I really liked this hotel. The room was fantastic and clean. I always have problems with the bathroom counters in hotels they never seem to have enough counter space and/or they are so tall its difficult to wash my face but the counters here were perfect. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast is included and was delicious. Happy hour was great too. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we did have Alot of trouble with the restaurant. If you need meals other than breakfast I would plan to go out to eat because the service was extremely slow (30 minutes jut to get our drinks and it was not busy) and lacking in hospitality (server was rude and unhelpful) however once we did get our food it was tasty.

The rooms are nice. We took advantage of several of their offerings. They offered drinks and snacks in there evening which was great after a long day of shopping. They also have a shuttle that covers a 3 mile radius around the hotel which will get you in to most of brick town area. We had fun and service was great.

Great place to stay spent time at a conference which was amazing love lab 2018. Check them out for next year love lab 2019. The hotel was very accommodating, easy access to Bricktown. The breakfast is like none other, truly amazing. A couple of negatives, you have to pay $12 for self parking and the shower door in room 311 did not fully closed therefore, water was all over the floor, other than that it was great.

The service here is great. When we had a problem with one room, the front desk immediately assigned us a new room and checked everything for us. The front desk staff was outstanding to us from the moment we checked in. The location is great if you need quick access to any of the major clinics in the medical area or if you need to quickly get downtown or to the Capitol. Rooms were spacious and we appreciated breakfast choices and the free cocktails in the evening.

I attended a professional event and stayed as an overnight guest. The staff has been extremely accommodating. We had a small issue with our original room and had to change to a new room. The night staff helped tremendously and made the transition as smooth as possible.

I stayed for 2 nights, on the second floor. It had 2 king sized beds in the bedroom, and in the living area it had 2 tv, sofa, writing desk, rook safe, refrigerator. Th bathroom was very large and the shower had very nice water pressureas well. The accommodations were very Clean, tidy, and organized upon arrival the staff was nothing but pleasant and helpful which made our stay that much nicer.

We stayed in a premium suite and are Hilton Honors members, so YMMV. I adore Embassy Suites if only for the very excellent breakfasts and the manager's reception each evening, both of which are included in every stay. This particular Embassy Suites had that great breakfast, as well as an on-site restaurant that also served us really tasty food. We managed to miss both evening reception time windows this visit, but it was fine because of the very comfy mattresses and the well-appointed guest suites. All staff were friendly, kind, courteous, and informative.

I was part of the Paycom hiring event, and I can't say better things about their accommodations as far as conventions go. If we had any requests they were met and they were met quickly. Everything was clean, nice and put in order. Everything was set up as we had asked and didn't need much arrangements beforehand.

This hotel is clean, great staff and fantastic food! We ended up here because our other options were booked but we will never go to another hotel when we visit OKC! The staff is so helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure your visit is to your satisfaction! We loved the food from made to order breakfast to room service every bite was full of flavor and hit the best taste notes in your mouth! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was an amazing stay!

Beautiful place to stay! The service in the morning was amazing, they made me feel at home and just at peace, like I'm actually in paradise! Wonderful place to go, even for just a day. I recommend.

I stayed here for 10 weeks straight and my experience was amazing. Very clean rooms, great service and I enjoyed happy hour and the family felt atmosphere. A big shout out to two people that helped me tremendously because I'm blind I needed help at the breakfast buffet and these ladies are what my morning enjoyable and so pleasant. They helped me more than anybody else. And that is Sabrina Patterson and Miss Pat Williams. You two ladies are awesome. All I can say is that Embassy suites need to really appreciate good workers like you all. Thank you to all the staff here that made my stay very enjoyable.

My stay was great and I really enjoyed the evening reception with free drinks and snacks. The only problem was that my room didn't have any bath towels, I'm sure if I had asked for something I would have gotten them. I won't fault them for that. Everyone at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. They even let me borrow their umbrella when there was a rainstorm in the morning when I needed to leave for an interview. Would recommend!

Terrific stay. Rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. Breakfast to order and other available food options were great. Hospitality staff was friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in the area, this will be my hotel of choice.

