We were approached by a guy who asked us to rent a room "just for 1/2 the night because he had a hooker and didn't need it for the whole night, and couldn't rent it in his name because of previous stays". they also were setting up homeless tents in the parking lot while we were checking in. We had stayed here before but thought maybe they had changed. The rooms are suppossed to be non smoking but our suite smelled so bad we opened the balcony to get rid of the smell, but then you have the homeless camp outside. I'm sorry don't stay here unless it's last resort.

This place is being renovated and it is absolutely horrible. Horrible because it is filthy. I asked for some cleanser to clean and I scrubbed the tub, the counter top, the microwave, the door knobs (handle) … with their All purpose cleanser. The walls need to be clean and a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom is pungent of piss (cat piss). The room wasn’t ready when I arrived so, I waited after I was told I could get an early check — in. I get in the room roughly an hour later and am amazed at the horrible job the cleaning staff attempted to do. I go to turn on the television the remote doesn’t work. I use the power button and wait patiently to hear from the manager for assistance. The pandemic isn’t over and the uncleanliness of this facility is very disheartening. The upkeep of the entrance has cigarette butts all over the place. There teach can in the entry has been full since I arrived and returned three hours later. The staff wasn’t rude and tried to accommodate but were booked to capacity. 🤷🏾 I ONLY stayed because I have famILY visiting from out of state and are booked here. This is not quality.

Paid for my room 5 days in advance come from Omaha NE over 300 miles and get twenty minutes away and they call me and cancelled my room. Then 15 minutes later they call back to give me a room. I came down for a funeral and already paid. After I got me key they tried to charge my debit card two more times.

It’s a quaint little place. Used to be a home for girls back in the day.

They are very nice there and the rooms where very clean. We will definitely be going back to stay there.

Drove down from Wichita Ks to see Bob Seager and the silver Bullet band, great show, we t back to the motel, and went to sleep, my lady awoke early in the morning so we could do breakfast, and shes laying there and looking at a frigging BED BUG on her pillow, we got up got dressed after shaking our clothes out and got the hell outta that room, I rolled up the pillow case and left it at the front desk, needles to say I well never stY there again, and the fridge kept making annoying niall night long. That room isn't worth the money that I paid for it.

They will delete you’re room without notice to the customer… even AFTER they just sent you an email confirmation of your reservation! The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and WILL NOT give you an explanation for why you’re room was canceled and you were not notified! Will NEVER stay here again! Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

I had a great time with my friends when we came down to a concert and the room was very nice and spacious.

It had its issues but if you're going to a concert and all you're going to use it for sleeping it's good.

Friendly checking service, quality beds and sheets, wash up sink was not in bathroom, hot breakfast was above average.

Excellent location! Close to some fast food and a QT and only 6 minutes from BOK Center. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and personable. Our new go-to for Tulsa concerts!

The beds are very, very soft. The rooms weren't super clean. For the price, if you're looking just for a place to lay your head and hopefully sleep on the very soft mattress, then this is your place. Plus, free breakfast! :-)

The sheets were still dirty and reeked of Body Odor. The room we purchased two weeks in advance was NOT as advertised. What so ever. The pool is super tiny and only 4 foot deep. Our shower curtain looked like it was supposed to be white but was stained yellow in blotches. The loby had a drink station that was never refilled and one of the coffee creamers had leaked all over. The area remained sticky the entire 24 hours of our stay. The maintenance members and people were really nice. But that is the only good part of our stay (why we rated it 2stars instead of one. ). Please go somewhere else. Don't waste your time. We wish we had gone anywhere else but here.

Great place to stay! Clean room, cool A/C, comfortable bed and pillows, and an above average complimentary breakfast. The staff is also very friendly!

No five star. Over priced and dirty. Carpet in bldg stained. Odor in bldg. Room had bugs in it. I felt dirty.

Clean and neat, but well worn. The breakfast was reasonably good (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal. Price is good for the area.

The hotel was easy to find and get to. It was an easy off and easy on. The rooms were niceand comfortable, the breakfast was good. The hostess was nicer and professional.

Clean and nice rooms. Property is run down though and in a bad area. Outdoor pool only, ugly landscaping, broken and pealing paint. Staff dressed like they work at a gas station.

