Easy commute to Ft. Sill. Very polite and well mannered hotel employees. Carpets could use a deep cleaning. Rented two rooms air didn't work efficiently in one. Beds were comfortable and bathroom roomy. Loved the coffee bar and lobby area. Maid service was wonderful and so nice.

The location was very easy to find but nicely tucked back just a bit from the public road. It is located just down the street from some great restraunts. I ate at the backyard patio that night and loved the lettuce wraps! The front desk staff was unbelievably kind and nice during my stay. I was there for an interview and have a large white dog at home so, of course, my suit was covered in hair. The front desk staff let me borrow their own personal lint roller for the night to clean my suit. The breakfast had plenty of options and was available from 6am to 10am which was super convenient. The morning staff member who checked me out of the room was pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

This hotel is excellent. The night clerk is very quick and helpful. The location is convenient to base, restaurants, and medicine park. The hotel and grounds are clean and well kept. Breakfast is good hot food each morning (steak egg cheese mix, scrambled eggs, soft fried potatoes, sausage patties, oatmeal, cut fruit, make it yourself waffles, assorted pastries, or cereal). We were here three days and would stay again if we return to Lawton.

I recently officiated a wedding in one if their conference rooms and they were very helpful and very kind to everyone in the wedding. Their kindness will be remembered for a long time. I will plan on staying at a Hampton Inn on my next vacation.

Hidden gem in Lawton. I travel all over the country and find the staff here some of the nicest and most attentive. The place is showing some wear, but they do an excellent job maintaining things.

The staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was amazing, parking/location was awesome, the pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was very nice, clean, and there’s a lot of appliances available to use. Overall perfect experience!

The hotel is just awesome. The best you can expect from one. The staff is very helpful, courteous & friendly. I stayed here for about 25 days… I am full of praises for the hotel.

Unfortunately my room was dirty. Stains on the floor and didn't look vacuumed. Went to take a shower and the water sprayed everywhere as the bath spickit was broken. I have never been disappointed with a Hampton inn like I am with this one. Have kept shoes on for my entire stay.

Beautiful Room Traveling family, 5 members staying in one room with 2 queen beds. Beds were great and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. My children were very happy with all the options that were available for breakfast. I was able to pick my own room prior to my arrival via hotel app — quick, easy, and amazingly effortless. Breakfast, hot food continued to be brought out by the most positive, happy server. She greeted everyone with a huge smile and a sincere how can I help you attitude. Very present, visible, and kept the food trays full.

So enjoyed my stay. I had a handicapped suite. It was Amazing. Free buffet breakfast was awesome. Staff were helpful. Stocked bar of drinks by front desk was so convenient.

Our experience here was great! We stayed three nights. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was nice and on time! Loved the coffee and tea that were available in the lobby. The lobby area was nice to hangout and visit. Great Location! Very close to Fort Sill, eateries and stores. A short drive to Mount Scott.

My family stayed two nights. A great experience overall with professional service and clean, modern rooms. Also situated in an area with many options for food nearby. Very satisfied.

Donald at the front desk just helped my husband and me with a very difficult night. We are very much looking forward to getting some much needed rest! The hotel is beautiful, warm, and very accommodating! We will be back again!

The Hampton was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and help full to answer all my questions. Complementary breakfast was great especially with having a busy day ahead. It was ready to eat with lots of choices available.

Charged my card 2 times and took over a month too get cleared causing me to cancel card. Merry christmas! no apology.

Terrible experience at this location. I was charged twice for the same stay. I've called 4 times, each time I'm told they can't find the charge for the stay. I was hung up on twice and given a complete run around. When calling Hilton, they found the record quickly, but said the hotel has to reverse the charge. It's been a month and they still have not corrected the issue. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and due to this mistreatment, will stop staying at this brand.

To be honest. I expected more, much more especially from a Hilton company. Rooms need work, ceilings are all a mess, switched rooms more than once (noise), bathrooms need updates. Breakfast was good and staff was courteous. Overpriced for sure. Should've taken more pictures.

This stay was 100% positive and enjoyable. The coffee was fresh and hot all day. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was hot and heated pool was warm enough enjoy, unlike some places that claim to have ahot tub & heated pool. The room was quiet and very pleasant and the staff was professional and friendly!

Front desk agent was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was nice. Located close to post and places to eat. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and area was a little sketchy. Types of business you would normally expect right off post. Overall a pleasant experience worth the rate I paid.

