Was very clean and the staff was very nice. Drinks were just right. Had a great time.

The rooms are clean and the showers are amazing. The breakfast was played for by the company and was about what you would expect from a continental breakfast. I never had a complaint with anything in the hotel and was able to focus on the event I was here for without worrying about my hotel room.

This Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South is not up to usual Hilton standards. Paris and her Hilton family would never stay here. In our room the walls have been hodge-podge patch painted and it looks awful. The ice machine is broken on the second floor, the hallway carpet is dirty and needs vacuuming, the bathroom door won’t shut, the room carpet has stains. The shower is leaky, hard to turn on and very hard to turn off to get it to stop dripping. I am shocked by such a sub-par Hilton. The only good comment I have is that the beds seem comfortable. This Hilton is just very tired looking.

Staff was courteous and helpful (Michelle and Larry were the most personable and friendly). The room was mostly clean but certainly in need of an update. There were stains in the carpet, holes in the bedding, scratches and stains in the tub as well. The food would not be worth the $11 If we had not been given a pass for being gold status members. I'm not one to generally complain, but I do pay attention to detail. Coming from a previous career in the hotel/hospitality field, I know what is important, acceptable and standard for an optimal guest experience. This is not the best or worst hotel in the Hilton family, but comfortable enough to stay.

Booked through a 3rd party site and was originally excited as it was revealed as Hilton Garden Inn. I had stayed at one in St. Louis a few weeks ago and it was great. Sadly this location did not live up to my expectations for a Hilton. The carpet in our room was stained and nasty, our shower head kept falling out of it's holder and getting the entire bathroom floor wet, and it seemed like the general public were parking at the hotel and just walking into the pool area which made it impossible to enjoy yourself at their little pool. Also you can hear everything that goes on in the hotel and the stomping from above was hard to handle. All in all, it's better than most 2 star hotels but at the moment it's for sure not a 3 star. Will be booking the Holiday Inn right across from this Hilton next time I'm in town.

Great facility! Had a business event there and the room was great, temperature was perfect, and the staff was very courteous.

Chose because of Hilton point price. Easy check in, ample parking, nice staff. Bed was too soft (no box spring, worn out maybe? ), carpets felt grimy, could use a cleaning.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We enjoyed our night there and would stay again. We did not eat the breakfast they serve in the morning since the cost was higher than we wanted to spend. The lobby was inviting and clean.

Just checked out. Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating! Room was decently clean. Found a few pieces of paper in the trash and ants in the bathroom. But crap happens, I guess. Wondering why in the world breakfast isn't free when the rates are pretty high but no big deal as there was an IHOP a few minutes away.

I was here for a work meeting. The air conditioning didn't work in the room and it was uncomfortably warm. However, the team more than made up for what was out of their control and were very accommodating. Their willingness to make it right did not go unnoticed and was appreciated.

If you've stayed at a Hilton before then you'll know what to expect. Hilton's are comfortable, clean, and make a business trip pleasant. This one is in a good area and good eating options around. If you aren't familiar with the area, this place is a good bet.

The staff was great, but our room was disappointing. It's definitely dated. Bed was lumpy, made with one sheet and one comforter. Towels smelled a little mildewed. Refrigerator door was left open and freezer was frozen. We stayed 1 night. Breakfast was good.

I'd call it just okay. I didn't stay long enough to form much of an opinion, but it was comfortable for a night. Breakfast wasn't complimentary but they would make eggs to order which was nice.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were with a large group, all of who were staying there, and the staff didn't miss a beat. Breakfast in the morning was very good and they actually started it an hour early for our group.

This is one of the nicest hotels. The front desk was great especially a great employee named christina, very sweet and helped us with everything and the restaurant food was excellent and the hostess was very nice. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be coming back again. You have a great staff here.

Here right now and many things are falsely posted. No chairs to lay out by the pool and read. Chairs that are there are broken and in disrepair. Their sundries are almost empty and with being put in two separate rooms because of other clientel neither room was stocked with simple things like toilet paper. Their only saving grace is their kind and polite staff. Not worth the money. So disappointed.

Hotel should not be rated as a three star. We chose this hotel based on the reviews and the fact that it had an outside pool and hot tub. Got there and hot tub was broken, and the pool was cloudy and dirty. Had items floating on the top and a lot of debris on the bottom. Soon learned that some of the debris was duck poop because while we were looking at how bad it was a duck landed and proceeded to swim around and drink the water. The pumps and the filter system in the pool was not running and there was little if any chlorine in the pool. When we spoke to the people at the front desk they said the pool had just been cleaned. When we told her it wasn't cleaned very well and none of the filters or pumps were running she just said, "sorry. " Yet, plastered all over the hotel is their sign that if you are not 100% satisfied they will refund your money… ha ha… that is a joke. Horrible hotel for the money!

