue I had was the shower head, it is a commonly used one and I don't like it. Very small thing, I know. I would stay here again.

Maintenance man opened my door! that's right! he didn't even knock! I was sitting on the bed changing I didn't even hear the door open, I looked up when I heard a man's voice say ("oh they said you checked out") and then I saw a head in the opening of the door, and then he closed the door. No knock, no announcement, (like they are supposed to do, like house keeping our maintice) not even a sorry. And no one has checked out it was not even check it time it was @10:06 I was watching the price is right and my husband was down stairs smoking, and when I contacted the hotel I got no response and when the booking place we went through called them they said they didn't want to do any thing, not even an apology! not cool! I did get some beautiful pics though.

Stayed here last weekend. The room was filthy, dust everywhere and the wood floor was not swept. We also found a pair of dirty pants in the dresser. The hotel reaked of pot and the front desk guy didn’t seem to care. For the price paid this place is not worth your money.

Decent staff, would have preferred carpeted floors, so we didn't have to feel all the sand, breakfast was ok, little under cooked. Beds were comfy, no blanket in the room and for winter on the coast nights get cold, didn't want the heater drying out sinuses. But overall not a bad visit, although next time I will choose a different hotel.

Room was clean and well appointed. Good amount of breakfast choices. Good sized hot tub. Could use a second elevator. Not sure about thickness of the walls because I could sometimes hear neighbors footsteps above.

The staff of this hotel were very friendly. Although I only stay one night, always greeted with joy. The lunch was nothing spectacular but they had waffles, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, bread, and sausage; all-american style. Also they had the best price than other places around.

So I booked the river view king room with a Jet tub for a couple romantic nights with my Fiance. When We arrived the room and hotel smelled like cigarettes. The "river front view" was really a view of the parking lot. Sure you could kind of see the river but so could every single room in the hotel. To top it off the fire alarm malfunctioned at 4 am so I stood out in the cold and rain in January on the Oregon coast in January. Now when I talked to management about this I as informed that "I wouldn't be upset if there as a fire and at least the alarm worked". Are you kidding me? They offered me $40 off my stay… Worst customer service ever. I paid for a view and a place to sleep and relax… I didn't get what I paid for. The good news is their are plenty of hotels in town to choose from in the future and I will encourage everyone I know to choose ANY other hotel.

The room was very clean. We had a nice view if a little lake out back. Our room had a nice hot tub. The place has obviously been thoroughly upgraded. We had a nice time!

The hotel is in good shape. They're definitely in the middle of doing some remodeling so I expect it will be even better. It was one of the best free breakfasts that I've ever had as well. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.

I love this place it’s such a perfect location on the river and on the ocean. It’s clean updated and a great staff. The big Jacuzzi tub is great for after surfing.

James saw to it we got a great room despite all the upgrade construction and what not going on! The breakfast waffles and all were Great! Loved our in-room hot tub and the fridge was big enough to hold our take out boxes from dinner out. We could see the ocean and D river from our room and we were close to dining and shopping too. Loved watching the storms blow in over the weekend! And appreciated the towel swans and such for our anniversary stay, thank you so very much!

Our stay was good and staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were ok. I think they were still remodeling but the walls were thin, not sure what they cleaned the floor with but it felt like there was a film on the floor and a bit sticky as it was hardwood or equivalent, and the tub needed to be updated. The hot tub was not available for use, which would have been nice after being out all day. They had pretty good breakfast options although it was a bit tight having the tables and chairs in the same area. Maybe put the table and chairs for 2 instead of four in the breakfast area? I think after the inn has been updated it would make for a very comfortable place to stay. The location and price were affordable and there was enough to see and do within walking distance.

The room was very clean and the view was fantastic. The free breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. They are currently performing renovations but it didn't take away from the rest of the hotel. One suggestion I have is to tint or fog/blur the windows in the spa room. It was odd that someone could just look in and see you in the hot tub. The staff were all friendly and very curtious. I wish the crosswalk down below didn't beep all night though. I love sleeping to the ocean but that beeping sure kept waking me up.

We stayed here on the weekend of Oct. 28th. The room was mediocre and old, especially for the price. There was some darkening to the ceiling in one spot in our room that appeared to be an old water stain that had molded. The balcony was not exactly a balcony. It’s hardly wide enough for one person to stand on. It was very odd. The bed, however, was very nice and comfortable, with fresh white linens and very cozy blankets and pillows. That was definitely appreciated. The breakfast the next morning was good as well. Lots of options available. My biggest disappointment during our stay, was the birthday package we purchased for $35, for my 6 year old son. It was his birthday on the day we checked in, so we thought it would be a fun addition. We have done this at other places and have been very pleased with the package. Considering it was $35, I expected a lot more in terms of quality. We did not receive all of the things listed in the package. For the price, we should have at least received everything at minimum. There were no ribbon curls on the bed, and no towel elephant in the room. The "small birthday cake" was actually a weird Halloween cupcake with orange and white icing slipped on the top, and 2 Halloween eyeball rings on top. If you are going to get a non-birthday themed cupcake, that's what the online advertisement should indicate. I could have brought a single cupcake that couldn't be shared for much cheaper. Lastly, the balloon bouquet didn't even last a few hours.

