The best hotel in duncan!

It is a motel with the room doors on the outside which was not indicted by the pictures on the outside and I didn't see it mentioned on their website. They have tried to update it with new bedding and TVs. It was okay, not the best but not the worst. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. I would probably stay here again if in the area since there really isn't much choice in Duncan.

They had good rooms and bathrooms. They Also had a breakfast room where you could eat anything. And close to that room was a exercise room. Then The last 2 things were the office and the pool.

Enjoyed our stay was in town for a Family Reunion, clean, bed was very comfortable and the right height. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend this place if you are looking for inexpensive place nothing fancy but clean.

We spent our anniversary night there. Had fun in the pool. And watched hbo. Slept very well on the king size bed. The breakfast was much better than I expected. No complaints.

Had a family reunion here. They let us set up in their breakfast room free of charge so that's pretty awesome.

Very well maintained nice and clean place to live. I was here for two nights and I enjoyed the place and service a lot.

Old but current refurbish. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Would stay there again!

The girl that was on the counter on May 19th 2018 at 11am was the BEST help I've EVER had in a hotel.

Helpful staff. Older rooms, but clean linens and towels. Rooms need some surface work.

Place is okay, but they need to do some improvements like check the light bulbs on lamps, add more outlets because the outlets on the lamps do not work and they have like 6 different items plug into a wall outlet with a wall adaptor behind the TV and the towels are not white anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the room was. I hate motels in general but, I got a good rate and had a good experience. I did not care for the cable provider that they had because the remote was cheesy and it was real easy to completely lose reception. The cable company that they use has little to offer. The breakfast was really good except that I do not eat round scrambled eggs. Although the lady working there was really nice and made sure that everything was ready at 6 am. Quality Inn should ask their Coffee provider to not bring that nasty premium coffee sugar. It is too sweet and undoubtedly HIGH FRUCTOSE corn syrup which I go to great measures to avoid. Anyone that substitutes real sugar needs to make guest aware of this. I tried to get a bottle of water from the coke machine but, it took my money. Guest should have access to bottled water and should be able to purchase it at the front desk or somewhere in the hotel.

I clean my bedrooms by myself every to try to nobody take anything from me. I put to clean one day to they clean my room and one brand new perfume that I bought a week ago just disappear. Really bad.

I love this hotel. Nice rooms always get to check in early. Gorgeous indoor pool and the friendliest staff. Second time here and will be back next mo. And again hopefully with husband. Gotta try the food this time.

Remodeled, very clean, helpful staff. Good amenities (IN ROOM sizable mini-Frige, microwave, CABLE TV). Great indoor pool. Reasonable room rates. AAA, AARP, and other rate discounts available. Reasonably easy on line reservations process. Suggest that you call the hotel directly even if you reserve on line to confirm special requests and/or Elisha a relationship with the staff.

This hotel gets 5 stars! It's customer service and cleanliness are amazing. It's also a one stop shop for anyone staying in town! It has wonderful sports bar and night club connected to the hotel.

Exterior is rough, crusty, and atruim is stuffy and humid. Room is surprisingly clean and stink free. Wifi is dang fast.

The room was very clean, but the bathroom wasn't quite. The rug on the bathtub was soaking wet and there was some head hair stuck to the wall of the shower. They provided a fairly good breakfast and a nice pool area.

We empathize with your situation, however, we consulted with a doctor and our pest control company, below is the information that was given to us. Also, we gladly changed the guest's linen and terry on a daily basis as requested. We hope that the spread of misinformation about our business is not a reflection of the way we actually conduct business with all of guests. I have copied and pasted the information passed onto us from a doctor: Anyone can get scabies. It is found all over the world and the mite is transmitted by direct and prolonged skin-to-skin contact with a person who has scabies. Sexual contact is the most common way scabies is transmitted. Transmission can also happen from parents to children, particularly mother-to-infant. The mite can only survive about 48 to 72 hours without human contact, so it is uncommon, though possible, for scabies to spread through infested bedding or furniture. Scabies mites can only live about 72 hours without human contact, but once on a person, the mites can live up to two months. Mites survive longer in colder conditions with higher humidity. Once on a person, mites can burrow into the skin, and symptoms usually begin three to six weeks after infestation.

My husband, 4 month old daughter and I stayed at the Quality Inn of Duncan for 7 days and had booked the reservation 5 days in advance. We were fully aware that the hotel had a restaurant and a bar attached. We had asked that our room be farthest from the bar due to having a youngster. Although, my husband and I would have enjoyed the night scene ourselves, we didn't want to be around the chaos that comes with the bar's atmosphere; knowing that we brought our baby along. This recommendation was never an issue with the desk clerk and she was more than willing to accommodate us. Upon arrival the parking lot was clean and well maintained, as well as, the lobby. The desk clerk was very busy at the time we checked in (8pm on a Tuesday). I watched her as she helped guests before me and helped a guest on the phone. She was very personable with each guest. She was very prepared and had answers to all the questions being asked. When it was my turn to be helped she had pulled up my reservation (along with the special requests I made) and had a room key ready for me. The whole ordeal lasted 3 mins. The room was very clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. The pillows were amazing. The bed was the perfect balance of firm and soft. The bathroom was clean. The toilet sparkled and the water pressure in the bathtub/shower was definitely beyond what I expected. Each day housekeeping asked if we needed new towels or if we wanted new bed sheets.

The customer service is great! The go beyond to make the stay comfortable. This is not a 4 star hotel but it is a nice quiet place to stay. The only complaint is have is the rooms don't have a lot of electrical outlets but definitely not a deal braker.

So very helpful and courteous in our time of need. All staff has been super sweet. Rooms are nice and clean, I would recommend this establishment to all my friends! Thank you for everything.

Was a nice enough hotel. Was the cheapest we found. The lobby and pool area looked really nice and updated. The rooms are exterior facing. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was very aged and recently updated with a coat of paint. Overall a good experience.

The hotel overall is rather old looking. But the biggest issue is how loud the adjoining night club plays their music. We could here it in our room and we were on the further away side.

Gentlemen at front desk was very nice. Room as clean.

Wife and I stayed there one night 2/23/14. The room, a non-smoking king, bath, and towels all were clean. Good in-room coffee. Good HD TV w/ HBO. The room was smallish. The free breakfast was typical but included bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, OJ, and coffee. There was no business center, but they did have a computer and printer available for customers just off the lobby. The location is good on the main US81 highway and near downtown and the high school. The young women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Called ahead to reserve a room for wife & I. Asked about safe parking (tools in truck) & quietness. Was told " Si, all okay meester". Got there and found a LOUD party lounge and drunk oilmen staggering around the lot hollering at each other! Our room hadn't been cleaned so we asked for a refund. The lady said she hadn't run our card info yet so no charge. Charge showed up next day! WTF!?! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! Probably get bedbugs here!

Food at the bar was overpriced not worth it at all. Staff was great though.

Left my stuff in the room today nothing was touched. They made the bed and left. Surprisingly honest. Very clean.