No continental (free) breakfast and I woke up with a bad hitch in my back. The mattress wasn't very comfortable.

Very dissatisfied! This hotel is dirty and smells/looks to have mold as well. Housekeeping is poor. When we asked to have room cleaned for night two, the same corners were cut as when we arrived. The same stained linens that were there upon arrival were not changed, just folded back. The bathroom is dirty, gross shower head and mold/mildew. The floor is stained and gross. There was a tattered piece of toilet paper taped over the peephole from who-knows-how-many-guests-ago. Do not waste your money here. If you see a deal that seems too-good-to-be-true, it just may be.

Not the typical quality that I have come to expect from a Garden inn. Let me start by saying that every employee that I interacted with was polite and friendly. That is about the only positive thing I can report on. The carpeting in my room was tatteterd, worn, and patched together. The heater was unresponsive to the thermostat. It was either on or off. When I checked in, it was freezing in my room. So I adjusted the thermostat on the wall, which did nothing. So I went to the unit and adjusted it, and the heat worked. I went out to to dinner, and when I came back, it was 85 degrees. I couldn't get a happy medium. So while sleeping, I was sweating, then get up and shut it off only to get up afain a few hours later because I was freezing, and turn the heat back on. As part of my mandatory bed bug inspection protocol, I discovered several stains, and also that The matress was not a Garden Inn mattress with the adjustable firmness and wool top. It was not that comfortable, and not in great condition. The curtains were stained and dirty. The outside door did not lock, as it should, according to the sign that said for the security of our guests, please use key to enter. No key needed at this entrance. There were no security cameras. The hair dryer docking device was not connected to the wall. As the picture shows, it was unsuccessfully repaired many times. This shows the lack of caring that is obvious throughout the property. Breakfast was ok, but the selection was limited.

Good: Rooms are very nice and clean. Interesting beds. Windows open for fresh air. Krueg coffee maker, so bring your own pods. Great accommodations for the money. Bad: — — > No hot water at 7AM.

Staff was very nice. Downstairs is clean, room carpet is dirty and had issues with lock but they resolved the lock issue. They really need to clean or replace carpets. Some friends got stuck in a former smoking room that still smelt.

A hotel in this price category should be run better. No soap when we checked in, no cheddar cheese for omelets, other short comings. Also very hard to find the entrance from the main road.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a joke. The staff is rude, disrespectful and treat you like an ignorate person. For my husband and my anniversery I surprised him with a room at this hotel, from the start I had problems, they gave me a dirty room, then after spilling my fresh beverage and hauling all my stuff to a different room, were charged 250 dollars because we suposivly smoked in the room, which we would never do in a non-smoking room. I Am a grown women who does smoke at home in our house. So guess what my stuff smells like smoke, also when we did go outside to smoke we did not leave the butts outside. We took a disposole cup the threw them in our rooms trash. We were never contacted, when we contacted anyone involved with this hotel no response. So we are contacting the police, media and everyone. Do not stay at this hotel. They will just steel your money! I They do not care!

This place is disgusting. It's in desperate need of repairs and there are stains all over the floors, bed skirts and sheets. It is definitely one of most outdated Hilton garden inns I've stayed at.

We had a great experience on our one night stay at this hotel. It was our anniversary weekend getaway and the hotel staff was kind enough to provide us dinner on the house. What a kind gesture. The hotel is very clean and in line with all the other Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed in. When the chance arises, we will surely be back at this hotel. Outstanding job!

Thanks Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa South. I have never gone so far as to check out of a hotel early but here I am with my daughter sleeping in my truck at 3 am cause no where close has any availability. Your beds are the worst I have ever tried to sleep in. Upon check out, I was then told about the adjustable valves on the sides of the bed which didn't make even the slightest difference to me or my daughter. It still felt like I was trying to sleep on quicksand. Felt like I was continuously sinking through the bed frame. I even looked to see if any part of the bed was broken. I never saw any notes/placards informing me ahead of time that they could be adjusted either. Pretty unsat from what I thought was one of the better hotel chains out there. Speaking of 3 am, it's happens to be 82 outside which is the same temp as your lobby. The floors above the lobby are closer to 90 degrees or higher. Can you not find someone to fix your air conditioning? The only thing that is going right so far is that I didn't have to pay for the few hours I occupied that room. Thanks for at least honoring that guarantee.