My far too short stay at Inn at Lincoln City was an unexpected and delightful treat! The 3rd floor room faced 101 and the Pacific Ocean at the D River Wayside. There's a lovely little sitting area just off the parking lot right on the river's edge complete with adirondack chairs and a large table featuring a gas powered fire pit. Super cute. Very nice staff. Delicious and *complete* hot breakfast. Nicely appointed rooms reasonably priced, too. I will definitely be back.

Decent hotel rooms. No patio or balconies. They exist but like 2 feet wide, so pretty much useless. But great views on the ocean side. Helpful staff. Pretty nice breakfast. It is free as well!

It was a great hotel with awesome beach and ocean views. It was right across from the beach. We got a room with a hot tub but it didn't work but the room was amazing otherwise.

Great place right across from the beach and a delicious restaurant. They're very dog friendly and have a free continental breakfast. The communal hot tub is great!

Great hotel! Pretty much your standard amenities. The room was clean. Staff were all very friendly. A really great view, one side faces the ocean and the other side has a small pond.

We stayed at this hotel the night before a day of really nice weather, because we knew that traffic to the beach would be awful the next day. The location was great, it was right across the street from a really popular spot on the beach. It was also really nice having a place to park and not having to worry about driving around looking for a spot. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk had just baked some cookies and let us have a few for free, which was nice!

Close to beach, could walk across street for beach access. Back of hotel faces the D river. Beautiful view. Room was big, balcony was smaller than anticipated. You could only stand outside not big enough for chairs. Overall nice hotel, they offered eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, mini muffins, yogurt, and coffee and juice every am for breakfast. Would recommend for families. They also allow pets.

We've been unlucky to check in late to the last room left — infamous This turned out to be directly above huge ventilation fan installed in the little swimming pool below this room. It was really noisy and the whole room including our bad vibrated in the low ventilator hum the whole night. Despite good earplugs and several sleeping pills, we only fell a sleep around 4 AM. One of the noisiest and most unpleasant hotel nights I've ever experienced. So CHECK IN LATE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Hotel personnel was friendly and tried to help us out — although as they were fully booked they couldn't do anything — but this is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.

For the past nine months I had been looking forward to being able to afford to stay the night at the beach. Finally having enough money, my husband and I planned this and requested off from work a month in advance for our one year anniversary. We reserved the whirlpool tub king room here because it was the only one that was dog friendly. Let me just get started on this nightmare. We get there, check in, and as we walk into our room we realize its not the whirlpool tub room. Its set on the ground, in the corner, full sized bed, water closet sized room. We go back to the counter and as it is a Friday night everyone is already in the room we wanted. They claimed they were going to give us a free future nights stay in the room we wanted but considering the fact that I couldn't request off anymore weekend time for the rest of the summer, I'm beyond upset. To make matters worse the pool was closed when we got back from dinner, we couldnt take a bath in our room because it didn't plug up, and he and I both woke up in excruciating pain from the dipped in spring mattress I was given the certificate by the lady at the front desk the next morning, upon opening it to my surprise low and behold it was good for 79.99 no weekends or holidays. Mind you we booked our stay on a weekend. The lady was unapologetic and said she could have sold the room we stayed in for 160+ that we got discounted.

The tale of an anniversary bait and switch with a side of disappointment and terrible customer service… it was going to be great. Planning and saving for months for our anniversary. We reserved the King Jacuzzi Suite and planned to have dinner across the street at Kyllos (awesome). The fact that they are pet-friendly was key in our choosing. We were looking forward to it for months anticipating the great time in a room with a view… And a Jacuzzi. all that changed upon arrival. We checked in with no problems. The young man at the desk was polite and friendly. Making our way to our room, we stepped in and immediately realized that something was wrong, no, EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. First, we realized that there WAS NO JACUZZI, then noted there was NO VIEW (unless the parking lot counts), also it was a FULL BED… Somehow our Single King Jacuzzi Suite had morphed into a Single Full Standard Room! We went to the desk and spoke with the young man who'd checked us in. He was very apologetic while informing us that the room we'd reserved was occupied. By this time my wife was in tears so we took some time to deliberate the drastically reduced rate that was offered as well as the offer of the Jacuzzi Suite at no charge in the future. After spending several minutes in discussion, we went back in and accepted the offer of $30 for the room for the night and a voucher for the Single King Jacuzzi Suite at NO CHARGE with NO BLACKOUT TIMES in the future.

