The stay was okay, nothing too fancy, I stayed overnight. Good service. Their breakfast was surprisingly really good. We wanted to avoid paying heavy price for hotels in Myrtle beach so we picked this one.

We enjoy staying at Econo lodges when we travel… I like the continental breakfasts, rooms a very clean, free Wi-Fi and cable television, the rooms also come with microwaves and mini fridges.

Fast and easy service. Nice and clean rooms. Easy access to restaurants and drugstores.

First off, the service is great, the room is clean and smells good, I wish I could take their water pressure with me to all my hotels. Im in a different city every night so not much impresses me anymore but this one was exceptional. Also the room I got last night at the Holiday Hotel was the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered. Do not go there.

The housekeeping was horrible and barely got clean towels. There was a girl at the front desk that was rude and never would stay again because of her and management, both rude. Do yourself a favor, either pay more to stay somewhere else or stay in Lumberton. You will be better off. Rooms weren't that up to date, not worth the money and the pool is so nasty.

Day time costumer service was good. AC in the room not cold at all. Told front desk and was told it was hot outside that room would cool off after sun goes down. It's 1030 at nite and room is still hot. Will not come back.

For what you pay it was ok. Not like there's a bunch to choose from in Whiteville NC. Room was clean, continental breakfast was acceptable. Did not like that the local kids used the pool. Complained and it was taken care of immediately. They said it's something they struggle with during the summer.

The new manager has worked hard to upgrade this hotel and she is succeeding! It was clean and comfy and reasonably priced. Will come here every time in the area!

Can be noisy… lots of contractors stay here… but good value.

Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast host on mother's day morning was all smiles and wished me a happy mother's day. The rooms were clean and quiet. We booked through a 3rd party site and got a great deal with no hassle. Over all a wonderful place.

It is a nice place to stay… I come often and I'm just around the area so yes! I do enjoy this hotel.

Clean. Looks decent inside. Rude maids. Was told the trash goes in the bag outside while she was cleaning my room, not my job to empty trash.

I really would not give it one star… Roaches soon as I come in… Had to change room I reserved because of heater… They won't change your bed covers unless you ask… My trash was not picked up for 2 days… Basically was chastised by housekeeper for feeding cats outside when the cat food can was literally 5 doors down… Just all around bad experience.

This hotel hard cocker roaches in the room, also dead in the refigerator along with mildew. It was 16 degrees and the heat failed to work. They had the nerve to get upset when I asked for my money back. Called the manager Ms Rinku and she hung up the phone on me then keep sending me to voice mail. I will never tell anyone to use this place to say. After seeing the roaches, I began to wonder it they had bedbugs. We drove 21 hrs due to the passing of my mother and when I complained about the room the front desk had the nerve to say "I would just stay and get some rest. " This is Not a clean place to stay in my opinion.

Owner is very unprofessional, and acts if she's doing vistors a favor… Our last stay was a nightmare! We booked thru choice hotels using our points privileges… and decided to add another night at check and paid cash… was rudely awakended the next morning by front desk morning clerk that owner wanted the ten or so $s that we had git discounted the night before because the suite we rechecked n wasn't cleaned properly. Mainly the bathroom from the night before… I refused. Told clerk have get call me. Never heard from owner… all day or night. Checked out Sunday morning. Was told by morning clerk. We put on a barred and no trespassing list. Smdh… we contacted choice hotels customer service. Was put in hold for 15 mins. He returned saying owner said she sent an employee to our room to see if our property was in room… and if course it was then ordered him to lick us out over a few dollars u refused to pay clerk who gave us a discounted rate for a dirty room… owner also stated to choice hotels customer relations that we had broken n the room… really a room We paid aud for… and that owner stated she filed charges for B and E. SMH… how disgusting… received copies from customer relations if said conversation. With owner. Cold, calculating, and dirty of her to out rite LIE. To them… wouldn't recommend her hotel to anyone. As dishonest as her… Will follow up with choice hotels customer service. And ah attorney… To seek legal action.

For the money we are happy. If your looking for fancy this isnt the place but if you just want a good clean room with a good bed and decent shower it works well.

When you checking this nice well let me rephrase that the people are nice. Your roommates think a little bit you might find something that does not belong to you there. They have roaches out the wazoo. That's all I have to say about that.

Room was clean. No bugs or pests. This is obviously not a 5 star hotel but for the kind of hotel it is, it wasn't bad. There was no crime or shady people. It's a good place to stay for cheap.

This place could definitely use upgrades. There were burns on the bathtub, and the sink wasn't clean. Also they have bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times. I would not recommend this place. Next time I will spend the extra money just to lower the risk or being bitten.

I called to reserve a room. It was an hour and 30 minutes from our vacation retreat, so we called back to cancel the room 5 minutes after reserving. We're then told they could not cancel within 48 hours of reservation and she would need to get approval by management. I called back 10 minutes later to see if she was able to. She couldn't do it yet and took my number to calle if she was able to cancel. 30 minutes go by and we couldn't find another room, so decided to make the drive and go to the room. Called numerous times to let the front desk know we were coming and not to worry about it. No answer any time I called. So we arrive at the hotel an 1 and 30 minutes from the strip, for the front desk to say they had cancelled the reservation and sold the rooms. And that she had been too busy to call me back. We could not get any rooms for the night and wasted almost 2 hours with 4 kids in the car. Will never come back to this location.

The room was smelly, couldn't shower because the tub wasn't clean, stale coffee, however, the towels and wash clothes were super white. Will I stay here again? NOT!

This time, ground floor was easy to unload the estate car right into the room! Smoking rooms are well kept but photos can be deceiving; the fancy bedding shown is just a patterned blanket and the king size bed had three 16 inch pillows for the whole bed. Could have used sheets on both sides of covers to look and feel better and two-three more pillows to increase comfort. Sleep was 2/5… I woke up a couple times and night stands are in cranial destruction mode as soon as you go to sleep. Staff was great and accommodations/location were convenient.

This place is a joke! I travel the country for work and need to access Wi-Fi and my phone (calls/text) — as I sit here in room I can't do either — I walk outside and into parking lot away from building (with Wi-Fi off) everything works, unable to connect once I return to room — would not recommend this place to anyone.

Needs a lot of work to upgrade. A lot of love ins.

Nasty carpet, No alarm clock, Terrible smell in room, only warm water (no hot) and the phone does not work so I can't call the front desk and complain. The only reason I selected this hotel was because it is pet friendly. In the middle of the night, the power went out for two hours. Surrounding area was still on. Appeared to just be part of the hotel.

The a/c took several hours to cool off the room. The batteries were dead in the TV remote. The room was clean but stale. The bed was comfortable. We had an upstairs room. No elevator. Staff was nice.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had go out of town for a funeral, all hotels were booked so I was forced to check in here last night at 12am. After speaking with a very rude employee and being directed to an already occupied room, my room had dirty curtains, toilet ran all night and broken furnishings. Saw a roach in my room that night and killed it thinking it may have came in when I was bringing in my bags due to the entrance being directly outside. Woke up the next morning to find 3 ROACHES crawling around on the microwave and BED! I spoke directly to the manager/owner and she was not only unapologetic but rude and refused to refund my money. Then proceeded to blame me for not changing rooms! I explained to her that I have pictures to prove it and she didn't care. I will never again stay there! horrible horrible disgusting service and location.

I love this hotel eveytime I visit my mother in law I get a room here. This is a great place to stay.

Horrible customer service, broken furnishings, free breakfast is a joke and very noisy.

Place is a dump… the staff makes you feel like you are putting them out to ask for things that should of been there in the first place.

Very clean, really good custumer service …
