Parking is off site, 3 blocks away, at a parking garage. The construction is extremely loud. Hallways are dirty with puddles. With so many other nice places in Wilmington, I do not recommend WSR.
This was a sketchy business, I arrived at the address they gave me and it was a law firm. No signage anywhere that stated it was Water Street Retreats. I called the customer service number and I rude guy tells me to meet him around back. I get there and met a current guest who tells me the place was a dump. I get a text that instructed me to park a block away. Instead of giving me an address He sends me a pic of the building. I stayed elsewhere.

The location of this condo could not be better. Right in the middle of everything downtown and with a beautiful balcony view. We were shocked at the size of the condo. It was much bigger then expected. The amenities provided allowed us to have a more comfortable experience. This condo exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay here on our next trip down to Wilmington. We highly recommend staying here if you are in town for a couple days.
