Very new and clean. Big rooms and comfy beds.

Arrived to the smiles and helpful, Vesta. She introduced us to Neil. He was pleasant and friendly. Matt, the overnight front desk person is very accommodating and full of smiles. Love the newly renovated look of the hotel. The rooms turned out beautiful. The barn doors separating the breakfast area from the dining room adds a special touch. Everyone working at the Durant location are so nice. Heather the hostess at breakfast is definitely in the right position. She loves interacting with the guests while making sure the breakfast is filled. Had the pleasure of talking to one of the housekeepers. She was also sweet. Tell you what, this location must be run by a great manager in order for it to run like a fine tuned piece of machinery. Definitely will be back soon.

Stolen Wallet—My family and I stayed at the holiday inn on University Place. We went to breakfast and during that time someone came into our hotel room and took my wallet and a makeup bag that contained head cold medicine. My heart is broken because I have a note from my daughter that she wrote me when she was little; sentimental things can’t be replaced.
Of course, it had my military ID, DL, cash and credit cards. I just pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else because it breaks my heart. I hope the people that took it enjoy the money. If they truly needed it I would’ve given it to them. I am praying for whoever you are.
A police report has been filed and a case has been opened with the corporate office. I would like to add that the lady at the front desk (Courtney is the name she told me, however, I didn’t see a name tag on her, maybe covered by her jacket? ) didn’t call a manager and actually said told the police officer she couldn’t call them on their phones while they were at home.
My point in sharing this is for other visitors to please be aware.

Our clients are touring entertainers like comedian Jake Daniels, who stayed here recently after a performance nearby. They were very quick to let us know how awesome their stay was, and that the staff was incredibly helpful at check-in even though it was so late! The room was great and there was plenty of room to really relax, and re-pack after a long week on the road after taking advantage of the coin-laundry room. There was a free breakfast in the morning as well which really helped getting up and at it the next day! Thanks for taking such great care of us and we look forward to staying with you again soon.

My husband and I were traveling to Northern Oklahoma from South Texas and we were having a hard time finding a place to stay and hardly any cell signal! We found this place and they put us in a room without any notice upfront. If I remember correctly, I believe the Tv was a smart TV and we were able to enjoy our netflix and other app accounts which was very convenient. Wish all hotels had that option!

The environment feels very upper class when you walk in the lobby doors. Was very clean and staff extremely friendly. My room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. I will stay here when I come back!

The first night we were there the room we were in the room smelled like cigarette smoke roaches in and he room room 322 no hot water they put us in a different room that was not k I guess they didn’t offer to give us some money back on the first room or told us they would let us stay free one night that’s the least they could have done very dissapointed this visit.

MELISSA — Can't say enough about her. All the hotels were booked and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out! We will stay here EVERY time we go to Durant because of her! Room was good, too!

Good location. Helpful front desk. Fairly clean room. Had some broken furniture, broken kitchen drawer, bathroom door does not lock, weird sink unclogger up against our door. Didn't like the dark lighting throughout the hotel. Not up to the usual standards we expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Beds were clean and comfortable. AC was cold and not too loud. Shower was strong. Best hotel shower ever.

Really enjoyed our two night stay. We got more amenities than we expected for $84/night. We will definitely be staying again next time we travel! Only complaint is the whirlpool would not heat up — the pool was warmer.

Lovely, clean, quiet — overall very good experience. My only complaint was that our room was on the fourth floor and they'd had the a/c switched off, so when we walked in late and tired the room was upwards of 80 degrees and it took a good long while to cool down with the small under-window unit blasting full force. If you're running late in these summer months, I recommend calling ahead and requesting they make sure the room's a/c is turned on.

We had a good time. Motel was very nice and friendly. Manager came by and said he hoped we had a good time.

It was really nice here. Just wish the breakfast foods were a little better. Other than that, loved my stay.

Let's start with the TV had red screen no voice on it had to. Have them. Come fix it and if u turned TV off it would. Do it again the toilet wouldn't gush i. Had wait for to. Find plunger and. I ended up unplugging myself I left for keeping so they could clean room and bed gone most of the day I come back and. No one ever came in so I called front desk asked why didn't they clean my room put fresh towels the answer I don't know but some one will. Be up then they charged me 150 exact to. Clean when. It was not cleaned when they where suppose if i. Don't get my money back i. Will more than happy to share this bad hotel so people don't make. Same. Mistake. We will never stay there again and we come up here a lot.