The service was good… just not the best part of Tulsa. We literally walked into the lobby after a concert and there were 2 homeless people on the couch in the lobby, snorting meth. No one at the service desk or anything. It was incredibly unsettling.

I had a late check in due a delayed flight, but I was able to get right in and straight to my room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. In the morning there was free breakfast of hot and cold foods, and check out was fast and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else looking for a decent price and place to stay.

Rooms are spacious and front desk is more than willing to step outside the box to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Rooms are clean, location if working close to downtown is convenient. Breakfast is good. It is, an older motel that has been refurbished. It is safe here as well.

Easy to get to from the highway, good coffee in the lobby, truck parking. Convenient fast food and a gas station across the street.

Great Value for the money. Not in a posh part of town, but it felt safe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when I was checking in the front desk person was on a personal phone call the entire time. My bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the included breakfast was above par.

Place clean tidy and very quiet, the room spacious and comfortable.

First off the rooms with the jet tubs are awesome but youll hear why only 2 stars. The service was par, room was large but basic, but the thing that ruined it was bed bugs and when I called to tell them, the shrugged it off. No help no sorry nothing. Stuff happens I get that but as a company they should have taken care of that.

It's a good hotel convenient from the highway. I love the suite with the jacuzzi tub.

We were off to a rocky start and ready to leave. It took us about 10 minutes to get started on check in due to the fact the attendant working the front desk was doing other thing in the hotel and we had no way to let him know we were there so a little pager they could carry with a button at the front that guest could push would be great that way if they had things to do they could get them done but still be attentive to guest that needed things and newly arriving guest. Once Matt the man working when we arrived saw we were there he was very nice and helpful he was also very quick about getting us checked in. Our next problem came when we got to our room the bathroom didn't work at all. At this point we were ready to go somewhere else not understanding why the bathroom didn't work it wasn't something simple like a clogged toilet just no flowing water before we decided to leave we went down to talk to Matt whom once again. Was extremely nice and helpful he immediately got us set up in another room and apologized many times for the inconvenience definitely one of our best experiences with a front desk attendant. And over all a very nice hotel and very comfortable needs a little updating here and there but nothing major.

Stayed the week of the 4th of July 2017. Pulled up at night parking lot had teenagers hanging around. I was skeptical. Paid for my room anyway. Ended up staying 3 nights. My room was nice. They also had breakfast that put something in your belly. Will stay again.

The room was a wreck. The light by the kitchenette didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the microwave they had screwed to the bottom of the upper cabinet was not a suspended microwave, and by piercing the outer frame with screws to hang it, it became a safety hazard. The air conditioner was atrociously loud and neither the fan or the shower light in the bathroom worked. There was no smoke detector, just exposed wiring where there used to be one.

Nothing out of the ordinary but for the price it was everything we needed. We were there for an event and they catered to us, leaving water out and offering late checkouts. Great staff.

Saw roaches on my bathroom floor, bedding and curtains had rips / cigarette burns in them. The walls were yellow from smoke despite having a smoke free room. Every single person I ran into there gave me weird vibes and seemed to have red eyes from being high. The Wi-Fi did not work, breakfast was very limited and ran out hours before breakfast ended 2-3 of the days I stayed there. The rooms could seriously use an upgrade. Will not be staying here again…

Matt was the front desk clerk the evening we stayed. Very welcoming, nice & friendly. He went out of his way to make our stay very pleasant!

Absolutely lovely! I work nights and asked for quiet room. Never heard a thing while I slept. Pool very inviting.

Arrived to my 2 Queen bed room to find a window A/C unit. A little ghetto, but I allowed that to pass since the room was nice and cool. I get back to the room at night time and there are literally dozens of bugs that have made their way through the taped up window unit. Called management to get a different room, was offered their last available room, which was a 1 queen bed room. Once I got to said room, the A/C unit did not work and only had the option to blow warm air all night. I will definitely avoid this one in the future.

