Good bed, clean and quite, good coffee.

My four year old found poop under the sink. The room was also dusty, the floor was dirty, and the microwave hadn't been cleaned. The manager refused to refund our money and told us to "have a nice day. "

Easy access. Good strong wi fi. Cool, clean and comfortable.

The room had a horrible smell and the chair had something that looked like toe nails clipping on it. The gal at the front seat came over and replaced the chair then came back and vacuum the room. The gal was very friendly and took us to another room so we could move but it had a Oder also. My opinion was that this hotel was one notch above a hotel six. Again front office girl very friendly.

Freezing swimming pool and hot tub. Come on. You are a covered pool. Heat up your water and allow off season customers a relaxing experience.

Nice hotel. Room was clean with one exception, the room attendant didn't clean the coffee maker from the previous guest. The machine was dirty and the grounds were still in the filter. Nice staff, convenient location, fair rate.

Fresh, hot breakfast. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Big comfortable beds.

The desk staff was very friendly. The room was decently cleaned but the hotel is in a weird spot in town. Between 2 main roads. I got a room next to the road. It was a bit noisy. There is no elevator. There is a ramp though. They didn't leave me regular coffee the second day and I had to go to the front desk to get some. I didn't try the breakfast. The shower was nice and tall so my husband liked that and the water was hot. Almost too hot.

Service was awesome! They had a real breakfast available, eggs, sausage, bacon, bearclaws. Nice very clean room. The only down side is the air conditioner wouldn't run continuously. Don't think it was at temp at that point. Very satisfied with my visit overall.

Stayed here two nights while on vacation in the area. Great breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Close to some good restaurants. Good proximity to other points of interest. Staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

This Hotel has the very best staff in every department. They make sure you feel welcomed and always very upbeat and efficent. Very clean and well kept. Thank you for a awesome stay!

The positive first. They were very nice to us when we checked in and were the first hotel to recognize that we were with the rewards program. They upgraded our room to one that had two bedrooms which my son loved because it meant that he had his own. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They do a hot breakfast which was pretty typical of all the other BW that we have been to. The negative. Our room was so noisy because it is right next to the highway so you listened to the traffic all night long. Plus a semi parked across the street and ran all night long. I try to run the fan on the ac unit to help with the noise, but this is an older unit so it didn't have that feature. Honestly this hotel is fine, just a poor location for noise. If you don't mind the noise, you will be just fine.

A very nice hotel. It's really convenient that it has entrances on both main streets. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I would come here again.

Clean, Nice staff, nice pool. OK breakfast… safe stuff everyday. Worst Pillows you will ever find in a hotel/motel. Half the size of a normal pillow and they are hard FOAM. They give you like 6 of them on a queen size bed… but just horrible.

Rooms were clean and we'll appointed. I had the ADA room by accident and it seemed well thought out. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, tortillas, and other condiments. They also have a waffle maker that's regular sized and one that makes mini waffles. The rest of breakfast consisted of continental stuff and the usual coffee, milk, and juices.

Very clean rooms that are pretty large for the price. Friendly staff and a surprisingly good breakfast. The parking spots are a bit narrow but there are so many that it makes up for it. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny considering the no drama atmosphere and full breakfast. Whenever I’m in Coosbay, Best Western will definitely be my first choice.

This is a GREAT hotel. OUR room was super spacious. Two queens, a kitchen, table, and a completed closed off from the rest of the room, bathroom and dressing area. Even large enough for a place to put your suitcase and a spacious area for toiletries etc. GREAT PERFECT setup for a hotel. Thank you!

Excellent service and amenities for the price. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Very comfortable bed. Would love to know where I could buy the comforter and the quilt. Breakfast was great. Quiet room considering it is located on Route 101. Would recommend this Best Western to any family or friends.

Jenelle at the front desk was rude and didn’t have time for anyone who wasn’t offering money. The sheets were dirty and the pull out bed was moldy smelling. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! I have been coming here for business & leisure for over 12 years. I will never stay anywhere else. Friendly staff, amenities, rooms, breakfast, location… EVERYTHING IS AWESOME HERE!

Besides giving very friendly service the hotel is situated in such a way that there's an easy ramps access to the second floor. We found the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast area is very roomy with a wide variety of breakfast items offered. A very pleasant stay in every way.

Staff was friendly and courteous. If there was an issue the staff was quick to correct and accommodate. I only ate the fruit for purpose of quick/grab on the go, the breakfast food looked and smelled very good and there was a nice variety. Room was clean.