Always friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent, but you should absolutely try the biscuits with the white gravy. It's an Oklahoma tradition.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel and I am currently telling everyone I see to never take their business here, not only was I exposed to bed bugs and am having a severe reaction but it has been almost a week and I have yet to be contacted after filing two complaints and being on hold for over half an hour the “GM” was too busy to contact me despite being told numerous times my file was on his desk. I will be contacting the better business bureau and contacting a lawyer.

My brother-in-law recently stayed in this hotel in room 220. He was bitten up by bed bugs. He killed a couple and took pictures. He took the pictures and informed the staff and they told him there was nothing they could do for him. Fast forward 5 days and he is at the urgent care because of his reaction to the bites. The doctor confirmed it was bed bug bites. My brother — in-law spoke to a manager named Melissa who told him they had a meeting that was more important at the time. He tried to call again and was put on hold for 34 minutes. Do not stay at this hotel! A bed bug infestation is no joke!

Been here 4 times in the past month. I arrive for the 4th time and get told that I need to supply a credit card for incidentals even though my company has signed all that liability to their card and I've never been asked for this previously. Clerk I was dealing with was different than the usual staff that I've met in the past (Courtney and Mel). Those gals are super nice, but this woman decided to mansplain that she'd worked there for 9 years… That's not how you should speak to repeat business (or any business for that matter). My company is super cool, and if I want to pick a different hotel it won't be a problem. So I'll see what happens in the next few visits and decide if this sudden change of tact is worth dealing with. On the plus side, the beds are comfy the rooms are nice, and the breakfast they offer is tasty. The Wi-Fi isn't secured. When my laptop connects to it it refuses to allow me to browse anywhere because it's not a secured connection. Which is strange because they give me a Wi-Fi code which does work with my phone, but my laptop won't open an access page and request the password. So I'm not sure if the issue is with the hotel or something I need to solve in windows. But for the record, I never have trouble accessing secure Wi-Fi at places like Starbucks while using my laptop. UPDATE: To get secure Wi-Fi you need to type in a crazy URL that you'll find on a card on the desk.

We was in town for the Clay Walker Concert 2/03/18. We had driven almost 5 hours to get to Durant! We arrived at 3pm check in time and was several others in front of me (only 1 person at counter during checkin time) another person came up within a semigood time frame and helped but apparently there was a issue with housekeeping on which rooms was available 1st person had 2 different list but neither apparently was correct we was first put in room 309 our key wouldn’t work go backstairs and apparently we was the 3rd
checkin that was put in that room. We had housekeeping check the room (we showed our check in entrance) due to they was in the area of 309 and there
was already peoples stuff in it. We ended up in 310.
2 queen Suite was nice kinda pricey for one night 167.00 tax fees and all even with all that drama it was a decent stay.

Great room but it needed towels, washcloths, soap! I would advise against trying the gravy at breakfast and they ran out of pancakes! But nice employees!

The rooms are nice, big, and clean. The staff are great. But the breakfast was the worst thing I've ever seen. By far hands down the worst ever. Also, one very small elevator for the entire hotel. If I'm ever staying in Durant again, I'll stay somewhere else.

Really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. Only problem I had was the door to the outside closest to our door (we were on the 4th floor) was broken and I had to walk all the way around every time I wanted to go downstairs and smoke. After telling the guy at night it was broke they just propped it open. The next morning it was closed and I asked the lady if it was fixed and she had no idea what I was talking about and would get it fixed. Never got fixed. Besides that, their place was. Dry nice and their beds are heaven.

Staff great. However as I watching TV I got bitten by a bedbug. Put it in a cup and took to front deck. Got another room. Hopefully I will get some sleep.