Everything was good all the way to the Wi-Fi. I was on the 3rd floor and had like no signal I had to use a cat5 cable on my laptop just to have a good connection. On my phone it was useless. My data was faster than the Wi-Fi was and I can't watch YouTube all night on my data and burn it up that's why we pay 100$ a night at one of your hotels and would like for them to add some Wi-Fi boosters in the building somewhere. Very close to downtown, nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were very nicely arranged, the air conditioning was great.

Good place to rest after a long drive love that it has a McDonald's and a Braum's close by and can go walking and without going out far.

Horrible experience! There was blood in my bed! Management claimed they would reimburse me and never did! Will never ever go there again! Would rather sleep under the overpass! Do not recommend to anyone ever! Yuck!

Big rooms some doors don't work but other than that nice staff great house keeping.

We had stayed here from Nov 27-29, 2015 and we were not very happy. We had booked the hotel on hotels. Com and received a great rate. We had booked a mini suite, which was supposed to include a king size bed and a sofa. When we went to check in, we gave the lady our last name and gave her the confirmation paper from hotels. Com. She didn't even look what it said, she just said she could look it up by last name. She then said she can give us a handicap room, I then was whispering to my fiancee about a handicap room and she overheard and was telling us that the shower is just open. First off, I know what a handicap room is. Then I told her, that's not what we booked. We had booked the mini suite. She then said that the hotel was undergoing some renovations and the hotel was booked. We got there about an hour before check in and we even booked the hotel two weeks before. She should have honored that. She said she could give us another room. She then stated " I'm assuming you need to queen beds. " I said no, just a king size. We obviously are together. I think she then felt bad about suggesting we needed to beds, so she gave us a king size room and then walked us over to our room. Which never happens but I think she felt bad. We still didn't get the room we had paid for. She didn't offer an price breaks or anything. Later on in the evening when we got back, there were like 4 police cars there and a few police officers were behind the counter. So god knows what all that was about.

We stayed here for the Garth Brooks concert on Saturday, January 17th. The room was fairly nice, it was only half painted which was weird. It was like they started, and forgot to finish. The room was clean though. The breakfast was pretty nice as well. Overall we were pretty happy with our stay there.

It's Saturday night, family an I have been on the road for 12 hours, gave clerk my ID and credit card, mentioned I wanted to pay cash, clerk replied "$96.48" after entering my info, I handed him a $100 dollar bill and was told "can not accept this". I asked why and he could not figure out how to tell me he wanted $20 dollar bills. At first I thought he didn't have change to which I asked "you don't have $3.52? ". He responded that he had change, but could not accept $100 dollar bills. Then he suggested I go to a store and have it changed out for $20 dollar bills. I responded that I would take my $100 dollar bill to the next hotel if I'm going to leave. Hampton Inn Sand Springs just 3 miles west gladly took my $100.

Can't say enough about how bad our experience was at this poor excuse for a hotel. We came in in a great mood after a long day of driving in from OKC and having a good night at the music festival and our first thought was it felt like a cheap motel near a beach because of the damp, stale air that hit us in the face as the front doors opened. That thought hadn't even fully sunk in when we hear the desk girl yell "You ain't got no room here". I assured her we did and she replied with "nope, you don't". I told her we had paid for a room a week ago so of course we have a room. "We done gave it away. You late". They had RESOLD our room, leaving us homeless for the night and would not refund our money! I called PRICELINE and they found us a room over 20 minutes away. We ended up spending an extra $160+ for taxis because we were so far away and were there for the weekend and were drinking. The fact that PRICELINE not only continues to do business with this place and it's unbelievably rude employees but didn't see a problem with them selling our room out from under us is insane. We won't be setting foot in that "hotel" again and will not be using Priceline again unless they change their policy of allowing rooms to be resold out from under their customers and we will continue to make our friends aware of the same.

Outstanding value. Get more than you pay for. You're getting value equal to more expensive motels like Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express for $40 less. Their jacuzzi suites are less than $100 for what others charge around $120-$140 for normal rooms. You get more than you pay for. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, responsive, professional. Downtown is less than 5 miles away. I left a cell phone behind and the staff had it waiting for us. A pleasure to deal with this well run operation. Recommend. Be advised that this place sells out when big name concerts are in town.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, with laundry, microwave and sink in the room. You are close by to a small store selling healthy food, please don't be alarmed because it is inside a MacDonold. :)