I believe this facility is relatively new. It is a nice, clean facility with modern decor. I attended a conference there and enjoyed my overnight stay. My room was clean, quiet and nicely furnished. Bed and linens were good quality and confortable. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had at a hotel! (It's the little things, I know…) I ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. My only critique would be to expand the menu. There were only 3 dessert options, and while all 3 were gourmet in nature (bourbon chocolate pecan pie, etc) I'm more of a plain "death by chocolate" kind of girl. I would absolutely stay there again.

The main difference with this embassy suites is the lack of an atrium. The evening reception was nice. We had veggies, cheese, and fruit. No chips this time. Breakfast was nice. They omelette line was short. For a Sunday morning it was packed, but the line moved quick. The room was better than most embassy suites.

Amazing Embassy Suites. Extremely well kept, decent gym, great breakfast and everything else you would expect. I've been to over 10 ES and this one is one of my favorites.

Reserved a premium suite on a premium floor for my daughter's 11th birthday! She invited 6 of her little girlfriends and they had a blast. They stayed in the indoor pool late and had fun all night! The hotel staff, from everyone to check-in to check-out, was amazing. They went out of their way to even bring complimentary room service for the birthday girl and her friends that included a large food tray with assorted cookies (that tasted homemade), pastries, and milk. All the girls were even included in the hot free breakfast buffet! Birthday girl and her mom were happy guests!

Excellent place and attention also very friendly its staff would recommend them.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the hospital and, of course, the awesome breakfast. The staff here was absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

After a 6 hour car trip my kids went crazy. They had no problem accommodating my crazy kids. The beds are nice and soft it's quiet you will enjoy the stay.

This is a pretty good hotel in which to stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are kept neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good as well. If you're thinking about spending the night in Oklahoma City, this could be a great place to do it.

The breakfast was amazing. The gentleman who cooked my omelet did an amazing job. I ordered room service every night and the food was incredible and the staff was friendly. I loved that the "happy hour" that embassy suites offers was different every night. It kept things interesting and I loved the surprise. The pillows were amazing and the room was very comfortable. The gym was a little small, but I worked out in my room each night. The front staff were also friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff made the stay a give star. I would highly recommend that someone visiting the area stay at this hotel.

The Thanksgiving Buffet was marginal at best. The only exception was the turkey which was fantastic. But, intentionally leaving out mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie was downright un-American. :) Seriously, they were sorely missed. The desserts they did have were — odd… The German Chocolate cake wasn't fresh — in fact none of the desserts tasted fresh. The Lemon Meringue thing appeared to be tossed together and thrown into a bowl so I wasn't able to identify it. The dark-grey Pecans Pie filling tasted like a combination of Mince Meat, 20 shots of 151 rum and a pudding-like substance that we couldn't identify. By the time we left, the Meringue thing had developed a pretty thick skin from exposure under buffet heat lights. The turkey was very good — kudos to whomever cooked it. But the rest of the meal left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It took the bartender 3 minutes to make a whiskey on the rocks (IT'S JUST ICE AND WHISKEY. Why is this so hard). Other than that it was great.

The gentleman at the front desk left a lot to be desired. I'm guessing because I had worked and drove all day I didn't look like the typical guest he preferred serving; however, room service more than made up for it. I have to say I would have rated them five stars for sure if my initial greeting and check-in would have been pleasant.

The location is conveniently located, near downtown and lots of great restaurants. The hotel is kept clean. The staff is fantastic. Really friendly and attentive.

Staff was very friendly. My room was VERY nice and very clean. The gym is a nice aerobic gym with top o the line treadmills. Breakfast was also great. I enjoyed my stay. I wish parking was free though. I think $10 per day is pricey for non-covered parking at a hotel at which you've already paid to stay.

