I did enjoy my stay, nice room, nice beds, great customer service. Continental breakfast was amazing, best I've ever seen at a hotel. Pool was a bit small and full of kids most of the time. My biggest complaint unfortunately was the amount of small nat type flies that seems to be everywhere, especially the pool and breakfast area.

A relatively new place at the corner of a new open-air mall, providing many shopping and dining options within walking distance. But it was very quiet. We stayed nine nights. Good complimentary breakfast. Excellent staff. The business center computers were a little frustrating, often going into an automatic reboot and had no copy/paste option.

Man It's a pretty nice place to stay. The rooms are clean, Nice Staff and is right next to a small village mall that is NOT ABANDONED I repeat NOT ABANDONED. There are usually alot of people there in the afternoon and night also The hotel has free breakfast and a nice pool.

It was Amazing! Very clean, convenient. Having the Mall right outside the door and all the popular eating places and more. My family and I had dinner at the Cafe with live music and it was so soothing and elegant. Also try Bon Chon chicken wings they were Amazing also. I can't wait to come back.

This is the best Hampton I have stayed at for sure. Fresh, clean. The cleaning ladies are super nice too. That Japanese hospitality kinda nice. Has great food around it and no touristy stuff. I love the area; has a suburbs vibe to it. It’s attached to some mall. Right out the door there are a few cafes. The pool is kinda inside — which I love. It has a roof and walls that go most of the way up. Gym looks decent. The AC does not make enough noise for me, so had to use my iPhone for noise. Rooms get cold if you want. Had mine to 68. No diamond lounge. Breakfast is typical fare. Could be better. Breakfast place right out the door though.

One of the best locations that I have stayed. All of the staff are Super friendly, helpful and respectful. This Hampton location has the best staff a Company could ask for. I really appreciate the effort they show to ensure everyone feels like they are home. Thank you Kapolei Hampton.

Well decorated, incredibly nice staff, spacious room, and above average exercise room. Seemed about an hour, with traffic, out of Honolulu and a bit removed from most destinations but we appreciated the relative quiet and our time at this hotel. Quality per dollar spent was top notch. Highly recommend if you don't want to pay Waikiki prices.

Nice area, staff very nice. Bugs while you eat breakfast and bed bugs in some rooms. My shower knob fell off the first time I showered and the temperature changes by its self. Gym is nice but pool has no view and you are far from any beach but share a parking lot with a 24 hour with a pool.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spatous, clean, and well taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again. An extremely nice lady named Dee who was working the front desk went above and beyond when I asked if they happen to have any stamps so I could send a postcard home. I didn't expect them to have any but it was worth asking. Dee nicely told me that they did not have any but then took the postcard and said that she would personally make sure it got sent out anyway. Talk about great customer service. Thank you shout out to Dee!

I stay with my brother here it was very nice the breakfast was awesome the service was awesome the people that work there are so very nice and very helpful my brother has a problem with seeing and they were so very nice to him.

This is by far the cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel a lot! The staff is very friendly! Bathroom doors are that new fad of sliding doors which have a large gap between the wall and the door itself which doesn't allow for much privacy, would love it if they would change that and do NOT use the Wi-Fi your electronics will get hacked.

The location us perfect for shopping and dining as it is connected to an outlet mall. Very close to location where I was working. Also only a 30 minute drive to waikiki. The hotel alone was very clean and has a clean pool. Breakfast hours are great an the food is of good quality. I have stayed there twice myself and will be back.

I'm staying at the Hampton inn & suites for a week. It's a new location, just a year old and it's gorgeous. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and well appointed.

Nice basic rooms. It's fairly new so the rooms are in nice shape and clean. Would've given it 5 stars but the breakfast is underwhelming. The waffles were pretty good but the eggs, breakfast meats and potatoes came out of a box and tasted like it.

This is a nice hotel. Great options for locals on the west side area if your family is visiting. It's located at the new mall in Kapolei which has so much variety of stores and restaurants to choice from. Highly recommend this place.

The bartender there was awesome! Very knowledgeable on the drinks and very friendly and social. Most definitely will return again to see Ro.

New hotel great rooms. Next to mall area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good area. Super friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel seems to be new and is currently well maintained and the staff is courteous. The problem is the walls are not well insulated to block sounds. Also the hotel is connected to an out door mall which adds to the noise.

Likely the nicest Hampton Inn I've visited. A little hiccup with our reservation almost made the visit a bust but the customer service supervisor ended up clearing up the misunderstanding and went beyond what I expected to make things right. The room was spacious and modern and close to shopping. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay for an inexpensive spot away from the super touristy Honolulu. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good recommendations from the staff for places to eat and visit. Would stay again.

