This is the only place we stay when we come to Lawton.

We walked in and were CHEERFULLY greeted by the front desk person who was thorough and polite. All the staff was great… extremely courteous. It was nice and clean. Well stocked. They were quick to respond when we ran out of towels. The lemon water is my Fav! Such a nice touch… … Then our trip was ABRUPTLY cut short when our son received last minute orders to leave immediately… the General Manager was VERY helpful in getting our reservation ammended.

Spent two months at this location for business. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly enough to be family.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating! But the room was a little disappointing. The staff obviously works long and hard to do their best to keep the rooms clean and the guests happy, FIVE STARS. But while the room was modern and updated alot of the stuff I feel needs to be replaced… the thick curtains dont close and then the only thing covering the window are sheer curtains, the walls need to be washed and or painted over as there are scrapes and chipped paint everywhere, the sheets (while they were clean) were stained and had very noticeable wear tear. Other little things in the room need to be touched on as well. Two stars. Overall stay though was pleasant. Located conveniently off the highway and near a variety of eateries and stores.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this Comfort Suites. We love how clean our room looks and smells. The king size bed is very cozy with the extra pillows. Our breakfast was great as hotel breakfasts go. We’ll be staying here again!

Super nice staff, love the way the hotel feels when I come in from a long day, you get that relaxing vibe right away and check in is smooth always, I get the king bed suite with a comfortable couch, the king bed is a jumbo cloud with 5 smaller clouds to rest my head on, large bathroom with a always hot shower. I will make it back at least once a week for business if not more night. Give it a try you will not be disappointed with your night.

I was in town for a military graduation. This hotel was very clean, the rooms are spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was so awesome! Plenty of things to choose from. They have an indoor pool and vending machines in several areas of the hotel. The staff was amazing as well. Attentive, helpful and beautiful attitudes. Thank you to all of the staff members.

Great customer service. The room was dirty. Would recommend just make sure your room is clean.

Very clean and up to date interior and rooms. Only downside is that my room (300) has pretty low shower pressure. Breakfast is standard but good.

Booked the room for my daughters army graduation and stayed for 3 nights to long. And not once they cleaned the room, did not restocked toilet paper, I had to literally go to the room next door since I called twice to get some and all they kept telling me "they r on the floor" waited from 11:00am-3pm and still no housekeeping. Do not recommend the stay here. U will have a horrible time here.

Love going to this store when I go home to visit. I remember going to this store growing up with my grandma and it brings so many good memories for me. I now do the same thing with my daughter when I go home to visit and get our German food fix. We always make it a point to stop and browse and shop. It is very easy, especially if you like German luncheon meat, to buy big. Enjoy the foods and the service.

We booked a room for two nights and ended up only staying one night. Upon our arrival we had a rude customer cut us off in the elevator who had a strong stench of marijuana. Also, when we arrived on our floor, the fourth floor also had a strong stench of marijuana. I went to complain about this to the front desk, but no action was taken as to fix the problem even though the lady at the front desk mentioned she had an idea of which room it was and who the people were. The room we received also was not completely as I had found two beer bottle caps and an empty can of dip in the room from the previous tenants. We were also awoken in the middle of the night from loud tenants across the hall as I assume they were partying. We have stayed at this hotel before and received better service and better quality rooms. The decline in service maybe in part due to changes in management and employees not caring about the customers. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. I would not recommend stay in here.

Awesome price, awesome staff, wonderful breakfast served daily (7 days a week), room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Suites.

Our client is a touring comedian by the name of DJ Demurs, who recently stayed here after a performance nearby and absolutely loved the property! The location was excellent, there was a free breakfast in the morning as well as a laundry room and convenience store which made getting caught up super easy before hitting the road again! We'd also like to give a huge shout out to the staff for being so accommodating as well (especially after the 2 am check-in! )

The rooms were spacious, but the TV in the room wasn't working and had to have one of the staff come and look at it, and they couldn't figure it out, so someone came back the next day to fix it. The hotel is going through remodeling, so the tops of furniture tends to be dusty, and the paint job in the halls isn't finished due to what appears to be waiting for someone to put baseboards in. The free breakfast is good. Our rental car service wasn't available after our flight got in late, and the staff at the hotel was happy to send a shuttle to pick us up.

Awesome place to stay when visiting my granddaughters. With families being sick, bad weather this was the first time we could visit. We had fun watching the girls open presents and work together on a puzzle. Home away from home. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Great place to rest, after a long trip. Clean, good service, great breakfast, comfortable. Couldn't complain for anything.

Stayed one night & that was long enough. Room was below my standards. Room was not as clean as I' m used too. Desk chair was broke. No bathtub plug (I'm a tub bather). Recommend any hotel up the road. Would not stay again!

The hotel is being remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The curtains were only shear, and not solid. Also the handrail in the shower was almost completely unscrewed. Very dangerous.

Hotel was clean and we'll maintained. There were signs of water damage from recent flooding, but workers were hard a work fixing it. The breakfast provided in the morning was well done and left me full every morning I stayed. Suites were a good size and left me with no complaints.

