Great helpfully staff, great pool good breakfast.

This place was awful! The room was not clean with at least 2 inches of dust! No full towels, no elevator, and the smart TV was not smart!

Hire people that actually do their job. The front desk was nice and friendly. The people cleaning, not so much and our room was disgusting. Had to wait on the lobby almost an hour for it to be cleaned.

NO ELEVATOR (in a 3 story! ) OK disabled along the bottom (thieves row? ) non available so I had to stagger up the stairs with my bag. EVERY Hotel needs an elevator.

The place is a real dump. The door handle to the room was screwed up so bad it took 2 minutes to open. Then the TV speaker was garbled and buzzing, went to use the bathroom and the light didn't work. Would recommend staying anywhere else.

Service was very helpful. Room nice, clean and comfortable accomodations.

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was super comfortable and large. Shower was spotless with plenty of towels. Mini fridge and microwave in room. TV worked great with a wide variety of channels. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We received a late check out which was very nice. Breakfast was superb. Cereal, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, milk, bagels, toast, and the waffle. Outdoor pool was small but nice. Not crowded. Close to tons of food. Easy access to the highway. Quiet room. 10/10 will definitely stay again.

The room was nice and very clean. The person at the front desk was helpful and kind. The breakfast bar ran out of food at breakfast and it took them a while to restock it. The food was good for the most part, except that the waffles tasted very dry. They had a wide variety of foods, such as eggs with cheese, sausages, buiscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Oh and also, there was a cricket on the floor in the dining area.

The service was great, the room was clean, breakfast was good. We had a double queen room with pullout couch for 4 children & 2 adults & 2 dogs in the room. Was grateful for the refrigerator & microwave in the room too.
Lots of updates. Looks like they removed most carpeting on other floors recently & in the end process of remodeling. Our room was on the 1st floor which was nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Hot water. Comfortable bed. Biscuit and sausage gravy with a side of sausage for breakfast.

The worst I’ve ever stayed in! Will be making a complaint to corporate… Dirty nasty and more nasty! Wished I would have read the reviews but my husband booked and payed for our room already.

This is an older building, with adequate remodeling. However there is no elevator, which is inconvenient if the room is located on the 2nd floor. People not registered as guests gain access to the hotel from a side door that does not secure properly, so there were several mornings that breakfast was shared with whoever wondered in off the streets. The day desk clerks and manager did nothing when this issue was brought to their attention. The housekeeping staff were thorough, helpful and kind. Joseph, a front desk clerk, was also extremely friendly and helpful. The reason I gave a one star rating was because the hotel overcharged for my 5 night stay, not honoring the guaranteed rate. Upon check-out I opted to pay cash for the entire bill, not realizing that my credit card was simultaneously charged. I had to call the manager, who was rude and condescending, to straighten out the billing issue. The manager even insinuated that I was lying about paying cash, even with my receipt that says cash paid and credit card records to prove otherwise. This is a poorly managed establishment that I do not recommend, nor will I stay at again. It will also have me doing more research in the future, even with a well known hotel chain.

Parking spots way to narrow, so expect to get door dings. No elevator, they are remodeling the hotel, but the quality could have been better. In our room there was a soft spot in the floor that made you feel like if you could go through it and the bath room was slanted toward the tub and the tile floor cracking all over. The hotel definitely did not give you feeling that it was cleaned very well. If no better choice available I would stay here again because better than sleeping on a bench.

First impression is an everlasting impression. Was put in another room but I'm afraid to even sleep in there. Will be buying my own linens and cleaning supplies tonight.

Room was comfortable. The temperature was good, and the bed was comfortable. I had two minor complaints: The toilet would not stop running, and the bathroom light switch had to be turned off and on about 5 times otherwise the light was too dim to see. I brought these concerns to the front desk at checkout and she told me that she would have maintenance look at it. As far as the toilet, closing the door kept it quiet.