Disappointing experience. Do NOT let them put you on the 2nd floor. A huge noisy AC unit, plus a sliver of sky above it, is the only view here. This poorly designed building hides the entire 2nd floor behind a parapet, my room was the worst of these, with a giant air conditioner that looked and sounded like a freight train just outside the window. When I called down to see about a different room, one with less noise and perhaps even a view with more than 5 square feet of sky visible, the desk clerk fabe a huge sigh and complained about how much work that would make for him. He said the hotel was not booked up, he just didn't want to have to change my room, and made it essentially impossible to do so. I finally gave up and stayed in this extraordinary unpleasant room. The room was clean, and otherwise okay, between the awful noise and completely obstructed view, I finally just kept the blinds closed. They screwed up my reservation and locked me out of my room because someone thought I was checking out. I travel 100 days per year and expect better from this chain.

Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet. Friendly, smiling, welcoming staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Good Wi-Fi. This place gets it right.

The hotel is new and nicely decorated. Our room was well appointed and the amenities were great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I came in for a conference. The conference facilities are outstanding. The food was way better than I expected. The rooms are so large and spacious very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very outstanding very helpful everyone was so nice.

Not the best but far from the worst. Staff is nice, fitness room is good with machine and free weights, indoor pool is good. Breakfast is decent but not a good flow during peak hours. Room is nice with good layout. Mine had nonfunctioning light bulbs in bathroom and hotel was out of bulbs. I would assume this is rare. Response by desk to deliver or repair is very good. This is more of 3.5 star rather than 3.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area and what to avoid due to construction. They operate a shuttle service in a 5 mile radius until midnight. Would stay again!

Great experience at this property! Every single person I came into contact with was super friendly, and I know they were stressed with the marathon going on. The front desk staff, the shuttle driver, the ladies at breakfast, the cooks, and housekeeper are all keepers. Definitely one of the friendliest hotel staffs I've ever interacted with (I was in hospitality for 4 years myself) and they nailed it, I didn't want to leave! Facility was clean, fresh hot coffee, and the room was wonderful. Awesome job Embassy Suites OKC Downtown/Medical Center!

All the food from the restaurant is amazing! Their staff is super friendly and accommodating, great service. Stay on the 5th floor for extra perks and snacks provided in the rooms.

Stayed there for 5 nights on a business trip! The hotel is brand new and everything is very modern and clean! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I'll certainly stay here again!

Wonderful hotel! The free breakfast (custom omlettes) and free happy hour (drinks included) are great extras that make this hotel stand out. It's a little far from most things in the city, but the free shuttle makes up for it. Great place to stay!

Hotel was very nice… Elegant, clean and just looking from the lobby looks like a nice place stay but on the other hand front desk could use a little help in the being professional area… They were a little to snobby for my taste… But other than that ALL GOOD!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. I never order room service because the cost is too outrageous, but we sprung for it this time. I ordered two kids' meals (each included a side and a beverage), plus nachos and a soda. It came to less than $30 for everything, including delivery fee. The portions were generous, and the food was fantastic.

The facility was absolutely stunning. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I attended an Applebaum professional development training in one of the conference rooms and it was a wonderful experience.

Nice hotel with great amenities. Recommend staying here. Although they must take drinking and driving seriously here in Oklahoma. They serve you 3.2% beer in an 8 oz. Glass.

Hotel is very nice. Our stay was work-related and I didn't pay for it, so I can't comment on the value. Google had us take a weird, meandering route to a neighborhood to get there.

Great hotel with everything you need. Upset they started charging for parking and saying "all the other hotels do it downtown" when their parking is using the hotels' own lot, and is not in the heart of downtown OKC. Other than that, great place to stay.

Hotel is very nice and clean, although the location in Norman is much nicer. The neighborhood isn't the best near the hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the highway and downtown OKC. Nightlife and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Conveniently located immediately south of the OU hospitals and health sciences campus. Attended a professional event so I cannot comment on the rooms or service. Lobby restroom was clean though.

The very best hotel we have ever stay in. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room service was excellent, the food hot and tasty. The cost very reasonable. Thank you for making a necessary medical trip more of a vacation.

Very clean! Friendly helpful staff! Beds were so comfy! Great breakfast! We stayed there while my daughter had surgery at Children's hospital, which is not even 5 minutes down the same road as the hotel. This was our first trip to OKC, we plan to return under better circumstances and we will stay at this Embassy Suites again. It was also close to Bricktown, but save your money Spagehetti warehouse was nothing special.
