The night desk clerk was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my three sons, two biological and one foster. My foster son is black. The following morning, my foster son and I went down for breakfast. As soon as the manager saw us, he came up to me asking if we had a room there. I stated yes. He asked for the room number and I gave it to him. He left and came back, still questioning me about having a room. Apparently he did not believe that we could possibly have a room here. I showed him my room key and gave him the Wi-Fi password. Still refusing to believe that we had a room here and with complete disregard to the fact my son and I are trying to have breakfast together, he tells me he needs me to go up to my room with him and prove that my key works and that I am staying in the room. Knowing he is making my son feel uncomfortable and being hungry and wanting to just eat, I go upstairs and show him my key works and that we are staying at the hotel. He says ok and walks away. Believing this issue is over, I go back downstairs, finish making my plate and join my son at the table. I see the manager speaking with the man that had been working the continental breakfast. After speaking with the manager, the man comes to our table and says he needs us to go eat in the conference room. I said excuse me? He again states he needs us to eat in the conference room and proceeds to direct us to it. My son politely gets up and starts to head to the conference room.

Nice area, seemed safe. Front people very nice and helpful. Only bad thing was elevator was out of service but hey, things happen. Would gladly come back to this place if needed for another short trip.

We arrived after dark and when we got into the room. We quickly found that the circuit in the bathroom and just outside the bathroom at the sink was tripped off. The person working housekeeping would've definitely needed this circuit on to clean the bathroom… after a visit to the front desk, we were told how to reset the circuit. The corner of bathroom behind commode next to the tub had't been cleaned in a while. It was noticeable that the tub should've been cleaner as well. We attempted to watch TV and found that it didn't work. The blowdryer wasn't in the room in its hanger. The actual quality of the room was great. Needs and pillows and furniture. When a room isn't clean then it's to me nasty.

1. ) we got there at 3:50 (check in is at 4) and we were told there was no clue when our rooms would be ready because they were short staffed. Fortunately it only took them 30 min. 2. ) the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Rust was everywhere. The piece of plastic on the front of the tub was very poorly caulked on and there were holes all around it for water, bacteria, and bugs to get in. It didn’t look like that bathroom had been updated in YEARS, EVEN DECADES. 3. ) the vending machine is broken and seems to have been for quite sometime. The manager was well aware and did nothing to help. 4. ) the man setting up the breakfast stuff and monitoring the food, took forks OUT OF THE TRASH, and no I am NOT making that up. He took them out of the trash, rinsed them off in the water fountain and PUT THEM BACK WITH THE CLEAN FORKS. When asked to please not do that as it was completely Unhygenic and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING his response was “I had to, we were out of forks. ” SERIOUSLY?! Then, he went to the front desk and told the lady working behind the desk that they needed to order more forks. I am absolutely APPALLED. I will NEVER stay at a comfort inn, even if it was the only place to stay. Any company that lets people run it the way this location did is not safe or even up to minimal standards. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a hotel.

Nice place to stay. Close to places to eat, clean and curtious service and room. Rates are great with it being close to dots and hospitals. Breakfast was good and filling, good variety.

I have found the best little Motel to stay at for our trips to Oklahoma city. I have a doctor's office here I have to come every so often. Check in was fast friendly staff. Loved our room very nice. Breakfast was delicious cinnamon roll waffle awesome. Loved everything about this little gem.

Clean room and very quiet which is really good for me. The lobby is a bit dated and so are the rooms but clean and was very cheap. Internet works and is pretty fast for a hotel from what I have seen.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be improved.

Top notch customer service, the breakfast is pretty good and much better than a continental breakfast advertised. (eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, waffles) There is an older man that is so friendly that does the breakfast. All the people that work the front desk were so nice. This is the 3rd time I have stayed & this was a 2 night stay! My room was very nice although the lobby is in a mess at this time due to construction and they are re doing the floors, it only effects being able to enter from the back door.

This was our first stay at a Comfort Inn and it was wonderful! The room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great too. We will stay here again.

My 1 night stay was good. I was able to check in early, and got a room on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. My only complaint about the room is that there were no curtains on the window, which faced the parking lot. There were only sheer panels to cover the window, with heavy drapes on the sides. The complimentary breakfast consisted of the standard muffins, mini boxed cereal, fruit, waffles, etc. The morning manager was very nice/friendly towards my 3 yr old and me. He got a few high-fives from the kid, and gave us an extra box of Froot Loops on our way out, after checking out. I would definitely stay here again.