The last time I stayed here I said I would never come back. I changed my mind and asked for a room in a different part of the building. I paid an up charge as it had two queen beds and a few other amenities. I found the room noisy as it overlooks the highway which goes right below the window. I tried to run the air conditioner but it kept going off and then I heard the traffic again. I spoke to the front desk and they kindly suggested that I rent a different room in the middle of the complex. So I spent extra and didn't get much better outcome. I have to say that they have the best hot breakfast that I've had in a Best Western with a huge choice of items. It is pretty impressive.

This is a great place to stay when you have kids. The rooms are perfect and the pool and hot tub are fantastic. The breakfast is huge with so many choices. The staff are courteous and helpful. They treated the kids with patience and kindness.

I have stayed here several times through the years. I have enjoyed every stay and will be continuing to stay here when ever I'm in the neighborhood. I all highly recommend to all to stay here. The clean comfortable rooms to the friendly knowledgeable staff. There is no better place.

Hotel is nice and clean. I really like that they have security that walks the lot at night. This is great for people that stay here while riding in the dunes. The pool is nice, and the hot tub is fairly large. While there, no one else used the pool, which was awesome! The breakfast had many hot items to choose from and all were very good.

My family and I have spent the last 3 years at the Best Western Holiday Inn at Coosbay! — — — We have our yearly family Christmas get together in the Coos — bay area. We spend 3 to 4 days at a time and it has been wonderful. They have a great "SALT WATER — — POOL & JACUZZI" (indoors! ) They also have a great "Buffet Style" breakfast for their patrons. Quite the spread actually! The staff is VERY FRIENDLY & ACCOMMODATING. The prices of the rooms are very affordable. We usually get a deluxe family room. I suggest strongly that you try them out. Just remember — this is not the "ritz" — — however it is a really nice homey place to stay — — with wonderful people attending to your needs!

Very clean and comfortable easy to find hotel off Hwy 101. Hotel is dog friendly with small fee. Indoor pool and spa with washer and dryer area. Good breakfast. A natural food store is being built next door with some noise during the day but not bad.

Very helpful staff. Hotel is adequate for a night's stay on the coast with many restaurants walk-able from the property, and breakfast provided. The room lacked lighting which lent it an air of dated-ness.

Jacuzzi next to my bed. Separate living room with TV along with TV in bedroom. Microwave and fridge. Quiet heater that didn’t keep me up all night in both rooms. Shower to rinse off all the oil and bath salts from my bath. Ooooooo! I wish I could take this hotel room with me for the rest of my trip because I am now typing this from a crappy Motel 6 with a heater that not only is it inefficient, but extremely loud so I can’t enjoy the 5 channels I can get on the crappy tv.

Guests were nice, place was kept very clean, pool and hot tub were both relaxing. Food was decent. Wi-Fi that was actually free. Overall everything about this place made our stay very welcoming. My only minor issue was the room we stayed in smelled like smoke. Otherwise, my family had a great time.

Our go to place when visiting my parents. Awesome breakfast. Has workout space and one of the few indoor pools and hot tubs in Coos Bay. Wi-Fi coverage is good and they have a small business center so you can print or fax.

Always a great stay. Lots of choices for breakfast, great pool and hot tub, fitness center is great. The staff here are always professional and pleasant. I always stay here when I travel to Coos Bay.

Stayed for two days while one kid attended a gymnastics competition. 5 of 5 for appearance/location. Looks like an old motel that revived ALOT of updates, lots of very nice tile work. Looks great and very clean overall overall. Probably could have left the car unlocked at night without worry of a bum, or druggy messing with anything. Pool and gym area was nice 4of 5, clean area and lots of clean pool towels and 6 foot deep end. Free Breakfast was a solid 3 of 5, pretty good, waffle machine, and some assorted pastries and fruit with a egg, sausage, potato station. Food Earned 3 instead of 4, because I am a cheapskate when traveling with kids and probably expect too much.

We were put in a room for a wheel chair person, so everything was lower to accommodate that. Kind of felt bad had there been anyone who needed it. Room was ok. Bathroom and sink/shower all in one room where as some of the other Best Westerns have toilet and tub in separate room making it convenient to be washing face and such while someone is taking a shower.
Hot tub not hot enough for my liking but Oregon state law nothing over 102, so a bit disappointing in that

This hotel is okay. The beds are very used and have imprint spots and the A/C does not blow cold, but the staff is fairly friendly and the hot tub and pool are very nice. Noisy, due to being right between the highways 101 north and south. One of the staff members snapped at me over the phone before my stay and, probably the same one, sighed loudly at me when I called the office for something. Based on that service I will probably try a different place next time. The other people are very friendly… But I keep running into someone who treats me like an inconvenience.