Stayed here with my husband. Amazing people and place is amazing. Good bathrooms and clean rooms. Nice place to take a rest after a trip.

We were on our way back from San Antonio, Texas and got sleepy so we decided in Dallas that we were going to stop somewhere. My moms a truck driver and booked us this hotel, mostly because it’s only 4-5 hours from our home town and we just needed a good snooze. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and then I began to look around into where the breakfast area was and found her. They should have a bell. The front desk lady on April 24th at 4:30 am was super RUDE! Unacceptable. She works customer service. Literally just made everybody cranky because of her attitude. We understand why she would be cranky it’s early/late, but she’s working. There was someone sleeping in the lobby on one of the chairs which is sketchy and does not make me feel secure about my child being here. There’s stains on the carpet and the bed sheets. The floor to the wall is coming apart and laying on the floor unattached. It was just a bad experience and we haven’t even slept yet. We regret not staying in one of our other options. UPDATE: they charged us $400 on our card! The only thing we used was the beds and toilet. We didn’t shower, use any of the amenities or anything!

Joseph at the front desk was very helpful enjoyed the location and comfortable atmosphere at the inn. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a concert at the casino so the hotel was understandably busy, but I we were treated nicely regardless of how busy it was.

Check in took 15 minutes. I could not find an elevator. There isn't a lot of room to move around in the room. Room had a very large visible stain on the floor where the refrigerator leaked. 5 tiles in the bathroom had multiple cracks in them. Other tiles rocked when stepped on. The toliet seat was worn. Toliet paper was hung under hand. Alarm clock was not set correctly and flashing. Ice machine was out of order. Hot water was hot.

Great people, very clean, we were in a bind and they were sweet enough to accommodate my husband & I with our 2 dogs on short notice. Electricity outage due to extreme icy conditions!

I love this hotel. It's the only one I stay at when I visit durant. If its booked full then im not coming, awesome breakfast and great staff. Keep up the great job.

I have stayed in this hotel in years past. It was nice 2 years ago. It is now run down, dirty, and the mattresses are falling apart and disgusting. I complained at the front desk, was told I’d be given $30 off my room since the rates had dropped since I made the reservation, anyway. Well, gee, thanks. I look at my credit card statement and there are 2 charges. One for the discounted price of the room, and one for $34.32, the discount plus tax. Never again. The casino has rooms for $30 less every day. I bet they are cleaner and better maintained, too.

The worst hotel experience with Choice Hotels thus far. Arrived late at the hotel after driving for hours, to find that not only was our assigned room a disaster and not cleaned, but the next 2 rooms the receptionist tried to put us in were also not cleaned. The hotel was being renovated and had an odd smell no matter where you were. The "hot" breakfast was a disappointment, especially when sick children were coughing all over everything. The GM called me the next day because I requested a call and she apologized and said she would provide us with 2000 points. This was a very disappointing experience.

I wish I could upload pictures, but I don’t think it would do it justice. The wallpaper in the bathroom was held together by staples. There was a huge chip in the bathtub porcelain. There was mold or mildew in the caulk around the tub. There was a long hair on the bathtub when we arrived. There were holes in the wall from a towel hanger on the bathroom door, because there was no doorstop. The heater controls felt sandy. I’m not sure if it was dust or sand, but it was so bad that we went without the heater for most of the night (out of fear that it might be covered in sand as well and blow it throughout the room) until us and our infant daughters could handle the cold no longer and finally turned it on. The hall door to the side of the building was left unlocked at all times. There was an open junction box of wires inside where the button to unlock the door should be. There were two large boxes in the hallway, taking up half of it’s width. The breakfast area looked like a construction zone, so we skipped breakfast. We were supposed to stay in a Comfort Inn the following two nights in Oklahoma City, but after this experience my wife had me cancel them and go with a different hotel chain. The next morning while checking out, the lady at the front desk asked me how our stay was. I calmly and kindly told her of everything above. She asked me to walk her down and show her. I did. In the end she was very apologetic and looked like she was almost in tears.

