Worst experience EVER! From the moment we booked this hotel we had issues. I booked on Choice. Com and selected to pay at arrival. The hotel tried to charge our card that morning and because our debit card was locked it canceled our reservation. We called and Brittney said she would do her best to keep our hotel room for us. 5 hours later we arrive and secured our room with a Visa card for the amount of $482.55. We get to the room and the bathroom does not work, we go to the desk and Sabrina gives us a plunger to fix the toilet as maintenance is not in. After we are unable to fix they finally move us to another room. In the meantime, our bank is notifying us that the hotel is still charging our card. In total there was over 3, 000 in charges pending. The manager said he would cancel all the transactions as he couldn’t figure out what was going on. This did not change the fact that there was still all this money “pending “ and we have no access to it. The manager Callie then comes to our room at 10 o’clock pm on June 17 and tells us if we don’t pay for our room they will ask us to leave. At this point I’m beyond pissed, but my husband goes down stairs and once again makes a payment of $200 in cash and another $293.55 on our card. They general manager Caleb then comes out and tells us because we yelled at his staff he’s asking us to vacate the property. So now we’re 5 hours from home, we have our children with us, and they have thousands of dollars tied up in their system.

Bad experience for me. You took my money you were quick to call the police describing me as AFRICAN, POOR (IS MY CARD GOING TO DECLINE?. You deprived me of a good sleep and you still have my money. It's been over a week, you still havent returned my money. You employee used the system to keep my money. I just wonder how many Black people you do this too just to keep their money.

I stayed here back in January and loved the service, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, love the hot tub especially during sunrise and I’m planning on coming back again this year.

This hotel was very comfortable and very nice space to be in. I’m happy we chose this place for a mini getaway.

BED BUGS! We found bed bugs in our room in one of the beds. We called the front desk and the lady was extremely rude. Said she had no authority to give a refund. We ended up leaving the hotel and got a different one.

Very relaxing, clean, very quiet and peaceful place to stay and get some rest.

The hotel manager Mike Price harrassed my family during our stay. First when my mother and I were outside standing by her car he came up to us very aggressively and said “What are you guys doing, why are you here? We don’t do this at this hotel. ” And my mother responded “you don’t do what? ” And he kept saying “we don’t do this” and then said he “couldn’t tell if we were thieves or prostituting” and my mother asked him several times who he was and then he turned around aggressively and then turned back around towards us and said he was the hotel manager. The same night my siblings went to the lobby to see if they sold toothbrushes in the shop and Mike Price told them they “need to stay in their room, IF they have one” and when my mother asked about it he acted like nothing was wrong with him addressing the kids like that and said her making a complaint was “perfect”. When we called to talk to the owner Kaleb Smart, the woman at the front desk answered and said he was unavailable and when I asked when he would be available she said “he’s usually here around 9” then started laughing and said “but he’s on vacation” and thought it was funny I called to make a complaint.

I was impressed with everything about this Inn. It is very well decorated. Very clean, extra spacious rooms, nice indoor pool and spa, great breakfast, & and friendly staff.

Checked in on Sat. Evening in King Suite. Televisions would not come on. Called front desk and concierge came up with batteries for remote. Didn't Work, he asked me if I made sure it was plugged in the wall. "told him I shouldn't have to check anything" Said maintenance would come up and look at. Went to a wedding at 5 pm. Came back at 10 pm, televisions still didn't work.

Room was nice, big bathroom, clean. Halls still had that new smell, check in quick. But only one elevator.

Mike at front desk provided exceptional customer service. He was very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean!

Had to get another room after having a bad experience at a motel 6 down the road. Family was staying at the Comfort so I asked for a room. The mgr on duty, Mike was very accomodating. He made sure I got a room and offered me a very appealing price. I will always go back. Rooms were very clean and the workers were nice.

This is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! The building is new and beautiful. Michael, the day manager was so helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and he found a room for us. The breakfast was amazing, hot and cold! All staff were helpful and everyone seemed happy to be there, which is not always the case. Would stay again!

Nice new hotel next to I-35. Tracy was super nice when we checked in the hotel around 10:00pm. She was polite, friendly, and courteous! We enjoyed our free upgraded room. I gave this hotel four out of five stars because two things were broken in the bathroom: (unstable/lose toilet seat and broken toilet paper holder). Knowing that this hotel is almost new I was shocked that things were already broken. Breakfast was good and the exercise room was nice as well. Oh, one last thing, this hotel has soft water system.

Tracy was a welcomed face as we checked in on Sunday evening. She helped us in the right direction for dinner. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gentleman that worked the desk throughout the day was very delightful coming and going throughout the day. Gave our family good places to visit. Thank you for being a great home away from home. Will revisit here our next time in town.

Fabulous hotel. Recently opened so all new! Fluffy towels, comfy beds and bedding. Staff exceptional! Reception ladies very knowledgeable, advised places of interest. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to all Oklahoma attractions. Would definitely recommend.

So much better than expected. Everything is neat clean shiny and looks brand new! The hotel smells really fresh too like wood and paint. Hand wonderful stay with great service!

Amazing experience and I must say that Becky, the front desk agent, is the best asset they have. As a Diamond Elite Member, I expect the best of Choice in each property that I visit and this one did not disappoint. While the property is only 6 months old, I expected everything to be new and shiny so it's no surprise that three place is beautiful and spotless. But the amenities were great and the customer service was supreme! They have a cute little tea and coffee bar so I was able to get pomegranate tea in the middle of the night to help put me to sleep. They also have a 24 hour gym and wonderful breakfast. I had a great stay and the service provided by Becky should be applauded and rewarded. Everything was great!

I arrived around midnight and was checked in by Tracy. I found out later that she just recently started working here, and she definitely has a bright future with Comfort Suites. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and when the computers were giving her grief she handled it very well and was pleasant to talk with while we waited. It was one of the better checkin experiences I have had, and I travel a lot! I am a Diamond member with Choice and she pointed out the snack options, etc. I didn’t grab my snack before heading to the room to load up and once I got to my room I received a call from her reminding me not to forget my gifts! The hotel is very new, clean and with all the amenities you would normally expect from a Comfort Suites hotel. I will be certain to stay here in the future when my travels take me to Oklahoma City!

Last minute reservation for late night check-in was a great find. We were greeted by Becky, very friendly, professional and energetic. I accidently booked the wrong date, Becky quickly got us checked in and helped me get my incorrect reservation, corrected. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with several good options. On our return trip, we again had a very late arrival and opted to stay here again. Becky was at the front door to greet us and had our keys ready, making check-in quick and easy. A pleasant experience after a long weekend of travel. Thank you Becky!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Breakfast typical but good with hot and cold items. Only complaint is the area surrounding is industrial. Must drive a bit for restaurants, stores, etc.

We checked in yesterday afternoon and was greated by an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The decor is beautiful, with a high end flare. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast options were satisfying. I would encourage anyone fond of Hampton Inn like I am to stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites. It's better priced than Hampton Inn yet offers the same or higher level of comfort and satisfaction.

Great experience at this new hotel! Everything is super clean and nice. We wanted a night out so we chose this hotel with our choice privileges rewards points. The hot tub and pool are both very clean! Breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. Even the staff at the front desk will come around to ask how you’re doing at breakfast. Will be back!
