We were accosted by another guest because our kids were having fun in the pool and it was too loud for their liking. The guy at the front desk took care of it well.

I made a reservation for the view off the balcony. Must of been an old picture. You can’t see the water anymore. The bushes and trees are overgrown.

Very clean, service can not be beat.

I use to recommend this place. We usually stay a couple times a year. Not anymore. Last time we paid $140 including our dog. We called today… same room $$$250. We just booked another pet friendly hotel. Bye bye Pier Point Inn.

This place is as expensive as the Hilton and as luxurious as motel 6. Nothing was in working order and the rooms weren’t exactly clean either. Go to the casino and get a room I am sure they are nicer and much cheaper.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western! The Staff were all very friendly and ready to help. There was a mix up with the online booking but they were willing to make adjustments and give us a room. The room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view! The pool and jacuzzi and sauna was refreshing with a nice relaxing view too! But the best touch was the made to order omelet and delicious breakfast!

We had a riverview room. In the mornings we'd open the slider to the balcony and listen to the birds. It was peaceful. The room had a dark, enclosed feel but the beds were comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfasts are tasty with made-to-order eggs and omelets with a wide array of other hot foods. The hot tub was too small to adequately accommodate a large number of hotel guests but was clean and the temperature was excellent. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful. We believe the hotel to be overpriced but it's the summer at the coast.

Wonderful experience and the room was a delight for a person in a wheelchair! The outside of the building did not prepare us for the beauty of our room. Subtle elegance and the bathroom was AMAZING. I would recommend BW Pier Point Inn to everyone and especially to my disabled friends. Plus they are dog friendly. We forgot the dog bowls at home and they had some at the front t desk for us to use! Nice treat (pun Intended).

We were able to make a last minute reservation online. We chose this hotel because it was looked (and it is) amazing, but mostly because we could bring our fur baby, our dog. Pet area is conveniently located and kept nice. Everything is for that matter. I loved the showers, no need to bring any toiletries for the shower they are in dispensers and are actually quality. No hair dryer but I am sure the front desk keeps them stored. All the rooms have a Bay view, you cannot go wrong. There is even a nice restaurant on location, but we enjoyed the amazing breakfast with an amazing view. We will definitely be back! If you like a more peaceful stay and view, book here!

Our stay here was wonderful! We arrived around dinner time and decided to try the restaurant on site. It was wonderful! I had the pasta with lemon caper sauce that was delicious. The room was nice and clean and faced the water (definitely upgrade to that! ). Breakfast was delicious! The coffee was yummy and the servers were attentive and so nice. We found the decor a little weird—it was all updated, but the structure of our room was a little old fashioned. Overall, it was a wonderful overnight stay at a lovely location.

We were looking for a motel that was pet friendly and you were able to beat the site that we were looking at in order to get a motel that evening. We decided to stay the two days. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The swimming pool was nice and hot tub. A Room With a View was able to look at across the bay. This will be my new get away from Eugene to Florence from now on thank you Nails By Sylvia.

My seven night stay was excellent in every way. The room was comfortable and very attractive. The breakfast buffet included made to order eggs as well as many other choices and great coffee. I enjoyed the wonderful view of the river.

Overall we really liked this hotel. Our room, whilst a bit of an up and down stairs to get to was large, quiet & comfortable. We enjoyed the view and the breakfast staff and offerings were very good. On the less positive side the hard floor was apparently quite dirty as our feet were dirty as we got in the shower, the tap in the shower wouldn’t switch fully to shower mode and after 11pm they were still making a noise above us — I suspect in a meeting room as there was furniture being moved. We’d stay again.

Great place to stay! This was our second visit. Florence is a nice little town and the hotel is just across the river. We had a room with a river view and it was wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding! All the staff is very friendly and helpful also. This is definitely the place to stay in Florence. Try it!

Very clean. Well appointed room. Nice view of bay. Great free breakfast, Lots of variety as well as omelet bar. Walk over bridge to get to restaurants, further than we thought. Room a bit small. Fans in bathroom loud. No elevator to second floor. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We were given a room that smelled like paint or some other chemical. Upon checkout I was informed that the paint had been touched up in that room. Room was not very clean… corners of bathroom tub & floor were nasty! Grit on floor throughout room. Very noisy from the bridgework going on all night. Breakfast "hot" items were dry and barely warm.