If you don’t mind an overpriced hotel which caters for those who have managed to get their government to pay for a holiday from their benefits, this is the place for you! They don’t have a bar, or restaurant but, if you like fast/junk/takeaway food this is definitely the place for you as there are many really crappy eateries nearby! You will have to cope with an infestation of small flies when you have your breakfast surrounded by screaming, undisciplined kids but, you’ll probably be used to that! Make sure that you either have your own transport or are not in a rush as the hotel don’t have any influence over local taxi firms and you’ll have to wait as long as they dictate you’ll have to!

Albeit a slightly awkward location, Hampton Inn and Suites in Kapolei is pretty top notch for it's price point. Super friendly staff (even after locking myself out of my room 3 times in 30 minutes) and super comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning was great and as a Hilton Honors member (highly recommend you join) I get free Wi-Fi. The view from the 5th floor isn't the greatest, but it oddly reminded me of a view from mainland hotels which made it kind of… Nostalgic? If staying in Kapolei, stay here!

Overall great place to stay. Staff are all super friendly. Free breakfast. Clean rooms. Great location to Ko'Olina lagoons. Few things that stuck out that really were not that big of a deal: There are pesky fruit flies all over at breakfast. Parking can be hard to find at night. The sink in the room was hard to use due to its design.

Love it there. It is right next to the mall. Lots if shopping. I do need to add that it is haunted. I have stayed there twice now. Both times on the second floor. Perhaps only floor 2 is haunted but it is not a bad or scary experience. Stay in 237 or maybe it was 238. You will experience something strange.

Great location next to a new shopping center. Room is spacious and clean; I hope they continue to maintain it well. Fitness center is adequate for a short stay. Water pressure in the shower could be more lax so I wouldn't have to take twice the time in there. Also, AC system needs to be simplified or at least have a manual in the room.

Average hotel room. Two beds very comfortable, good sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo nice counter space. Very clean. Small pool, complimentary breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Restaurants and mall short walk. No balcony, no great views but a really decent place to stay.

Great service. Wonderful accommodations. Ample free parking. Suite was great. Free continental breakfast was good. Didn't like that the blinds in the room were not black out blinds, otherwise no negatives.

This is one of the nicest Hampton inn I've stayed at. Being a relatively new hotel, it has modern furnishings and a large bathroom. The only thing disappointing about this place is the breakfast relative to other Hampton inns. I'm not sure if they have a kitchen here as everything taste prepackaged. Even the cold hard boiled eggs were poured out of a plastic bag. Otherwise, this place is great and convenient as it is connected to mall.

Fantastic Stay! Hotel is very comfortable, clean, and located next to the new Mall! Breakfast was good but the best part was the staff. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful. My husband didn't want ham in his eggs and the breakfast attendant (larger man) was so kind to return from the kitchen with eggs w/out ham. The ladies at the Front Desk were all Awesome and helpful! And the housekeepers-Wonderful! Our stay here helped to make our 1st trip to Hawaii a Happy Memory!

Nice rooms and friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and clean. I'm a tall guy and one of my complaints about most hotels is the shower heads are created for shorter people. I didn't have this issue here. Also, there were no shortage of power outlets. Most hotels don't take into account the electronic devices people take with them, especially when traveling for work. The King Suite I stayed in had outlets everywhere! I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Hotel! People that worked there where very nice. They had a nice assortment for breakfast, cant complain was free, you can make a hot waffle have some fruit was great way to grab and go or relax a minute with coffee. Even better, there is no resort fee or parking fee. Its about 16 miles from the Honolulu airport and I like that it was on the outskirts of Honolulu in Kapolei. Also there's a 24hr fitness across the parking lot, even though the hotel has a small gym. There is a small brand new mini mall semi attached to the hotel with a movie theater and cafe. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Also hotel is very quiet and we had a restful sleep each night there.

The staff is wonderful. The powdered eggs they use every few days for breakfast are not really eatable. If you look most end up in the trash. However, the other eggs served on different days are good. My biggest concern was that there seems to be a rule that only one ADA (disabled accessible room) per group. So we made sure my brother's mother in law got the room as she is elderly and really needs it. I am in a wheelchair so I had to go to the 24 Hour Fitness across the parking lot to shower for the 4 days we where here. I often had to go down to use the public bathroom in the lobby rather than be able to use the restroom in my room. The waffle iron is almost impossible to reach from a wheelchair, but the staff was very helpful in assisting me of getting food. They where very kind. I think this rule about only one in a group being allowed an ADA room is not fair. Also, there are only 2 ADA parking spaces for the hotel, and per ADA rules 20% of the parking spaces should be set aside for ADA. As a result I often had to park by the 24 Hour Fitness and use their spaces, and than cross the parking lot. I think it is a great place if nobody in your group is disabled.