When we checked into the hotel the front desk area was closed due to current renovations. The main entrance to the hotel is currently through the side entrance. The front desk has been relocated to a hotel room, I don’t think that was a smart move on the hotels part. Fortunately I was checking in with my husband. King suite room was nice, clean and large. The bathroom fan could use replacement as it was very loud.

Check in clerk was very nice however. Room smelled stale and somewhat Smokey. Room smelled so bad I asked the clerk in she had any air freshener. She provided a can which helped for about an hour and a half. Carpet at the entry to the room had stains, fridge wasn't cold, and ice machine was out of order.

This is one of the newer up scale motels. I have not stayed here but I did visit and look around. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Nice, clean. Well maintained.

My dad paid almost $100 apiece for three rooms on August 29th. Two of the three rooms hadn't been cleaned by time we checked in. The bathrooms were still dirty with mess in the tubs and the sheets on the beds had not been changed, though the beds had been made. They promised him his money back on the two rooms, but never refunded it. And we weren't the only guests this happened to. It was after 10pm when they were still cleaning rooms and changing sheets in their rooms and other guest rooms, as well. Unless you like sleeping in other peoples' mess and showering in their filth, don't stay here.

Price isn't bad and the rooms are pretty nice. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are remodeling where they do breakfast so no breakfast.

Under renovation. Filthy, found moldy food in refrigerator, no ice on first floor. Ice maker on 2nd floor was dirty and covered with drywall dust. Shower was full of hair and dirty. No carpet in hallways. Hall's dark because lights, fire sprinklers were either taped off or down. I was still charged 158.00 for the night till I complained. They gave me 20% off dirty room. Free breakfast but didn't do it. Place was filthy. Should have closed for renovations.

Nasty, just nasty. They told us to excuse the mess because they're remodeling but we think that's just an excuse for the nastiness. Carpet was soiled and stained, had several things on it so you could see it hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long. They said our room was newly remodeled. Umm, no, old bathtub, old sink, just nasty. Crumbs on the TV stand. The phone by the bed wasn't even plugged in, when we tried plugging it in so we could call them, it didn't even work. Have I mentioned the carpet? Don't stay here. We didn't stay. We left.

This was the worst experience being at a hotel I have ever had… Dirty floors dust on everything, the pool had sunk beer cans inside it… Bugs… Bugs and more bugs found about 10 we killed on our own reception at checkout said oh yeah the beetle bugs we have been trying to get rid of them… No excuse for that… It was hot in the room turned down to 60 and by the morning it was probably 70°. The TV did work in the room but I saved the worst for last… Opened the fridge there was someone's lunch sitting there a corn dog and something in foil unsure how long it had been there but threw it away outside the room in fear of what could be leaking inside the foil… How do you not check the fridge for leftovers left inside! Do not… I mean do not use this place unless you want to overpay for a crappy room… And yes side entrance was broken looked like the lock was drilled out no key needed to enter this building… No security what so ever plus waited about 20 min to be checked into our room due to only employee was in a person's room messing with their TV trying to fix it. We stayed the night on 06/10/2017

When I was there June 3rd, lots of issues. Tv didn't work, phone didn't work, bugs on the floor, room didn't look clean at all. Shade would not close all the way, couldn't adjust a/c it just stayed running, would not turn off. I went to the Journey concert at Choctaw came back and the door where you swipe your card, I didn't even need it I just opened the door and walked on in, so much for security and I had to park right in front of the dumpster because of no parking and I guess a bunch of drunks doubled parked from what I saw. Now to make things worse, I had to call the desk from my cell phone to complain about all these problems, was assured they would be up to take care of that… lol that never happened so I personally went to the front desk and complained there, lol they did nothing by the time I get back from the Journey concert. I complained again when I arrived back and the man working the desk said I would need to complain to his supervisor later that morning… lol this is about to get even worse, next morning at check out there she was… so I let her know about everything and she said well you know sometimes you just have to put up with some things at hotels. Lol what a joke. After about 20 minutes of her trying to defend the hotel and telling me I have to live with it, she gave me a whopping $45 off the room, what a joke. Please be advised folks, don't stay here. I could have written a more detailed review but this was plenty.

