Awesome facility — we were there for a funeral. Made reservations for 2 then had to change it to include 3. We were not charged extra for a third person since it was for a funeral. Kudos for the kindness.

By far one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. And I have to say it's all because of Deena. She made my stay so much better by going above and beyond with her service. She she truly made my wife and I feel special. When we got home from the restaurant there were no cookies. This lady actually went and baked us our own fresh cookies and then brought them to our room. She also help us find our next to Best Westerns on our route heading towards California she offered to call them but I said I could handle that part. Lol. Her at her restaurant. Recommendation bittercreek Alehouse was absolutely delicious. We experienced a couple minor problems in the room like the toilet and the hot water not working. Were sold out so couldn't change rooms but Dena assured us that we would get an extra 500 points and she even offered to give us another $10 discount on our room but I said that was not necessary. And then to top it all off she put up with us while we printed a hundred things at the front desk computer with the big real smile on her face. Hands down the best service we have ever had from the front desk agent at any hotel we will most certainly be back to see Deena.

The hotel was pretty nice. The pool could use a little love. It just felt gross and looked merky. The Continental breakfast was good. The hotel was pretty clean. Only downside was it is about 5 minutes into town and it takes a while to get to it because of the speed limit and back roads.

Probably the best hotel in Hermiston. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. The staff even found and kept hold of the pillow we left behind, and had it waiting for us a week later.

Nice hotel! Staff was friendly and courteous. There's a Dennys in the same parking lot which was nice. Rooms were clean. Not the best location.

Very clean. Good bed. Great breakfast. And quiet. All the things you want for a quick hotel stay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the extremely soft water… I'm not a fan. But if you are… you'll love it!

Awesome experience. Late at night (around midnight) we rented a room at a sketchy motel in Pendleton, but after seeing the room and examining the mattresses we were super grossed out so we called the Best Western in Hermiston and were immediately impressed with the quality of the late night service. They were friendly, helpful, and efficiently booked our reservation for a room. When we arrived a half hour later (well after midnight) the excellent service continued. We were able to get into our room fast, and found it to be super clean (including the mattresses), and the breakfast the next day was robust and tasty: bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, etc. Good stuff. We are super happy we drove on to the Best Western at Hermiston (in spite of already paying for a room at the crappy hotel in Pendleton). Our recommendation is to skip the hotels in Pendleton and instead drive on to the Best Western in Hermiston.

Really nice motel, friendly staff, free drinks (2 beers or 2 glasses of wine) and 10 percent discount on meals at the Denny"s restaurant next door. Great free breakfast selection right in the motel.

Good place to stay centrally location quiet.
Quiet except for the air conditioning in the room. The second night we turned it off and opened the window the road noise was more quiet.
We will stay here again maybe check the AC first.

Nice place to stat. Comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. Received coupons for beer next door and a 10 percent discount at the Denny's next door. The only con for the hotel is no elevator. I live out on the road and I have some heavy gear to pull upstairs. Other than that overall it's a nice place to get some rest.

I had a great stay in this hotel. As I was working on the road I asked to arrive early and leave late and the staff made accommodations for me. The room was spotless and the sheets soft and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast was very good bacon and eggs with a lot of other options. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again the next time I am on the road.

Honestly, was probably one of the best hotel stays I've experienced in some time. We were in town for a basketball tournament in mid-January so the hotel availability in the area was sparse. Also, our schedule was up in the air, but the hotel was able to accommodate some last minute changes. I worked primarily with an employee named Collin. He should be commended for his "above & beyond" service. Not only was he professional, but he was understanding and caring about our situation and worked hard to make it work for us. He even offered a secondary phone number to reach him if we had any last minute changes to our itinerary. Not to mention the EXCELLENT location, SUPER clean and new, and GREAT free breakfast! I will certainly stay there again and will recommend the hotel to everyone I know. Thank you!

Very caring and helpful staff. Housekeeping a bit slow, though, and water is softened, which makes rinsing very long. I hate softened water and its feeling of sliminess. Love Denny's across the parking lot.
I would stay again in future.

Amanda at the front desk was amazing, She answered all of my questions on the phone and then had me checked in super quick, when I finally arrived. Very informative of the amenities the hotel offers. Carol at Denny's was fantastic as well. I was traveling alone and they both made me feel very welcome and secure. I'll definitely go back there. Oh yea, my room was absolutely beautiful! Thanks so much ladies! You made my very long journey not so awful.

Nice clean updated Best Western, front desk people were fantastic! Goodies for us all from the front desk. Fantastic breakfast was served! Having Denny's next door for dinner without having to drive around with our big horse trailer was a plus with great menu options for everyone. I recommend this Best Western for your next Hermiston stay.

Great stay. Rooms are clean, and bed is comfortable. Denny's is next door, LOTS of choices for food on the menu. And… Food is great. I would most definitely stay here again, when going through to get to Portland or coming back from Portland.