Good standard Comfort Inn experience. Wifi couldn't quite handle streaming Amazon video. I like the open stairway in the middle of this building. I prefer to use stairs instead of elevator, and at many hotels the only option is the concrete fire escape stairs at the ends of hallways. There's no pool; would be nice to have a swimming pool (even if small or outdoors) and/or hot tub.

I can't say I have any complaints about this place. They do their job. My trip was unpleasant. But the hotel was comfy. The Hooters nearby has a fun crowd. Check it out. Enjoy your stay.

We got a suite. There was a ceiling fan, great we have ceiling fan at home, certainly a plus. The streets in OKC are a little confusing, not hotels fault of course, not an easy place to get in and out of. It is a quiet area thou. Our room is all freshly painted, smells good. No place to hang a towel, I find this odd. DON check us in very efficient and friendly.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn at Founder's Tower in Oklahoma City and On the morning of 8/13/17 I notice a BED BUG on the rim of the inner part of the pillow case, which means WE SLEPT WITH IT. I immediately went downstairs to speak to Don, the gentleman at the front desk. He was very concerned and went to my RM 202 to collect the BED BUG. He was very apologetic and gave me a business card with the General Manager's name (BHARAT PATEL) that would contact us. I received a call from the manager. I gave him the details of what happened and then he stated that they had finished completing the renovations and that there couldn't be any BED BUGS at his motel. He refused to take responsibility for it. He clearly and without hesitation stated “Are you SURE your family members didn’t bring it with them! " Then proceeded to say that we needed to go to the Dr's office and get checked out and to let him know what the physician said and he would "take care of it" YET he refused to take the responsibility of having the bugs but wants to take responsibility of our medical care. RENTERS BEWARE! All we wanted to do was make him aware! We weren't looking for compensation but to let him know so he could fix the problem!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, and loved it. This time things have changed. Outdoor security lighting was poor; only one was even working. Staff didn't listen to questions or concerns. They say they've remodeled, but all they've done is paint over the charming colors with bland beiges and greys. Couch in my room was faded and old. Bedsheets were threadbare and dirty. Hotel including my room stunk of paint. There are other hotels in the area, maybe costing more, but I'd stay at any of them before this one in the future.

Dirty. Towels smelled like turpentine. Bathroom not clean. Window sills had peeling paint. Tired & worn down place. Other, better places nearby.

Decent place, bed are ok, breakfast is what you expect for a continental breakfast. It has the pancake machine, bacon/eggs, ceral, fruits and yogurts.

Love this hotel. Staff is amazing friendly. Clean quite. A little bit of heaven hide away.

Older hotel, old carpet, old bed spread, old TV, breakfast was not very good. Kind of has that old hotel smell.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast however was an uncomfortable experience because the gentleman who was working was very rude when he told me I was not allowed to make my own waffle. He stated that he was the only one who could make them. I found this odd because I stay in choice hotels a lot and I have always been able to make my own waffles. The front desk staff also would not let us check in an hour early (2pm). Which again we have never had a problem with before at other choice hotels.

This is a good comfort inn. Very clean, great staff, but they need some upkeep. They are working on it.

Nice clean hotel with very friendly service. Free breakfast is provided for every guest. I would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was smallish but that was part of its appeal. The breakfast great, I was even able to make it waffles. If you are looking for a hotel that is sparkling new, this isnt it. It is older and has some warts but the staff was very nice. I was sick during most of stay and the hotel was quiet and restful. It was also very reasonably priced and I will stay there again.

The breakfast was horrible. Room was small. Not up to standard of other Comfort inns.

Very cozy & well maintained. However there was a man behind the desk (I don't remember his name) but he was rude as hell! I tried to apologize for my kids being loud in the lobby & he just ignored me. Also, they had no pool. What the heck? This would be the last place I call to reserve a room.

Not very happy with them right now checked inn at their motel and at counter asked of the had a pool and they said no the took my money off my credit card and I canceled and they said my money be back on card this happen the 23. I have called every day since this happen money has not been put back on my card. Today is 27. Do not use credit card at this motel if your smart I can't afford to throw money away like that. Cause if for any reason you do not like the room you cant get your money refunded.

We have stayed at this location several times. Staff is always friendly and rooms clean.

Excellent just excellent!

This was a upscale for a Comfort Inn. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It included extras like microwave and frig. I would definited stay here again and recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced comfortable place to stay.