Rude staff, not willing to help someone trying to get a hold of anyone without a room number… I just tried to call my boyfriend whose phone died and didn't know his room number so they would not connect me. Also snooty, the lady at the front desk acted like she was sooo much better than me just when I walked in the door… don't stay here. Take your money somewhere else… also has such dark hallways it's pretty creepy.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Neat automatic pancake machine makes for an awesome breakfast experience.

Can't even get them to answer the phone so how am I supposed to book a room? The first time I called I was put on hold and left there and then they never would answer the phone again.

The place looks great driving up as expected of the brand, and inside is real good. The ladies in housekeeping do a top shelf job along with the desk lady who checked in several of my coworkers!

Not the cleanest place. Bed had a pillow with a lipstick kiss still on it… so other options might be better. We are rather tolerable of things but this was pushing it a little. The hotel is ten years old and it might be time for a remodel.

We stayed in the hotel for the Bryan Adams concert. Everyone was so helpful during our visit. Every need was met and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well organized. Will come back to stay again…

Comfortable, consistently accomodating. Breakfast bar is always well stocked, and it's far enough from the highway to be quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but showing a little wear around the bathtub and window.

Melissa is awesome-she took excellent care of me & my family. AND she did everything! Mopped wet floors, detailed attention to my family, checked in more guests as well kindness & courtesy to EVERYONE!

I stopped here with my kids on a cross country drive as there was a storm coming in and it was getting dark… turns out the drain system is practically nonnexistent and several cars got caught in a flash flood. At least ten cars flooded and the hotel did very little to help. They have had this happen before and they have not fixed the drains, they do not warn people to park on a slope and there are no signs! It was an utter disaster and completely derailed the 4th of July. I approached corporate and left a detailed explanation and pictures and instead of a response, they ignored me and rejected my review! I gaventhe hotel 2 stars because it was very clean in the room and the staff was friendly, if not overly helpful. Spending the night there cost thousands of dollars in the long run and corporate did a terrible job of addressing concerns. At the very least let this review serve as a warning that the Peking lot has inadequate drainage and there have been multiple instances of cars being flooded while parked there during a storm. Hopefully they will post signs warning people and do something about the drains. : (

I didn't get any sleep, I heard every single door open and shut, I heard conversations from the next room, I heard footsteps going down the hallway. Probably the lowest quality holiday inn I've been in.

We've got a traveling team of college kids and the front desk ladies made it feel like we were walking in to mom every night :) Made the long weekend feel like home. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfy. No complaints after a week's trip. And that's hard to come by!

See my post on the page. Our room smells musty… I am seriously thinking of going and getting an air freshener or 2 from Wal-Mart down the street. Lobby also has a little must smell too. Room is decent besides the smell.

Very nice and clean room. Television was difficult to get working. Night Audit guy was so kind and helpful.

Overall it was a nice place. Hotel staff was very polite. Room 324 could use some minor repairs in the bathroom… caulk and wall paper repair. The shuttle driver backed into a parked car so we had to drive. The price was a ridiculous but overall it was a good stay.

The hotel seemed nice and the people working there were friendly and we were glad we picked the hotel for our stay in Durant. However, each day our disappointment in the hotel grew each day we were there. We were at the hotel for a total of 4 nights and during that time our room was only cleaned 1 time (the first day). Each night when we returned to our room we had to go to the lobby to pick up clean towels and would tell them our room had not been cleaned. You would think that after 3 consecutive nights of us going to the lobby complaining about the room it would be notated somewhere and our room would be on their list but guess that was expecting too much. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to go into the housekeeping closet to get more. Needless to say we probably will never stay in this hotel again!

Great service and value. BBQ grill by pool, wonderful suite with two sleeping areas, great home cooked breakfast and rich hot coffee. Great reference of Restaurants in area. We choose Roma's. Great Italian family run Resturant with the best home made rolls and pasta, wonderful experience.

No complaints. Clean rooms. Large. Good breakfast (better than most, had pancakes, eggs, bacon, gravy, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, juices etc) we're picky and this place was nice and quiet.

Good clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rooms were very up to date. Good breakfast selections and coffee included with the room. I would have given a 4, but the room did not have the AC on when I arrived. The front desk was friendly, but the agent appeared to be slightly upset that I had made my reservation through Priceline. Other than that, I liked it.