The Hampton Inn has nice, spacious rooms with all the basic amenities. The staff has been helpful and polite. I will likely stay here again in future visits to the area.

"You don't have a wheelchair so you don't need the Handicap room. " We called requesting this type of room because we are unable to step into a bath tub to bathe. They gave us the room and then made us move two hours later. They moved us to a room where the door did not lock. We were unable to shower before leaving on our trip the next morning. When we mentioned our displeasure upon check-out "well, have a nice day. " The 100% satisfaction was just a slogan to get you to come to their hotel. Yep, we had to pay them for not using their shower! If I could give "0" stars I would.

I don't really leave much reviews but I had to with this hotel. The carpet and tiles seems like it hasn't been clean in ages. Feels gross when you walk barefooted after a shower. The shower nob doesn't work right. No matter how much you turn the nob, it will not turn on. You would have to apply a lot of pressure at an angle to work. This tells me that the tub hasn't been cleaned in a while. For a well known hotel it's been a really disappointing experience.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. When I Checked in the ladies at the front desk were great. They got my kids and I in a room on a walk in no problem. But when I got to the room I noticed that there was a stain on one of the beds. A small one, but still. So my kids and I slept on the other bed. I woke up at about 4 am to check on my kids and noticed a bed bug crawling on my 3 month old! I got tissue, grabbed the bug and threw it in the toilet. I gave all 3 of us showers/baths and checked out about 6am. I was told at the front desk that the manager wouldn't be in until 8am so I left my name and number and my complaint. I even took a picture of the bed bug. They assured me the manager would call and fix this. I called 2 times and NEVER got a callback. That's $130 down the drain for a room and service that was very unsatisfactory! I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!

They had our reservation wrong. But corrected the problem which was room not big enough for five people. One used a roll away. Also first room didn't have microwave, refrigerator, counter space as our reservation stated, always needed to ask for more wash towels only left two each day for four people. Give this part a rating of 2.! The breakfast bar was excellent, plenty of variety and different all three mornings. Ready at 6 a. M. Rate this 5!

The water in the rooms is either scalding hot or lukewarm. The breakfast was the worst I've had at a hilton. The hot tub was cloudy and obviously dirty. I highly recommend staying at another hilton location in lawton before chossing this hotel.

Everything was clean and wonderful. The breakfast was deliciosooooo. The waffles were great. They treated us like we were the only guest. We are from Puerto Rico and if I had to travel agin I surely will stay in this hotel.

Our stay at Hampton Inn has been wonderful! From clean and comfortable rooms to friendly helpful staff who have gone out of their way to make our stay exceptional! Great desk service, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and maintenance service. I think you will be happy with your stay also.

There was no refrigerator, coke mashine took coins and no drink. Wifi don't work. We would have been better off staying at a arab hotel or Justin's.

My stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Lawton was exceptional. From Jessica, to Ashley, to Jen Stouder (manager), each employee has gone out of her way to make my stay a wonderful experience. My room was clean, everything perfect! The marble countertops added an extra touch of class and elegance. I have stayed in other hotels such as the Ritz Carlton, Singapore, and I have NEVER experienced such a great staff that understands the true meaning of Customer Service. I give this hotel 6 stars! I will be heading back to St. Louis in a day or two, but will always make the Hampton in Lawton my "home away from home" from this point forward. J Jackson.

@Robby. Our soldiers DESERVE a free comfortable, air conditioned place to sleep considering what they go through for the rest of us. That being said I am right there with Dark Workers. If a hotel says they get the gov't discount then our soldiers should only have to pay what the gov't will pay.

To the crybaby that thinks soldiers should get free rooms at nice hotels: Quite being such a socialist. Be happy you get a discounted rate. This is a very nice hotel and they shouldn't have to throw money away. There are plenty of hotels in Lawton, OK that charge $70 a night. You should have checked to see what the government aka my tax dollars would reimburse you for. I thought soldiers were supposed to be tough. You sound like you only signed up for military service to get government discounts.

US soldiers who stay here are told that the "Government Rate" to stay here is $105 per night. But the government will only reimburse them for $70 per night. I think it's outrageous that these hotels (Holiday Inn, and Marriott properties are guuilty of this as well) think that by telling these folks that the "govt rate" is $105 and then when they finally get to their duty location and file their paperwork, they are shocked that they actually had to pay out of their own pockets to stay in a hotel. These hotels should be banned from this practice of taking advantage of the most precious type of customer — The US soldier.