The room we stayed in was in need of some repair, updating and just general cleaning. Some of the walls in the main room had stains on them, same with the carpeting. The air conditioner unit worked, but the front cover was broken and falling off. The bathroom floor did not appear to have been mopped after the last guests stayed there. The breakfast area was very small and did not provide enough seating to accommodate guests. Some guests were standing to eat. The staff could have used one more person to help with the breakfast prep. We stayed on a Friday night, so we were eating breakfast on a Saturday morning. They ran out of a couple of the main food items and had trouble keeping up with the breakfast rush. One a positive note, the pillows were super comfortable. That combined with a quiet room, I had a good night's sleep.

MOLD! Our room had mold. The air conditioner didn't work. The only room left was the one right next door, which also reeked of mold. We had to leave. And then they wouldn't refund us our money. Ridiculous! I even have pictures of the severe water leaks. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's just not good. The friendly manager and reception staff couldn't quite make up for what accounted to be a whole lot of things going wrong. The rooms were really dirty; especially the floors. The doors looked as though many of them had been tampered with as though someone had tried to break in (pry marks on the edges of the door). Our swing lock was broken on our door. None of the outside doors lock; allowing anyone to stroll in from outside without a key. The parking lot and other exterior lights were never on; making the place feel really unsecured at night. There were a lot of damaged areas in the interior. I would say they were just repairs but they were there twelve months before when we stayed. (It wasnt quite as bad last year) One couple in our party had an ice chest stolen, potentially by someone not even staying in the hotel since all exterior doors remain unlocked. The air conditioner seemed to barely cool the room enough for comfort. We kept it on max the entire time. The sinks and tub wouldn't drain well. Next year we will definitely find another place. We tried to give this place another chance after last year but alas.

Room was nice. Water damage in hallway to the room but besides that it was a nice stay.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet, and the staff were very accommodating. What more could you ask?

Love this place! The manager and staff are super nice! The got breakfast includes waffles, biscuits and gravy, real eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, toast, milk, juice, and fresh fruit! The rooms are cozy and there is even a pool and on site laundry.

As we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member at the front desk. Room was clean and breakfast was continental.

Do not stay here! First room was not clean and the ceiling above cracked so loud when people walked above it woke me up in the middle of the night. Second room had not been vacuumed and there were fingernails all in the carpet. Took a shower and had to stand in ankle deep water because the showers don't drain. Had to leave and go to another hotel.

This hotel is undergoing desperately needed renovations. Room was very worn, and looked like it was solidly ten years past due for updates. Breakfast was included, and was decent.

This place is absolute garbage! I would never ever recommended this place to anyone. Been here for 2 weeks and the air conditioning has been out in the building since we got here and the temperature outside has been between 95-100 degrees every day so the building is like a sauna especially on the 2nd floor! They moved us to the first floor and into a room with a huge ant infestation. And the front desk lady and manager said they could only refund our one night left we had on our credit. We are moving to another hotel. The washer and dryer have been out of service since we got here so we can't wash our clothes. The pool has been closed since we arrived. The gal at the front desk told us they were waiting for the ph levels to drop and it would be open in 2 days and a few days pass and its still closed so we ask again when the pool would open and they told us that there were a couple busted tiles and the pool filter melted and the health department won't let them open it. Don't ever stay here it's not worth it they aren't in a rush to fix anything or resolve it!

Rooms are great. Limited parking if in a big vehicle. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have stayed her several times and was always pretty happy until this last visit. My husband left some 100.00 jeans and two shirts in the closet and I called to let them know so I could pay to have them mailed back to me and they said there was nothing found in the closet. I said well someone broke in to the hotel and stole them then. Will NEVER stay there again…