Exterior drive and parking area trashy on arrival and remained through my 3-day stay. Would have been charged for room safe if I had not noticed and protested. Two repair requests were made and only one addressed, the mold in the bathtub. The other, a malfunctioning lavatory closure that could not be closed or opened easily, was not addressed or reported back to me. Large brown stains on the window were evident but not noticed in time to report. I would stay again if my room were in better condition and not be assessed a room safe charge. Breakfast was fine and interior fine despite the hallway painting in progress on my third floor.

Checked in and paid for a handicapped accessible room and due to the fact that someone else had not checked out of the room on time, and the staff thought it was a misreservation, I wound up having to spend my first night in a nonaccessible double room instead of the accessible queen room I paid for. They made up for it by letting me leave my bags at the front desk and they put them in the room the moment the guest checked out and the room was cleaned. I did get my room the next day and for the duration of my stay. When I checked out and received my statement, the nonaccessible double room was more than the accessible queen room. How is that possible? I will stay there again because it is a great hotel and my family enjoyed it, but I will DEFINITELY double check BEFORE I pay what room I am getting.

My son was graduating from Fort Sill army base. We had total of 9 people in our family, witch is why we chose the comfort Inn and suites. We made reservations a month in advance for 3 rooms one king with a pull out and 2 queens with pull out. 2 days before check in the hotel called and asked if we would be will to switch hotels due to the army national guard needing to extend their stay. We happily agree to switch hotels so the guard would be able to stay. We where told by Candy the Manger at comfort inn and suites that we would be staying at the Apache hotel and Casino and that we would be able to have enough beds for everyone. When we checked in to the apache hotel we where told that all they had was 3 king rooms and that they would not be able to bring up roll away beds! They where very rude and not helpful, the told us if we need more beds we could get more king rooms for 200$ a night! We asked if the comfort Inn knew what they had reserved for us and they confirmed that the comfort Inn knowingly put us in 3 king rooms! We then then called the comfort inn and told the out situation and asked to speak with Candy. We where told that she was unable and she would call us back shortly. We waited 2 hours! And called the hotel 3 times asking to speak with Candy and telling them we had no where to sleep! The kids we had with us were getting tired so we finally had to check-in to the apache hotel for 3 days. We have kids sleeping in chairs and 2 to 3 people in the beds.

Hotel was good enough, a little run down. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds slept great! Breakfast was good. But it is no frills. It was crowded. Parking was limited. Pool was hot. It needed just a good old fashioned cleaning. It just seemed like a half ass job has been being done and that it is ok. Not too far from Ft Sill visitor center.

Com, under $90 total for one night) Cons No way to physically close blinds to block out the bright street lights from outside (in my room, can't speak for every room. ) Coffee maker in the bathroom (Why would I want to make coffee in the same room where I use the bathroom? ) 3 regular sized towels provided for 4 people (shouldn't a 4 person room have 4 towels available? ) Poor craftsmanship on renovations (paint splatters is one example) 3 ft deep pool (How am I going to swim in a 3 ft deep pool? ) I'll choose a different hotel next time. They don't let you close the blinds because they want you up and out as soon as possible in the mornings, only explanation I can think of.

Visited for graduation at Fort Sill in March 2017. Stayed for 3 night. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room. Easy access to the base. Only improvement needed in my opinion should be more variety during breakfast.

I asked for 1st floor, I get told that 1sg flpor are only ones with Jacuzzis which was a lie. Military discount is $1 off, which is pretty sad. Candy or whatever the managers name is, said you can get a refund and go elsewhere. Noone that answers calls aren't properly trained and neither is she. Anyone actually read these? By the way I have a copy of my reservation showing I had room 118, then someone used a pen to change it to 418, then to the room that I'm in now. Horrible service. Weird that it's the room in asked for? So sad.

The room was clean and the front desk was very nice… the pool had to much chlorine in it. The only bad thing I can say about my experience at the hotel was the smell of marijuana in the stairwell.

I have stayed there many times with minimal issues. And any issues I had were fixed by the professional staff! I recommend it to many of the families traveling here for graduation or other visits. Well done, y'all!

Needs a lot of work and updates, I would not stay here again. If you are visiting the area I would look to stay somewhere else, there are nicer hotels in the area. Does not live up to the Comfort Suites name at all.

New hotel with excellent staff. The room was great except for the sofa matress which was pretty dirty and gross but the staff apologized and replaced it. We will be at this hotel for an extended time for my job and so far it looks like it will be an excellent experience.

This hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly. They even have lemon infused water in the lobby!

Great value, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms. I always book rooms for me and crew when traveling for out of town business for VanAuto located out of Evansville Indiana and VanAuto Texas.

The rooms are very nice, however caulking in bathroom is molding and needschanged. Everything was clean and breakfast was very nice. The only reason I didn't rate higher was because of the pool. We booked here specifically for an inside pool. The water was freezing as well as the temperature in the room. We were told the first night there was am oversight to turn on the heater and it would be better the next day, it wasn't.

After a bad experience with another local hotel, this one was a blessing. R. Bower was very nice and accommodating to my 2 daughters! We won't stay anywhere else!

Never before seen a dog swimming in the pool. Let alone with off the click employees. And no it was not a service dog or a seeing eye dog. Wi fi was bad. Room good breakfast above normal, but the dog incident was too much. If my kids were allergic to dog I'd have been irate.
