Very disappointed experience coffee maker was dirty around the sink dirty.

Stop stating no smoking on every door to rooms but make exceptions. Smoke is smoke and when I stay some place indicates no smoking I expect them to enforce rules, not just for cigarettes. Oregon law still states you have right to say no on your property. Read the law, all of it. When someone renting room has asthma and expects the manager to be effective after taking their money. Very disappointed experience.

Room was basic but nice and clean. No air conditioning but it was too noisy to sleep with window open. Beds were comfortable and it had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

This room was absolutely disgusting, toilet not clean, boogers in the shower, no air, no fans. You couldn't leave the drapes open while you were sleeping so others could watch, the room was so HOT! Room stinks like mold, not clean. The "so called" coffee is placed right under the soap dispenser next to the sink, so you go to wash your hands with soap and dribble soap and water all over the place. Soap dispensers in shower and by sink are open to add anything you want into them, not locking. Not to mention, we were price gouged as he said it was the only room left. Almost $200 for a $hit room. My advise, sleep anywhere else, this place should be shut down.

Stayed here two nights in July. Great basic room. No A/C, but none of the motels in town have it, usually not needed. New management is cleaning it all up and improving. Great place for a visit to Reedsport.

Very dirty. Mold in the shower, piss on the toilet seat, dirty sheets on the bed.

Coffee pot had not been cleaned since room was last rented. Not acceptable, will not recommend.

Nice clean place to stay for the night. New refrigerator and microwave in the room. Coffee pot also. No complaints. Would stop again if driving through.

The management and staff was excellent. More than helpful and patient with all my needs.

Lobe the customer service, but there was some blood in the bathroom n alot of stains on the bed other than that was good.

Reasonable priced for this area. A bit old and still needs a bit of updates. Double bed rooms are very roomy, comfy beds and couch also, desk. No hair dryer but everything else you need. Heat in main room and love it in the bathroom. Very clean but as all motel rooms I find need dusted a bit better, headboards frig top etc. Would stay, here again.

Rooms are decent. Need to upgrade carpet and plumbling works. Heater works. Overnight Manager was awesome. No discount for military or AAA. Price is reasonable for two bed — $79 plus tax.

Not worth whatever they charge. Small dirty room. Because I was extended stay, no room service. Bed was hard, shower didn't drain, toilet ran (had to wiggle handle), need I say more.

Nice tidy, cheap rooms. Non smoking room doesn't smell like smoke, linens are clean.

The first thing I noticed in this Motel was the toilet. I don't need to describe in detail what it was I saw underneath the seat, but let's just say it was more than bodily fluids. There was hair in the shower, before we even got in the shower. No air conditioning. We tried to get a cross Breeze flowing between the bathroom and the front window, but there was no screen on the bathroom window, so we didn't want to leave it open inviting flying things or anyone else coming in. Sounds like a Beatles song… There was a light switch in the shower. REALLY?! The towels we were given were bathmats, I do not exaggerate that part at all. The swimming pool, as they call it, is somewhat triangular-shaped about 3 feet wide at the narrow end and about 6 feet on the wide end. And about 15 ft in length. So, if any other locally-owned mom-and-pop motels want to get more business, perhaps you should make yourself a little more available on the internet, that's the way we found this quaintly furnished Motel. Oh, and Expedia, BITE ME!

Nice enough for the price. No air conditioning. The light flipped off when we tried to plug in our phones… but it was a decent place to rest for the night.

Clean rooms with basic amenities such as cable, microwave, ice machine, and very small pool. No air conditioning but will provide fan. Bathroom is quite small but serviceable. It's within walking distance of Safeway and several restaurants and fast food joints. Staff was friendly.

Room is very clean. Very friendly service. Kind man at lobby. Happy we stayed overnight.

The staff was great and very friendly, room was clean and nice, they are pet friendly and they have smoking rooms of you are a smoker. I will stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Woke up to no hot water. Called front desk and they said a water heater blew up and I could shower in another room. Okay, things happen. Then I wait for 10 minutes four some frumpy young guy to show up. I make a comment like "this is a first for me" and he proceeds to take an attitude with me and says "water heaters blow up all the time", like I should not have a problem showering in another room. Sounds like a common occurrence, at least for this place.

They are very friendly and courteous, the rooms nice and neet, they are very informative!

I walked in the door and smelled mold and mildew. The girl behind the desk was smoking at the front door and didn't bother following me in. A big sign out front said something like best deal in town. I asked the rate and it was a few dollars less than the Best Western across the street and about five times as much as the budget hotels down the street. She still didn't bother to come in. I left. I didn't stay there and after reading other reviews — I'm glad I didn't.