Attended for a business conference, but the main floor was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Didn't stay overnight, so can't comment beyond that.

It's very nice hotel that has a restaurant inside. The rooms are nice and spacious. The employees there are very courteous and well-mannered and very knowledgeable about the hotel and all of its experiences. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

There for a Military couples workshop. Nice place good food. Pool is outside so not very useful.

Stayed there four nights. First night we didn't have hot water, they did fix it. Saturday, our room didn't get cleaned until we called them 6:30pm. 10:00pm fire alarms go off. Someone on staff was cooking in kitchen. Monday morning very good breakfast had ham n omelot.

Rooms need to be cleaned more! The bed covers had hair all over them. Luckily we brought our own covers.

Right across from Hillcrest South. The view from my room wasn't great. It was essentially a big ditch next to the gas station. The room was well prices. The heater did not initially work but they were responsive in getting it fixed.

When we arrive the manager on duty was wearing a shirt with a diamond cut out and her bra was showing not professional at all. Then we go to eat that night and their restaurant is closed. Take a shower that night and the water is warm not hot at all. My husband comes back from the race on Sunday and he had to take a cold shower. Plus during the night you could hear everything it was really the worse stay we have ever had at their hotel. Plus the website said they had an indoor pool and they didn't and my daughter was extremely upset. We spoke to the front desk about the water being cold and she said well there was probably 20 — 30 people who came in to take showers at the same time that is probably the reason. You are a hotel you should be able to handle that many people. There is no excuse for this at all.

Clean lobby, quick check-in using online check-in through the Hilton App. The location seemed safe and quiet overnight. My only gripe is breakfast was cold and I had to pick at the scraps for eggs just to get a little.

Not the typical Garden Inn. Restaurant and bar were below average, more so due to the staff. Front desk personnel are lackluster and offer little to no communication about packages received. Room wasn't always fully cleaned when service was preformed. Overall I think it is a staff issue and not a hotel issue.

Everything was great except I only had decaf in my room. I called the front desk for regular but it never showed up. Unusual for HGI.

This hotel was unbelievable. We got a suite, delicious breakfast and all the comforts of home with fantastic pricing! This made for a memorable experience, while my husband watched football across the parking lot at Fox and Hound, I was able to lounge and relax after many days if driving. Great and accommodating staff to top it off.

Been here for almost 2 months back and forth working. The people guy/and girl at the front desk are very nice and the girls that work at night in the bar area / dinning area are very very nice. Love all the people that work here as I have a "friend" relationship now that I a practically live here except on weekends. The rooms are very rough and smell moldy and the ceilings on the 1st floor rooms have water stains on them. The bathroom showers also have issues with pull knob that on the faucets on 5 occissions. I could not pull up for the shower because they are stuck and rusted. THE POOL IS VERY NICE and so is the front of the hotel sitting area. But the rooms really need some help. The cleaning ladies need to look up and clean the top of the tiles and when they do make sure u rinse the hairs off the wall. And also check the blow dryers to make sure they work and that there are no roaches stuck in the blowdryer grates. Uggggggh. Also plug the iron in and make sure they work. So mad in the am when I couldn't iron my clothes. Then next day couldn't blow dry my hair. So other then that. It is a awesome place that is centralized to everything. And Very nice girls at the Bar area.

The Hilton Garden Inn was comfortable and an overall enjoyable stay. The swimming pool was very nice, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, very clean, nice towels and great location to major highways and food options. My one complaint would be that the hallways smelt like cigarette smoke but the room did not. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

My wife's family came to stay over the 4th of July weekend. We were enjoying the pool Friday evening when a group of kids and immature adults inhabited the conference room and began playing very loud and offensive music. When we went back to our rooms, we could hear the music. The front desk was helpful in that they were able to move us to the 4th floor. I felt very sorry for those who had family members with specials needs as they also had to move at 10:15 at night. The receptionist advised she was not able to shut the music down and had asked multiple times for the music to be turned down. My family was given a discount on their rooms and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Sara, the events manager. She was very apologetic and said she had received several calls. She handled the situation very well. Unfortunately she advised the group that booked the room was supposed to be a group of adults with a Tulsa based ministry. Obviously their ministry isn't Christ centered. The language and content of the music was very sad. Thankfully they were only there one night.