Remodeled rooms with a bar and small restaurant. Not a lot of menu options and service was pretty bad. Made to order breakfast was good, as are the views from the rooms. Good place to stay if passing through or staying in the area.

Everything was nicer than we expected. We were greeted by Shawn, the front desk person. He was efficient and very personable and we felt very welcomed. And we got free warm cookies! Our room had a gorgeous view of the river and bridge. The room was large and very comfortable for my husband & I and our dog. Very clean. I went to the restaurant the first night and was served by Andrea who was a great server & I appreciated her honest guidance on menu items. I was privileged to meet Chef Scott and we discussed the special menu items for New Years Eve dinner the next night. Based on that, we decided to eat dinner our second night there. We were served by Lisa, a wonderful southern lady, who was both attentive and fun. The food was superior; kudos to Chef Scott. Breakfast here is REAL eggs cooked to order, among other breakfast buffet items. Sara cooked our eggs exactly as we ordered them and we enjoyed our first breakfast here. Every room and restaurant has a view that is lovely. My husband used the pool & spa and was very impressed by the facilities. Our final breakfast was perfectly prepared by Lisa, and we are sad to leave. We will definitely be back. This motel has been here a long time but has been updated and is well managed. It provided a much-needed getaway for me as well as being convenient for my husband's music gigs this weekend. We are very impressed.

Excellent and friendly customer service. We especially enjoyed the full made to order complementary breakfast that comes with your stay. Our kids loved the pool. Overall nice stay for a trip to Florence.

Best Best Western on the Oregon coast and in our experience, the United States. Great staff at the desk and restaurant. Restaurant is on par with any of the restaurants over the bridge in downtown Florence. Also, captivating view of the river and downtown Florence from the hotel.

This place is amazing. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. They provided everything we could have needed or wanted. Beautiful view of Florence, the river and bridge. Very romantic.

Very very clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Full breakfast with fresh made omolettes or eggs of your choice. Also has a Bistro in the hotel which was an added pleasure and the food was good. Was the best BW we have stayed in.

The room had a bee living in light fixture. Their was a dip in the framing in front of bathroom. The room was very dusty. The shower was hot and cold maybe because it was at the end. Overall stay was quit and relaxing. And the dog area was clean. Breakfast was great.

Rooms were very clean, great view, staff was very nice and friendly, great view, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Most important great coffee! I will come back and will highly recommend to others. Only recommendation is to get air conditioning. The room got very stuffy during the middle of the night.

Hotel room and service were awesome! They have the best continental breakfast of any hotel in the area, which includes an omelette bar! Will definitely be going back.

Gentlemen at the front helped my family through every request we had. You could tell he really cared about our experience and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. Anything we felt uncomfortable with he helped us with. Overall this best western has exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend it.

Pier Point Inn is a wonderful hotel and perfect for a multi night stay. Overlooking a river and an old town area it is peaceful and relaxing. Restaurant is excellent and as good if not better than most of the restaurants I ate at in the old town area. Staff are friendly, informative, and management was understanding of an emergency situation that I had. I have decided to reroute my future OR trips through Florence with a stay at this hotel.

It is a very good hotel, maybe the best in the area. The building is pretty old but the stuff is doing everything to keep it in perfect order. The view is wonderful, the room is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the restaurant — excellent fish. We will stay there again if happens to be in the area.

Great place to stay in Florence, from Ray at check-in, Kim in housekeeping and Kelle providing great service in the restaurant. Parking is tight if you having anything larger than an auto. Rooms are updated and the balcony views are the best.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved having a balcony and a view of the river. We had a few Wi-Fi problems but that was the only down side. We will definitely stay here again.

Left hot valley for cooler coast, wonderful get away. My family loved the variety at breakfast. The pool was a big hit with my grandson. The staff gave me a fan and I didn't miss air conditioning.

I highly recommend the best Western in Florence. Every single one of the staff members excel and make you feel like you're at home. Actually better than home the delightful smile's and preparation of breakfast exceeded expectations. The rooms are comfortable and the scenery is spectacular.