Attending a Corvette gathering in Coos Bay and found rooms at Best Western fortunately. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great although crowded we all were able to feed ourselves. The staff was courteous and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and spacious… The staff was HORRIBLE! employees were very unfriendly, front desk staff was the worst!

My only concern was when I discovered a used towel hanging on the hook of the bathroom door. I've never had that happen at any hotel and this was the first time I've had a concern as to whether other aspects of the rooms, such as sheets were clean. I've seen the stories on TV about rooms that are not actually cleaned when guests check out. Parking was very tight and it required backing out of the space to the beginning of the parking area to get out. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. And, the staff was very nice.

Wonderful place to stay! Came here with my family of 5 and 2 dogs. Super clean, nice pool and hot tub. Great hot breakfast and friendly staff. Already looking forward to our next stay!

This is maybe a 3 star hotel, but at $158 plus tax (we stayed 3 nights for a sporting event) they charge like a 4-5 star hotel. We found the room musty almost like it had been smoked in. When we checked in at 7 pm, there was still ice in the sink from a previous guest. Water pressure in the shower is dismal and there is no stand alone fan setting to get fresh air into the room, cool or heat only and that system cycles on and off. Parking is for small cars only, and the lot fills quickly. Pool/jacuzzi was nice but very loud. Breakfast was hot and good variety, the only good thing about the Hotel.

Wife and I had a great time here. Stayed an entire month. Everything was top notch. Service, breakfast, front desk personnel were great, and Deb, our favorite housekeeper was the coolest. Water was always hot, king sized bed was comfy for my wife and I. Morning wake up calls were great, convenience to shops within walking distance… 4 stars… 5 if the internet wasn't so spotty…

I've had the opportunity to stay here several times this year on business, and I love the place. It's a great option here in Coos Bay. It's close to all the good restaurants, the accommodations are decent, and the management is very responsive to any issues. That alone will win me. … These are the things that will bring me back and it will give them a 5-star review in my opinion. If you were expecting the Ritz-Carlton, you must not be in Coos Bay. If you are in Coos Bay, this is a close as you get.

Stumbled onto this place on our way North from LA. We didn't know how far we'd get, so without a reservation, we pulled in and received a king suite with a jacuzzi tub! With our AAA discount this room was totally affordable. There was also a mini kitchen, microwave, separate bath and shower. Free breakfast buffet with fresh waffles. Staff, especially, Brenna, we're especially friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

My favorite place to stay in Coos Bay. Love the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is great.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Might be best location in Coos Bay if you are without a car because there is a lot to walk to including restaurants and antique shops.

Easy access from coast highway north — and southbound; rooms and furnishings dated but Clean; fast internet for business; outstanding, helpful staff at all hours. Not great by any stretch, but after 16 years and trying every place, I guarantee it's the finest motel Coos Bay/North Bend has to offer.

We stayed memorial day weekend 2015. Family of 4. Parking for our trailer, big room with pullout couch, microwave, fridge, and all kinds of handy gadgets. Had a very nice pool and hottub, also workout room. In the lobby they have h2o, soda, beer and wine, and from 6.30-9.30 full breakfast meaning anything from doughnuts and ceareal, to waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravey! We used to stay at KOA in the cabins but this is far better and almost the same price.

This hotel has everything you need during your trip by hwy 101. There are plenty restaurants near hotel. Room was clean, you can make coffee or tea in your room. Breakfast was great: waffles, cottage cheese, sausages, oatmeal, scramble eggs, cereals, yogurt — good choice for a continental breakfast.

While it's more expensive then I like to pay — $129 for two beds, the room is very nice. Each of the beds has 4 pillows, a HD TV with hd signals, microwave and frig, and plenty of space for all our stuff. The internet is NOT SECURE, which is a big minus in my book, but it does have a download speed of 30 mbps and 3 Mbps up which is the same speed I get at home. Front desk called and checked to make sure our room was ok — a first, They have 3 chairs, a desk and a table. AC is fairly quiet. The breakfast has the regular continental fare you would find at Super 8 plus scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, tortillas and sauce. Free newspapers as well. Other than the security problems with the Wi-Fi, it was perfect.

Wow! The best thing about this hotel is absolutely nothing. The carpet was stained, the stench of smoke was so bad I could barely breathe (it is a non smoking hotel), the room was not clean, but that's what you get for staying at a Best Western PLUS. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Quality Inn or the Super 8. They both look nicer than this place.

Nice place to stay with family. Very comfy rooms, pool, hot tub, and a full breakfast in the morning. Reasonable rates.