The staff in the front is very nice and the man is nice, even the problem with the fire going on at night did not bother us to much and they take dog our dog love the beach the place need some update the room could been more cleaner but over all it fine. What I did not enjoy it. I have to take out my own trash change my own linen that I did not enjoy at all. I think of any place of business the employee have to understand and be able to communique with it customer. We keep asking the maid to please change the sheet while we take the dog to the beach and she ok. But gone and come back and asking her again and again she don't understand anything we said at all. I told my husband just ask for the linen we change the bed our self this is the first time I paid good money to change my own bed. I told my husband we should have take our fifth wheel. He said I did want you to worry about doing this wow he thought this is funny. I did think so since we have to paid good money for it.

Very nice and helpful staff. They have very good prices for a hotel so close to the beach, literally across the street. The building and room was clean and tidy. I will recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The room I had was nice, I had a view of the River I believe was. The room was plenty big for me and my little 1 1/2 pound Chihuahua. I enjoyed an actual hot shower every day… I've been to places before that have had warm water. The bed was nice and firm, hate that cushy stuff. Front desk people were nice and helpful and the maintenance guy that seemed to be doing everything inside and out always made it a point to ask me how my stay was so far. Now being a former supervisor at the Hilton and manager at Embassy Suites in Portland … Sharleen! You have Great people at your location. Two Cheek Kisses To You Girl! I will Stay Again.

Very quite hotel. The breakfast was alright for free! Some parts of the hotel was dated. But overall not a bad experience! The staff on Monday however seemed more pleasant than Tuesdays. I would stay there again and it was directly across from the Beach!

The Quality Inn at Lincoln City is reasonable. The man handling the check in counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was fast enough to stream Netflix and YouTube when needed. And the hot tub was good albeit a little too small for two people.

This is the worst hotel me and my wife have ever stayed at! our room had a view of the roof and they claimed it was an ocean view. They lie just to get you there and then they charge $125 for $18 room I do believe they rent rooms by the hour if that's what your looking for. Management stole my wife's perscription medication for cancer and then told us they threw it away beware if you have to stay at this rat hole of a hotel (shack).

Room rate was very reasonable and clean! Decent hot breakfast every morning as well as friendly / helpful front desk staff. Easy walking to beach directly across the street.

Clean place. Breakfast was good. However, customer service (front desk) lady was so unprofessional. We asked for extra blankets once and we received them… We asked for one more because my sisters were making a comfy spot on the floor and she flipped out on my boyfriend asking how many people we had in our room and why we need another blanket. They weren't good at keeping towels in the spa room and the janitor was super creepy.

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's day. My reservation said we would have a room with an ocean front view, we had a nice view of the back parking lot. The ocean front view was the only reason we chose this hotel. The room was very small. The "balcony" didn't even look safe to stand on. The entire building smelled like patchouli and sweat. The HDMI port on the TV didn't work, and they didn't offer any help or solutions. And the bed was as hard as a rock, literally. We were going to leave at midnight because the bed was so uncomfortable but we were told we had to show our credit card at check out, but we didn't. We got less than 2 hours of sleep because we were so uncomfortable all night. I've stayed in motels nicer than this "hotel" we will not be returning.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there a couple months ago and had a fantastic time! The room was very clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi was fun. The staff were extremely friendly and accomadating to some special needs. We can't wait to go back!

Let's face it, this is a 1/2 star hotel trying to be a 4 star hotel. You can add all "Fancy" items you want (not that this hotel has many) and still be the worst hotel ever! The staff are rude and frankly liars. They over charge and look for any excuse to kick you out, especially if you have paid for consecutive nights. To be honest, I rather sleep in my car or in a tent in the pouring rain than step foot in this hotel for even a second!

Completely awful, we still have 2 nights paid for that we refuse to use! Drove a long long way only to find out that they didn't fully explain the pet policy. We were meeting friends there, they asked the front desk if we were there, they said maybe not, there are some sort of notes in the computer about us, only because we complained that they didn't explain the pet policy (can't leave pet unattended even to go out to eat) when we booked, only quoted us a price! had their maintenance person follow us to our room, like some sort of creeper! I don't appreciate not being asked if we wanted a refund! I think I will write Quality Inn corporate about our experience! thanks for ruining our 3 day weekend! I guess you get what you pay for, or not! But funny enough screaming kids in the halls are just fine apparently.