This hotel seems to have seen better days. The floor in our room was very unlevel. The water temperature while taking a shower fluctuated so much so that at some point you had cold water then back to warm. Price is much too high for the quality. Breakfasts are their best amenity.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent. Chose a great room for us with a gorgeous view of the river. We were celebrating our 45 th anniversary. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was top notch.

Very pleasant stay. Had a nice experience in the lounge. Good people personality behind the bar. Room and the view were incredible. Exceptional welcome at breakfast. Jacuzzi could be warmer and wish the sauna was wet and not dry. Plenty of towels provided. Met many nice people who work there. Would love to stay again. Thank you.

Excellent hotel with comfortable beds, clean rooms and fantastic view across the estuary to old town Florence. The breakfasts were excellent with eggs to order any style you wanted and with or without other ingredients. We had one meal at the restaurant and the food was wonderful, though we were late arriving at the restaurant and the meal took a little while to get to the table, but it was well worth the wait.

We stayed at here over the weekend. We had a lovely King room with terrific views of the bay and the bridge. The room was very clean, we were very happy with everything. The breakfast the next morning was pretty good! Nice egg station, biscuits, gravy, assorted items and waffles! Nice views from dining room too. We will stay again if we decide to explore Florence more.

Tiny room next to the laundry. Could hear washer and dryer and house keepers and neighbors through the walls day and night. Barely any view of the bay from our room. Asked for an upgrade, but sold out. Pool was nice, but one hot tub was broken and someone had pooped in the other one. Best part of our stay was the free breakfast, which normally isn't a factor for us. Omelets made to order and waffle bar were delicious. Only reason it gets two stars. Wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was great as was the staff. Love that dogs are welcomed. Unfortunately, I was served a nearly raw chicken breast in the restaurant. While the server was very apologetic, it was REALLY raw (basically looked like it had simply been seared). The cook staff should be better-trained on food safety and ensure that meat they're serving their patrons is cooked to a safe temperature.

Loved the comfort of the room, the updated features of the new tiling in the BR and the lovely view from the patio. Staff were so nice and especially so with our dog. The breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had as a "complimentary" breakfast at a hotel. Met about five different staff during our staff and people couldn't have been more helpful. Also I LOVED the little library in the lobby area where you could borrow books or even puzzles. These folks really care about you having a nice time when you visit their town and it shows! Highly recommended for couples, people travelling with dogs or families.

A beautiful location and view. Difficult access if you have a bit of luggage. Our room was very hot and stuffy with an odd smell. There was no climate control and we had to open a window to make it comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good with waffles, breakfast potatoes, sausages and an omelette bar. Check in staff were great. Check out staff wasn't overly helpful. I told her about the issue we had with the hot room and she asked if we asked for a fan. Not a great response after the fact and not something you think of during the middle of the night.

Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, especially the custom omelets and eggs. The views are beautiful, especially from the indoor pool and hot tubs.

This place is Amazing, the view from my room Beautiful. The room was clean and the bed was as comfortable as mine at home. Love the Quaint waterfall in front of the Hotel, the surroundings are Awesome! Last, but not least the staff was very Helpful mainly a front desk agent named Sabrina she was very helpful in helping me locate the things I needed to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. The Bistro was Excellent! Hats off to the Chef… Ive never has chicken so tender in my life lol. I am recommending the Best Western Pier point Inn to all family and friends they will not be disappointed. Thank you all.

Showed up early asked about an early check-in at 2 PM, was told they would try and have the room really ASAP and they would call out cell phone when it was. Weather was horrible so we came back at 4 PM the regular check-in time and guess what? Still no luck room had not been cleaned. I understand issues arise, bit lying and/or not really trying is BS. One star for Best Western in Florence OR.

Myself and two others spent one nite at this motel and absolutely loved it. The room, beds, hot tub, breakfast, and price, all were wonderful. Will visit again.

The staff are friendly and helpful from reservation to check out. The room was spotless and beautiful. Breakfast was very yummy. I've stayed here before and will stay again.

Lisa was very helpful and the breakfast was pretty fantastic with an omelette bar for made to order preferences! The facilities are clean and the lobby feels warm and inviting. Waking up on the water felt great. If Carrie isn't there for a few minutes at the front desk she'll be there sooner than later however it is well worth the wait. Blessings!
